Equestria's Prototype

Sombra walks through the halls of his castle in silence. He thinks about all that has happened thus far. He has entered a massive scale war, the leader of him and this planet is the new God of Light and Darkness. He heard rumors of Griphyx being an Angel of Destruction, but his power is FAR more powerful than even the Elements of Harmony.

He cringes at the thought of being in the presence of Griphyx at his FULL potential and power. He then smirks at how lucky he is to have such a powerful being courting his daughter and making her powerful enough to wield a weapon with immense power. He chuckles softly at the thought of his grandchildren being Demi-Gods.

He walks onto a balcony, only to see the sky ignite into black flames with green outlining. The shockwaves coming from the wind smash against the Empire and total houses, destroy part of the castle and send despair and fear into Sombra's heart. He drops to his knees as he hears the winds roar past the whole Empire and rush towards Equestria. His eyes widen as he looks back as a large dense cloud of magical dust rushes past him and follows the wind.

He watches as his ponies and guards rush into the reforming castle, very few are killed. He catches a feel of Griphyx's power, but it is FAR stronger than it was before. Had he met his true potential?

=====In Canterlot, Subject; Firewing, Celestia, Luna=======================

Firewing sits in a chair with Celestia and Luna. The two talk out what happened after the battle in the Crystal Empire.

"So you pushed Spike that far? Along with Griphyx?" Luna asks in slight worry.

"Yeah. Spike was no threat, but, Griphyx IS a major threat. Nothing can stop him, not even the Elements could stop him. I even witnessed his and Sombra's fight. It was...How did you two even take him on?" He asks. Celestia sighs.

"We couldn't win, so we used the Elements of Harmony on him. All they did was turn him into shadow, before he hexed the Empire, and returned the way you see now." Celestia states.

"So he really is that powerful?" Firewing asks. Celestia nods. "Then he is FAR weaker than Griphyx." He states.

"How?" Luna asks.

"Sombra fought at full strength, Griphyx fought at maybe 30%. No one has been able to push him that far as it is. Not even when he changed into a giant dragon, and that pushed him to 25% power." Firewing explains. The two Goddesses gape.

"Then we should be grateful he is on our side then, huh?" Celestia jokes.

"Oh yeah. Before BLACK WATCH turned me into a Super Evolved, I had to watch Griphyx fight at 10% power on a small battalion." He states, shuddering at the memory.

"What happened?" Luna asks.

"He destroyed that WHOLE section of New York's Blue Zone. No one survived his wrath. Not even the innocent people..." He sighs out. Celestia and Luna grow surprised.

"Then why fight with him?" Luna asks.

"Because he we devastated at what happened. He spent an entire WEEK to get everyone's corpse in a grave and even prayed for their safety in the afterlife. He hates violence, but when it starts, he grows to hunger for it. He becomes a 'TRUE MONSTER' as he would say." Firewing explains. Celestia nods her head, she was never told this by Alex, she'll need to talk with him when he gets back from his peace mission with the Sea Serpents.

They sit there drinking tea, until a massive gust of wind sends the castle's windows as the magical waves wash over Canterlot. Celestia and Luna are pushed down to their knees, while Firewing is pinned to the floor. The castle shudders as if in fear. Despair grips their hearts as the energy passes.

They rise to their feet. Firewing looks over his shoulder and his eyes widen.

"Luna! Celestia! Make a shield now!!" He yells out as he points at the massive roaring dust cloud following close behind the winds screaming in fear. Luna and Celestia's horns ignite and they create a shield that forms around Canterlot. The dust cloud roars as it passes over them in a tsunami like style.

The cloud soars through the skies above the ever growing shield to protect Equestria. The three fly after the cloud, amazed that it just keeps flowing from the west. They look though the dust and see the sky is lit up with an immense power. The cloud roars more as it reaches the ocean where Alex has his shield up and the Sea Serpents dive into the water.

They land next to him. Firewing wraps his arms around Luna's hips, as Alex does the same to Celestia. The cloud keeps going until it dissipates. They look around and see the devastation of the what the cloud had accomplished.

"The fuck just happened?" Alex asks. The Sea Serpents rise from the water's surface.

"It appears that it came from the Gargoyle Isle's." One with purple scales, orange mane and mustache states. The female serpents nod their heads. "We can take you there but I must warn you, it is the ONE part of the world that never gets to see the sun." He warns.

"And you are...?" Firewing starts.

"Steven Magnet." Steven states as Alex and Celestia get on top of his head. "This is my wife, Laurent Magnet." He says with a smile. Said serpent has a long cherry-colored-mane, her eyes are icy blue, her scales are cyan colored. Her breasts are an E-cup, eve though they are as big as Celestia is tall, and her form is similar to 'gorgons' of earths mythology, but 13 times bigger and more beautiful.

Firewing and Luna ride on her shoulders as they swim over towards a endless night, where they see's the giant energy mushroom cloud. They then see Nightmare firing a blue Cero at a Gargoyle as Chrysie kills Gargoyle's by decapitation. Celestia and Luna stare up at a lone figure standing before the full moon, it's wings spread out wide, it's tail flicking a few times.

They watch as it vanishes in a boom of static and appears before flickering, it does this multiple times, before it appears back before the moon holding Nightmare and Chrysie in each hand. They watch as the Gargoyle's explode into dust in a manner of seconds.

"Holy shit..." Alex mutters. Celestia nods her head softly. The figure moves in close to Nightmare before pulling it's had back and doing the same to Chrysie. Luna's eyes widen.

"Oh my mother..." She gasps out.

"What?" Firewing asks.

"That's Griphyx..." She says in awe. The others stare while the two serpents look at each other questioningly in confusion.

"Who?" Steven asks.

"My son- Our son." Alex states as he holds Celestia close. Steven smiles, s does Laurent.

"You must be so proud of him." Laurent states.

"Yeah, yeah, ever since that night I adopted him. He has made me proud." Alex explains. Steven and Laurent share a look.

"Then what of his real parents?" Steven asks.

"Don't know. He was given up apparently or something. He said that his earliest memory was when he was five and would wonder the streets with a chain on his chest." Alex explains with a strange look in his eye. "He said no one would take him in or even bothered to see him. He was empty, and I can tell he still is slightly. While his mates fill him with love, he is still empty somewhere inside." Alex sighs out.

"It could mean that he NEEDS to know about his parents. Did he have anything with him that might have been theirs?" Laurent asks. Alex nods.

"Yeah. He gave this to me." Alex states as he pulls out that dragon medallion. "It's form seemed to have changed over the years. But it remains his to the bitter end." Alex states.

"May I see it?" Laurent asks.

"Sure." Alex states as he tosses it to Laurent catches it in her palm and looks down at it. She traces it with a finger, before she gasps softly. "What?" Mercer asks.

"This is a medallion of Royalty. It's not even a dragon." She states in awe.

"Then what is it?" Alex asks.

"It's a Draconequus Royal Symbol. It has a charm placed on it to hide it's true form." She states as her hand glows softly before the Medallion grows larger and the 'dragon' becomes longer. It's fur an scales mix into snow white. It's eyes become black and blood red with two horns angled oddly.

It's body becomes long and thin as it's tail coils around the ring of it, as it's four hands hold onto the ring part as well. It's feet are hooved and are chained to the bottom of the ring, while the rest of it's body is coiled up like a snakes as it's wings are furled out making a 'back' for the medallion.

Alex stares at the item as it's muzzle becomes elongated and draconic. He then looks back at Griphyx as he holds his two mares close to himself before in a boom of static they leave the area to it's restful slumber, as well as the reforming Gargoyle's. Celestia smiles softly.

"Is it part of him? I had seen Eris and Discord having the same thing." She asks. Laurent nods her head softly.

"Yes, in a way it is. However, it seems that this Medallion is different, it also holds human energy inside it as well. Perhaps in his world has more of a connection to this one than previously thought?" She asks as she hands the Medallion back to Alex, but as he goes to grab it, the Medallion sends out a pulse and sends him back into the air.

"The fuck?" He asks.

"It is meant for those of this world to touch." Laurent states as she hands it to Celestia, who places it into a pocket. She nods her head before smiling at her husband.

"Come on Alex, lets get back home." She states. Alex nods his head as they teleport back to Equestria's Canterlot Castle. Firewing chuckles softly.

"We'll be in touch Steven, Laurent. Have a nice weekend." He states before Luna and him teleport away as well. Laurent gives Steven a worried look.

"There was more to it than what you told them, isn't there?" He asks. Laurent nods her head as she sighs sadly.

"It was a Medallion of Faust herself. Something that many are lucky to know of, let alone see. Who or whatever Griphyx is, he is detrimental to this universe than his old one." She says with slight worry.

"Why?" Steven asks. She looks up at him sadly.

"Darkness and Light should never be in the same being, if it is, then it spells the creation or destruction of a world, even a universe." She states sadly. "I hope he knows what is going to happen...." She says with worry. A young female Sea Serpent rises from the sea and yawns.

"Hey ma, pa. How was the meeting with King Alex?" She asks.

"Ah, Gaia. There you are. We just finished speaking with him and Queen Celestia. You are going to meet their adoptive son, Griphyx Mercer." Laurent states with a small smile.

"Oh, cool! Is he nice?" She asks.

"I believe so." Steven says with a chuckle, the three serpents head down deeper into the ocean near their castle fa beneath the sea, a small sign in Equestrian says 'Atlantis' on it.

======With Griphyx and others in Equestria===================

Griphyx appears at Canterlot Castle via teleporting Sonido. He sets the two mares down, however, they nuzzle him lovingly.

"We love you, Griphyx." Nightmare tells him. Chrysie nods her head with a smile.

"I love you both too, just as much as I love the others as well." He states with a smile. His form has changed, he no longer has a human form. But instead, his neck is longer than Discord's, his body is also longer than his. Griphyx's tail reaches to 12 feet in length, his height is 25 feet. His wings are larger and wider.

His eyes are black and red with those slits. His fangs became larger. His arms are longer, twice the size of his human ones, same with his legs. His hooved feet are sharp, his hair is now a mane and the tip of his tail tip is like a clawed hand. His horns are strange, one is a skeletal horn and the other is a curved back blue Alicorn horn.

He looks over and see's Luna, Firewing, Celestia and Alex appear.

"Hey mom, dad." He states with his new somewhat deeper voice. "How are you two?" He asks with a green katana at his side.

"Fine. We have your Medallion." Celestia tells him. She walks up to him and really takes in his new look.

"Sorry for the look..." He says sadly.

"Don't be. It works." She says with a smile as she hugs him tightly, before slipping his Medallion around his neck gently. "I am so proud of you." She says.

"Thanks, but what for?" He asks in confusion.

"For being you." She says softly.

"Oh." He says softly back with a smile. He then yawns and stretches. "I think I'll head to bed...been though a hell of a day..." He yawns out. Celestia nods her head.

"You room has remained untouched. Enjoy." She says to the three with a wink before they blush and teleport to the room for some "R&R".
