This song is called Find You! I hope you enjoy this! The song played beautifully, as the sounds mixing with the song itself made it sound so amazing... The lights flashed the whole audience with blue, red, green, and purple. Oh, how the colors mixed in with each other gracefully... I go to the bathroom to wash my face. The kumquat juice keeps burning in my eyes. I started shoving water into my face. Oh, how it burns... "Goddamn it! It burns like shit coming out of your flank!" I scream with pain. "Yo, bro, you doing alright in there?" the colt asked with worry. 'Yeah, I'm fine!" I yell back. "Okay, homie, just wanted to make sure you weren't having any problems!" the colt replied. "Fine my flank... It hurts so much!" I mutter to myself. The pain feels like it's gone... So I stop spraying water in my face, and look at myself to see if I look normal enough to come out. My grey fur is clean. My blue eyes are normal, except that they're a bit red... But, that shouldn't matter too much. My tail is still short and clean. My horn isn't messed up, looks a bit sharper than before. Hopefully I don't cut anyone. My black mane is messy and spikey. Good thing I used that conditioner and shampoo... I look at my black cutie mark (http://www.warpaths2peacepipes.com/images/hope-symbol.png) and start admiring it for awhile. It looks great. I walk out of the bathroom, and the concert is still going through. I start making my way towards the front, I bump into a mare. "Oh, I'm so sorry." "It's okay, I just wanted to-" I apologize while I look at the mare. She had those beautiful chartreuse eyes, and her light steel blue mane... She had a horn like mine, but her deep sky blue fur was stunning. I've never met a unicorn like her, so I asked her if she wanted to go drink with me. "Wanted to?" the mare waited patiently for me to answer. "Wanted to ask you if you wanted a drink!" I smiled. "Oh," she giggled, "I would love one." ~~ The music plays in the background as me and the mare come to sit. The lights were bright enough to let us see each other. "So, what do you want to drink?" I asked formally. "Some apple cider, Apple Jacks?" the mare replied. I tell the bartender to get two apple ciders. I give him two bits as tips. "So, what's your name?" I questioned. "Sparkling Clarity. Yours?" Sparkling asked back. "Lunar Hope." I smiled. "Clarity and Hope, huh?" Sparkling chuckled. "What is it?" I asked. "It's just that our names go well together." Sparkling smiled. We got our drinks, and kept talking. We laughed as well. But, as we were talking, I saw in the corner of my eye, three thugs glaring at me. One was a pegasi, agile and fast. The other two were unicorns, big and burly. Unfortunately, I took a quick glance, but one of them saw me staring at them. He told the others. They start walking towards me. I casually talk and act normal. As he starts to get closer, I start to get a grip on my glass. Now he's standing right in front of me. Before he even said a damn word, I glassed him. Glass shattered, and went on the floor. The apple cider was dripping from his face. Sparkling looked at me like I was crazy. She then looked at the three thugs, and then looked back at me, understanding why I glassed him. "The buck did you do?" the second big thug asked. "Oh, I just simply bought you a drink. You just looked thirsty." I replied. "Listen kid, you're gonna regret the day you messed with-" "You want me to buy you a glass again?" I questioned. "You want to go, punk?" the third skinny thug snarled. "No, I just wanted to buy you all a drink." I added nicely. "Oh, okay." they sit down. The third thug sat next to me. The others sat next to the third. My horn lit up, and I created clones that blended into the party. I gave them a signal to move out and take the targets down. I stood up, and walked back ten steps. Sparkling was watching me, and knew what I was doing, so she acted casual and asked for a drink. I went up on my two hind legs, and started running at the third one. "Shit's about to go down!" I smirked as me and my copies moved. I drop kicked the third one as the others drop kicked the two in the face. The third one passed out, but the others were taking hits like they were nothing. My clones disappeared, and the two thugs got up and charged at me. I went back on all fours, but I wasn't fast enough to dodge that attack. I was pummeled into the wall. "You little bitch, you think you can buck me over?" The thug yelled in my face. "Pftt," I spit in his face, "I don't answer questions from bucks like you." The one that held me to the wall, now moved to give the other some room. The second thug held up his hoof, and started charging his punch with power, "Very well... Get ready, bucker." The second thug starts punching me hard. I start to cough up blood after the eight punches he gave me. It was time to give up now. I knew that I couldn't stand a chance. Sparkling watched me with terror get beaten up by these retarded thugs. I didn't want her to watch me in this condition. "Well!? Do you surrender?" he asked. "......" I nod. "Alright. Put him and his girl friend to sleep, Nightbearing." The second thug's hoof came to the side of my throat and knocked me out. Everything is dark and silent. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 2: Separation //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 2: Separation "Lunar...ope..Thy...must...awake!" I wake up. I look around and see that I'm standing in a black room. "H-hello?" I gulped. "Hello, mister Hope." the mysterious voice greeted. I look in front of me to see Princess Luna. I bowed down immediately. It was such a pleasure to see a royal princess. "Hello, princess." I greeted back with formality. I stand up. "No need to be formal, Hope." Luna giggled. "So, what happened? Where am I?" I ask with worry. "Straight to the point, hm? Oh well. You're here because of thy asleep. Remember when you created that fight?" Luna responded. "Oh, that's why I'm here... I lost the fight." I stated. "You will go into a world, far beyond my control. Though, I have no idea what to call the mysterious region, but you two will be my first explorers." Luna informed me. "A world far beyond your control? But, you control dreams..." I stood there, puzzled. "Yes, but I will tell you that it'll be marvelous." Luna reassured. "Ok then. Send me to this world." I nodded. "I will. I wish you luck, Lunar Hope." Luna smiled. The room turned pure white. I feel warmth as I travel through what seems like time and space. I then see multiple colors, blue and orange, green and red, purple and yellow... Such amazing combinations... ~~ I land softly on the ground, and look around. There was a beach, with breathtaking purple-ish waves hitting he shore. Not only a beach, but a snowy forest, white petals filled up the tree's branches, blending in with the snow... Looking up, I saw the clouds open, revealing a universe of red, black, purple, and blue. If you would listen, you could hear the waves crumble, and build up. You could also hear the snow hit the ground. It felt so clear and beautiful, could it be a dream, maybe? Yes, a dream, but a dream so powerful and lovely, that it became a world. Not just a world, but a world of both reality and fantasy. A Dream World. I start going into the snowy forest. I see the trees shorten, and find a immense log. In it, is a long circled tunnel. It seemed to serve as shelter. I went in and rested for a bit. As I relax, I start to hear a familiar voice. "Lunar..." the familiar voice echoed. Suddenly, in a quick flashback, I realize who it is. It's Sparkling. "Sparkling? Where are you?" I yelled while getting up and heading out into the open. The snow is so thick, I can barely walk. "Come and find me..." Sparkling giggled. I look around. She's no where near me... "I am trying to find you, but I can't find you. Are you hiding or are you visible in plain sight, Sparkling? How come I haven't noticed you?" I asked. Everything else is silent. I now hear thunder. I look up. The clouds are now ganging up on the poor universe, creating a storm of brutal power. There's no beauty in the storm either. It's just pure coldness. No. No coldness, I want warmth. No anger. I close my eyes, and I start exhaling and inhaling. "Calm yourself, Hope... This is only just a dream... A world of fantasy and reality..." I assure myself. The thunder stops. The warmth is back, and I now hear screaming. I open my eyes, and I see I'm at a concert similar to the one I was before I went into this world. The floor had silver outlining, for what seemed to look like black squares. The sky was black as well. There was a different DJ, however. But, when I looked up, I saw a mare. She had light and dark blue hair, following in a stripe pattern. She was wearing black glasses, except the lenses were purple. She had white fur, and a beamed note cutie mark. The white mare was also wearing blue headphones. Alright, everypony! Prepare to be blasted by my BASS CANNON! My eyes widened a bit after she said that. She grabbed the cord of the headphones she was wearing, and plugged them into the DJ stand. The bass sent a shockwave in the floor, lighting up the squares with light blue. "Lunar! Lunar!" Sparkling called. "!?" I looked around. She runs up to me, and gives me a huge hug. It felt good to rejoice. "What happened to you?" I yell loud enough to let Sparkling hear me. "I met with Princess Celestia, she said I was going into a world beyond her power." Sparkling yelled as well. "No way, I met with Princess Luna, and SHE said that I was going into a world beyond her power too!" I exclaimed. The floor lit up with blue. Me and Sparkling both looked at the DJ, only to find that she was floating. Her headphones was glowing blue. A name appeared in front of her, it read: DJ-P0N3 - Vinyl Scratch "Vinyl?" I pondered. The whole room turned black once again. ~~ Me and Sparkling land on the starry white snow. We both look at each other. "Whoa... What was that?" Sparkling asked with amazement. "It was another part of this Dream World." I informed. "A Dream World? Are we in one right now?" Sparkling questioned. "Yes, a world of reality and fantasy, either way." I explained. "Ooohhh...." Sparkling understood. I see a nearby house. It looked un-abandoned. "I found a mansion. We can rest there." I pointed out. "Well? What're we waiting for?" Sparkling smiled. I smile. We start to walk to the mansion. As we walked, the sky turned up the night, and made a beautiful galaxy of stars above us. I looked up, and saw blue and green stars. The void that the stars stood on filled up the empty space. Either I'm becoming a lunatic, or maybe it's me. I never knew that such imagination could fill a dream... We walked up on the welcome rug on the patio. The house was clean white, just like the snow. I opened the door. The house was furnished nicely, and was lit up with nice looking lamps. It was a two story house, quite fancy for my tastes. I walked around, and the floor was wooden, nicely polished... The wall paper was blue with black diamond patterns. I explored the downstairs part of the house. There was a dining room, a living room, and a bathroom. Sparkling couldn't stay awake any longer, so she started making her way upstairs. "Wooo! I'm tired." Sparkling yawned as she went upstairs. "Same." I replied. We both head upstairs. Me and Sparkling explored the upstairs (it was mostly me that did the work, we found the bedroom first), there was a master bedroom with a bathroom next to it, and another patio, except with chairs to enjoy the view. I started getting tired, so I went into the bedroom. Sparkling was already asleep, so I went on the right side of the bed and laid down. Sparkling turned to me, and I turned to her. We both looked at each other and smiled. "Lunar?" Sparkling called. "Yes, Sparkling?" I replied. "Thanks for getting me here." She smiled and kissed me. I blushed. She turned back to her place and went to sleep. "No problem..." I smiled back. I turned, and went to sleep. I wish this world would never end. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 3: Exploration //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 3: Exploration Chirp. Chirp. The sun climbed up from its eternal slumber, shining beautifully on the mansion... The snow melting into dew on the tropical plants, everything was becoming more fabulous as the sun rose. The wind blowing the leaves... Wait... What? I immediately got up and looked out of the window. Spring, or what it seemed like, had arrived. It was stunning, though, the sun had turned peachy... I wondered, if snow had gone away over here, then was the ocean frozen at that point? Well, no matter. It was time to check on Sparkling anyway. Considering she had disappeared when I entered the dream world. As I turned back, she instantly jumps out of the bed and gets in my face, nose to nose, and says, "Hi." I was kind of surprised, she never got this close. But, at least she's cheerful. "You seem happy. Had a dream about me?" I flirted. "Maybe." Sparkling smirked as we both headed down to the kitchen. "Bubblegum, Bubblegum to see who gets to cook first," I said, smirking. "I'm too lazy to cook anyway." Sparkling groaned. "Fine," "But you owe me a fancy dinner reservation once we get back into the real world!" "Sure." I said sarcastically. We put in one hoove for the game. Bubblegum, Bubblegum in a ditch, how many pieces do you wish? I randomly guessed thirteen. "Thirteen." I smirked with cockiness. "You picked a bad move, Hope..." Sparkling smiled. .....God damn it. I lost. ~-~-~-~ After breakfast, we went out to explore this unknown area. Sparkling and I discovered that there was a mountain just five minutes away from the house. We thought we should use it as a vantage point. A lookout. Shortly then, we found out that the ocean wasn't frozen, instead, the snow was just floating on the ocean. What in the name of Celestia did that make sense!? What was also crazy, was that both me and Sparkling, could fly! Without any wings! I was happy though, because it was a bird's eye view. The clouds also felt fluffy ( I admit, I did nap on one of the clouds.). But, I heard squawking. I looked behind me, to see a shitload of ravens chasing after us. I looked down. We were in the middle of the winter wonderland. I tried not to make Sparkling worry. "Let's have a race," I said with a fake smile. "First one who lands under the ocean wins!" "You're on!" Sparkling replied with a happy look. I was a little worried about the ravens, but I did try to win. Bloop. Crap, I lost... But, I chuckled a bit, since diving straight into the water didn't sound like it was supposed to be. Oh, well. I dived in anyway. Bloop. "Whoa..." I said underwater. Wait... Oh, shit. I casted a spell on my body so I could breathe. But, not for long, only the best Unicorns can cast spells that make you breathe permanently underwater. I know my friend, Twilight Sparkle, would just correct me, and say 'I have a book for that to prove that you're wrong!'. Not really, but, you get what I mean. I look around to find Sparkling. Where was she? I looked down. "Oh my god." -~-~-~- Sparkling was sinking down to the bottom of the ocean. It looked so dark and murky in the ocean. Who knows what's in there... Damn it, just save her, Hope! I reacted just in time to keep her from falling deeper into the abyss. I grabbed her, and swam up to the surface. ....Why can't I fly? Come on, come on... My horn lights up. I have an idea... I could teleport to a short distance, but it's going to be nowhere near the house. Screw it, as they say, you only live once. I close my eyes, and teleport. I'm in a jungle. Oh, man... "...Wha..." Sparkling awakes. "Where am I?" "I don't know. We're in a jungle, though, I can tell you that. What happened, though?" I ask with worry. "I think I lost myself. I was enjoying the fact that I was just falling." she replied back. "So, you fell asleep while falling." "Yeah." I let go of her, letting her drop onto the soft ground. I mean, come on, you seriously fell asleep while losing yourself?! Well, no matter. I need to see if I can climb up a tall tree. But, only REAL tall ones. I look back, and Sparkling keeps following me. Staying by my side. RAWRRR!!! I flinched. Was that a tiger? "....Rawrr...." the tiger growled as he was hiding in the bushes. I felt something wrap around my right arm. I look to the direction, and find a poor, cute Sparkling trying to stick herself onto me. Aww. I look back to the bushes, and see it's actually a midnight blue cat. It looked adorable. It's green eyes, oh I could- "Hello." the cat greeted. "You can talk?" I questioned. "Yes. I was sent by Prince Artemis and Princess Luna. To guide you," the cat said. "Actually, not to guide you, but to watch over you. Y'know." I gave the cat a 'really' look. It would be nice to have another person to accompany us. "What's your name?" me and the cat both asked each other. "Hope." "Moon." We both stared. "Well, looks like we should be going now, mister Moon, it's getting late." Sparkling stepped in. "It's nine o'clock in the morning," Moon said with sass. "May I also ask what your name is?" "It's Sparkling." "I see. Well, tally ho, young ones." Moon smiled. The three of us climbed up a big tree. We saw the mountain that Sparkling and I marked as a vantage point, so we walked around the mountain, and headed home. As we were making our way home, the stupid cat, Moon, kept making stories like, 'I remember when I was your age...', or 'I used to...'. Sparkling was the one listening, and she was smiling. Honestly, I wasn't listening, but Sparkling was the one that kept me smiling all the way. I'm guessing I should say... I feel happy to be with her. My heart is beating faster. Is this... Love? "..ope...HOPE!" Sparkling yelled. I flinched. "Y-yeah?" I stuttered. "Dreaming off, are we?" Moon smirked. "I bet you were thinking about Ms. Sparkle." I blushed a bit. "I was not!" I replied with embarrassment. I ran up to the damn cat. "Listen, you smartflank, I will cut your tongue, and I will-" "I don't think you'll be doing that, Hope. I am royalty, after all. Artemis and Luna will have you executed." "You son of a-" "Ah, ah, ah! No more bad language here, Hope." I glared at Moon, and opened the door to the house. I held it for Sparkling. And Sparkling only. Moon gets the privilege to sleep outside. I close the door on him. I hear a flash sound. I look down at my feet to find Moon. Great. "I can teleport, you know." "I know you can." We all headed upstairs to go to sleep. I was the first to get in the bed. Moon just made his spot (Not peeing, bro,) and laid down. Sparkling just took a shower, and cuddling up to me. She was warm. "Now, shall we say good night? To all of us? Including Prince Artemis and Princess Luna?" Moon closed his eyes. "Good night, everyone." Sparkling closed her eyes. "Good night." I closed my eyes as well. "Good night, Prince Artemis and Princess Luna. And Sparkling and Hope." Moon yawned. ....... "At least I was the one that said good night to Prince Artemis and Princess Luna." Moon smirked. "Oh, would you just shut up..."
