After a conflict in Canterlot, Twilight Sparkle is left in a land, unknown to her. She has to find her way home.

Twilight Sparkle is in the middle of an altercation of unknown proportions in Canterlot, a blast of magic sends her unconscious and she wakes up in a place unknown to her.
