Doc Acquatic's Random Pony Table
A little kindness goes a long way(TCB spoof)
Load Full StoryShe was Celestia, all powerful goddess of the sun, and she knew she had won, before this all began she knew and now that it is all in motion she was even more sure.
Her plan had been flawless the feeble humans so enraptured by her pony's glory, they hadn't even fought back, merely invited her to this so called "peace conference".
She would never admit it but even she could not deny that for a pack sniveling apes the humans had a frightening ability to cause destruction, which was why she was giving this conference any of her time at all. After all she was certain in the end if humans and ponies fought, her ponies would of course win but the death toll would be catastrophic. So if the monkeys wanted to surrender and accept their new-foal status outright well that was fine to.
At long last her carriage touched down and she disembarked. Two of her royal guard taking up positions beside her, weapons drawn ready for battle.
For a moment Celestia was taken aback, none of the humans appeared armed, or for that matter even threatened. This was strange, this is not the manner in which she expected a warmongering race like humanity to conduct itself.
Due to her state of deep thought, she failed to notice the approach of one of the humans until he had spoken and broken her concentration. She immediately dropped into a combat stance, preparing herself to meet the perceived threat. Her guards merely glanced between each other trying to figure out their monarch's problem.
The human seemingly oblivious to all of this repeated his earlier statement.
"Please come this way your majesty, the delegation is ready to meet you."
Realizing she was making a fool of herself, she quickly gathered her composure and set off after the departing human. Such disgusting creatures, she thought as she made her way into a large open chamber. In the middle of the room there was a long table; on the side closest to her several large cushions in the Canterlot style, rich and elegant truly fit for royalty. On the other sat the human delegation, looking sick and decrepit to her eye, siting in their barbaric chairs as though trying to imply they were looking down at her. A ridiculous notion indeed.
