After Dinky Hooves moves to Ponyville to work on an assignment, she meets some mares and discovers she and her friends are the next holders of a powerful magic, while meeting a strange draconequus.
After Dinky Hooves moves to Ponyville (Again, her mother Derpy is quite happy with this change.) to work on an assignment given to her by Princess Sparkle, she makes some 'friends', that she thinks are all horribly insane until she discovers the importance of her work.
