The Rainbow Vendatta

It had been three days after Pinkamena killed Rainbow Dash, when a mysterious light shown over a shallow grave in the Everfree forest. As the light faded the mound collapsed, and became flat level ground once more. In a cloud house on the outskirts of Ponyville a mare woke from a horrifying dream. Rainbow Dash woke from a horrible nightmare she had, and next to her on her nightstand was a note. As she recounted her nightmare she noticed that it was her friend Pinkie Pie who had killed her.

Rainbow then read the note and it read, “Dear Rainbow Dash, I have resurrected you from the grave. If you had a nightmare about Pinkie Pie killing you, I am sorry to say but it was real. I brought you back after your death after you were buried and the coast was clear. I placed you in your bed and had you sleep it off. I hope you make good use of your new lives, do what you want and enjoy life once more. Signed, Koschei.”

As Rainbow finished reading the note suddenly vanished in a puff of yellow smoke. Rainbow wondered who this mysterious pony Koschei was and what he meant by new lives. As she walked around her house she began to feel a huge amount of hatred toward her friend Pinkie Pie. Rainbow began to think of how to get back at her and she looked at her nightmare to see a way how to kill her.

In frustration she slammed her right hoof into the cloud floor of her house and a bolt of lightning shot down through the floor and struck town hall. Rainbow realized she could shoot lightning from her hooves, it hurt but she loved it. She began to practice an aerial lightning bombing stunt to use on Pinkie. As she began to practice she noticed a pink mare looking up at her. Realizing she had been seen by her target Rainbow decided to chat with her killer. Rainbow landed and walked over to Pinkie to talk with her about cupcakes.

“Rainbow nice to see you again, you never came to our session at Sugarcube corner.”

“Pinkie, I was there and you killed me. I am not stupid, I know what you are thinking. I know about your list and I am going to kill you.”

As Pinkie’s hair deflated she replied, “So what you can’t kill me if I kill you here and now.”

Pinkie rushes over to Rainbow and snaps her neck, but to her horror it did nothing. Rainbow fixed her head and laughed at the poor attempt to kill her.

“Pinkie, Pinkie, Pinkie, It won’t be that easy to kill me. I am immortal thanks to a mysterious pony. I hope you have heavier artillery to kill me with, you’re going to need it.”

Pinkie ran off in horror and hoped the cyan mare wouldn’t catch her. Rainbow decided not to give chase to the pink pony, she would get her just desserts when the time was right. As she flew across Ponyville she saw a large stone sitting on a hill near her house.
