Equus isn't once the magical planet it used to be. Emphasis on magical. Yes, Equus is still all together harmonious, but different things struggle in the land. The magic that presides over the world is weakening. Animals are uneasy, terrain shifts invariably, and the sky rains down in strange patterns. And the worst part? There's no way of warning them. The magical realm through which parchments and messages are sent is corrupt and dangerous. But they have to be warned. For the sake of Equestria. For the sake of everything that lives, the magic must be strengthened once more, and we must warn the people. But until then, Equestria's safety is the number one priority.
