This is a alternative, not a sequel to the story A Second Too Late. Both stories are written by me, but the different's is I don't have an editor for this story. I'm not so sure if he's up to the double editing and all. Anyway, if you haven't read the first story, you'll need to read that first or you'll have no clue whats going on. Dashie wanted Storm/Shayne back, and wanted him to wake himself up. It didn't work, he's gone. Now his mission is to watch over them and cause things to happen for the better. He doesn't want Dashie to join him among the dead. Everyone else thinks that whats been happening have just been fortunate events, but they were wrong. What about his friend Sean? His relationship with Dashie? What about Twilight and Octavia?
