Dippers pov (point of view)

It was a nice summers day, normally me and my twin, Mabel, would be outside going on a mystery.  But today, all I can do is look out with saddened eyes. The reason being the fact that me and Mabel have come down with a weird sickness.  I had looked everywhere but I couldn't find out anything about it and to top it off, Grunkle Stan won't yell at us or even look at us. The sickness could be identified by the fact we were coughing every few minutes, our eyes were the white section would be is a pale pink and the worst symptom is all we can feel is pain.  For the whole time, Mabel was either shouting with pain or crying right now she was asleep the only time we felt no pain. I sighed as I climbed into my bed.  The sickness meant I could sleep whenever I wanted.  Slowly I felt the pain leave my body as a darkness swallowed me.

I woke to find myself in a room.  The only other thing there was a armchair, but it was who was in that armchair that sent shivers down my spine.

“Bill?”  I asked, as he looked up with a smile.

“Ah.  Pinetree you took your time; good thing I am patient.” He said as the smile on his face grew at the site of me.

“What do you want?”  I asked meeting his eye dead on.

“I came to help you actually. it seems you are sick, no?”  He was messing with me, I knew it, but I had to play it cool.

“Why?  Why do you want to help me?”  I said, helping myself to the other seat.

“Because I have a job to do.  So lets make this quick.”  He said as he opened two portals; one blue, one red.

“Wha..” I started only for bill to cut me off.

“Look, I am here to help so where was I…  Oh ya…  You go through one portal.  The blue portal; the story ends and you wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe.  You take the red portal;  I show you the truth.”  He said, his smile completely gone now.

“What about Mabel?”  I ask as his smile returns.

“She will be your companion on this journey.  No more questions.  Just decisions.” He said.

I started to shake before taking a deep breath.  I was about to jump in to the blue portal, but I could feel something connecting me to the red one.  I quickly jumped into the red one, and  before I knew it I felt tired.  I closed my eyes ready for whatever I was going to see.

As I woke up, all I found was a white alicorn with royal blue mane and tail.

“HALT AND STATE YOUR BUSINESS IN THE ROLE GARDENS!”  A white pony in golden armor said, looking at me.

“I don't know, I just woke up”  I said. Normally I would be panicking, but with Bill anything could happen.  Suddenly a pink alicorn with light pink mane and tail landed on me.

“Mabel?”  I asked as she opened her eyes before poking her tongue out.  It was her alright.

“YOU ARE HERE BY UNDER ARREST FOR INVADING THE GARDENS!”  The guard said, magically lifting us from the ground before taking us to the courtroom.

“Yes, what is it?” A white alicorn said as we were pushed into the room.  To my surprise, she gasped.

“Guards, leave us alone tell everybody to go home.  Court is closed till further notice.  Also make sure no one comes in.”  She yelled.  As soon as we were alone she came up to us.  She was tall, this made Mabel panic and run behind me.

“Do you know who I am?”  She asked.  All me and Mabel could do was shake our heads.  She then looked at me eye to eye.  ”May I ask for your names?”  I gulped before putting on as strong a voice I could.

“My name is Dipper, the girl behind me is Mabel.  May I in turn ask for your name?”  At that her eyes went wide when the doors opened a purple alicon the same size as me if not a little taller came in.

“Princess Celestia are you alright?  What is happening?”  Before she could answer a blue alicorn flew in a window asking the same thing.

“I will explain, you see it is a long story twenty years ago.  Luna you were on the moon, and Twilight, you weren't my student then.

I had a amazing some pony named Rex, we feel in love.  The only problem was he was from a different dimension, but he came every day and left every night, but 12 years from then queen chrysalis attacked, a changeling had stabbed him in the chest.  I was filled with sorrow when he died but you see I..I..I was also pregnant”  At that they, all gasped expect me and Mabel.

“Sister how? Why?”  She asked.

“Well you see it was meant to be one, but they were twins a boy and a girl....”  At this Mabel stood next to me. “They were amazing, so in memory of Rex I named the boy from our favorite star consultation the Big Dipper and from his favorite tree a Maple syrup tree so I named them Dipper and Mabel.”  At that Mabel fainted so I caught her as the room stared at us.

“Wait so you mean to say your my...mom?” I asked all she did was nod.  “But then why did me and Mabel grow up in a different dimension?” I asked as Mabel woke.

“You see, a few weeks later you and Mabel were kidnapped by your great uncle Stan that is all I knew I would have gone after him but the portal closed.  It hit you and I was lead to believe it killed you.  Even so, no matter how hard I tried I could not open the portal having no idea if you were even alive so I gave up...I am so sorry”  At that she started to cry even so I was in too much shock to notice much. ‘So that's why he couldn't look at us’ was all I could think as my view went from purple to blue to black.
