The ScrollView OnlineThe Ireville SecretThe ScrollTyler woke up. He wanted to get up early during summer vacation so he could get all the awesomeness he could every day. So far, he couldn't tell any difference, but he was already in the habit of getting up early from school. I don't think I can stop Tyler thought An average day so far, he wakes up early, regrets it, and can't fall back to sleep. Average near thirteen year old behavior. The time being 6:00, Tyler thought it would be okay to get up and play on the computer until 7:00 or something like that. He turned on the light and got up, an average day indeed. (hint hint) When he turned around to get a blanket, he saw a piece of paper, rolled up and tied with a seal that almost looked regal. "Um... was that there before?" Tyler asked himself. He shrugged it off and went downstairs. Tyler Hensen had an odd tendency to have the slightly extraterrestrial happen to him, the golden streak of hair he had in his black hair from birth, the inexplicable reason he went from point a to point b without walking when it was crucial, he got used to it. This felt a little different, it kept nagging on the back of his mind it was starting to bug him. Before he could even think what to do next, he saw the paper in his hand. "What the heck is this doing in my hand?" Tyler whispered. This creeped Tyler out. So, for some reason, he started reading it's context. Little did he realize, by learning the scroll's secrets, tyler started something destructive. Something deadly. Before I continue, there's something you should know about Tyler. His current mother's a step mother. He never knew his real mother and he thinks he never will. The contents of the scroll began to stretch Tyler's believe. He didn't know what to do. When something bothers him that's not stupid, he just asks his know-it-all cousin, Calvin. He'd know something about it. After hearing Tyler's story, Calvin just said, "Your probably the subject of a highly advanced prank," "Then how did the scroll get in to my hand?" Tyler asked. "Volume Decreased shoes and a stealth hologram ," Calvin answered, "the technology exists." "No it doesn't!" Tyler Exclaimed. "You'll need solid evidence before I THINK of coming," Calvin said, "this just seems to goose chase-y" Calvin continued, "I want to believe that my real mom is out there, but I can't." Tyler should have believed Calvin, it would've been better that way. Then a knock came from the door, that knock came from a kid named James Ridge, which is me. I was there to help Tyler and Calvin to M.U.L.E.S. (Manual Universal Land Explorer System) HQ. Whenever there's trouble that consult two of the connected worlds, M.U.L.E.S. is there to see if it's friend or foe. Mostly it's friend, but there have been some instances where a foe has been discovered. Anyways, When they answered the door, I told that they needed to come with me. "Why should we?" Calvin asked. Out of the blue, a gun shot fired at the door. a man with a ski cap started to come toward the house. I picked up a stick and braced myself for another bullet. The man shot again and I used the stick to smack the bullet down right next to me. Everyone watching me dumb founded, the man panicked and ran away. I looked at Calvin and Tyler and said, "You were saying?" They followed me to HQ. This is what the the letter said, Dear Tyler, This' your REAL mother, I'm not dead. You and Calvin must come to my location by a transport provided by a source that will come to your location. When you get there, you'll both know the secret that your dads and step mothers have been hiding from you. Love, your deer mother Tia Hensen P.S. Prepare for anything
The DetourView OnlineThe Ireville SecretThe Detour"So," Tyler asked, "my mom's from another galaxy?" "'Bout the size of it,"James said. "She's also the Queen of the world?" Tyler asked. "Princess actually," James corrected, "She believes the term queen seemed too antagonized," Tyler was really confused and Calvin was really skeptical about the whole thing. James wasn't sure if Calvin would ever exept the truth. James wasn't sure he would exept the truth if he were in there shoes, I mean, knowing that your whole life is a lie would be hard to believe. James wouldn't be able to imagine it at all, his father's not a good at lying and his mother tells him everything. "I think it's about time to teach you about magic," James said. "Bet not," Calvin mumbled under his breath. "I heard that," James said and whispered something about scientist and they're so gullible. "So, pretty much technology and most science is magic and the first scientists made up explanations that made new lies with so much fake proof, it's believable. Most don't know it's fake or lies, anybody that believes in magic only knows the fake magic-" "Okay," Calvin said, "Now your just being insane," "If that's your attitude," James said "then go home and believe all the lies your parents tell you," Calvin just stared at James looking like he was about to punch him. Then Tyler intervened. "Guys calm down," Tyler said, "Calvin doesn't have to believe in magic," "It's not even real," Calvin said. Then James looked at a garbage can, then it started floating in the air like… well magic. The garbage can softly fell down, James look at Calvin and asked, "You were saying?" Calvin stood dumbfounded at James. There was no scientific way that that should've happened, it was unrealistic but it just happened. Calvin couldn't even find a fake explanation for it. So, Calvin just made sounds like an idiot. "bu ga di ma mo fy GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA-" five minutes later "-AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH!" "Are you done?" James asked. "Yes," Calvin Exhaled. After 10 minutes of practice, Calvin and I learned three spells, Levitation (basic and advanced), Teleporation, and (for emergencies only) plasma beams. "I'm pooped," I said, "want to get something to eat?" "Sure Tyler," Calvin said, "I'm starving." Just then a bird appeared, flying into my face, squishing my glasses. When it was off my face, I got a good look at it. It had a orange body, red back, and both colors on it's wings and tail. It almost looked like it was suppose to look like fire. "It's a phoenix," James said. "Aren't phoenixes suppose to be fictional?" Calvin asked. "Magic's suppose to be fictional," James said, "and you just learned how to do magic." Calvin didn't say anything else. "It would make a good pet," James said. "Um… sure," I said, "why not?" "What are you gonna name it?" James asked. "I don't know," I said, "Harry maybe, like Harry Potter." "That seems like a good name," James said, "I like Harry." Then behind us, a man was looking at me with a creepy look. "Um, Tyler," Calvin said, "I think your being watched." "What?" I said in disbelief. I looked around and saw him get startled and act like he wasn't watching. "We gotta get out of here." James said. As we started walking, the man followed us. "We need to take a detour," James said. We ran until we reached an alley way, it seemed like it was the worst place to be in this situation. The alley had four man hole covers, when James put his thumb on one and the man hole opened up to reveal a secret passage. "C'mon guys," James said "let's roll," The Catacombs were the creepiest way to the other world, but the forest was more dangerous, so this was better. "This catacomb system is spectacular," Calvin said, "I wish I brought a camera so I could post it on my blog." "That wouldn't be smart," I said. While I told Calvin why it should even think of that, Tyler found a small cylinder on one of the catacomb shelves with the words, "Plotea Device" engraved on it. Tyler put it in his pocket for safe keeping. Afterwards, we went onward to our destination. With no knowledge of what would happen. Princess Celestia paced the floor as she waited for her son to come, she hoped the best of her son, not wanting subtle hostility. Even if he does, Princess Celestia would understand if Tyler did. She hasn't seen his face since she left Tyler at his father's doorstep. The thought of the night it happen made her uncomfortable. "I hope he even comes," The princess wished. "Ever since we found out they're were alive," Luna said, "we've watch their dreams from a distance." "So," Celestia asked, "do you know what they're like." "We do a little," Luna said. Celestia hugged Luna, never has Celestia hugged luna like now, and it was the first time in a long time Celestia acted like the way she did then, Celestia cried a little. "Would Tyler want to come?" Celestia Asked. "Yes he would," Luna said, "he's dreamed of you every night." Celestia loved to hear this, it gave her hope and it felt fulfilling. She felt happier then ever.
The DisguiseView OnlineThe Ireville SecretThe DisguiseAs Tyler, Calvin, and James walked closer to the exit, James had to tell the two about the creature of the world. He knew that the superior species wasn't the most pleasing to males, but he would have to make both of them go with him. "So," James asked, "How much do you want to see your parents?" "Are you kidding?" Tyler said, "Nothing can stop me." "Good," James exclaimed, "Eat this!" James gave a small candy with a paper attached to it that said 'Eat me' "What, I'm I Alice" Tyler asked. "Just eat it," James said as he handed one to Calvin, "You too, Calvin." "Why do I have the feeling this' poisoned?" Calvin said. "You have trust issues, don't you?" James asked. Calvin sighed, "Let's just get this over with," They all ate it at the same time, then three puffs of white smoke emitted from their bodies. When the smoke cleared, Tyler saw what the candy did. His hands weren't there, sunset orange fur completely covered him, he had a…snout, a tail, and a horn. "I know I should be panicking," Tyler said, "but becoming a unicorn isn't weirdest thing that has happened today." He saw two other unicorns, one with really dark blue fur and blond hair, Tyler guessed that was Calvin, and another with white fur and blond hair as well, Tyler guessed he was James. Harry was on the ground, looking at Tyler confused, then perched on Tyler's back, which made him notice what appeared a tattoo of a sun with a few clouds. "Is this a joke?" Calvin asked. "Nope," James answered, "Now let's go into the public." "This'll be insane," Calvin said. "What's been sane this whole time?" Tyler asked. "Good point." When we got out of the catacombs and reached the nearest town, the little transformation of ours made sense. There were not only unicorn, but pegasuses (how ever you pronounce the plural way) and just regular horses. (or ponies as James tells me) "Okay I've contacted Princess Celestia and she's sending a sky chariot to pick us up." I decided to talk with some of the locals while I waited. A pink pony with three balloons for her tattoo (or cutie mark as I've been told) walked up "Um...hi." I said. The pink pony gasped and ran off to who knows where. "Well, that was interesting." I remarked. "She's off to throw a 'Welcome to Ponyville' I see." A lavender alicorn said. "Who are you?" I asked "I'm Twilight Sparkle," she answered, "What's your name?" "Sunny Day," I answered, "I'm Princess Celestia's son." "WHAT?!" Twilight exclaimed. "Someting wrong?" I asked. "Princess Celestia was my teacher and mentor," Twilight exclaimed, "Why didn't she mention anything about you?" "I just found out this morning." I answered. The sky chariot arrived in it's golden glory, for all to behold. Awesomeness! "Well nice to meet you," I wrapped up, "Tell that pink mare I can't make it to the party." So we went off to meet my mother, not aware of what affairs were to happen. Twilight went back to the Friendship Court, where Pinkie was planning Sunny Day's "Welcome to Ponyville" party. "Hey Twilight," Pinkie said, "What's going on?" "That stallion," Twilight muttered, "Why wouldn't he know he was related to Celestia." "What was that?" Pinkie asked. "Um that stallion went out of town," Twilight said, "you should drop the party." "Aw nuts." Pinkie sighed. Twilight couldn't piece it together, a young stallion comes out of nowhere, claims he Princess Celestia's son. If that were true, than why hasn't she heard of him. Twilight couldn't put her hoof on it, but Sunny Day wasn't normal and she was going to find out his secret.
The ArrivalView OnlineThe Ireville SecretThe Arrival"I hope he likes me," Celestia wished, "I want him to love me?" "What are you worrying about," An invisible voice asked, as Discord materialized, "everyone loves you." "Oh," Celestia sighed, "Hey, Discord, how are you?" "I'm fine," Discord answered, "but you look sick to the stomach." With a flash of light, Discord was in a maid's outfit. He put a thermometer in Celestia's mouth and took it out. "You seem fine." Discord said. "I'm just nervous," Celestia admited, "My son's coming over today and I hope he loves me." "He's your son," Discord reasured Celestia, "of course he'll like you, why else would he want to come?" "You're right, Discord." Celestia stated, "I shouldn't feel conflicted." All of a sudden, a guard came thought the door. "What is it?" Celestia asked. "Your son has arrived with some friends," the guard explained, "should I let them in in?" "I'll let them in," Celestia said, "just give me a moment." "As you wish." The guard said. He then exited the throne. "Good luck." Discord said as he vanished into thin air. Celestia faced the door hoping for the reaction of joy from her son. She took a deep breath and opened the door. "Hello my son," Celestia greeted, "How are you, today?" Tyler stood towards his mom, expressionless. Celestia wondered if something was wrong. Of corse something was wrong. He'd left him with his father and never made contact until today, he was left without a mom for a long time, only with a step mother to guide him. He must be mad as… Without warning, Tyler reached out for his mother and hug her with all the emotions he could supply that were positive. He cried a happy cry that had sadness within it. It was pure poetry without a word. "I missed you so much," Tyler sobbed, "I've cried myself to sleep when I thought of you." Celestia started to cry as well. "I missed you, too." Celestia replied.
The PreparationView OnlineThe Ireville SecretThe Preparation After the happy mother son duo hugged each other for while, they all sat down for lunch in the throne room. "This' incredible," Tyler said, "people kept saying that you were dead." "Yet," Celestia said, "here I am." "So," Calvin said, "where's my mother?" "Princess Luna is at her court," Celestia answered, "she has some business to tend to right now." Things were going great. Then all of a sudden, there was a knock on the throne room door. "Come in." Celestia said. In come six ponies, Twilight Sparkle, Pinkie Pie, an orange pony with a cowboy hat, a yellow pegasus with pink hair, a white unicorn with purple curly hair, and a blue pegasus with multi-colored hair. Tyler didn't know a thing about two-thirds of these ponies. So he said something that he would regret later, "Hello Twilight and… who are these ponies?" Twilight instantly gave Tyler a stare down. Tyler stared back in confusion. Celestia decided to distract Twilight from the death stare. "Ah Twilight," Celestia welcomed, "just in time for the good news." "What's that?" Rainbow Dash asked excitingly. "You all get to help in the coronation of Prince Sunny Day." Celestia announced, "Rainbow Dash will preform a sonic rainboom," "Awesome," Rainbow Dash exclaimed. "Rarity will make the Prince a suit," Celestia continued. "Yesyesyesyes!" Rarity flipped out. "Fluttershy will directed a bird choir," "Yay," Fluttershy whispered. "Applejack will make the food," "YEEEE-haw!" Applejack exclaimed. "Pinkie Pie will plan the after party," "Okie Dokie Loki," Pinkie chimed. "and finally you, Twilight, will say the opening words." Celestia finished. Twilight didn't react at all, she kept angrily stare at Tyler. It was starting to creep out Tyler. She finally said something. "Let me have a moment with Prince Sunny," Twilight grumbled, "I need to talk to them." "If it stops this glare, I'm fine with it." Tyler said. "Fine." Twilight said. "Well," Celestia allowed, "I'll let you be alone." Everypony left the throne room except Twilight and Tyler. Then Twilight started here interrogation. "So," Twilight asked, "where are you from exactly?" "Uh…" Tyler uddered. "Also, how did you not know about my friends, who have saved equestia a million times?" "Could you please stop being suspicious of me," Tyler said, "it's not a good thing to do to royalty, not that you know anything about being a royal." "I'M A PRINCESS!" Twilight exclaimed. "Crap," Tyler said, "now you'll mob me." "HOW DO YOU NOT NOW THAT!!!!" Twilight Exclaimed. "Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh…" Tyler uh-ed. "I'm watching you." Twilight said. Then Twilight went out of the throne room, without another word. When Tyler got some time alone (At least he hoped so), he took a rest from all the planning. It had been three whole days since he left his home world. He learned a little about the world's recent history and noticed something. Everything that happened in great history only happened by coincidence. If things were regular, the world would be a disaster. Either the bad guy would be defeated faster or not at all. There's nothing to be concerned about, at least the world wasn't a wreck. Tomorrow would be the coronation so he usually wouldn't get a break but he finished early so he finally got a chance to get away from the craziness. Harry was preening his feathers, then he flew over behind the cupboard and landed on something. "You can come out Twilight." Tyler said. Twilight came out with a sheepish expression while Harry was preening his feathers on her back. "Just because I didn't know things about you or your friends doesn't mean I'm evil." Tyler said. "Maybe I should stop," Twilight realized, "I was just fazed." "You know I don't know much about being a prince," Tyler said, "does anything go back to normal after all this?" "Not completely," Twilight said, "but it will." "I mean I not ungrateful about this new position," Tyler said, "but I don't want to leave my friends back home." "You know," Twilight said, "I had this problem when I first became princess," "Really?" Tyler asked. "I was afraid that I would be cramped in a castle, unable to escape duty," Twilight said, "but it turned out alright." "Thanks." Tyler said. Tyler giggled a little, "Y'know, I always think that I'll wake up in my old bed and this'll be all a dream." "I hope that isn't a dream," Twilight said, "then you'll miss out on a good friend." Tyler smiled, "This has been the first good moment we've had since I met you." "Yeah it has." Twilight said. Twilight started walking out the door, "Goodnight, Sunny." "Goodnight, Twilight." Tyler said.
