"I can't wait...Flight School...its so exciting! But I'm so shy..." Fluttershy said to herself, still bouncing up and down on her mother's back while they were flying to the School.
"Flutters, honey, can you not bounce on my back while we fly!" Her mother said to her. "OK mom..." Fluttershy said, hiding behind her mane. Her mother told her, "OK, we're here! I hope you have a great time while I'm gone!" Fluttershy managed to get out, "OK...l-love you..." before her mother flew off back home. Fluttershy immediatly noticed a light blue filly with a rainbow mane flying around in the sky and doing tricks...Fluttershy fogot that she needed to get to the dorms and unpack before the first exercise. She flew clumsily over to her room, when two colts appeared and started calling her "Klutzershy! Haha! Look at that! She cant even FLY! Go back home, Klutzershy! Haha!"
Fluttershy saw a quick blue flash out of the corner of her eye, and the two colts hit the ground before she could even hide behind her pink mane.
"Shut the buck up, and leave her alone!" Said the quick blue mare that Fluttershy saw outside of the school.
"Ooh, and what are you gonna do about it, Rainbow CRASH? Hahahaha!" Said one of the two abusive colts.
"Keep making fun of her and find out."
The prefect came along and broke up the blue mare and the two colts. They silently teased the rainbow maned filly as they walked off to their rooms. Fluttershy was glad that was over.
"Oh, um, t-thank you...who are y-you?" Fluttershy said as she hid behind her pink mane.
"Name's Rainbow Dash. You ok?"
"Oh, um...y-yes...th-thank you..."
"No problem! So what dorm are you in?"
"Um...I'm not sure...I...223...I think..."
"Cool! Me too! I guess we're rooming! So...what's your name?" Rainbow asked excitedly.
"Fluttershy..."
"What was that?"
"Fluttershy!" she said louder than she would have normally spoke.
"Oh, OK. So were you heading to drop off your stuff?:
"Y-yes, but...those colts got in my way... thank you..."
Aw, don't sweat it, Flutters! Erm...can I call you that?" Rainbow asked.
In her head, the little yellow filly was thinking, "Oh my God! She's talking to me..."
"Um, Flutters?" Rainbow asked for the second time.
"Oh, oh...yes, you can call me that..." Fluttershy said as she hid behind her pink mane once again.
"Oh, thanks!" Rainbow said. "See you around!"
"O-OK...you too..." Fluttershy said. She thought, "She'll never like me... I can't even fly all that well...I bet she won't even notice me..."
That was Fluttershy's last thought before the coach came up and yelled for the first exercise.
