Author's Note
I am no comedian so the humor in this of course is going to be stale. It's more of like a story story than a comedy.
Pranks Galore
Twilight awakens with the same warm sensation against her as she felt last night. She looks up and nearly jumps out of skin. A stallion of see through white sits with his hooves behind his back with a pipe in his mouth. She jumps out of bed and blasts magic tearing the pony in half with a loud pop coming from it followed by laughter.
Hearty amused laughter at an unfortunate dramatized pony. Or more often known as a dragon's laughter. Twilight turns around head lowered.
"Spiiiiiiike..." Twilight says a dark tone taking her voice.
Spike's, standing in the door way of their room or more commonly their love nest, laughter dies down slowly from full laughter to nervous chuckling.
"Uhh yes Twilight? Ummm did I ever mention how much I love you? Hehe." Spike says running a hand across his head he starts slowly walking towards the disgruntled unicorn and lover.
"You know Spike... there are a few ways I don't want to wake up..." He horn ignites and glows with the aura of a powerful spell, "And that is one of them!
\"But it's Pinkie Day!" Spike yells just as the spell is about to shoot.
Twilight stops and stares at him hard and long as the spell powers down. She glances at the calendar on the wall to see that he is in fact correct on what today is. Unfortunate. For him that is. Sense the first shot has been fired...
Twilight casts another spell that makes Spike's heart drops fast.
"Uhh Twilight? When did you learn a spell like that?"
"Oh this spell?" Twilight asks looking around at her armada of air born pies, "Just a few days ago for this special occasion."
Twilight frown turns into a maniacal smile as Spike backs towards the door getting ready to bolt.
"And where do you think you're going!" Twilight yells as pies fly as Spike struggles opening the door.
The sound of laughing and the squishing of pies fill the library making some of the residents look upstairs and shudder.

Pinkie hops down the road her latest victims laughing at each other as was is feathered down like a chicken and the other sneezing and laughing from the sneezing powder. Pinkie just loves he day! A day announced for her and all the pranks she pull only this way she doesn't get in major quadruple double trouble.
Pinkie looks about the town to see many ponies pranking each other with many different type of classic and original pranks. It filled her with a lot of joy. Plus everypony was following the rule of no pranking Fluttershy! Right now she is quietly observing everypony and their pranks.
"Hey Dashie!" Pinkie says waving her front hoof in the air as she stands on her hind legs.
Dashie stops her flight and drops down flying towards Pinkie holding bags of pranks and knick knacks.
"Heya Pinkster! Or should I say Prankster?" Dashie says chuckling at her own joke.
"Oh you can just call me regular old Pinkie Dashie! You know that!" Pinkie says hopping up down, "So what you got in the bag?"
Rainbowdash chuckles and shakes her head, "You'll see!"
With that Rainbowdash flies off towards the way of the park. Last she checked the park was closed to some special event. She shrugs barely giving it a thoat and goes about making sure that the day is going great for everypony. In fact she feels its time to check on the couples to make sure they're not being to mean to each other. Pranks are no fun if they really hurty hurt others feelings.
In fact first couple on her list is the couple of her bestest best unicorn friend. She bounces away bound for the library.
----------Back to the plot-------
The library once truly clean and neatly aligned books now turned into a battlefield of rubber chickens, feather, sludge, goop, buzzers, and cream. Lots and lots of cream. In truth all the wasted food would make most lazy ponies cry.
"Haha! Missed me Twilight!" Spike yells chucking two pies away from him towards Twilight as she jumps off the table.
She sees it coming and teleports just behind the pies if they were to hit her. She turns the pies around with magic and flies them back like homing missiles. Spike runs away dropping on all fours digging into the tree a bit to get a good push from the ground. The homing Pies keep up with his pace as he runs through the library. He stops in front of the front door and waits for the pies to come too close. He than jumps out of the way but to both parties dismay the door opens revealing an unsuspecting victim.
Princess Luna.
SPLAT
Twilight covers her mouth and Spike begins laughing at the shocked creamed face of Princess Luna.
"I never would've thought Luna would ever get creamed!" Spike says laughing harder as his joke before being pelted with a barrage of cream followed by sap and feather. Some of the feathers get in his mouth making him start coughing suddenly along with his laugh.
"Luna! I'm soooooo sorry! Me and Spike got carried away again!" Twilight says rushing in front of her and lowering her head like a foal in trouble.
Luna simply wipes most the cream off her face with a smile on her face, "Tis is nothing Sparkle. After all today is the day of merry making and after all Celestia has sent you a present."
"Really! What is it! Is it the new almanac I ordered on Sir Frencharzard's potion brewing?"
"No no nothing like that but we do need you to come out side to see it." Luna says turning and heading out the door.
"Alright!" Twilight says following a now shocked Spike at realizing what just happened to him.
Standing outside Luna motions her to stay where she is. She backs up and raises her right hoof in the air pointing above her. Twilight, excited and oblivious, looks up into the sky and her heart sinks into her stomach as a giant ballon comes crashing down covering her in goo.
"Hahahahah good one Tia!" Luna says falling on her flank laughing.
Celestia lands beside her goo covered pupil chuckling at her shocked expression, "Oh don't be so surprised Twilight. I used to be quite the prankster when I was younger." Celestia says chuckling.
"Bu-bu-but..." Twilight stammers out.
"I had to keep up a competition with Discord when I was younger. I used to play tricks on Chrysalis, Sombra, and Luna herself. Though she would fall for them the hardest."Celestia says with a taunting chuckle.
"Hey what does that mean!" Luna yells offended by her sisters words.
"Oh nothing Lulu."
"I think those are words of war!" She shouts forming a balloon from magic full of who knows what.
"Oh Lulu. I'm always one step ahead." Celstia says stomping her right hoof.
The ground before Luna opens, she falls and lands with a giant splash. Twilight and Celestia walk over and look down at the Jell covered Princess of the night.
"This is not funny!" She calls out.
A new arrivals comes announcing how great of a prankster Celestia is.
"And I see you and Spike have been busy!" Pinkie says looking over Twilight shoulder to see part of the inside of the home.
Twilight chuckles trying to block the embarrassing sight.
"At least it'll bring you both closer because of the mess!" Pinkie says clopping her hooves together, "Yay! It feel like I'm brining so many ponies together today! Some times latterly!" She says holding a thing of glue all of a sudden.
Neither princess nor student ask where she kept that knowing that Pinkie laws are never meant to be questioned. But by golly do they laugh at her and her silliness before realizing the top of the glue is twisted open. Twilight and Celestia look down to see their hooves together.
"Darn it Pinkie!" Twilight says looking up to see a pink pony missing who is already partly down the road, "Oh jeez I'm really sorry about that!"
"It's okay Twilight. It's all in good fun." Celestia reassures her.
"Though Twilight I never knew you were into older mares..." Luna says resting on the edge of the pit smirking.
That causes Twilight to blush red and the two sisters to laugh. All and all it turned out to be a great day for everypony. Many pranks were had and no feeling were hurt. The two truly were brought together. Just like Spike wanted.
