Lunar and Sparkling's Dream World

"Lunar...ope..Thy...must...awake!"

I wake up. I look around and see that I'm standing in a black room.

"H-hello?" I gulped.

"Hello, mister Hope." the mysterious voice greeted.

I look in front of me to see Princess Luna. I bowed down immediately. It was such a pleasure to see a royal princess.

"Hello, princess." I greeted back with formality. I stand up.

"No need to be formal, Hope." Luna giggled.

"So, what happened? Where am I?" I ask with worry.

"Straight to the point, hm? Oh well. You're here because of thy asleep. Remember when you created that fight?" Luna responded.

"Oh, that's why I'm here... I lost the fight." I stated.

"You will go into a world, far beyond my control. Though, I have no idea what to call the mysterious region, but you two will be my first explorers." Luna informed me.

"A world far beyond your control? But, you control dreams..." I stood there, puzzled.

"Yes, but I will tell you that it'll be marvelous." Luna reassured.

"Ok then. Send me to this world." I nodded.

"I will. I wish you luck, Lunar Hope." Luna smiled.

The room turned pure white. I feel warmth as I travel through what seems like time and space. I then see multiple colors, blue and orange, green and red, purple and yellow... Such amazing combinations...

I land softly on the ground, and look around. There was a beach, with breathtaking purple-ish waves hitting he shore. Not only a beach, but a snowy forest, white petals filled up the tree's branches, blending in with the snow... Looking up, I saw the clouds open, revealing a universe of red, black, purple, and blue. If you would listen, you could hear the waves crumble, and build up. You could also hear the snow hit the ground. It felt so clear and beautiful, could it be a dream, maybe? Yes, a dream, but a dream so powerful and lovely, that it became a world. Not just a world, but a world of both reality and fantasy. A Dream World.

I start going into the snowy forest. I see the trees shorten, and find a immense log. In it, is a long circled tunnel. It seemed to serve as shelter. I went in and rested for a bit. As I relax, I start to hear a familiar voice.

"Lunar..." the familiar voice echoed.

Suddenly, in a quick flashback, I realize who it is. It's Sparkling.

"Sparkling? Where are you?" I yelled while getting up and heading out into the open. The snow is so thick, I can barely walk.

"Come and find me..." Sparkling giggled.

I look around. She's no where near me...

"I am trying to find you, but I can't find you. Are you hiding or are you visible in plain sight, Sparkling? How come I haven't noticed you?" I asked.

Everything else is silent. I now hear thunder. I look up. The clouds are now ganging up on the poor universe, creating a storm of brutal power. There's no beauty in the storm either. It's just pure coldness.

No. No coldness, I want warmth. No anger. I close my eyes, and I start exhaling and inhaling.

"Calm yourself, Hope... This is only just a dream... A world of fantasy and reality..." I assure myself.

The thunder stops. The warmth is back, and I now hear screaming. I open my eyes, and I see I'm at a concert similar to the one I was before I went into this world. The floor had silver outlining, for what seemed to look like black squares. The sky was black as well.

There was a different DJ, however. But, when I looked up, I saw a mare. She had light and dark blue hair, following in a stripe pattern. She was wearing black glasses, except the lenses were purple. She had white fur, and a beamed note cutie mark. The white mare was also wearing blue headphones.

Alright, everypony! Prepare to be blasted by my BASS CANNON!

My eyes widened a bit after she said that. She grabbed the cord of the headphones she was wearing, and plugged them into the DJ stand. The bass sent a shockwave in the floor, lighting up the squares with light blue.

"Lunar! Lunar!" Sparkling called.

"!?" I looked around.

She runs up to me, and gives me a huge hug. It felt good to rejoice.

"What happened to you?" I yell loud enough to let Sparkling hear me.

"I met with Princess Celestia, she said I was going into a world beyond her power." Sparkling yelled as well.

"No way, I met with Princess Luna, and SHE said that I was going into a world beyond her power too!" I exclaimed.

The floor lit up with blue. Me and Sparkling both looked at the DJ, only to find that she was floating. Her headphones was glowing blue. A name appeared in front of her, it read:

DJ-P0N3 - Vinyl Scratch

"Vinyl?" I pondered.

The whole room turned black once again.

Me and Sparkling land on the starry white snow. We both look at each other.

"Whoa... What was that?" Sparkling asked with amazement.

"It was another part of this Dream World." I informed.

"A Dream World? Are we in one right now?" Sparkling questioned.

"Yes, a world of reality and fantasy, either way." I explained.

"Ooohhh...." Sparkling understood.

I see a nearby house. It looked un-abandoned.

"I found a mansion. We can rest there." I pointed out.

"Well? What're we waiting for?" Sparkling smiled.

I smile. We start to walk to the mansion.

As we walked, the sky turned up the night, and made a beautiful galaxy of stars above us. I looked up, and saw blue and green stars. The void that the stars stood on filled up the empty space. Either I'm becoming a lunatic, or maybe it's me. I never knew that such imagination could fill a dream...

We walked up on the welcome rug on the patio. The house was clean white, just like the snow. I opened the door. The house was furnished nicely, and was lit up with nice looking lamps. It was a two story house, quite fancy for my tastes. I walked around, and the floor was wooden, nicely polished... The wall paper was blue with black diamond patterns.

I explored the downstairs part of the house. There was a dining room, a living room, and a bathroom. Sparkling couldn't stay awake any longer, so she started making her way upstairs.

"Wooo! I'm tired." Sparkling yawned as she went upstairs.

"Same." I replied.

We both head upstairs. Me and Sparkling explored the upstairs (it was mostly me that did the work, we found the bedroom first), there was a master bedroom with a bathroom next to it, and another patio, except with chairs to enjoy the view.

I started getting tired, so I went into the bedroom. Sparkling was already asleep, so I went on the right side of the bed and laid down. Sparkling turned to me, and I turned to her. We both looked at each other and smiled.

"Lunar?" Sparkling called.

"Yes, Sparkling?" I replied.

"Thanks for getting me here." She smiled and kissed me.

I blushed. She turned back to her place and went to sleep.

"No problem..." I smiled back.

I turned, and went to sleep.

I wish this world would never end.
