Shooting Stars
The ponies gazed and gasped in awe as the beams of light streamed from the stars falling from the sky.
They store in amazement as the stars lit up the dark blue night sky, watching for about 2 hours now.
Pinkie Pie gazed upon the skies along with the audience and spotted a familiar cyan mare sitting not so far away from her.
She slowly trotted near her, careful not to disturb the audience. She tapped on her friends shoulder lightly with a pink hoof.
"Huh?" The pegusas was confused who tapped her and flipped around.
"Hi Dashie. I didn't expect to see you here." Pinkie stated softly.
"The others are quite busy, so I came here." Dash responded coolly.
The two ponies remained quiet for a bit, then Pinkie broke it once more, the stars lighting up the two mares' faces.
"Uh, Dashie?" She asked.
"Yes, Pinkie?" the mare had a slight tone of impatneince in her voice.
"I can tell you anything...right?" The pink mare whispered, a bit of shake in her voice.
"Yeah...what is it?" The mare was now softer.
"Promise not to tell anypony, including the others?"
"Cross my heart and hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye!" Dash pinkie promised.
"Dash...I kinda..." The mare began, her voice cracked.
"Yes Pinkie?" the mare had a tone of annoyance in her voice.
"Like...I like like you..."
Dash remained quite for a few minutes as Pinkie blushed.
