After an attack all but destroys Twilight Sparkle, she is trapped within her own mind unaware that anything has happened to her. Meanwhile her distraught friends enter Twilight Sparkle's fantasy world in an attempt to wake her up. But after what's happened to Twilight, is waking her up the best thing to do? Would Twilight even believe her friends if they could figure out a way to try to tell her, her world isn't real?

Without spoiling anything there are lots of adult and grimdark themes, but I don't plan on being explicit with any of them.
This has been sitting around half written for over a year and is my first fic so please be very critical of it and give me lots of feedback.
