A demonic monster that once served as a Canterlot Royal Guard lives in a place where bringing death and misery to others is all he does for a living. He acts without care and does it for his own enjoyment, as his destiny. A trip to haunted grounds transforms a cold-hearted pegasus into a murderous, broken alicorn.

One night he discovers the dreaded Brutalight Sparcake, leader of the Elements of Insanity whose arrival has gotten in his way in terms of business. Their meeting escalates from conversation to combat. This is a story as told by a monster stallion that was born before the Elements of Insanity, with a different perspective on the art of the kill.

Note: I do NOT own Brutalight Sparcake or the Elements of Insanity. This is currently a one-shot story inspired by the creations of TheInvertedShadow, and the works done by him, mindlessgonzo and IMShadow007. I take no credit for their creativity, or the locations from Team Fortress 2.
