No More Flying ( Flashback)
"Huh What what happened?" Said young blank flank filly Cosmic Wind. " good you are awake." said Doctor Hooves. "Where am i?" Cosmic asked. " your in the hospital Miss Wind you are very lucky to be Alive." Doctor hooves said. "it's true Cosmic you Crashed at The Best Young Flyers Competition." Said Nurse Redheart. "Oh ok Wait WHAT?!? oh wait now i remember i tried to do an amazing stunt but then i clipped my wing and crashed! i'm still alive?" cosmic asked. " you landed on your wings and broke your back left hoof." Nurse Redheart said. " but there was a small problem." Doctor Hooves said. " what is the problem i'm alive?" cosmic asked. " dear you see you umm... cant fly anymore" doctor hooves said "I'm sorry what was that?" cosmic asked. "you can't fly anymore "doctor hooves said a little louder" i didn't quite Catch that."YOU CAN'T FLY ANYMORE!" doctor hooves said. "What do you mean?" cosmic asked nervously. Cosmic left the hospital days later in a wheel chair with her father NightWing and her Housekeeper Mazie Rhymetime. Mazie takes care of cosmic like her mother use to. Cosmic's mother was killed by an illness right after she had her. "Cosmic are you going to be ok by yourself for a bit?" Mazie asked her. ( just to note this is 2 years after the crash and cosmic is 9 now). "yes Mazie" cosmic said. "ok i will be in the library downtown if you need me" mazie said then she left. Cosmic does not do much of anything since she can't do any sports at her school because everyone is a pegasus so all the sports there require wings and flying. she doesn't have any friends because who would want to be a friend with a pegasus who can't fly? Cosmic spends most of her time in her room or the study filled with so many books it could be a library. " sigh i wish i could play outside like the other pegasi but they won't let me." Cosmic is not like every pegasus because Maize is not just her housekeeper and good friend but she is also a tutor for cosmic. cosmic is dyslexic but Mazie thinks she has a strong power to read in between the lines of riddles or puzzling books.
