It was a warm summer morning in Equestria. The sun was shinning, the foals were frolicking, and everypony was as happy as they could be. Everypony, except for Scarlet Thorn.
Scarlet was a quiet mare who seldom spent time with anypony else. Not much was really known about her, other than the fact that she only shows up in Ponyville once a month. She was always thought to be the spawn of evil because of her blood red coat and pitch black hair. Despite all of this, there was one pony willing to give her a chance.
Scarlet was making her usual trip through Ponyville when she was approached by Fluttershy.
"Good morning," Fluttershy said softly.
"Good morning," smiled Scarlet.
"I noticed that you don't seem to come to Ponyville that often."
"Well, I usually try to keep to myself."
"I know how you feel. I almost never want to leave my cottage because I'm afraid something awful will happen."
Scarlet gave Flutteshy a look of confusion, "Why are you afraid something awful will happen?"
"I don't really know, it's just a strange fear I have."
"I know where you're coming from. Not a lot of ponies seem to like me very much."
"Why is that?"
"I'll tell you over lunch, if you don't mind joining me."
"I wish I could, but I don't have any bits on hoof today."
"Not a problem, I'll pay your half for you."
"Are you sure? I don't want to be the cause of any financial troubles."
"Don't worry about it, I promise you I can take care of it."
"Are you sure?"
"Positive. Come on, I know a really great place we can go."
With a nod of assurance, Fluttershy followed Scarlet to where she wanted to go. Before long they reached the edge of Ponyville and were entering the Everfree Forest. Fluttershy began to get really nervous but continued following Scarlet deeper into the forest.
Scarlet finally stopped in front of what looked like an abandoned house and turned around to face Fluttershy.
"Here we are, this place has some really great food."
Fluttershy looked at the house and then back at Scarlet, "This really wasn't what I had in mind."
"Don't worry, I've been here plenty of times."
"It looks like nopony's been here in years."
"Trust me, you'll love it once you go inside," Scarlet said pushing the door open.
Fluttershy nervously stepped inside as Scarlet lead her into the middle of the room. The place looked ever worse on the inside. The ceiling was falling in, mold covered the walls, and all the furniture looked like it had been set on fire. Fluttershy began to get scared, but Scarlet put her hoof on her shoulder to reassure her.
"I thought there'd be more ponies here," Fluttershy squeaked.
"Sorry about this, but you've come across the wrong mare," Scarlet laughed.
Fluttershy nervously turned her head to face Scarlet who was now grinning at her. Before Fluttershy could say anything, Scarlet quickly turned around and bucked Fluttershy in her temple.
Fluttershy awoke a couple of hours later in a daze. She looked around to see where she was. She was in a solid steel room that was covered in blood. She tried to move her hooves, but they were shackled and chained tightly to the floor. She tried to scream for help, but there was something restricting her airway. Looking down as best she could, she noticed there was a wagon wheel around her neck. Panic began to set in for the shy pony.
Just then, there was the loud slamming of a steel door coming from behind Fluttershy. Echoing through the room was the sound of squeaky cart wheels. And soon, Scarlet walked into Fltttershy's view. Fluttershy's eyes grew wide and her jaw dropped.
"Not what you were expecting huh?" Scarlet asked with a sadistic smile plastered on her face.
Fluttershy tried to speak, but the wheel around her neck wouldn't let her.
"What was that? I couldn't quite hear you. Maybe we should get this out of your way," Scarlet said, removing the wheel from Fluttershy's neck.
Gasping for air, Fluttershy finally managed to speak, "Why are you doing this?"
"Let me give you a little back story. You see, I've always been hated since the day I was born. Not many ponies look the way I do. But those of us who look this was are always thought to be the spawn of something evil. So it's really no surprise that we are rarely seen.
As a child, my parents would do unspeakable things to me. They would tie me down and slice open my flesh until I was coated in my own crimson veneer. Then, they would heat up metal rods and place them on my wounds. The pain was indescribable and the smell of my burning flesh was unbearable.
So one night, I decided to get even with them. I snuck into their room in the middle of the night and killed them. With their fresh corpses to do with as I pleased, I began to have one hell of a time. You couldn't even tell who they were anymore.
Pretty soon the police found out, but me being the innocent young child, I got away with it. I couldn't hardly believe it myself to be honest. But, I took advantage of that opportunity and began my life as a murderer.
You want to know why I only come to Ponyville once a month? I come because I have all the victims I could ever as for. I only take ponies that nopony would ever notice were gone. I lure them here, have my fun, and then go back for more."
"Why would you pick me? Other ponies are going to notice if I'm not there anymore," Fluttershy pleaded.
"Other ponies will notice? Please, how long do you think you've been here?"
"I don't know, maybe a couple of hours."
"Try a couple of months. I had you under some really powerful tranquilizers. I'll have to admit, the coma lasted longer than I thought."
Fluttershy looked at Scarlet in shock. She had been there for two months and nopony came looking for her. Tears began to fill Fluttershy's eyes. How could her friends not notice she wasn't around anymore? Did they even bother to check on her? Did her friends really not care enough to go and look for her?
"Don't look so upset, you were bound to find out that nopony cared about you sooner or later. And besides, it's time to have some fun now," Scarlet said blissfully as she pulled the cover off of her cart, revealing all kinds of tools that were to be used.
Fluttershy reeled in horror and began to cry out, "Please don't do this. I haven't done anything to hurt anypony. Please let me got. I promise I won't tell anypony about this."
"I'm afraid letting you go is not an option. I've already got you here, and I'm not about to miss out on all the fun."
With that, Scarlet began looking over her tools to see what she was going to do first. After a few seconds, she picked up a set of tongs and a small container. With a twisted smile, she walked behind Fluttershy and put her hoof on her flank.
"Let's see what we can do back here first," Scarlet said, forcing the tongs into Fluttershy's rectum and forcing it open.
She picked up the container and opened it up. Inside were a few dozen small, scolding hot coals.
Fluttershy began begging once more, "Please, you can't do this to me. Please spare me. Please!"
Scarlet ignored the pleading pony and picked up one of the coals and forced it deep into Fluttershy's colon. Fluttershy let out a blood curdling scream of agony. The searing, whit hot pain was far beyond anything Fluttershy could've imagined. Scarlet continued forcing the coals deeper into Fluttershy's bowels. The smell of burning flesh and feces began to fill the room. Fluttershy's screams grew ever greater in agony. Once the last coal was shoved into Fluttershy, Scarlet removed the tongs and tossed them aside.
"I'm amazed you managed to fit them all of them in there," Scarlet laughed. "Now, what should we do to your other hole?"
Scarlet began looking over her tools once more. Finally she picked up a makeshift drill that used razor sharp blades instead of drill bits. Laughing manically, she turned the drill on and shoved it into Fluttershy's vagina. Fluttershy let out an ear shattering scream as her birth canal was being turned into nothing more than a pile of shredded flesh. Scarlet forced the drill deeper and began shredding Fluttershy's womb to pieces. Blood poured out like a waterfall, covering the floor in the most twisted period of all time. Fluttershy's screams soon became sickening groans as her insides were being ripped apart.Finally satisfied, Scarlet turned off the drill and yanked it from Fluttershy's insides. Blood and mangled flesh fell off the drill once it was free.
"Now that put a giant period on this part of the fun," Scarlet joked.
Fluttershy quickly passed out from the pain. Enraged, Scarlet grabbed a needle and jammed it into Fluttershy's neck. Fluttershy jolted awake and gasped for air.
"You are not to pass out while I am having fun, you got that you little bitch," Scarlet scorned.
Fluttershy groaned in pain and let out a choked mumble. With another sadistic smile, Scarlet once again looked over her tools. This time she picked up a scalpel and walked over to Fluttershy's left flank. She jammed the blade deep into Fluttershy's skin and began to cut an X over her cutie mark. Once the X was complete, Scarlet yanked the flesh off of the muscle, leaning it to dangle by a sliver. Scarlet went back to her tools and dug out a branding iron and a blow torch.
"Don't worry, this is only going to hurt for a second," Scarlet said comfortingly as she began to heat up the iron.
All Fluttershy could do was stand there and wait for the next singe of pain to flush over her body. her cries became nothing more than guttural groans of hopelessness. Scarlet finally set the blow torch down and walked back to the exposed muscle of Fluttershy's left flank. With a sadistic laugh, Scarlet forcefully mashed the branding iron on Fluttershy's wound. Scorching pain raced through Fluttershy's body like a bullet. Fluttershy gasped and jolted, trying to get free form her shackles. Scarlet removed the branding iron form the innocent pony's flesh, leaving behind a pentagram. Once again scarlet picked up her scalpel and walked around to Fluttershy's right flank. She placed the blade just above Fluttershy's cutie mark and began to cut off the wings of the butterflies.
"The poor thing, how can it even fly without it's wings? They are beautiful though, butterfly wings, I've always wanted to have wings like them," Scarlet said joyously.
Fluttershy let out a stomach churning groan in response. Rolling her eyes, Scarlet continued to cut the wings off the butterflies. Once she was finished, she placed the six pieces of flesh on her cart and picked up a small container of acid. She walked around to face Fluttershy and look her in the eye. Scarlet grabbed Fluttershy's hair and pulled her head back. Holding the container of acid over Fluttershy's head, Scarlet carefully poured it into her eye. Fluttershy closed her eyes to no avail. THe acid melted through her eyelid and began eating away at her eye. Scarlet let go of Fluttershy's hair and let her head fall in agaony. Unable to take the pain anymore, Fluttershy blacked out.
When she awoke, Fluttershy was laying on her back and was strapped to a table. Fluttershy lifted her head. She didn't see any sign of Scarlet. Letting out a sigh of relief, she layed her head back on the table, only to get an eye full of Scarlet's satanic smile.
"Finally somepony decided to wake up. I injected you with adrenaline ten times and you still didn't wake up. But you're awake now and we can continue the fun," Scarlet said, holding up a hammer and nails long enough to go straight through anypony's skull.
Scarlet walked to the other end of the table and lined up one of the nails with Fluttershy's hoof. Scarlet raised the hammer and swung down as hard as she could,driving the nail straight through Fluttershy's hoof in one blow. Annoyed by how easy it was, she raised the hammer again and slammed it on Fluttershy's knee. The sound of shattering bone echoed throughout the room. Scarlet kept hammering the knee until the bone became nothing more than a pile of dust. Satisfied, Scarlet want to Fluttershy's other hoof and drove another nail straight through in one blow. And again, Scarlet began hammering away at the knee until the bone was turned to dust. She repeated the same actions on Fluttershy's remaining hooves, finally working her way to Fluttershy's face.
"I'm sorry it had to be this way, but you came across me at the wrong time," Scarlet said, driving the final nail into Fluttershy's brain.
With the nail lodged into her brain stem, Fluttershy died within seconds. But Scarlet wasn't finished until she finished her final task. She picked up her power saw and began cutting up Fluttershy's lifeless body. Once Fluttershy was nothing more than shredded meat, Scarlet put her power saw back on the cart. Scarlet gave what little flesh was left a small kiss. She grabbed her cart and wheeled it out of the room, leaving behind a once beloved little pony's forgotten remains.
