The Unexpected Alicorn

Evening Twinkle wasn't born in a hospital, but at her own home. And it was a good thing that she was. She wasn't born in the hospital as her mother had a phobia of them. It was also pretty lucky that her father used to be a licensed doctor, so he knew what he was doing. They were excited to see if she was a Pegasus like her father, a Unicorn like her father, or a simple Earth Pony. But when they got a good look at her, they gasped.
