A new Pony in town~!

As Ace gets off the train he stops to check his bag for a second.
‘’Hmm… everything seems to be in order, I still have the 20000 bits here’’
As he checks his bag a strange stallion gets in his way and bumps into him making his bits fall of his hooves.
‘’Ahh! No my bits!’’ Ace runs as fast as he could and grabbed half the money he had dropped; most of his bits were either lost or stolen.
Ace then checks how much bits he has left; ‘’9998, 9999, 10000? Aw great this is just Great... cool it Ace just go to the mayor of this small town and nicely ask for a house to live in’’
Ace then continues to search for town hall and luckily he runs into someone.
*Bonk*
‘’Owe, My head it hurts! Watch were you’re going buddy!’’
As Ace open’s his eyes looks up and see a strange pink pony hurt.
‘’Oh my Celestia are you okay?’’
‘’Umm YEAH!*Giggles*I’m fine are you ok I’m more concerned about you so how’s your head’’
‘’I’m fine, it hurts but...I’ll make it’’
The both then starts to laugh for a couple of minutes then the pony decides to introduce herself.
‘’Hi, My names Pinkie Pie! What’s yours?’’
‘’Hi Pinkie Pie, I’m Ace’’
Pinkie Pie then gasps and realizes who this strange stallion is,
‘’Oh my goodness! I know who you are!’’
Then Ace looks at Pinkie with a confused face.
‘’You do?’’
The stallion asked
‘’Yeah you’re a new guy so that means you’re probably looking somewhere to buy a house right?’’
‘’Yeah! Do you know where I can buy one?’’
‘’Yeah just go down this street and you’ll see a big building’’
Ace looks down the path a sees a big building and then asks.
‘’How did I not notice that?’’
‘’Dunno maybe you were so confused you didn’t even notice it’’
Ace then smiles and replies with an embarrassed nod.
‘’Well see ya later Ace’’
The little pony then continuously skips happily to what appears to be a bakery shop. Ace then continues with his business and went to city hall. Then enters and sees a pony seems to be a mare talking to other ponies.
‘’Maybe she will help me with my house problem?’’
As Ace walks up to the mare she seems to be done talking with the other ponies then Ace gets the opportunity to talk to her. But then a strange stallion runs in front of him asking for the same thing Ace wants.
‘’Hey! What’s the big idea cutting in front of me like that?’’
‘’Well excuse me sir but those cute mares over there were saving spot here harrumph’’
Ace goes over to one of the mares and asks if they were saving the stallions spot, but apparently they weren’t.
Ace then realizes what happened he looks back and sees that the stallion was already gone and then he walks up to the mare and asks her for a house.
‘’Excuse me miss is there by any chance I can get a house here?’’
‘’Why yes I have five houses here in this map if you want choose a house and then come back’’
‘’Ok I’ll come back in a second’’
Ace looks at the map and sees five houses marked, since he was fast enough to reach them he decided only in a mere minute.
‘’Hello I’m back’’
‘’Why hello to you again, that was really quick did you already know which house you want to pick?’’
‘’Yes, I do’’
Ace then proceeds to show the mare the map at the exact location on where the house he wants is located.
‘’Is that so…well then the mayor will see you now she’s just right through here’’
‘’Thank you’’
The room was pretty big but really tidy at the same time; ace looked around and saw a pony with a curly mane just like pinkies.
‘’Hello, My names Mayor Mare and I presume you’re here for a house, is that correct?’’
‘’Yes please!’’
‘’Well the cost for a house is normally 10000 bits’’
Ace cringes in shock when his heart almost explodes.
‘’But we’ve been having some troubles so I’ll cut the payment down to 3000’’
*Whew that’ll leave me with 7000 bits, enough for lunch and probably a bed to sleep in*
‘’Ok here’’
Ace hands over 3000 bits and counted to the mayor.
‘’Thank you for your cooperation sir I hope we meet again’’
‘’Thank you’’
Then Ace runs ‘’home’’ to finally move in.
‘’Ah, well I got a new house and a new life’’
‘’This is going to be the best! Right Twili…’’
Twilight recently left Ace to who knows where and after that all these years Ace was heartbroken.
As Ace remembers all the fun things he had done with twilight back then, he felt lost and heavy twilight was dear to him and he couldn’t do anything to bring her back, but that didn’t stop him he knew that if twilight wasn’t there he could believe in himself and do whatever’s possible to live without her. He then falls asleep on his saddlebags that carried tons of his things; mostly heavy and hard stuff. The next morning came up and Ace woke up with a pain in his neck.
‘’Owe! My neck ugh… that’s what I get for sleeping on my saddlebags, so what are you going to do today Ace? I know I should probably go do some work to gain extra bits I should probably go back to town hall and check if they have any job applications’’
With Ace’s neck hurting he went in the bathroom to take a nice shower and try to fix his neck, he then proceeded to town hall and ran by Pinkie again.
‘’HI ACE!!!’’
Screamed Pinkie at the top of her lungs making Ace scared and frightened.
‘’Ahhh! Pinkie you scared me!’’
‘’Heheh sorry, where are you going?’’
‘’To town hall why?’’
‘’Oh, no reason’’
Then she skipped away leaving Ace shaking in fear and with a confused face.
‘’That’s weird yesterday she was so nice and calm, why would she just scream so loud at me like that? Well I guess I should just go to town hall’’
