Mistakes

I could feel the sun beam through the slit separating my eyelids. Slowly opening them as I woke. I flared my nostrils, taking in a deep burst of what I thought would be fresh air, only to be greeted by the horrible scent of my own body odor.

"I need to take a shower," I sighed, "Ugh." So, I slowly get up feeling agitated. When I'm finally up, I head over to my dresser and get some clothes. Then, I head to my door and open it. then I leave the room bringing the clothes with me. I go inside my bathroom, I then put the clothes on my sink. I turn on the shower and got it at the right temperature then stepped in the shower. After a quick shower, I decided to get on the Xbox and watch Netflix. After watching Attack on Titan I got ready for work. I went outside and got in the car after I got ready. I was driving which takes about, 30-40 minutes. Work is not that interesting... Unless you add the few co-workers saying jokes here and there. But really that's about it... I got home after a stressful day at work. I throw myself on the bed and close my eyes; I already felt myself slip between the real world and the dream world. Soon I just past out knowing the weekend starting tomorrow I felt happy. I open my eyes and see nothing but my office and my house. Both of which have me walking around my house doing my normal everyday thing. But then, I got a huge feeling that someone was watching me, and that feeling went away just as quick as it came. Is someone watching me? I thought to myself, I looked around but saw nobody. So I just shook it off and continued looking at myself doing what I do. The room I was in had a creepy feeling to it. It was completely black, no walls, no ceiling. Like a piece of space just... Siting there.

"How did you get here?" A mysterious voice said. I tried to turn around curious about what that voice was but before I could, I woke up. Not knowing what happened, I got up and ignored it. As it was just a dream, right? So the normal routine started. I took a shower, got on Netflix and watched Breaking Bad this time, since today was one of the days that I can relax, it was well enjoyable for me. After a while I got tired and decided to go to sleep. So I cut of the Xbox, turned off the TV, then I just rolled over looking at the wall. Soon after, I fell asleep. I see... I see something disturbing. The room was white, with blood on the walls. I could barely hear it, but I could tell it was a girl crying. The more walked down the hallway, the louder the crying got. When I was walking, a door appeared out of nowhere. The door is wooden, looks like some sort of 18th century door. I open it and see a kingdom, filled with not humans but ponies. One walked by, it didn't even notice me. I walked to the castle. It was beautiful, the guards guarding the doors, opened the huge doors they where guarding. I walk in to see two princesses ruling over the kingdom.

"Hello," Said one of the princesses. She then turned and looked at me like she knew I was there.

"What the..." I tried to say something but couldn't. Just then a bright white light came right at me. I tried to dodge it, but it was to late. I woke up sweating and breathing heavily. What was that? I thought to myself, What was that bright light? I thought. It got more confusing to me. So I decided to just forget about it and head to town and get something to eat. I think Waffle House will be good. So I got ready and headed over to Waffle House. I go inside and take myself a seat. a waiter comes up to me.

"Hello, I'm going to be serving for you today," She hands me a menu, "what type of drink do you want?" She asked.

"Some sweet tea, please" I responded, politely. She smiled then walked off. I looked at the menu for a bit and decided to get waffles. The waiter came back with the sweet tea.

"Here is your sweet tea," She puts the sweet tea on the table, "Have you made you order yet?"

"Yes. I would like waffles gluten free, with maple syrup and butter, please," I respond.

"OK, we will be right on that," She says. Then she walked of again. Man that dream. It was random, but it felt so vivid. I thought to myself. After a while, I got my order of gluten free waffles with maple syrup and butter. After eating, I headed back home. I got on the Xbox and played Lego star wars which was pretty fun. It was getting late so I decided to go to bed. I look around I was in the kingdom again, but over the horizon, fireworks where going off. Shooting in the air ending with a loud BANG! It looked beautiful, I looked around and saw something... something horrible. It was like a black hole but what ever it touches burns or melt. Just looking at it, I could see the ashes flying in the air. Out of fear I ran as fast as I can but met with me looking down a ledge. The kingdom was built on the side of a mouton, so my only option was to jump. I got myself in a trap, it cornered me so I had no choice. Die or die... I didn't want to die burning neither do I want to die period. But I no choice, I jump. I closed my eyes shut hoping to not feel pain. I hit a piece of the mouton and I screamed. I felt time slow down, I felt the muscle and tissue get ripped apart inch by inch. I wake myself up screaming and breathing heavily. That nightmare was horrible. I never had a dream so intense before. It was so vivid too... I thought to myself. So I got up and took a shower hoping to forget it. I watch Netflix for a tiny bit and went to work. I came back home and face-planted on my bed and fell asleep quickly.

"Sorry for what happen last time..."
