Seeing a shooting star, they wished for a child. A while later, they were met by a dark blue winged unicorn with a blue and purple mane, a black crown and necklace, and light blue shoes. This was unlike anything they had ever seen before, and the alicorn, Princess Luna, was telekinetically carring a human infant. Then she told them that he was both their son and her special friend, Mamoru Amami / Latio. "I AM PRINCESS LUNA. THIS COLT, MAMORU AMAMI, IS THE KEY TO THIS WORLD'S SURVIVAL. HE HOLDS A SPECIAL POWER, SINCE HIS NAME MEANS 'TO PROTECT'. TAKE GOOD CARE OF HIM, AND HE WILL TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOU." Ai asked her why she was yelling. Luna told her that this was her Royal Canterlot voice, which she used 1000 years ago. "WHEN WE ARE NEEDED AGAIN, HE WILL HELP US SAVE THE MULTIVERSE FROM EVIL ROBOTS. IT IS TRADITIONAL TO SPEAK USING THE ROYAL 'WE', AND TO USE THIS MUCH VOLUME WHEN ADDRESSING OUR SUBJECTS!" The boy, Mamoru, laughed and cooed in Ai's arms, and Luna's crescent moon cutie mark appeared on his forehead, as a sign that these two were related. Then Luna wished Ai good luck, leaped, and flew off. Eight years later... Underneath Sector 12, four humanoids gathered around a demonic-looking robot face. All their names started with the letter P: Pizza, who wore a red face-concealing hat; Pinchernone, with a sailor uniform and an eye like Mad-Eye Moody's, but yellow; Primada, with pink skin and a hula hoop; and Polonaise, who wore another sailor uniform. And finally, the face they gathered around was named Pasder. Pasder decided to show humanity his power as he started his assimilation of the multiverse. "We must assimilate the multiverse by turning disgruntled humans into Zonders, which will power up our Robeasts, Zonder Robos. Now look for a suitable host for our first Robeast." The four humanoids took off in search of a host. After half an hour of searching, they found a man who was really upset about people just mindlessly throwing away their recyclables. The humanoids told him, "If you're really upset about people littering and not recycling, then we have a special gift for you." The figures pulled out a pink piece of Zonder metal, which latched on to the man's forehead. It fed off his resentment and then all the recyclables around him started to combine into a huge robot, with him as the core. This robot shouted with a demonic voice, "ZONDER!" then started walking around and shooting lasers from its eyes. It began to walk towards a trash-filled island. On said island, an elementary school class on a field trip looked round to write a report on waste management. One of the students was Mamoru, now eight. During his search, his hair glowed green as he sensed the evil robot. It was right next to an open edge of the island, where there was even more trash to absorb. It grabbed the trash, grabbed Mamoru with wires from its body, and charged its eye beams. Mamoru tried to call for help, but more wires came out of the robot's body and shut his mouth. Pasder yelled "KILL THE SPARES", then the robot vaporized all his classmates directly in front of him. He couldn't speak, but it was very traumatizing for him to see his classmates vaporized. Was Princess Luna lying about him being important? When it comes to giant robots fighting giant monsters, an ordinary student would NOT be relevant at all! Nope. She still thought he was special. Having sensed his signal at this point, she flew to the island to confront the giant robot. Seeing that it absorbed trash, she was careful not to land. She asked it what it wanted Mamoru for. The robot decided that Luna did not need to know this, and prepared to blast her. As its eyes glowed, she dodged the laser blast easily, yelled "FLIPENDO", and shot back with a blue bolt from her horn. He forcibly stepped backwards from the force of the shot, but his barrier prevented him from taking any damage. Mamoru thought he saw Luna before, and for some reason felt right at home next to her. Still sensing him trapped in the robot, she was careful not to accidentally kill him with her next shot. While her horn glowed blue, she dodged another laser beam, shouted "TOTALLY BROKEN EXPELLIARMUS", and shot her own blue laser beam at the robot, burning out his barrier and blowing off his head. "BOOM HEADSHOT!" As the robot fell to the floor, a bunch of nameless extras applauded, and Luna extracted Mamoru from its body. He told her she wasn't done yet, and the robot got up and put its own head back together...only for Luna to fly up and punch it in the face real hard with a shout of "ROYAL PUNCH", knocking it down to the canvas. "WE DO NOT STAND THERE AND WATCH IN HORROR UNLIKE SUPER ROBOT PILOTS!" Luna then did a barrel roll to dodge one last laser, transformed into Nightmare Moon, yelled "EXPECTO AVADA CONFRINGO", and blew off the robot's head again with another laser before flying and smashing through its chest. As the robot exploded behind her, she realized that she had grabbed its regenerative core in her hooves. Then her horn began to glow and the core cracked. She was trying to destroy it out of a blind rage for assaulting her friend with tentacle-like wires. Mamoru then turned green, sprouted wings, and grabbed the core out of Luna's hooves. "No! You can't crush that!" When he was in this state, Luna forcibly calmed down and changed back into her normal form to watch him spout some gibberish before zapping the core with a green bolt. Mamoru's spell caused the core to turn back into the man who was upset about littering. Luna told him to educate others about proper recycling and trash disposal. 2 - The WreckerFlash back to right before the delivery of Mamoru. Luna had tested an experimental space shuttle near the moon. She was attacked by Pasder in his demonic-looking shadow body, and they both blasted each other with bolts of energy. Pasder fell down to Earth upon contact, smashed through the ground to create a canyon which would later become his base, and started absorbing machinery to regenerate his physical form gradually. And Luna herself was injured, but when she landed in front of a glowing, abandoned baby, which she would name Mamoru Amami, she was healed by its mere presence. Back to present day. Luna, having won her first battle involving Mamoru, decided not to leave him unattended anymore. She told him, "MAMORU AMAMI, LITTLE COLTS LIKE YOU SHOULD NOT GET INVOLVED IF ANY GIANT ROBOTS ARE AROUND! IF I HADN'T SHOWN UP YOU WOULD HAVE BEEN VAPORIZED JUST LIKE YOUR CLASSMATES!" Mamoru wondered how she knew his name. She replied, "WE DELIVERED YOU TO YOUR PARENTS ISAMU AND AI AMAMI!" It was clear to Mamoru that she was used to always yelling. He was scared of her and tried to run away, only for her to telekinetically grab him. "WE WILL NOT HURT YOU." Mamoru asked Luna why she didn't bother trying to save his classmates, then she sincerely told him that there wasn't any time for that. After all, they could have been cut out of the original series and nopony would have noticed. Their only purpose was to be constantly rescued, and since they had been vaporized earlier, Luna did not have to worry about them getting in her way of future battles. As Luna carried Mamoru around on a walk, reporters surrounded Mamoru's teacher, asking her about the disappearance of the class. The teacher said that she didn't know anything other than how she saw a blue unicorn fly by. Luna and Mamoru were about to pass them, only for the reporters to surround both of them. One reporter asked Mamoru, "Mamoru Amami, why did you go missing? That giant robot almost killed you! Don't you realize that you're not equipped to handle stuff like that?!?" Mamoru replied, "Something was telling me that it was my job to purify Zonder cores. That giant robot was controlled by a negative emotion-powered creature called a Zonder." Then Luna told the reporters, "I, PRINCESS LUNA, AM THE ONE WHO PROTECTED MAMORU AMAMI. WE SHOT DOWN THE ROBOT AND FREED MAMORU, AND HE PURIFIED THE REGENERATIVE CORE WE GOT FROM SMASHING THROUGH ITS CHEST! WE WOULD HAVE DESTROYED IT IF HE HADN'T STOPPED US!" Mamoru then said there was a human being inside which Luna was about to finish off as Nightmare Moon. She was in a blind rage and didn't give a crap about unknowingly killing a human at that time, but the mere exposure to Mamoru as he turned green seemed to calm her down. Luna apologized to him, not knowing anything about Pasder's Robeasts at the time. But the fight against the first one was a good introduction to Zonders. The reporters decided that this would definitely make today's headlines. Not every day do you see a blue flying unicorn shoot down a giant robot that vaporized an entire class with laser beams. Then the teacher reminded Luna to stay with Mamoru in case another Robeast shows up where he goes. After the interview ended, Luna and Mamoru went to a wrestling ring to watch a Japanese Death Match. The ring was on fire and rigged with explosives. Two men, one with a red mask and the other with a purple mask, were ready to fight. As the bell rang, they charged, grabbed each other, and span around trying to lift each other. The red-masked man eventually lifted his opponent and slammed him into the ropes, setting him on fire and blowing him up. Then as the bell rang, the red-masked man was crowned winner, but the purple-masked man sat down saying "I can't lose." As the smoke from the explosions cleared, a third man, Pinchernone, stood between the two others. He had a special offer for the purple-masked man. "I will give you the power to exact revenge on the one who stole your title. *evil laugh*" Pinchernone strapped a piece of pink Zonder metal to the man's head before teleporting away. The purple-masked man then morphed into another Robeast, this time with a wrecking ball rather than laser eyes. The red-masked man ran away in shock before being smacked away and landing on a parked car (He ain't gonna be in Rush Hour 3.) Then the Robeast started swinging his wrecking ball around again, targeted Luna and Mamoru, then attacked them. Luna backflipped to dodge it, but like many other anime characters, Mamoru didn't dodge, so he got hit and it hurt. While dodging the ball more times, Luna shot back at the Robeast, but his barrier, being stronger than the previous Robeast's, deflected her shots and Mamoru got hit again. Luna, dodging another blow, turned into Nightmare Moon again and yelled at Mamoru. "MAMORU! GET THE HAY OUT OF HERE!" And she tossed him out of the wrestling ring area before showing the Robeast another spell. "CARPE RETRACTUM!" As the Robeast swung his wrecking ball at her again, a rope of blue energy shot out of her horn to grab the ball. She started to magically pull it back while walking backwards. Then she let go and the ball smashed the Robeast's barrier and toppled him. After he got back up, she disarmed him with the Expelliarmus charm, and the ball hit him on the head before she simply shot the core out of his body with a supercharged blue bolt, exploding him. Still upset because Mamoru had been involved while the core was still controlling a Robeast, Luna started to burn it with Incendio. However, she didn't incinerate it much because Mamoru just flew back in to the ring area, calmed her with his mere presence, and purified the core. The core turned back into the purple-masked man, whom Luna advised to simply keep training and that failure is necessary after turning back to her normal form. 3 - I'll jump in front of a train for yaBack in the enemy base, Pasder had berated two of his subordinates for creating Robeasts that failed their mission. "YOU FOOLS! YOU LET PRINCESS LUNA RELENTLESSLY DESTROY YOUR ROBEASTS?!?" Pinchernone then told him that this was simply a test, then suggested sending another Robeast into a populated area to see if Luna would care about collateral damage. Polonaise volunteered to see if she would be the common destructive savior of Super Robot shows before going off to talk to a bearded man pretending to be a train. The bearded man wished to be big and strong like the trains he loved, and Polonaise granted his wish by transforming him into a third Robeast with Zonder metal. The man fused with three trains to become a robot with five medieval cannons; two on his shoulders and one on his head. Meanwhile, an upset Princess Luna had tied down Mamoru to a board, threatening to cut him in half with a blue laser from her horn. "HOW MANY TIMES DO WE HAVE TO TELL YOU?!? IT IS DANGEROUS FOR LITTLE CHILDREN TO BE AROUND WHEN BLUE FLYING UNICORNS ARE FIGHTING EVIL ROBOTS! WE KNOW IT'S YOUR JOB TO PURIFY THEIR CORES, BUT YOU DON'T HAVE ANY FIGHTING SKILLS OR WEAPONS!" Mamoru, scared by Luna's laser pretending to cut him, started to blabber about the Zonder. "If I just let you destroy them-" Luna yelled, "SILENCE!" Mamoru went on, "You almost kill-" Luna yelled again, "SILENCE!" Then Mamoru said, "Without me, the Zon-" Luna got fed up, transformed into Nightmare Moon again, summoned lightning in front of her, and yelled "CRUCIO", resulting in Mamoru feeling great pain everywhere. "SINCE YOU ALMOST GOT YOURSELF KILLED, YOU'RE NOT GOING ANYWHERE." After being met with silence, she went on, "I'LL BRING THE NEXT CORE TO YOU AFTER DESTROYING THE NEXT EVIL ROBOT." Mamoru tried to tell her it wouldn't work, but then she erased his mouth before flying off knowing she hid him away from the Robeasts. As soon as she left the building and turned back to her normal self, she heard a loud explosion and proceeded to meet the Robeast as it shot around the city. Sure it killed several redshirts, but Luna herself was worried about collateral damage after she Flipendo'd it and it smashed a building from the knockback force before shooting back and hurting her. Then after critical thinking, she decided to toss it into a safe place, THEN attack it. She remembered she was a dream walker, and Mamoru had passed out after she tortured him in a fit of rage. Gathering dream energy from him, she healed herself and created a large dream portal, which she shot the Robeast into with another Flipendo. As Mamoru was out cold, his "dream" was a dark void with nothing to damage. As Luna and the Robeast landed inside, they could finally fight without Luna worrying about collateral damage. The Robeast shot at her again, but her refreshed energies let her easily dodge it by jumping, then she hit it in the head with what looked like an aerial Spin Dash. The Robeast slid back and continued shooting, but then Luna shot down all its cannonballs before hitting it again, punched it several times, kicked it further backwards, set it on fire with Incendio, and shot off all its cannons one by one. As it regenerated itself, she spin dashed again, seemingly grazing it. The Robeast took five seconds to realize that she had grabbed its core in the process. Upon realizing this, the Robeast exploded. Luna, holding the defeated Robeast's core, warped back out of Mamoru's dream with it. She put down the core, gave Mamoru both his consciousness and mouth back, and untied him. Unfortunately, in the process, the Robeast's core turned into an ugly blob with eyes before fleeing. This made Luna realize she was too harsh on Mamoru and should have let him talk to her so that he could purify the core. 4 - Runaway ZonderThe first thing Mamoru saw upon waking up was a crying Princess Luna. She was very sorry for having scolded him. Mamoru asked, "Princess Luna, what is wrong?" Luna told him that the Zonder had escaped, but that wasn't what hurt her. What did was how she had harshly tortured Mamoru in a fit of rage, not seeming to care for him as a person. She had to wake him up to purify the Zonder's core, but it escaped in the process. However, Luna didn't mean to do any harm. She was actually trying to keep Mamoru safe because he didn't have any fighting skills. But she was wondering if he could cast some Harry Potter spells like she did earlier. Mamoru told her that he was never designed to fight evil robots in the first place, and instead better at non-combat roles like healing others and purifying Zonder cores. Meanwhile, Pizza stood with the runaway Zonder, telling it that there was a fresh new shuttle at the airport to possess. Luna, understanding Mamoru, took him with her to a walk at the airport, eventually coming across a shuttle that was ready to launch. The two gathered with some nameless extras to watch its launch. As Mamoru's hair glowed green, Luna knew that the runaway Zonder was around. Noticing it on the outside of the shuttle, she shouted "AVADA KEDAVRA" in an attempt to shoot it with a green bolt, but it quickly dissolved into the shuttle to possess it. Inside the shuttle was a unicorn astronaut whom the Zonder tried to strangle with wires, but then the astronaut easily sliced the wires with a crescent moon-shaped blade, then took off the helmet. This astronaut was really Luna in disguise, as she teleported inside to cut off the controls. She then detached its rocket boosters to slow it down. After this, she teleported out and shot the wings to prevent the Zonder-possessed shuttle from fleeing. However, before she could destroy the wings, she started to uncontrollably jerk and spin around in the air. The crowd's attention shifted from the possessed shuttle to Luna jerking around. "What's going on with the flying blue unicorn?!?" Mamoru pulled out some binoculars to look through the airport windows, spotting Pizza staring at Luna and flapping his lips. "A Zonderian! He's jinxing Princess Luna!" Mamoru ran off and weaved through some more crowds before reaching the room Pizza was in. Mamoru snuck up behind Pizza and whispered "Incendio", creating fire at Pizza's feet. Pizza, still jinxing Luna, didn't realize he was on fire until the fire alarm was pulled, causing everypony to run away. But before Pizza ran away, he stopped, dropped, and rolled to put out the flames. When the jinx had been stopped, Luna began to fall. Desperate to avoid being shattered from a several-story fall, she opened her wings to slow her fall before Mamoru started floating and caught her. When he noticed she was dizzy, he healed her again and she proceeded to shoot down the possessed shuttle until it exploded. The crowds all gasped in response.. As the two caught its core as it flew toward them, Mamoru purified it when they landed in front of the crowds. Luna thanked Mamoru for saving her from a flight jinx and fall. "The Great And Powerful Trixie heard you two beat four evil robots without breaking a sweat!" Mamoru asked, "Who is this Trixie? And pics or it didn't happen!" Luna told him that Trixie refers to herself in third person. Then Trixie summoned a video montage of the first four Zonder Robos being beaten up, shot, and exploded by Luna before asking to be able to fight another one herself. Mamoru thought Trixie was a spy, and therefore said no to her. Then she shaped him into a ball and bounced him around for a while. Luna told Trixie to put him down, saying that Mamoru is important to her. Then a jealous Trixie, wanting Luna to just stay with her instead of him, tossed Mamoru out a window into a distant trash can. Luna then thought, "He was right. Trixie must be a spy or something", then shot a blue laser at Trixie, but Trixie summoned a barrier which absorbed the laser for five seconds before shattering and throwing her backwards. As Trixie landed on her back, she hopped back onto her hooves and threw a pie at Luna. Luna jumped, curled into a ball shape, and performed a homing attack on Trixie, jumping off her back. Trixie was flattened into a blue pancake for a while before flexing back up with magic. Then she performed the same jinx on Luna that Pizza did earlier, causing her to jerk and spin around for a while. This time, Luna shot back, but after Trixie got knocked back by the blast, Luna fell down dizzy. Luna, regaining consciousness, blasted Trixie backwards again before hopping back onto her hooves. Meanwhile, when Trixie and Luna fought... Mamoru, no longer a ball, was looking out the trash can at Primada, whom he tried to purify. However, Primada closed the lid on him and stood on it, saying she simply had a gift for him: Zonder Metal. "I know that you didn't trust Trixie, so join me and together we can crush her!" Mamoru tried to refuse, but the Zonder Metal had been tossed onto his head, morphing him into a huge anvil-shaped Robeast. Back to Luna and Trixie. They fired two supercharged laser beams at each other, and when the beams collided, they triggered a Priori Incantatem. The blast energy eventually exploded, sending both ponies flying backward. At this point, the Robeast burst through the ceiling, landing between them and yelling "ZONDER!" Trixie apologized to Luna for accidentally triggering the fight and made puppy-dog eyes. Luna, unable to say no, forgave her before the two proceeded to work together and beat the Robeast. As the Robeast's arm slammed down at Trixie's location, she dodged it, climbed up the arm, and blew off the head with a laser. It regenerated and shook her off. While the Robeast was regenerating its head, Luna dodged its other arm before setting it on fire with Incendio. At this point, Trixie cast Glacius to freeze its burned-out lower body, shattering it. When it started to shoot back while regenerating, the two ponies yelled "AVADA KEDAVRA" and fired their supercharged laser beams at it, creating another Priori Incantatem. The ponies beat the Robeast's beams and hit him dead center, exploding him. Luna wondered how to purify the core since Mamoru wasn't active. Trixie volunteered to do it, silently flapping her lips to mutter a counter-curse. The core turned back into Mamoru, who was sincerely sorry for provoking her. Children did not need purification. However, Trixie thought she had purified him. She then said, "The Great And Apologetic Trixie just purified you. That was easy." She went on and explained how genre-savvy the enemy forces were to corrupt him for a change, as well as how she and Luna saved the day again. 6 - The Eraser Head SpellAfter her fight against both Trixie and the Robeast, Luna noticed Trixie trying out a new spell: Eraser Head. "Trixie noticed that you've been causing collateral damage yourself by exploding the Robeasts. She won't get attention if ponies are dying in the battles. This spell, the Eraser Head, will remove the destructive force from any lethal explosion. Time to demonstrate. Go ahead Luna, cast Confringo." Mamoru yelled at Luna, "Don't listen to her! She's cra-" but Trixie cast Imperio on him and commanded him to trust her. Luna and Trixie stood in a way that a right angle could be formed between them. Then Luna, with a shout of "CONFRINGO", shot an orange bolt forward. Trixie yelled "ERASER HEAD" and shot a white bolt that collided with Luna's. As the bolts collided, an explosion occured, but both ponies were unscathed. Trixie's new spell had successfully created a white, glowing explosion that did not damage anything. Mamoru wondered if he could purify Zonders before they morphed into Robeasts, but Luna and Trixie didn't want him to get hurt. He flew off to look for the next Zonder host himself to prevent the city from being threatened again, but Trixie jinxed him and he jerked around before falling down dazed. Trixie said to Mamoru, "Trixie and Luna don't want you getting hurt. You're less durable than they are and you don't have much fighting skill. The Great And Powerful Trixie muttered a counter-curse when you got Zonderized." Mamoru had nothing to say to her. Luna told Trixie how all the Zonder hosts she defeated so far had one thing in common: Negative emotions of some kind. So Trixie had to be careful to make sure Mamoru gets along with her, otherwise he would be used for evil again. Meanwhile, a drunk and disgruntled sea captain sat in front of his wrecked tanker, cursing its navigation software for making him crash. Pinchernone rose out of the ground in front of him with another Zonder metal, telling him that if he didn't use navigation software, the accident could have been avoided. The Zonder metal then Zonderized the captain, who then possessed the tanker to become another Robeast, this time volcano-shaped with octopus-like tentacles. A while later, Mamoru sensed the Robeast and his hair glowed green. "A Zonder! Follow me and I'll lead you to him." He started flying again, with Luna and Trixie following him until the three of them met the Robeast face-to-face at a beach pier. Crowds ran away from the Robeast, and redshirts got fragged by its blasts of explosive gasoline from its tentacles. This had set the pier on fire, and Trixie and Mamoru put out the flames by yelling "AQUA ERUCTO". Large, focused jets of water shot out of their horn and arm respectively, hitting the bases of the fires and extinguishing them. While the fires were being extinguished, Luna flew over to the Robeast, summoned crescent moon-shaped boomerangs, and threw them to slice its tentacles off. She knew that the gasoline would make its death explosion dangerous, so her first action was to make the gasoline bleed out of its body. Afterwards she tackled it to the ground, and it was too heavy to get up. However, it regenerated its tentacles. She sliced them off again, but then it regenerated one that tried to suck up Trixie, Mamoru, and her like a vacuum cleaner. Trixie and Mamoru held on to the pier but got sucked up. Before being sucked up, Trixie turned Luna into a ball to block the sucker tentacle. As a ball, Luna's mane formed a stripe and her cutie mark was in the middle. After a few seconds, the tentacle exploded. Luna, unharmed as a ball, bounced off the ground before unrolling back into herself. Inside the Robeast, Mamoru and Trixie tried to purify the Zonderized captain, but the gasoline inside started rising up, attempting to drown them. However, Mamoru saved them both from drowning by magically creating an oxygen field for them. After whispering in Trixie's ear, Mamoru cast Incendio again at the same time Trixie cast Eraser Head. Meanwhile, Luna turned into Nightmare Moon again to finish off the Robeast, performing her own impression of the Death Star's firing sequence. Her laser hit the Robeast and it exploded. The gasoline would have made the explosion fatal for her, Mamoru, and Trixie if Trixie hadn't cast Eraser Head. Trixie and Mamoru were now holding the Zonderized captain, remarking "Now where were we? That's right." They then muttered the counter curse for Zonderization, turning the captain back to normal. Then Luna turned back to normal as well and told the captain to safely retire. "Maybe boating is not for you? Go ahead, retire, and try something new. You might even get a cutie mark, and when you do, we would like to see it!" 7 - Luna, Trixie, and Mamoru vs PrimadaMamoru had been punched out by the Four Machine Kings, who bound him inside a train that was not possessed by a Zonder. However, it was headed for a huge waterfall despite having no driver. Luna and Trixie were chasing it, sensing Mamoru inside. Trixie shot at the train several times thinking it was another Zonder Robeast, but Luna told her that Mamoru was imprisoned inside. Trixie replied, "The Great And Powerful Trixie doesn't trust buses full of innocents." Luna yelled at her, "Fine, I'm going to tell the families of the Zonder's hosts and Mamoru that they were disposable! Without Mamoru, we're going to have to kill as many innocent ponies as those Robeasts do." Trixie felt a tear in her eye before deciding to rescue Mamoru. She cast Glacius on its tracks, but it did not slow down because Primada had enchanted it to never stop moving. Then Trixie fired a laser beam to carve a hole in the train, turned Luna into a ball again, and tossed her through the hole. Luna hit and toppled Primada before bouncing and unrolling. Primada got up and said, "So, it's Mamoru's flying blue guardian! Let's see how you do without magic!" She threw anti-magic rings at Luna, restraining her legs and horn. Luna tried to shoot her, but couldn't. Instead, Luna just jumped on her head to knock her off balance before cutting Mamoru's ropes with her horn to free him. Mamoru returned the favor by picking the rings off and throwing them at Primada. Primada threw some tires at Luna. Luna, able to use magic again, sidestepped, telekinetically grabbed one, threw it back at her, and Flipendo'd her into a bunch of stacked boxes which fell on her. Luna said "Mamoru, let's get out" and took him back to the hole in the wall, but all the exits were blocked by Dementors that Primada silently summoned. Luna cast Expelliarmus, Flipendo, Incendio, and Avada Kedavra, none of which did anything to the Dementors. Then Mamoru started glowing green as if he were purifying a Zonder, but he was casting Expecto Patronum. Luna did the same. Two white alicorns flew around and the Dementors exploded. Then as Luna and Mamoru leaped out of the train into some soft grass, Primada shoved the boxes aside and jumped out as well. The train fell into the waterfall and exploded behind them. Primada stated, "Now, where were we? Oh right - killing two mares and their Zonder-purifying colt!" She whipped out a hula hoop, and Luna picked up a moon-shaped blade. Both clashed their weapons repeatedly until Luna got hit in the face, but not without slicing Primada. Trixie then shot Primada down to the floor with a yell of "AVADA KEDAVRA!". Primada got back up because Zonderians have immortal bodies. She then threw a tire at Trixie, but Trixie deflected it with a swing of her cape. Primada fell back after being hit by the deflected wheel, then started throwing more tires while spinning. Trixie, Luna, and Mamoru dodged them until Trixie turned Mamoru into a ball again, placed him in one of the tires, and rolled it at Primada, hitting her even further back. Trixie then told Primada, "The Great And Powerful Trixie doesn't trust wheels." After dodging one last wheel, Luna Avada Kedavra'd Primada off the cliff into the waterfall. "NOPONY COULD SURVIVE THAT." However, the heroes did not know Primada survived the fall AND swam all the way back to the enemy base to recuperate. 8 - Octavia Melody And The Noises Of RuinBack at the enemy base, Primada reported another failed mission to Pasder. She did try neutralizing Luna's magic, but Luna just physically attacked her before having her friend pick off the anti-magic rings. In response, Pasder suggested that the next Zonder Robeast should make the magic inflict pain on Luna and Trixie somehow. Primada and Polonaise volunteered for this, stepping in a Star Trek transporter and winding up in the streets again in front of a really noisy crowd. Two nondescript men in the center of the crowd were yelling "SHUT UP!" over and over again. Primada and Polonaise offered to make the crowds shut up and gave them Zonder Metal, which made the two men mutate into Robeasts. These Robeasts started launching supersonic waves which started breaking glass everywhere. Meanwhile, Luna, Trixie, and Mamoru were attending a street concert. On the raised platform was a gray Earth Pony with a black mane, pink eyes, a pink necktie, and a musical note cutie mark. Despite not having fingers, she was flawlessly playing a cello with her hoof and a rod. As she played a rock song she really liked, two nondescript redshirts beside her were set on fire by the waves from her cello, and also felt great pain everywhere as if they were hit by the Crucio curse. Then she restored both of them the same way. Mamoru remarked, "A magical cello? Where have I seen this before?" After the song, the Earth Pony hopped off the platform, landed in front of him, and introduced herself. "I am Octavia Melody, the replacement for a rocker robot called Mic Sounders The 13th. The Gutsy Geoid Guard team, which you were sent to, has not been around this time for some reason." Mamoru wondered if GGG's members had been Zonderized or something, so he had to stay with Luna and Trixie for longer. Octavia told him, "With GGG absent, I have to fight the Zonders as well. You saw what I'm capable of." Then Mamoru's hair glowed green twice. "TWO Zonders?!?" The supersonic waves from the two Robeasts reached Luna, Trixie, and Mamoru, using their own magic against them to inflict great pain on them. Luna felt herself turning into Nightmare Moon again out of anger, despite hurting too much to move. A few seconds later, Trixie and Mamoru also found themselves facing too much pain to move. "Can't...move...too...much...pain...Even...the...Great...And...Powerful...Trixie...hurts...everywhere..." However, Octavia wasn't affected due to being an Earth Pony. "Let me handle those Zonders." She hopped onto a second cello, which began to act like a Back To The Future hoverboard. Flying over to the two Zonder Robeasts, she began to play her song again, turning the great pains back on them. Then the Zonders got set on fire. After they were unable to act out of pain, she played an excerpt from The Last Sunrise by Aiden, which healed Luna, Trixie, and Mamoru so they could join the battle. As Octavia pointed her cello at the Zonders like a gun and charged up a Mega Buster shot, lots of lasers flew back and forth between the six of them. Then Luna, as Nightmare Moon, summoned two large crescent moon boomerangs and threw them to slice both Zonders at the same time. The Zonders exploded as the boomerangs came back to Luna, but then combined. Octavia started rocking out again, while Luna, Mamoru, and Trixie all shouted at the top of their lungs, "EXPECTO PATRONUM!". Three white energy Alicorns flew around, and the Zonder's supersonic waves were effectively neutralized. Luna turned herself into mist, flew inside the Zonder's body, and exploded it from the inside. As the Zonder exploded, two cores flew out to be caught by both Mamoru and Trixie, who then purified them with a Zonderization counter-curse. Luna turned back to normal as well. Octavia began to talk to the two purified Zonder hosts. "Why don't you go to a concert for once? It'll help you tolerate noise." Then she did another concert in front of them.
1 - The King of Braves is BornEight years before the action, married couple Isamu and Ai Amami drove down a snowy road. Seeing a shooting star, they wished for a child. A while later, they were met by a dark blue winged unicorn with a blue and purple mane, a black crown and necklace, and light blue shoes. This was unlike anything they had ever seen before, and the alicorn, Princess Luna, was telekinetically carring a human infant. Then she told them that he was both their son and her special friend, Mamoru Amami / Latio. "I AM PRINCESS LUNA. THIS COLT, MAMORU AMAMI, IS THE KEY TO THIS WORLD'S SURVIVAL. HE HOLDS A SPECIAL POWER, SINCE HIS NAME MEANS 'TO PROTECT'. TAKE GOOD CARE OF HIM, AND HE WILL TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOU." Ai asked her why she was yelling. Luna told her that this was her Royal Canterlot voice, which she used 1000 years ago. "WHEN WE ARE NEEDED AGAIN, HE WILL HELP US SAVE THE MULTIVERSE FROM EVIL ROBOTS. IT IS TRADITIONAL TO SPEAK USING THE ROYAL 'WE', AND TO USE THIS MUCH VOLUME WHEN ADDRESSING OUR SUBJECTS!" The boy, Mamoru, laughed and cooed in Ai's arms, and Luna's crescent moon cutie mark appeared on his forehead, as a sign that these two were related. Then Luna wished Ai good luck, leaped, and flew off. Eight years later... Underneath Sector 12, four humanoids gathered around a demonic-looking robot face. All their names started with the letter P: Pizza, who wore a red face-concealing hat; Pinchernone, with a sailor uniform and an eye like Mad-Eye Moody's, but yellow; Primada, with pink skin and a hula hoop; and Polonaise, who wore another sailor uniform. And finally, the face they gathered around was named Pasder. Pasder decided to show humanity his power as he started his assimilation of the multiverse. "We must assimilate the multiverse by turning disgruntled humans into Zonders, which will power up our Robeasts, Zonder Robos. Now look for a suitable host for our first Robeast." The four humanoids took off in search of a host. After half an hour of searching, they found a man who was really upset about people just mindlessly throwing away their recyclables. The humanoids told him, "If you're really upset about people littering and not recycling, then we have a special gift for you." The figures pulled out a pink piece of Zonder metal, which latched on to the man's forehead. It fed off his resentment and then all the recyclables around him started to combine into a huge robot, with him as the core. This robot shouted with a demonic voice, "ZONDER!" then started walking around and shooting lasers from its eyes. It began to walk towards a trash-filled island. On said island, an elementary school class on a field trip looked round to write a report on waste management. One of the students was Mamoru, now eight. During his search, his hair glowed green as he sensed the evil robot. It was right next to an open edge of the island, where there was even more trash to absorb. It grabbed the trash, grabbed Mamoru with wires from its body, and charged its eye beams. Mamoru tried to call for help, but more wires came out of the robot's body and shut his mouth. Pasder yelled "KILL THE SPARES", then the robot vaporized all his classmates directly in front of him. He couldn't speak, but it was very traumatizing for him to see his classmates vaporized. Was Princess Luna lying about him being important? When it comes to giant robots fighting giant monsters, an ordinary student would NOT be relevant at all! Nope. She still thought he was special. Having sensed his signal at this point, she flew to the island to confront the giant robot. Seeing that it absorbed trash, she was careful not to land. She asked it what it wanted Mamoru for. The robot decided that Luna did not need to know this, and prepared to blast her. As its eyes glowed, she dodged the laser blast easily, yelled "FLIPENDO", and shot back with a blue bolt from her horn. He forcibly stepped backwards from the force of the shot, but his barrier prevented him from taking any damage. Mamoru thought he saw Luna before, and for some reason felt right at home next to her. Still sensing him trapped in the robot, she was careful not to accidentally kill him with her next shot. While her horn glowed blue, she dodged another laser beam, shouted "TOTALLY BROKEN EXPELLIARMUS", and shot her own blue laser beam at the robot, burning out his barrier and blowing off his head. "BOOM HEADSHOT!" As the robot fell to the floor, a bunch of nameless extras applauded, and Luna extracted Mamoru from its body. He told her she wasn't done yet, and the robot got up and put its own head back together...only for Luna to fly up and punch it in the face real hard with a shout of "ROYAL PUNCH", knocking it down to the canvas. "WE DO NOT STAND THERE AND WATCH IN HORROR UNLIKE SUPER ROBOT PILOTS!" Luna then did a barrel roll to dodge one last laser, transformed into Nightmare Moon, yelled "EXPECTO AVADA CONFRINGO", and blew off the robot's head again with another laser before flying and smashing through its chest. As the robot exploded behind her, she realized that she had grabbed its regenerative core in her hooves. Then her horn began to glow and the core cracked. She was trying to destroy it out of a blind rage for assaulting her friend with tentacle-like wires. Mamoru then turned green, sprouted wings, and grabbed the core out of Luna's hooves. "No! You can't crush that!" When he was in this state, Luna forcibly calmed down and changed back into her normal form to watch him spout some gibberish before zapping the core with a green bolt. Mamoru's spell caused the core to turn back into the man who was upset about littering. Luna told him to educate others about proper recycling and trash disposal.
2 - The WreckerFlash back to right before the delivery of Mamoru. Luna had tested an experimental space shuttle near the moon. She was attacked by Pasder in his demonic-looking shadow body, and they both blasted each other with bolts of energy. Pasder fell down to Earth upon contact, smashed through the ground to create a canyon which would later become his base, and started absorbing machinery to regenerate his physical form gradually. And Luna herself was injured, but when she landed in front of a glowing, abandoned baby, which she would name Mamoru Amami, she was healed by its mere presence. Back to present day. Luna, having won her first battle involving Mamoru, decided not to leave him unattended anymore. She told him, "MAMORU AMAMI, LITTLE COLTS LIKE YOU SHOULD NOT GET INVOLVED IF ANY GIANT ROBOTS ARE AROUND! IF I HADN'T SHOWN UP YOU WOULD HAVE BEEN VAPORIZED JUST LIKE YOUR CLASSMATES!" Mamoru wondered how she knew his name. She replied, "WE DELIVERED YOU TO YOUR PARENTS ISAMU AND AI AMAMI!" It was clear to Mamoru that she was used to always yelling. He was scared of her and tried to run away, only for her to telekinetically grab him. "WE WILL NOT HURT YOU." Mamoru asked Luna why she didn't bother trying to save his classmates, then she sincerely told him that there wasn't any time for that. After all, they could have been cut out of the original series and nopony would have noticed. Their only purpose was to be constantly rescued, and since they had been vaporized earlier, Luna did not have to worry about them getting in her way of future battles. As Luna carried Mamoru around on a walk, reporters surrounded Mamoru's teacher, asking her about the disappearance of the class. The teacher said that she didn't know anything other than how she saw a blue unicorn fly by. Luna and Mamoru were about to pass them, only for the reporters to surround both of them. One reporter asked Mamoru, "Mamoru Amami, why did you go missing? That giant robot almost killed you! Don't you realize that you're not equipped to handle stuff like that?!?" Mamoru replied, "Something was telling me that it was my job to purify Zonder cores. That giant robot was controlled by a negative emotion-powered creature called a Zonder." Then Luna told the reporters, "I, PRINCESS LUNA, AM THE ONE WHO PROTECTED MAMORU AMAMI. WE SHOT DOWN THE ROBOT AND FREED MAMORU, AND HE PURIFIED THE REGENERATIVE CORE WE GOT FROM SMASHING THROUGH ITS CHEST! WE WOULD HAVE DESTROYED IT IF HE HADN'T STOPPED US!" Mamoru then said there was a human being inside which Luna was about to finish off as Nightmare Moon. She was in a blind rage and didn't give a crap about unknowingly killing a human at that time, but the mere exposure to Mamoru as he turned green seemed to calm her down. Luna apologized to him, not knowing anything about Pasder's Robeasts at the time. But the fight against the first one was a good introduction to Zonders. The reporters decided that this would definitely make today's headlines. Not every day do you see a blue flying unicorn shoot down a giant robot that vaporized an entire class with laser beams. Then the teacher reminded Luna to stay with Mamoru in case another Robeast shows up where he goes. After the interview ended, Luna and Mamoru went to a wrestling ring to watch a Japanese Death Match. The ring was on fire and rigged with explosives. Two men, one with a red mask and the other with a purple mask, were ready to fight. As the bell rang, they charged, grabbed each other, and span around trying to lift each other. The red-masked man eventually lifted his opponent and slammed him into the ropes, setting him on fire and blowing him up. Then as the bell rang, the red-masked man was crowned winner, but the purple-masked man sat down saying "I can't lose." As the smoke from the explosions cleared, a third man, Pinchernone, stood between the two others. He had a special offer for the purple-masked man. "I will give you the power to exact revenge on the one who stole your title. *evil laugh*" Pinchernone strapped a piece of pink Zonder metal to the man's head before teleporting away. The purple-masked man then morphed into another Robeast, this time with a wrecking ball rather than laser eyes. The red-masked man ran away in shock before being smacked away and landing on a parked car (He ain't gonna be in Rush Hour 3.) Then the Robeast started swinging his wrecking ball around again, targeted Luna and Mamoru, then attacked them. Luna backflipped to dodge it, but like many other anime characters, Mamoru didn't dodge, so he got hit and it hurt. While dodging the ball more times, Luna shot back at the Robeast, but his barrier, being stronger than the previous Robeast's, deflected her shots and Mamoru got hit again. Luna, dodging another blow, turned into Nightmare Moon again and yelled at Mamoru. "MAMORU! GET THE HAY OUT OF HERE!" And she tossed him out of the wrestling ring area before showing the Robeast another spell. "CARPE RETRACTUM!" As the Robeast swung his wrecking ball at her again, a rope of blue energy shot out of her horn to grab the ball. She started to magically pull it back while walking backwards. Then she let go and the ball smashed the Robeast's barrier and toppled him. After he got back up, she disarmed him with the Expelliarmus charm, and the ball hit him on the head before she simply shot the core out of his body with a supercharged blue bolt, exploding him. Still upset because Mamoru had been involved while the core was still controlling a Robeast, Luna started to burn it with Incendio. However, she didn't incinerate it much because Mamoru just flew back in to the ring area, calmed her with his mere presence, and purified the core. The core turned back into the purple-masked man, whom Luna advised to simply keep training and that failure is necessary after turning back to her normal form.
3 - I'll jump in front of a train for yaBack in the enemy base, Pasder had berated two of his subordinates for creating Robeasts that failed their mission. "YOU FOOLS! YOU LET PRINCESS LUNA RELENTLESSLY DESTROY YOUR ROBEASTS?!?" Pinchernone then told him that this was simply a test, then suggested sending another Robeast into a populated area to see if Luna would care about collateral damage. Polonaise volunteered to see if she would be the common destructive savior of Super Robot shows before going off to talk to a bearded man pretending to be a train. The bearded man wished to be big and strong like the trains he loved, and Polonaise granted his wish by transforming him into a third Robeast with Zonder metal. The man fused with three trains to become a robot with five medieval cannons; two on his shoulders and one on his head. Meanwhile, an upset Princess Luna had tied down Mamoru to a board, threatening to cut him in half with a blue laser from her horn. "HOW MANY TIMES DO WE HAVE TO TELL YOU?!? IT IS DANGEROUS FOR LITTLE CHILDREN TO BE AROUND WHEN BLUE FLYING UNICORNS ARE FIGHTING EVIL ROBOTS! WE KNOW IT'S YOUR JOB TO PURIFY THEIR CORES, BUT YOU DON'T HAVE ANY FIGHTING SKILLS OR WEAPONS!" Mamoru, scared by Luna's laser pretending to cut him, started to blabber about the Zonder. "If I just let you destroy them-" Luna yelled, "SILENCE!" Mamoru went on, "You almost kill-" Luna yelled again, "SILENCE!" Then Mamoru said, "Without me, the Zon-" Luna got fed up, transformed into Nightmare Moon again, summoned lightning in front of her, and yelled "CRUCIO", resulting in Mamoru feeling great pain everywhere. "SINCE YOU ALMOST GOT YOURSELF KILLED, YOU'RE NOT GOING ANYWHERE." After being met with silence, she went on, "I'LL BRING THE NEXT CORE TO YOU AFTER DESTROYING THE NEXT EVIL ROBOT." Mamoru tried to tell her it wouldn't work, but then she erased his mouth before flying off knowing she hid him away from the Robeasts. As soon as she left the building and turned back to her normal self, she heard a loud explosion and proceeded to meet the Robeast as it shot around the city. Sure it killed several redshirts, but Luna herself was worried about collateral damage after she Flipendo'd it and it smashed a building from the knockback force before shooting back and hurting her. Then after critical thinking, she decided to toss it into a safe place, THEN attack it. She remembered she was a dream walker, and Mamoru had passed out after she tortured him in a fit of rage. Gathering dream energy from him, she healed herself and created a large dream portal, which she shot the Robeast into with another Flipendo. As Mamoru was out cold, his "dream" was a dark void with nothing to damage. As Luna and the Robeast landed inside, they could finally fight without Luna worrying about collateral damage. The Robeast shot at her again, but her refreshed energies let her easily dodge it by jumping, then she hit it in the head with what looked like an aerial Spin Dash. The Robeast slid back and continued shooting, but then Luna shot down all its cannonballs before hitting it again, punched it several times, kicked it further backwards, set it on fire with Incendio, and shot off all its cannons one by one. As it regenerated itself, she spin dashed again, seemingly grazing it. The Robeast took five seconds to realize that she had grabbed its core in the process. Upon realizing this, the Robeast exploded. Luna, holding the defeated Robeast's core, warped back out of Mamoru's dream with it. She put down the core, gave Mamoru both his consciousness and mouth back, and untied him. Unfortunately, in the process, the Robeast's core turned into an ugly blob with eyes before fleeing. This made Luna realize she was too harsh on Mamoru and should have let him talk to her so that he could purify the core.
4 - Runaway ZonderThe first thing Mamoru saw upon waking up was a crying Princess Luna. She was very sorry for having scolded him. Mamoru asked, "Princess Luna, what is wrong?" Luna told him that the Zonder had escaped, but that wasn't what hurt her. What did was how she had harshly tortured Mamoru in a fit of rage, not seeming to care for him as a person. She had to wake him up to purify the Zonder's core, but it escaped in the process. However, Luna didn't mean to do any harm. She was actually trying to keep Mamoru safe because he didn't have any fighting skills. But she was wondering if he could cast some Harry Potter spells like she did earlier. Mamoru told her that he was never designed to fight evil robots in the first place, and instead better at non-combat roles like healing others and purifying Zonder cores. Meanwhile, Pizza stood with the runaway Zonder, telling it that there was a fresh new shuttle at the airport to possess. Luna, understanding Mamoru, took him with her to a walk at the airport, eventually coming across a shuttle that was ready to launch. The two gathered with some nameless extras to watch its launch. As Mamoru's hair glowed green, Luna knew that the runaway Zonder was around. Noticing it on the outside of the shuttle, she shouted "AVADA KEDAVRA" in an attempt to shoot it with a green bolt, but it quickly dissolved into the shuttle to possess it. Inside the shuttle was a unicorn astronaut whom the Zonder tried to strangle with wires, but then the astronaut easily sliced the wires with a crescent moon-shaped blade, then took off the helmet. This astronaut was really Luna in disguise, as she teleported inside to cut off the controls. She then detached its rocket boosters to slow it down. After this, she teleported out and shot the wings to prevent the Zonder-possessed shuttle from fleeing. However, before she could destroy the wings, she started to uncontrollably jerk and spin around in the air. The crowd's attention shifted from the possessed shuttle to Luna jerking around. "What's going on with the flying blue unicorn?!?" Mamoru pulled out some binoculars to look through the airport windows, spotting Pizza staring at Luna and flapping his lips. "A Zonderian! He's jinxing Princess Luna!" Mamoru ran off and weaved through some more crowds before reaching the room Pizza was in. Mamoru snuck up behind Pizza and whispered "Incendio", creating fire at Pizza's feet. Pizza, still jinxing Luna, didn't realize he was on fire until the fire alarm was pulled, causing everypony to run away. But before Pizza ran away, he stopped, dropped, and rolled to put out the flames. When the jinx had been stopped, Luna began to fall. Desperate to avoid being shattered from a several-story fall, she opened her wings to slow her fall before Mamoru started floating and caught her. When he noticed she was dizzy, he healed her again and she proceeded to shoot down the possessed shuttle until it exploded. The crowds all gasped in response.. As the two caught its core as it flew toward them, Mamoru purified it when they landed in front of the crowds. Luna thanked Mamoru for saving her from a flight jinx and fall. Luna and Mamoru told the crowds that they defeated a Zonder that possessed the shuttle, then the crowds applauded.

"The Great And Powerful Trixie heard you two beat four evil robots without breaking a sweat!" Mamoru asked, "Who is this Trixie? And pics or it didn't happen!" Luna told him that Trixie refers to herself in third person. Then Trixie summoned a video montage of the first four Zonder Robos being beaten up, shot, and exploded by Luna before asking to be able to fight another one herself. Mamoru thought Trixie was a spy, and therefore said no to her. Then she shaped him into a ball and bounced him around for a while. Luna told Trixie to put him down, saying that Mamoru is important to her. Then a jealous Trixie, wanting Luna to just stay with her instead of him, tossed Mamoru out a window into a distant trash can. Luna then thought, "He was right. Trixie must be a spy or something", then shot a blue laser at Trixie, but Trixie summoned a barrier which absorbed the laser for five seconds before shattering and throwing her backwards. As Trixie landed on her back, she hopped back onto her hooves and threw a pie at Luna. Luna jumped, curled into a ball shape, and performed a homing attack on Trixie, jumping off her back. Trixie was flattened into a blue pancake for a while before flexing back up with magic. Then she performed the same jinx on Luna that Pizza did earlier, causing her to jerk and spin around for a while. This time, Luna shot back, but after Trixie got knocked back by the blast, Luna fell down dizzy. Luna, regaining consciousness, blasted Trixie backwards again before hopping back onto her hooves. Meanwhile, when Trixie and Luna fought... Mamoru, no longer a ball, was looking out the trash can at Primada, whom he tried to purify. However, Primada closed the lid on him and stood on it, saying she simply had a gift for him: Zonder Metal. "I know that you didn't trust Trixie, so join me and together we can crush her!" Mamoru tried to refuse, but the Zonder Metal had been tossed onto his head, morphing him into a huge anvil-shaped Robeast. Back to Luna and Trixie. They fired two supercharged laser beams at each other, and when the beams collided, they triggered a Priori Incantatem. The blast energy eventually exploded, sending both ponies flying backward. At this point, the Robeast burst through the ceiling, landing between them and yelling "ZONDER!" Trixie apologized to Luna for accidentally triggering the fight and made puppy-dog eyes. Luna, unable to say no, forgave her before the two proceeded to work together and beat the Robeast. As the Robeast's arm slammed down at Trixie's location, she dodged it, climbed up the arm, and blew off the head with a laser. It regenerated and shook her off. While the Robeast was regenerating its head, Luna dodged its other arm before setting it on fire with Incendio. At this point, Trixie cast Glacius to freeze its burned-out lower body, shattering it. When it started to shoot back while regenerating, the two ponies yelled "AVADA KEDAVRA" and fired their supercharged laser beams at it, creating another Priori Incantatem. The ponies beat the Robeast's beams and hit him dead center, exploding him. Luna wondered how to purify the core since Mamoru wasn't active. Trixie volunteered to do it, silently flapping her lips to mutter a counter-curse. The core turned back into Mamoru, who was sincerely sorry for provoking her. Children did not need purification. However, Trixie thought she had purified him. She then said, "The Great And Apologetic Trixie just purified you. That was easy." She went on and explained how genre-savvy the enemy forces were to corrupt him for a change, as well as how she and Luna saved the day again.
6 - The Eraser Head SpellAfter her fight against both Trixie and the Robeast, Luna noticed Trixie trying out a new spell: Eraser Head. "Trixie noticed that you've been causing collateral damage yourself by exploding the Robeasts. She won't get attention if ponies are dying in the battles. This spell, the Eraser Head, will remove the destructive force from any lethal explosion. Time to demonstrate. Go ahead Luna, cast Confringo." Mamoru yelled at Luna, "Don't listen to her! She's cra-" but Trixie cast Imperio on him and commanded him to trust her. Luna and Trixie stood in a way that a right angle could be formed between them. Then Luna, with a shout of "CONFRINGO", shot an orange bolt forward. Trixie yelled "ERASER HEAD" and shot a white bolt that collided with Luna's. As the bolts collided, an explosion occured, but both ponies were unscathed. Trixie's new spell had successfully created a white, glowing explosion that did not damage anything. Mamoru wondered if he could purify Zonders before they morphed into Robeasts, but Luna and Trixie didn't want him to get hurt. He flew off to look for the next Zonder host himself to prevent the city from being threatened again, but Trixie jinxed him and he jerked around before falling down dazed. Trixie said to Mamoru, "Trixie and Luna don't want you getting hurt. You're less durable than they are and you don't have much fighting skill. The Great And Powerful Trixie muttered a counter-curse when you got Zonderized." Mamoru had nothing to say to her. Luna told Trixie how all the Zonder hosts she defeated so far had one thing in common: Negative emotions of some kind. So Trixie had to be careful to make sure Mamoru gets along with her, otherwise he would be used for evil again. Meanwhile, a drunk and disgruntled sea captain sat in front of his wrecked tanker, cursing its navigation software for making him crash. Pinchernone rose out of the ground in front of him with another Zonder metal, telling him that if he didn't use navigation software, the accident could have been avoided. The Zonder metal then Zonderized the captain, who then possessed the tanker to become another Robeast, this time volcano-shaped with octopus-like tentacles. A while later, Mamoru sensed the Robeast and his hair glowed green. "A Zonder! Follow me and I'll lead you to him." He started flying again, with Luna and Trixie following him until the three of them met the Robeast face-to-face at a beach pier. Crowds ran away from the Robeast, and redshirts got fragged by its blasts of explosive gasoline from its tentacles. This had set the pier on fire, and Trixie and Mamoru put out the flames by yelling "AQUA ERUCTO". Large, focused jets of water shot out of their horn and arm respectively, hitting the bases of the fires and extinguishing them. While the fires were being extinguished, Luna flew over to the Robeast, summoned crescent moon-shaped boomerangs, and threw them to slice its tentacles off. She knew that the gasoline would make its death explosion dangerous, so her first action was to make the gasoline bleed out of its body. Afterwards she tackled it to the ground, and it was too heavy to get up. However, it regenerated its tentacles. She sliced them off again, but then it regenerated one that tried to suck up Trixie, Mamoru, and her like a vacuum cleaner. Trixie and Mamoru held on to the pier but got sucked up. Before being sucked up, Trixie turned Luna into a ball to block the sucker tentacle. As a ball, Luna's mane formed a stripe and her cutie mark was in the middle. After a few seconds, the tentacle exploded. Luna, unharmed as a ball, bounced off the ground before unrolling back into herself. Inside the Robeast, Mamoru and Trixie tried to purify the Zonderized captain, but the gasoline inside started rising up, attempting to drown them. However, Mamoru saved them both from drowning by magically creating an oxygen field for them. After whispering in Trixie's ear, Mamoru cast Incendio again at the same time Trixie cast Eraser Head. Meanwhile, Luna turned into Nightmare Moon again to finish off the Robeast, performing her own impression of the Death Star's firing sequence. Her laser hit the Robeast and it exploded. The gasoline would have made the explosion fatal for her, Mamoru, and Trixie if Trixie hadn't cast Eraser Head. Trixie and Mamoru were now holding the Zonderized captain, remarking "Now where were we? That's right." They then muttered the counter curse for Zonderization, turning the captain back to normal. Then Luna turned back to normal as well and told the captain to safely retire. "Maybe boating is not for you? Go ahead, retire, and try something new. You might even get a cutie mark, and when you do, we would like to see it!"
7 - Luna, Trixie, and Mamoru vs PrimadaMamoru had been punched out by the Four Machine Kings, who bound him inside a train that was not possessed by a Zonder. However, it was headed for a huge waterfall despite having no driver. Luna and Trixie were chasing it, sensing Mamoru inside. Trixie shot at the train several times thinking it was another Zonder Robeast, but Luna told her that Mamoru was imprisoned inside. Trixie replied, "The Great And Powerful Trixie doesn't trust buses full of innocents." Luna yelled at her, "Fine, I'm going to tell the families of the Zonder's hosts and Mamoru that they were disposable! Without Mamoru, we're going to have to kill as many innocent ponies as those Robeasts do." Trixie felt a tear in her eye before deciding to rescue Mamoru. She cast Glacius on its tracks, but it did not slow down because Primada had enchanted it to never stop moving. Then Trixie fired a laser beam to carve a hole in the train, turned Luna into a ball again, and tossed her through the hole. Luna hit and toppled Primada before bouncing and unrolling. Primada got up and said, "So, it's Mamoru's flying blue guardian! Let's see how you do without magic!" She threw anti-magic rings at Luna, restraining her legs and horn. Luna tried to shoot her, but couldn't. Instead, Luna just jumped on her head to knock her off balance before cutting Mamoru's ropes with her horn to free him. Mamoru returned the favor by picking the rings off and throwing them at Primada. Primada threw some tires at Luna. Luna, able to use magic again, sidestepped, telekinetically grabbed one, threw it back at her, and Flipendo'd her into a bunch of stacked boxes which fell on her. Luna said "Mamoru, let's get out" and took him back to the hole in the wall, but all the exits were blocked by Dementors that Primada silently summoned. Luna cast Expelliarmus, Flipendo, Incendio, and Avada Kedavra, none of which did anything to the Dementors. Then Mamoru started glowing green as if he were purifying a Zonder, but he was casting Expecto Patronum. Luna did the same. Two white alicorns flew around and the Dementors exploded. Then as Luna and Mamoru leaped out of the train into some soft grass, Primada shoved the boxes aside and jumped out as well. The train fell into the waterfall and exploded behind them. Primada stated, "Now, where were we? Oh right - killing two mares and their Zonder-purifying colt!" She whipped out a hula hoop, and Luna picked up a moon-shaped blade. Both clashed their weapons repeatedly until Luna got hit in the face, but not without slicing Primada. Trixie then shot Primada down to the floor with a yell of "AVADA KEDAVRA!". Primada got back up because Zonderians have immortal bodies. She then threw a tire at Trixie, but Trixie deflected it with a swing of her cape. Primada fell back after being hit by the deflected wheel, then started throwing more tires while spinning. Trixie, Luna, and Mamoru dodged them until Trixie turned Mamoru into a ball again, placed him in one of the tires, and rolled it at Primada, hitting her even further back. Trixie then told Primada, "The Great And Powerful Trixie doesn't trust wheels." After dodging one last wheel, Luna Avada Kedavra'd Primada off the cliff into the waterfall. "NOPONY COULD SURVIVE THAT." However, the heroes did not know Primada survived the fall AND swam all the way back to the enemy base to recuperate.
8 - Octavia Melody And The Noises Of RuinBack at the enemy base, Primada reported another failed mission to Pasder. She did try neutralizing Luna's magic, but Luna just physically attacked her before having her friend pick off the anti-magic rings. In response, Pasder suggested that the next Zonder Robeast should make the magic inflict pain on Luna and Trixie somehow. Primada and Polonaise volunteered for this, stepping in a Star Trek transporter and winding up in the streets again in front of a really noisy crowd. Two nondescript men in the center of the crowd were yelling "SHUT UP!" over and over again. Primada and Polonaise offered to make the crowds shut up and gave them Zonder Metal, which made the two men mutate into Robeasts. These Robeasts started launching supersonic waves which started breaking glass everywhere. Meanwhile, Luna, Trixie, and Mamoru were attending a street concert. On the raised platform was a gray Earth Pony with a black mane, pink eyes, a pink necktie, and a musical note cutie mark. Despite not having fingers, she was flawlessly playing a cello with her hoof and a rod. As she played a rock song she really liked, two nondescript redshirts beside her were set on fire by the waves from her cello, and also felt great pain everywhere as if they were hit by the Crucio curse. Then she restored both of them the same way. Mamoru remarked, "A magical cello? Where have I seen this before?" After the song, the Earth Pony hopped off the platform, landed in front of him, and introduced herself. "I am Octavia Melody, the replacement for a rocker robot called Mic Sounders The 13th. The Gutsy Geoid Guard team, which you were sent to, has not been around this time for some reason." Mamoru wondered if GGG's members had been Zonderized or something, so he had to stay with Luna and Trixie for longer. Octavia told him, "With GGG absent, I have to fight the Zonders as well. You saw what I'm capable of." Then Mamoru's hair glowed green twice. "TWO Zonders?!?" The supersonic waves from the two Robeasts reached Luna, Trixie, and Mamoru, using their own magic against them to inflict great pain on them. Luna felt herself turning into Nightmare Moon again out of anger, despite hurting too much to move. A few seconds later, Trixie and Mamoru also found themselves facing too much pain to move. "Can't...move...too...much...pain...Even...the...Great...And...Powerful...Trixie...hurts...everywhere..." However, Octavia wasn't affected due to being an Earth Pony. "Let me handle those Zonders." She hopped onto a second cello, which began to act like a Back To The Future hoverboard. Flying over to the two Zonder Robeasts, she began to play her song again, turning the great pains back on them. Then the Zonders got set on fire. After they were unable to act out of pain, she played an excerpt from The Last Sunrise by Aiden, which healed Luna, Trixie, and Mamoru so they could join the battle. As Octavia pointed her cello at the Zonders like a gun and charged up a Mega Buster shot, lots of lasers flew back and forth between the six of them. Then Luna, as Nightmare Moon, summoned two large crescent moon boomerangs and threw them to slice both Zonders at the same time. The Zonders exploded as the boomerangs came back to Luna, but then combined. Octavia started rocking out again, while Luna, Mamoru, and Trixie all shouted at the top of their lungs, "EXPECTO PATRONUM!". Three white energy Alicorns flew around, and the Zonder's supersonic waves were effectively neutralized. Luna turned herself into mist, flew inside the Zonder's body, and exploded it from the inside. As the Zonder exploded, two cores flew out to be caught by both Mamoru and Trixie, who then purified them with a Zonderization counter-curse. Luna turned back to normal as well. Octavia began to talk to the two purified Zonder hosts. "Why don't you go to a concert for once? It'll help you tolerate noise." Then she did another concert in front of them.
