Chaos At Dinner
Spike opened the door to his room.
Soren had just left to go out and buy something to wear for tonight. Spike had offered him to wear one of his tuxedos, but a pony's body and a dragons and very different. So that didn't work out.
The Pegasus had offered for him to come along, but he politely turned down his offer. He had to get ready as well. And besides, what would the manager of some fancy blouse story think of a teenage dragon eating at his/her establishment? Not very kindly that's an understatement. Spike had lived in Canterlot when he was younger and still remembers the rude treatment he received from those high class pony's. So he decided to stay home tonight.
Spike closed his eyes and threw himself onto his bed. Only to land on something very sharp.
“Ah!” Screamed Spike & another voice.
Spike jumped off the bed, rubbing his hurt bum. Turning around Spike saw the last person he would expect to see. There laying on his bed reading one of 'his' comic books was The god of chaos himself.
“Discord! What are you doing hear?” asked Spike very confused, and very angry. He walked over to the bedside, arms crossed.
Discord licked his clawed finger, and turned the page. Spike was just about to demand an answer, but Discord held up his hand, stopping the dragon. Spike closed his mouth, and Discord keep on reading.
Discords eyes scanned the page, going right and left. The god of chaos let out a light chuckle and finally shut the magazine.
He sat the magazine on the bedside table, and swung around to a very unamused Spike, smiling.
Spike taped his foot waiting for a response. Not getting one he sighed and rubbed his eyes. “Discord what are you doing In my room, on my bed, and reading my comic books!” Spike clenched his claws.
Discord frowned. “What, can't I visit my dragon friend once and awhile?”.
Spike raised an eyebrow. Showing that he was not buying It.
Discord noticed this and grinned. The god flew off the bed and wrapped around Spike like a snake. Spikes eyes widened. Discord placed is lips to Spikes ear, he quietly spoke. “Okay, so I had some free time, and I couldn’t help but notice that you didn’t have any plans tonight-”.
“I have plans!” Spike interrupted. 'Yea like not getting mixed up In your crazy shenanigans'.
Discord frowned, and moved (only) his head around, and looked Spike In the eyes. “Your lying Spike” Discord said very unamused, almost deadly.
A unamused, or anything other than a happy or sarcastic Discord was a very rare site to see. It all most sacred Spike to see this different side of Discord. 'Mite as well hear him out' Thought Spike.
Spike sighed, and looked down. “Yea I know, and I'm sorry”. Discord still looked unhappy. So Spike continued. “And yes I am free tonight. Why?”.
Discords smile returned and he patted Spikes head. "There, that wasn't so hard" Discord let go of Spike and levitated himself to the bed. "Now! As I was saying earlier. I couldn't help but notice that you where free tonight. So how would you like to have dinner with me?" Said Discord smiling.
Spike never thought that his eyes could grow any bigger, But they did. 'The God of Chaos himself was asking me to... Dinner?'
Spike mentally slapped himself. "No! I must of just herd him wrong. Yea that makes sense" thought Spike.
Spike was awoken from his thoughts by Discord impatiently snapping his fingers in the dragons face. Spike shook his head.
"Um... Did you j-just ask me to.. Dinner?" stuttered Spike.
"Yes I did" Said Discord.
Discord grinned. Snapping his fingers a bright flash illuminated the room. Once the light had vanished, Spike was wearing a very slim, green and black tuxedo, which showed off his teenage dragon muscles really well.
Discord on the other hand was wearing a black and blue tuxedo, which to Spike looked really well on him. Something about the blue just made the whole outfit come together. Spike had spent enough time at Rarity's to know what looked good together and what did not.
"Um..." Spike shook his head. "Wow, thank you Discord" Spike said. 'I guess'
Discord Snapped his fingers a 3ed time. He disappeared, and re-appeared right in fount of Spike, causing the dragon to take a step back. Discord then summed a green, and blue corsage (A fancy flower) and pined it of Spikes tuxedo. Discords hot breath hit Spikes neck causing the dragon the blush, and look away.
Once the flower was placed, Discord took a step back to admire his work. Grinning to himself Discord clapped his claws in approval. "Looking good Spike, looking real good" Discord mocked, and winked at Spike.
