Book 1
The sun did not shine,
It was too wet crusade,
They sat in the house,
They sat in that house all cold, cold, day.
She sat there with the her besties,
They sat there they three,
Sweetiebelle sighed, "How I wish we had something to see,"
Too wet to go out,
Too wet to play hoofball,
So they sat in the house,
Blaming weather patrol for it all.
So all they could do was sit, sit, sit ,sit.
And Scootaloo did not like it,
Not one little bit.
And then something went, bump!
Oh, how that bump made them jump!
They looked, then they saw her step on the mat,
Stepped on the mat, the Dash in the Hat!
And she said to us, "Why do you sit there like that?,"
"I know it's wet,"
"And the sun is not shining,"
"But we can have lots of good fun while the sun is hiding!"
"I know a game we can play,"
"I know some new tricks," said the Dash in the Hat.
"I know some good tricks, I will show them to you,"
"Your sisters will not like at all if I do."
"But you're-," Scootaloo squeaked.
Pinkie Pie whispered, "Shh, Scoots, you're breaking the beat!"
"How did you even get here?" she asked, but Pinkie seemed to have sneaked.
The crusaders did not know what to say,
Their sisters were out of the house for the day!
But Applebloom's pet dog said,
"No, no, make that Dash go away,"
"Tell that Dash in the Hat you do not want to play!"
"She should not be here,"
"She should not be about,"
"She should not be here,"
"When your sisters are out!"
"Winona's gotta point," said Applebloom with a shrug.
Pinkie Pie swooped up again,
A scowl on her mug.
"Now, now, no fear, no fear,"
"My tricks are awesome, just listen here,"
"With a game I like to call- Up, Up Up, with the Dog."
"Put me down," said Winona.
"This is no fun at all!"
"Put me down," said Winona.
"I do not wish to fall!"
"No fear," said the Dash in the Hat,
"I will not let you fall,"
"I will carry you up high,"
"As I fly into the wall."
"With Twilight's new spell,"
"That will make me go through,"
"I will fly through that wall, I assure you."
"Look at me!" said the Dash.
"With a spell, a hat, and a dog on my back,"
"And I'll take that book,"
"Hay, I'll even take that!," pointing to the corner of the room.
"That's just a cookie," said Sweetiebelle, "don't you know that?"
"Exactly," said Dash, placing it into her mouth for a victory snack.
"The Wonderbolts will love me,"
"They won't have a clue,"
"Whatever I took,"
"That could help me fly through!"
"Trixie will be humbled,"
"She'll fall and stumble,"
"The foals will love me,"
"As I kiss away their troubles."
"Look at me, I'll say,"
"Look at me now,"
"It's fine to pull tricks, but you've got to know how!"
She zoomed toward the wall at a static pace,
A cocky swagger to her fly,
A determined look on her face.
She flew straight through that wall,
But the objects- not at all!
Even her hat fell,
Though it was quite tall.
Applebloom and Sweetie saw all things fall,
And Winona came down,
Scootaloo not far at all.
"I do not like this, no, no!"
"I do not like this,"
"This is not a game!"
"This is not a good game," said the dog in vain.
"No, I do not like this,"
"Not one little bit!"
"Just look at what you did,"
"Just look at this, look at that,"
"You've broken her scooter, you darn Dash!"
"Hehe, sorry about that," said Dash,
"Here, let me help you,"
"I'll fix it up in ten seconds flat!"
She ran out the room,
As fast as a fox,
She soon returned,
With a big brown box.
"I brought somepony to help," she beamed,
"Babycake one and Babycake two!"
They ran out of the box,
"Well, maybe I didn't think this through."
They ran past the wreckage,
Too fast, too fast one flew,
They shredded paper and messed up their baby hairs,
"You put them in a box?!" cried Scootaloo in despair.
Winona was distraught,
Glancing over the mess they had brought,
She snapped at their heels, until away they trot.
"Get out of here right now," barked Winona,
"You may no longer stay!"
"Just look at the place," she gestured.
"What a mess you've made!"
"Now Dash, you do what I say,"
"Or I'll gnaw off your wings,"
"And pack them away!" she growled.
"Oh dear," she sighed,
"You didn't like my games?"
"Oh dear," she cried,
"What a shame, what a shame!"
She then followed the Babycakes,
A wild goose chase,
And she looked back at the crusaders,
With a sad look on her face.
"That is good!" said Winona,
"She has gone away, yes,"
"But your sisters will come,"
"And they will see this mess,"
"To pick it up, there is no way!"
And then, who is back in the house?
"I guess I overdid it," she realized,
"How about this,"
She spun in a circle,
In elaborate twists.
"A twisters formin'," yelled Applebloom,
"It's my very own patented, Rain-Blow Boom!"
"Everyone take shelter," barked Winona,
They took off in a zoom.
It blew away the debris,
Faster than you could count to three.
And that was it,
And that was that,
Out the door walked the Dash.
And then their sisters came in,
Applejack and Rarity.
"Oh my stars, darlings," one of them quipped.
"It sure does look clean!"

Author's Note
Not sure if anyone's done this before, but I hope you liked it! This is my first story, as I'm sure you can tell. Please give me suggestions!
ETA: I made some changes that helped the rhythm, I was listening to an audio of it while I made it and don't think I got it quite right. I was trying to match it up exactly to the story.
