As Twilight got hit by the cyborg's...Mega Buster shot, she didn't get hurt, but a sound of glass breaking played, the screen shattered, and the battle screen faded in for the first time. There, Twilight and the cyborg stood at equal distance from each other, with Trixie in the background. Above Twilight floated a blue block that looked like the Mega Buster icon from Megaman 4 and onward.
Trixie stated, "Twilight, this is the Buster Shot command. Press A to select it."
Twilight focused her magic on the block to select it, then proceeded to shoot the cyborg for 1 HP of damage. He then hit her with another blast for 1 damage. Trixie proceeded to tell Twilight about the Action Command the second time she attacked: "As your Buster Shot charges, press A when it's fully charged to do more damage!" Twilight charged a shot and hit the cyborg again for more damage this time. When he shot at her again, time stopped again.
Trixie stated, "As the enemy attacks, press A to teleport and counterattack." Twilight teleported to dodge the shot, then kicked the cyborg in the back for 2 damage.
Trixie proceeded to tell Twilight about the kicking command, which Twilight selected. "Twilight, press A as you turn around to do extra damage!" Twilight kicked the cyborg for 3 damage. Then the cyborg charged. Trixie told Twilight to press A to counter-kick him, and Twilight did exactly that. "Now you two, continue fighting."
As Twilight and the strange cyborg exchanged blasts, Twilight would teleport behind the cyborg and kick him to dodge the rest of his blasts. Whenever the cyborg charged, Twilight simply kicked him back. The process repeated until the cyborg fell and exploded.
Twilight gained 5 experience points, which Trixie explained were for leveling up and increasing her stats.
Back to the field view. Twilight and Trixie proceeded to pick up the rest of the Mane 6, only to find that they were missing. Trixie explained that the cyborgs had captured the Mane 6 with the intent of replacing them, and that she saved Twilight.
Twilight asked, "Do you have any idea where they're being held?"
Trixie asked her to search all over Equestria for any traces of the strange cyborgs before running off with her.
1 - Princess Celestia's voice stolen
It was a bright day in Ponyville. At her castle, a bunch of background ponies stood in a line in front of Princess Celestia, moving horizontally to open up the way for some strange-looking biomechanical humanoids. Among the cyborgs stood a green man with a cloak, holding a present for Princess Celestia. As she opened the box, she was hit by pink gas and couldn't speak. She began to cry for a while before attempting to speak again, but instead of words emerged symbol swearing in a visible speech bubble. Then the symbols jumped out and exploded, scaring away all the background ponies as the man and cyborgs teleported away.
A while later, the blue unicorn Trixie went over to Twilight's house, panicking with an urgent message for her. Trixie walked up the stairs, not surprised to see lots of books scattered all over the house. "What an egghead Twilight is. She's so cooped up in reading, she can't even put her books away properly?!?" Trixie heard Twilight humming the MLP: FiM opening song in the shower upon reaching the upper floor. One of the same cyborgs that appeared in Princess Celestia's castle opened the door, ready to bag Twilight. Trixie yelled "AVADA KEDAVRA" and shot him dead with a green bolt. The cyborg exploded.
Twilight asked Trixie not to disturb her while she was showering, but Trixie reminded her that she doesn't wear clothes.
Twilight replied, "Neither do ponies in general. Why did you interrupt my shower?"
Trixie explained that showers are like a GPS for bad guys, and that cyborgs like the one she just shot down had stolen Princess Celestia's voice, replacing it with a literally explosive one. Twilight, ready to fix this problem, turned off the shower, and dried off with a towel.
Twilight asked Trixie if there was a spell to stop this, but no, the original voice has to be retrieved for it to work. And as the two ponies set out to retrieve Celestia's voice, they met another of the strange cyborgs. He raised an arm cannon, and they prepared to fight him with the Mario & Luigi battle system.
