Celestia is bored. Not a day passes by where she doesn't wish she could let loose her alter ego deep inside her. But letting it go could plunge Equestria into a dystopian society. She gives in. She becomes the ruthless tyrant that haunts her nightmares. Now, the citizens of Equestria must fight for food, shelter, their very lives. And if that wasn't bad enough, they must survive the annual Hunger Games that Celestia herself put in place, not for the good of her subjects, but for her own entertainment.
