Innocence

Worried that soon she would be covered all over in blood, Fluttershy simply tried to hurt, but not too soft or too "blood-puddle-making" hard. She could have done better, through Rainbow Dash's point of view. "I'll give her my punching bag, that's it," Rainbow commented later.

Everybody was doing well in the battle (excluding Fluttershy and Spike, he was viewing), and Twilight was doing the most.

With spells flashing, green, yellow, blue, Twilight had to be fast. With spells spurting out, she was careful. At the verge of being hit again, she thought sarcastically, as green barely touched her by a millimeter. I'll use more shield spells.

As the spells clashed, Twilight knew that soon, they'd enter the final phase ("If Fluttershy even does something!", Rainbow Dash said on the topic), and the Changeling army would fall, and so would Chrysalis, they would save everybody...

Something fell into Twilight. It felt weird and oozy. And a picture, clear and white, with dawn in it, came into view.

Unconscious.... a knife...

"TWILIGHT!"

She ignored the yells. Screaming.... something coming out, a liquid...

Queen Chrysalis.... green, she was dead...she still stood there, staring at the dying person. Somebody was dead.....

"TWILIGHT! SNAP OUT OF IT!"

It was... no time, somebody invisible was slapping her face, and then she felt like being dragged, FLASH, she heard....

"GET BACK!" someone yelled.

PUNCH.

Somebody, a remote shadow, was punching... the air? She did not know to focus on the death scene, or the pony who was fighting.

A punch went into her face, and she felt blood oozing down her mouth, and stared at the cave walls. She was on the floor.

"What... IS WRONG WITH YOU?!" Rainbow Dash looked angry. "DIDN'T YOU SEE ANYTHING? FIRST, YOU WENT 'BOOM,', THEN, I GOT A BLOODY NOSE, STARING AT YOU, THEN, CHRYSAHEAD SENT KILLING SPELLY-THINGIES AT YOU! ARE YOU MENTAL?" boomed Rainbow Dash. Her face was red. Twilight had never heard such red-hot anger from Rainbow Dash.

"No time, somebody's gonna get killed-"

"WHADDA YA MEAN?"

Twilight blinked. She focused on Chrysalis, beginning a spell at her... Green, the killing spell was coming at her.

"GET BACK!" Twilight boomed, and she pushed Rainbow out of the way, and a yellow color shined in her horn. The spells let go, and fiercely touched, causing a mix. The most biggest power Twilight had ever hauled was being wasted. The redness from Rainbow Dash's face had disappeared and she began fighting. She began swearing under her breath, and then yelled, "ARE YOU A CHANGELING, APPLE?!"

With the colors of the spells turning blood-red, the line connected by the spells twisted, the power was great. Green pushed yellow, yellow pushed green, and Twilight felt weak. She began twitching, the end was near for the connection to end.... Chrysalis smiled.

"LET'S END THIS... FOOLISH WEAKLING..." Chrysalis smirked. And she yelled, the power was strong, green mostly pushing yellow....

Time seemed to stop.

"RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!"

Twilight used all her power, nothing she had ever done in her life, it seemed like her heart stopped, her blood flow dead, and the brain powerless.

BOOOOOM!!!

Soon, Chrysalis yelled, her eyes widened... Twilight's mouth moved, and words went to her.

"Moris in nobis...."

Rainbow Dash was confused at this. Rarity stared at her, and responded at Rainbow's jaw dropped, "I think its Latin. I think it is 'Death is upon us,' when I learned... what do you think think this means?"

A ball of magic swirled around the duel.

Twilight said again, "Intra in elementis, qui signetur tenebrae regimen conculcet ea potestas sit regina et destrui clones!"

"I don't know what that means," Rarity added.

Time seemed to stop again.

The screams stopped, and the world was white, silent, and lifeless. Equestria seemed to stop.

The white disappeared. The world turned to normal, Twilight unconscious. The rest were on the floor, and Queen Chrysalis was injured, bloodied, and eyes were closed.

Queen Chrysalis had fallen.
