We all know the history and the geography of Equestria: a landmass inhabited by ponies and other races, all living under the rule of the Royal Sisters Celestia and Luna. Its history lacked of wars, their has been place taken by the ambitions of individuals corrupted by the whispers of power, or by abominations incapable to feel any emotion but boredom and amusement.

But, on the planet Morin, Equestria is not the only continent: beyond the sea there is the Saddled Arabia, inhabited by the horses. And, near the Saddled Arabia, there is Diomedea, a small continent, inhabited by ponies, minotaurs and griffons. Diomedea's history, unknown to most of Equestria's ponies, is full of struggles and wars between the nations.

But, beyond the sea, there isn't only evil and barbarism, as Twilight will find out in a book, gift of a diplomatic mission, where Diomedea's history is detailed and the greatest secret of Equestria is held...
