"Derpy get the girls in the T.A.R.D.I.S.!" The Doctor shouted. He turned towards the monster, "Ok who or what are you? And how do you know my name?"
"You know me as Richard Lazarus. " the beast said.
"No, that's not possible, you're dead." The Doctor said pulling out his sonic screwdriver.
"That's what you thought the first time you killed me. " Lazarus pointed out chuckling.
"How did you end up here then?"
"Harold Saxon didn't like it when my experiment failed. After all he was one of my most prestigious clients. "
"So he sent you here?"
"Yes " Lazarus nodded.
"How long have you been here?"
"About seventeen hundred years. "
"How could you be here that long, you're only human." The Doctor said shaking his head slightly.
"My machine altered my genetic code, and now I can reverse my aging process whenever I want to. "
"Oh that's convenient. Mind if I scan you?"
"By all means Doctor. I have several theories on why this happens. One: I am part lobster, the down side to this is that a lobster just doesn't age and I can reverse my ageing. Two: I am part Turritopsis dohrnii , which is a species of jellyfish that ages backwards, the down side with that one is that it doesn't make sense from an evolutionary standpoint. And last but not least, three: It is a combination of genes from all over human/pony ancestry. " Lazarus explained to The Doctor.
"Well the sonic is seeing more equine DNA than you had before. Did the master change you to a pony."
"No...Celestia did that ."
"What? Why did she do that?"
"It was that or be turned into a pile of meat on the ground. " Lazarus said as he chuckled. "Gotta love my enhanced survival instinct. "
"So then you were turned into the dominate shape in this universe."
"Yes, I believe I was the first to survive the process. "
"Did The Master send anything else with you?"
"Just a few angel statues he said were causing trouble. I can't blame him, they had the stupidest faces, plus they were posed weirdly. "
"Lazarus, did you just describe Weeping Angels?"
"I guess you could say they looked like they were weeping. "
"How many were there?"
"Four, I believe I heard some guards say that they took them form an abandoned old house. "
"Those statues are some of the most dangerous things in the whole universe."
"Doctor I won't try to understand but I also have a warning for you... " Lazarus paused for dramatic effect "I won't stop trying to kill you until two hundred years ago. This is a warning I will attempt to kill you several times, just don't go over the top with killing me, I can talk a beating but fire will kill me, so please refrain from using fire when we fight. "
"Lazarus do you still feed?"
"Of course I still feed, but after Discords first reign had ended I figured it was smarter to leave the prey alive and weak rather dead, which would lead to witch hunts for me. "
"So you stop before you finish the kill" The Doctor was slightly confused "But I thought you were a creature of pure instinct."
"I am. I just learned some control over it. "
"Did you lose control recently?"
"You will never cease to amaze me, yes I accidently drained the old watch smith here, and I didn't anticipate him having so little energy. "
"I see."
"Now Doctor that I have told you this I need to be off. " Lazarus said as he started up the wall of the alley.
The Doctor looked at him as he climbed then he noticed that Lazarus had wings, large strong wings. "Lazarus..." he called up to him.
"What! "
"Are you a pegasus!?!"
"Yes Doctor I am! " Lazarus shouted down as he reached the top of the small four story building. He unfolded his win to reveal his twenty five or so foot wingspan. He made a show of a powerful takeoff and disappeared behind the buildings of Canterlot. The Doctor watched as long as he could and when Lazarus was out of sight he went into the Tardis and it vanished.
"What was the sound, honey?" the unicorn mare asked Lazarus as he entered the house.
"Some unicorn was testing out some new spell and it backfired." Lazarus said heading to the cellar.
"Well, that's anticlimactic, I was hoping it was the Destruction Follower, or at the very least something to attract it."
"Sorry honey, but no flying scorpions tonight." he said rolling his eyes, If only she knew.
"Ok this time I'm certain this is a beach" The Doctor said as the Tardis stopped shaking.
"This better be" Sparkler said as she opened the door and stepped out. "Turner..."
"That's Doctor" he interrupted her and said it lightly.
"Sorry... Doctor you did it." she said looking at the beautiful greenish sparkling beach. Sparkler looked down and used her magic to examine the sand.
"Ah yes, welcome to the best beach on Celis." The Doctor said as the rest of them left the Tardis.
"What's Celis" Dinky asked.
"That's the planet we're on, little one."
"We're on another planet!!" Derpy shouted "Is it safe to bring my children here!?!"
"Oh yes, this is one of the safest planets I know of." The Doctor said as he cringed. He waited a moment "Oh, I expected something to happen. Well come on the water on this planet has a mineral that is will make you literally glow. The Doctor jumped into the water, and started swimming around in the calm water.
"Where is everypony?" Derpy asked after half an hour of fun.
"Oh this planet has no intelligent life..." The Doctor explained, "Or at least not yet"
"What do you mean by yet?" Dinky asked him.
"Well we're about two million years in your past, there won't be intelligent life here for over a million years. Just have fun for now.
They spent hours at the beach, they only left because The Doctor made them leave when it was night. Dinky was yawning and Sparkler was slumped in one of the Tardis's chairs. "Turner, can we go home now?" Derpy asked.
"Eventually you all will call me The Doctor." The Doctor mumbled. "Yes, i can take you home. He started hitting more random buttons and the Tardis was shaking. The Doctor stepped out the door and looked up, something’s not right, those creators should be gone. He ran to the console of the Tardis "Why did you take us here." he asked.
There was a bleeping on the console and The Doctor ran to it, "there's a signal coming from around here, its dimensional energy from my home dimension. One of the master’s portals!!" He shouted as he ran out the door, "Miss Hooves would you like to come with me?"
Derpy looked at her children, The Doctor assured her "They are safe in here."
"Sure, why not. We haven't done much together lately."
This statement caused The Doctor to cringe, but Derpy didn't notice it. They both went out, The Doctor used his sonic screwdriver to track the energy source. They ended up in having to break into the castle and followed the energy signature to see the portal. Problem was it was surrounded by a good number of guards and even Princess Celestia herself.
"What do you think it is?" one of the guards asked another.
"A portal." the other guard answered.
"No I mean, What do you think will come through the portal." the original guard asked.
There was a clanking sound from the portal, and a large smoking bronze colored can fell from the portal. One of the guards walked up to it and jabbed it with his hoof, he immediately burst into flames. He was a pile of ash in less than ten seconds. Princess Celestia used her magic to lift the can up so its flat side was on the bottom.
The Doctor had been terrified when he saw the can first come out but now that he saw the eye stalk wasn't functioning he realized that it wasn't powered. One of the unicorn guards walked up to it and used a stick to jab it. The stick burst into flames, and the unicorn jumped back.
"If all you're going to do is poke it with sticks then I’ll take it from here" The Doctor said out loud revealing himself and Derpy.
All the guards turned to him immediately pointing there spears at him. "Identify yourself"
"I'm The Doctor and this is my companion Derpy."
"Doctor who" Celestia asked.
"Just The Doctor, your highness" The Doctor said smiling.
"What do you mean 'You'll take it from here'" She asked giving him an intrigued look.
"Well this is a dimensional portal to my dimension, and this bucket of bolts is from it as well, I'm just going to return it to my dimension. He stepped forward and the guards prepared themselves to hurl their spears.
"Doctor, looks like you fell for my little trap" a voice came through the portal. "Here's a parting gift!" The Master shouted shooting a bolt of energy at the can, then he closed the portal.
"No!" The Doctor said, "He's sent the worst thing he could have sent!"
"I FUNCTION!!" The can said as its eyestalk lit up blue. "SCANNING!!" its eyestalk moved around looking at everypony. "IDENTIFY, LESSER SPECIES!!" it said turning it's eyestalk towards Celestia.
"It wants you to identify your species Your Highness, I suggest you do what it wants." The Doctor said calmly.
"Ponies" Celestia said with a hint of pride.
"SEARCHING DATABANKS...YOUR SPECIES DOES NOT EXIST. WHICH ONE OF YOU KNOWS THE MOST OF YOUR HISTORY AND/OR SCIENCES!!"
One of the guards walked forward, "I know much of our history, what would you like to know."
"MALFUNCTION DETECTED, MANIPULATOR IMPAIRED!! PRIMARY WEAPON ONLINE!!" The can shouted as he started to move the thing on its left.
The Doctor's eyes went wide "Dalek!!!"
The Dalek’s eyestalk immediately focused on The Doctor "I know your name, how is that? How could somepony from this alien universe know what you are, well if you kill anypony here I won't tell you."
"IDENTIFY!!" The Dalek screamed.
"You’re a soldier, you don't have any orders."
"I HAVE THE PRIMARY ORDER!! NOW IDENTIFY!!"
"Doctor what is that thing" Derpy blurted out loud.
"Oh now she gets it right." The Doctor said rolling his eyes.
"DOCTOR!?! THE DOCTOR!?!"
"Yes The Doctor" The Doctor said taking out his sonic screwdriver.
"YOU ARE AN ENEMY OF THE DALEKS!! EXTERMINATE!! EXTERMINATE!!" the Dalek yelled as he shot at The Doctor. He was still damaged and his shot missed though and hit a guard who fell over. This caused all the other guards to frenzy and attack, all the unicorns used magic to shoot beams at it. The other ponies didn't even bother seeing how they would burst into flames if they touched the Dalek.
"EXAMINING ALIEN ENERGY!! EXTRAPOLATING!! CONVERTING" The Dalek said through the blasts.
"Stop!!" The Doctor shouted running over and using the sonic to distort the beams.
The Dalek had used the energy to repair itself "POWER LEVEL AT 25% CAPACITY."
"Gotta think fast" The Doctor thought aloud. "fire your beams again, but this time Princess you need to fire as well" and they all did. As they fired The Doctor used the sonic to distort the beams so they were tuned to the frequency of the Daleks shell. The Dalek was screaming as loud as it could, it knew it was going to die.
"EMERGENCY TEMPORAL SHIFT!!" it screamed and it vanished.
"They always get away, they're like cockroaches." The Doctor said aloud with a hatred that made Derpy shudder, and the guards could understand why.
"I'm going after it, Derpy I'm taking you home then I will get that Dalek" he said turning away then suddenly he was grabbed by two guards and brought before Celestia. "Explain to me, who you are and what that thing was!" she demanded with such a force that The Doctor was surprised.
"Well it's good to see you will mellow with age." he said, but that only made her angrier.
"Explain!!"
"Fine, I'm The Doctor like I said, and that can was a Dalek. Think of the most deadly thing you can think of, for that size. Now multiply its killing power by seventeen and divide by three and that's what that thing is. The ultimate in racial cleansing and destruction."
"And It's loose in Equestria now!?!"
"Oh no, not now. He did an emergency temporal shift he is either in the future of the past, but he couldn't have gotten more than fifty years, on 25% energy capacity. He shouldn't have even been able to do that now that I think of it” The Doctor said talking to himself more than her "he must not have been a soldier, some sort of specialist maybe."
Celestia's aura was getting extremely hot with anger. "Do not ignore me!"
"Well it's either this or we all die from the Dalek in fifty years, or maybe we already did"
"That doesn't make any sense" one of the guards pointed out.
"Oh of course it does, you just don't understand, now Princess if you would be so kind as to let me track that Dalek down so I can help when he shows up."
"If he went through time, how could you track him down?" Celestia said raising one of her eyebrows in curiosity.
"Oh Miss Hooves and I are time travelers, and I really need to go before it's too late."
"How could it be too late if your time travelers?"
"I can't explain it now, me and Miss Hooves need to get going now."
"Fine go, I will see you when you return to destroy the Dalek." Celestia said motioning for her guards to let The Doctor go.
Equestria: The Master's Dumping Ground
The Doctor and Derpy made it back to the Tardis, they were greeted by Sparkler and Dinky. The Doctor just ignored them and Derpy was frantic. The Doctor started up the Tardis and was hitting random buttons franticly. "Are you going after that thing?" Derpy asked her brow furrowing.
"Yes! I have to stop it from destroying your past." The Doctor said as the Tardis started to shake.
"Will you be ok?" Derpy said looking extremely worried.
"I have dealt with this thing before, I'll be fine, don't worry." The Doctor said turning toward her. She looked past him and saw the screen on the console flashing a number one.
"Everypony out, we're in your home, just go. I'll be back, just let me deal with the Dalek" The Doctor said guiding the kids out of the Tardis.
He ran back to the console, "Right, the maid said that I beat the Dalek nine hundred years ago, so Canterlot I'd assume." The Doctor said to himself as he set the Tardis for those coordinate. The Tardis moved there and The Doctor stepped outside.
"Doctor where are we now?"
"Derpy!! What are you Still doing on the Tardis!!" The Doctor yelped and was about to enter it when he heard a sound. It was faint but it was clear.
"EXTERMINATE!! EXTERMINATE!!" along with this battle cry there was also the sound of screaming ponies.
"We don't have any time to take you back we need to deal with that Dalek now before it reaches killing capacity." The Doctor said running in the general direction that the Dalek's screams were coming from.
"Why are you running towards the thing!?" Derpy said flying in front of him, "We have to get to safety." she said with concern in her now focused eyes.
"Miss Hooves I may have been your friend back when I was Time Turner but now I am The Doctor, last son of Gallifrey, and the only thing in this dimension that can defeat the Dalek."
"We were more than friends." Derpy said getting out of his way.
This jarred a lot of memories and emotions of his time as Time Turner. He was remembering how he and Derpy had met, he had been moving into town and had hired a moving company to move his furniture from Trottingham to Ponyville, and she had been one of them. He had flirted with her and she returned the gesture, he was baffled when he had found out that he was moving in right next to her. Then he saw Sparkler and Dinky, this had initially turned him away from the idea of asking Derpy out, but after some passive observation he had discovered she was a signal mom and he asked her out in secret. And that's how it was those first six months, keeping it from her kids until Sparkler put two and two together and found out about the two of them.
The Doctor's head was spinning, why did I just blatantly accept them as companions? he asked himself. I spent too much time as a run of the mill pony, it changed me, I'm not The Doctor nor am I Turner, I'm both? He shook his head trying to get the thoughts away, but it didn't work they only came in force and were causing him more and more distress. The Master said something about a trap, what if this is it, I'm trapped in a different dimension and he messed with my chameleon arch so that it wEasn't a total transformation back.
"EXTERMINATE!! EXTERMINATE!!" this brought The Doctor back and he began to run towards the sound again.
"All I have to do is get some unicorns to shoot at it and it will go down" The Doctor said out loud as they ran.
"DOCTOR!! I KNOW YOU ARE OUT THERE!! PROXIMITY ALERTS HAVE DETECTED YOUr TARDIS!! YOU WILL BE EXTERMINATED!! I AM NEARLY AT KILLING CAPACITY!! IF YOU SURRENDER I WILL ABANDON THIS PLANET!!"
"Why!!" The Doctor shouted not revealing himself to the Dalek.
"VOCAL RECOGNITION!! REVEAL YOURSELF!!"
"Tell me Dalek! Why can you do an emergency temporal shift? Your shell is that of a soldier!"
"BATTLE CAMOUFLAGE!! NOW REVEAL YOURSELF!!"
"What's the point of that, you look like a normal Dalek." The Doctor said then imminently hitting himself realizing the point.
"REVEAL YOURSELF OR I WILL EXTERMINATE THE ENTIRE PLANET!!"
"The Doctor walked into the open then said the Dalek "Negotiation? That's not vary Dalek like."
"THIS UNIT WAS CONSTRUCTED DURING THE END OF THE TIME WAR TO NEGOTIATE A TRUCE WITH THE TIME LORDS!!"
"Who created you?"
"A FACTION OF THE CULT OF SKARO!!"
"Ah but the other Daleks wouldn't have liked that, so they discarded you like trash. But the cult was smart and equipped you with the necessary tools to survive destruction. And The Master ended up with you?"
"I WAS SENT TO CHASE AFTER A TIME LORD!! I WAS DAMAGED DURING MY CHASE AND WAS SENT THROUGH TIME WITH THE TIME LORD!!"
"So The Master has had you for a little over fifty years in hibernation?"
"CORRECT!!"
"So if you’re designed to negotiate a truce with Time Lords, but why? That isn't very Dalek like."
"I AM NOT A NORMAL DALEK!!"
“No you're not, if you were I would be dead. But here’s one thing I don’t get, wasn't the Cult of Skaro meant to create newer and deadlier weapons.”
“DIPLOMACY IS A WEAPON!!”
“So what was the plan then, stop the war and bide your time?”
“EXACTLY!! THE TIME LORDS WOULD HAVE ACCEPTED THE TRUCE!! WE WOULD HAVE HAD COUNTLESS YEARS TO CREATE A WEAPON THAT COULD DESTROY YOU!!”
“It would have also gotten you out of the time lock and allowed you to exterminate countless other species!”
“IT WAS A BETTER OPTION THAN THE ALTERNATIVE!!”
“If you want to negotiate, then let’s negotiate.”
“MY TERMS ARE ALREADY DEFINED!!”
The Dalek lowered itself to the ground and focused on The Doctor. Then it turned its eye stalk to look at some ponies it had stunned. It looked back to The Doctor. “WHY DID YOU TAKE THE APPEARANCE OF A MORE INFERIOR RACE!?!”
“I didn't, it’s just the natural laws of this universe at play.”
“UNDERSTANDABLE!! WHAT ARE YOUR TERMS!?!”
“Leave the planet and never come back.”
“I WILL LEAVE UPON YOUR DEATH!!”
“Then we are at a stalemate. I don't want to die and you don't want me alive.”
“THERE IS NO STALEMATE!! I WILL SIMPLY EXTERMINATE!! EXTERMINATE!!” the Dalek shrieked and began to shoot, luckily for The Doctor he had prepared for this and used the sonic on the Dalek’s eye stalk. The Dalek started to move its shell around and randomly firing. The Doctor ran back to the cover where Derpy had been hiding.
“MY VISION IS IMPAIRED!! EXTERMINATE!!”
“That Dalek will repair himself soon enough.”
“But it said it was designed to come to a truce with you, why did it fire?” Derpy asked following him.
“It was designed to negotiate a truce with the Time Lords, I am a personal enemy of the Daleks’, and my death must be one of the nonnegotiable points.”
“What’s a Time Lord?”
"Me! Now come on we need to get to the Princess, she is the only one who has a chance to destroy it."
"VISION REPAIRED!! BEGINNING PURSUIT!!"
The Doctor and Derpy ducked into the maze of back alleys that was in this newly built Canterlot. "As long as we stay out of its line of sight we should be safish."
"Safish!! What do you mean safish!?! Why are we even here? The Princess can just use the Elements of Harmony on him." Derpy burst out.
The Doctor turned towards her, the he gave a look of surprise. There had been a followed by an elderly grey blue pegasus, "Hello sir, may we help you?" The Doctor asked.
"Well Doctor you can't but I can help myself." the stallion said as he began to grow.
The Doctor's eyes went wide "Rrruuunnn!!" he yelled grabbing Derpy's hoof and running fast. Lazarus chooses this of all times to try to kill me. he thought as he ran. Lazarus was having difficulties in the narrow alleys but he was keeping up with them. The Doctor was leading them to the end of the alleys and into the open.
"Now I have you Doctor "
"And now We have you Destruction Follower!!" boomed a voice at Lazarus.
Lazarus turned to see that it was Princess Celestia's voice. "Why dear Celestia, you haven't caught me yet what... " he stopped as he saw that he had ran right into Celestia's and her guards. "Well, I'll be off " Lazarus said opening his wings and causing a strong enough wind to blow everypony down as he took off."
"UNKNOWN ENTITY DETECTED!! EXTERMINATE!! EXTERMINATE!!"
"Looks like Lazarus bought us some time. Celestia remember how we beat it however long ago it was?"
"Yes we do, you used your wand in conjunction with my magic to harm that monster."
"Exactly, if and when Lazarus leads it this way, be ready to shoot it..." he looked at the unicorn guards, "You lot as well."
"Who is this Lazarus you speak of?" Celestia asked.
"That's the monster that was chasing me."
"The Destruction Follower, one of my most ancient and deadly foes."
The Doctor pulled out his sonic screwdriver and got ready. "Yes him, his name is Lazarus and believe me he's just acting out of instinct. Nothing to worry about with him at all."
Suddenly Lazarus flew over then and one of the unicorn guards reacted and shot his wing. He was losing altitude all the while screaming vile human curses at The Doctor. Not that long after the Dalek shot overhead and Celestia shot it, the entire unicorn guards shot as well. The Doctor used his sonic to manipulate the wave lengths and the Dalek started to scream. It dropped out of the sky like a rock, its descent angle made it nock into the unfinished part of Canterlot.
The Doctor followed it with his eyes and listened for its crash. The moment he heard it he took off running and if it wasn't for Celestia and Derpy being able to fly they would have lost him. The Doctor found the Dalek, it was lying on its side with its primary stuck under some rubble.
"YOU HAVE COME TO KILL ME!?!"
"That depends will you leave this planet and never come back Dalek"
"WILL YOU DIE!?!"
"I'm sorry..." he stopped talking because the Dalek's eye went red.
"MASS EXTERMINATION!!!! " the Dalek boomed in an uncharacteristically deep voice.
"Oh please." The Doctor said sonicing the Dalek and his eye turned back to blue, "If your going to use a bomb don't have it be second rate."
"SELF DESTRUCT!!" the Dalek yelled activating his personal self destruct, which wouldn't be contained by his force field.
The Doctor took off running away and nearly hit Derpy because she was flying low. "We have to go! Now!" The Doctor shouted Derpy turned around and The Doctor was behind her. They didn't make it away in time, the explosion happened and The Doctor jumped onto Derpy to protect her and closed his eyes. He was feeling heat, pressure, and the energy, he supposed he was in the middle of regenerating now because he could still feel it. As the heat faded he opened his eyes to see he was in a golden bubble. He turned around and saw Princess Celestia had shielded him and Derpy with her magic.
The Doctor breathed heavily "Thank you Princess If you hadn't been here I would have had to regenerate, and that would have been annoying."
"You are welcome Doctor, now tell me about this Lazarus"
"Oh he's nothing don't worry. However I want to give you something. Would you come with us Princess?"
"Fine you can explain Lazarus on the way."
The Doctor made up a convoluted story about how Lazarus was an ancient unicorn that had dabbled in dark magic. The three of them were accompanied by some of Celestia's guards. When they finally made it to the Tardis The Doctor opened the door and walked in it, Derpy followed. "Well are you coming in?" The Doctor asked playfully.
Celestia stepped inside and said "It's bigger on the inside"
"Ooo I do love that bit. Now wait here I have something for you." He said as he went into the back of the Tardis. After a few moments he came out with a blue clock. Here this is a gift for you, as appreciation for keeping me from regenerating."
"Thank you."
"Now pardon me Princess but we must be off."
"Of course." Celestia said leaving the Tardis.
She stood back as the Tardis vanished. I don't recognize this type of magic she thought as she made her way back to her palace.
Celestia entered her throne room and was greeted by her adviser Rolling Thunder. "Princess! Oh thank goodness you're alright!" the grey blue pegasus exclaimed.
"I am not alright, I saw the Destruction Follower again."
This made Rolling Thunder frown, "He's been showing up more and more lately, you don't think something bad is going to happen?"
"No! He follows destruction, he does not herald it."
"Then we are simply having bad luck aren't we" he said turning from her to look out a window. He was really hiding his smile If she only knew .

Ya, kinda wrote myself into a hole with the Dalek, and I don't want change it now. So...ya...well...hoped you enjoyed.

The Doctor took a piece of charcoal and marked his foreleg. Then he turned around and saw Sparkler. He heard a thud behind him and he turned around to see his fob watch rattling and a piece of paper on the floor. He walked over to it and picked up the watch and paper, he read the note aloud, "return yourself to this forum and we will ensure your safety. " The Doctor got a puzzled expression. He turned the paper over and saw "237 B.C.R."
"What's B.C.R.?” He asked Sparkler.
“It stands for Before Celestia’s Reign” Sparkler told him
“So it’s a date, 237 years Before Celestia’s Reign. Do you happen to know what happened that year?” He asked turning towards Sparkler.
Sparkler thought for a second “The only thing I can think of is that it was the second year of King Sombra’s rule over the Crystal Empire”.
“Hello!” Derpy’s cheery voice rang out as she landed.
“Where’s Derpy!” the Doctor demanded.
“What do you mean?”
“Please, Changeling, you aren’t fooling me, release her or I will be forced to take action against your hive.”
“What? Where? I don’t see any Changelings” Derpy said looking around.
“You aren’t fooling me! You got the hair off, and the ears are the wrong shape...”
The Changeling dropped Derpy’s voice and said “Who are you to think you can defeat a hive of Changelings?”
“Well, let’s see if this works. I’m The Doctor and…” The Changeling instantly flew off with a wild look in its eyes.
“I don’t get it, why’d it fly away like that?”
“Well I’d wager at some point in their timeline I had to deal with them.”
There was a sound as the trashcan in between the two houses fell over and Derpy stumbled forward. She would have fallen if Sparkler didn’t use her magic to catch her. The Doctor ran over to her and pulled out his sonic screwdriver and scanned her, she’s just a little tired. The Changeling must have drained her before he took her shape.”
“What happened?” Derpy asked, her right eye focusing on The Doctor.
“You were abducted by a Changeling on a food gathering mission.” the Doctor explained to her. “Don’t worry we scared it off.”
The two of them took her inside. The entire time The Doctor was wondering about the date that had been written on the back of the paper. The hoofwriting wasn't the best, could Lazarus have written this . He shook the thought from his head and just in time for Derpy to bolt upright and turn to him.
"The Changeling told me to tell you something..." She began, then turned to the aroma of muffins coming from the kitchen. "Who's making muffins?" She asked.
"What did the Changeling tell you to tell me?" The Doctor asked.
"Oh...Umm...She told me to tell you 'The Hive never forgets'."
"So want to go back in time with me?"
"Only if we bring Sparkler and Dinky."
"Why!" He asked then looked around to make sure that the kids didn't hear him.
"Because you left them here alone for three weeks!" She yelled sternly.
"Fine, but they stay in the T.A.R.D.I.S."
"Agreed! I don't want them to get hurt."
After coaxing the kids back into the Tardis the Doctor went and set the date. The Tardis started to shake violently and after some dangerous jerks they came to rest.
"Nice flying Turner" Sparkler said sarcastically.
"Well This particular model was meant to have six pilots, besides I've had worst trips." He said as he walked out the door.
"So what are we doing" Dinky asked.
"Some pony wants us here so we're going to wait for them. It helps that we landed in a market. Here's a few bits, go buy something nice." He said looking around.
Of all the places for her to be, why here? The grey blue pegasus stallion thought to himself as he walked through the market. He suddenly got blindsided by a little purplish blond unicorn that ran by, he tripped over her and fell on his face. His eye patch falling off his eye, he got up and walked over to it, there was an inscription on the inside, Stormy Horizon put me on . And he did just that, immediately all the memories came back to him in a flash.
"Sorry Mister" a young light purple mare said to him.
"Pardon?" He asked.
"For my sister, she was the one that tripped you and I'm apologizing for her."
"Oh well that's fine. Actually you could pay me back by telling me if you have seen a grey pegasus mare with a blond mane" he said his voice full of hope.
"The only one I can think of is my mom..."
"Do her eye's look in different directions."
"How did you know that!?" Sparkler yelled in surprise.
"My employer sent me to fetch her and her companion." He said.
"Well... Fine..." Sparkler hesitated.
"Great! You saved me a day of searching" He said walking after her.
She led him to Derpy "Hey mom! Where's Turner?" She asked.
"Oh he's over there looking at watches, who's your friend?"
"Allow me" Stormy said Bowing his head taking her hoof and kissing it. "My name is Stormy Horizon, former aid to the Empress of the Crystal Empire, before...before...", He was shivering now "Sombra took it."
"Oh.”
"Derpy who's your friend?" an overly cheerful voice rang from behind Stormy.
Immediately Stormy turned around and sneered, "You! Why is it wherever I go I can't escape you!?!?" He shouted even more agitated. Suddenly he fell to the ground as though he was hit he got up and shook his head. "You could have told me who it was I was supposed to fetch for you!!!" He shouted out to nopony in particular.
"Your eye patch, it's really an eye drive isn't it?" The Doctor asked grimly.
"They told me that you would know what it is." Stormy said sneering.
"So then. What do your Masters want?"
"There is an enemy that threatens all of Equestria and the Silence wants you to deal with it."
"So the great and powerful Silence needs my help to beat a greater enemy? Well then, who is it?"
"It must be Sombra" Sparkler guested.
"No, he is of my Masters' doing, he is there way of weakening the enemy. Doctor the enemy you face are known as the Cybermen."
"You mean Cyberponies?" The Doctor corrected.
"No I mean 'Cybermen' they resemble weird bipedal creatures in armor..."
"So why haven't the Silence dealt with them..." He rubbed the underside of his chin, "that's right the Silence use electricity as a weapon. Guess all your Masters could do is ensure that the batteries are charged."
"You speak the truth and I fear that my former home isn't the going to survive the ordeal..."
Sparkler interjected, "you said that Sombra was 'of your Masters' doing' what did you mean by that?"
My Masters know that the Cybermen have one major weakness. That is if they feel any emotions at all they will self-destruct. So they manipulated the Crystal Empire into generating a lot of love. It didn't work, and now they are tying depression, by the means of Sombra. The only problem is that Sombra has become too powerful for them to control him anymore, sure he still forgets they exist, but he is immune to hypnotic suggestion."
"So they ran out of options and are turning to me?"
"Yes Doctor, they cannot fight the Cybermen and it doesn't help that the Cybermen know they're at war with the Silence."
"So now I have to beat the Cybermen while I look like a pony."
"Yes and I am to guide you to their last known location, then I will take my leave of you.”
“Then lead on” The Doctor insisted.
“We’re in luck that you appeared here, they have been hiding in the forest to the East.” He Stormy said pointing eastward.
“Allons-y!!!” The Doctor shouted as he ran off, away from them all towards the forest.
"I did what you asked; now allow me to return to my encampment.” Stormy said not directing the question to anypony.
“That wasn’t our agreement” Stormy raged.
“No! I am at the end of my servitude!! I was promised freedom after I sent him on his way.” He yelled and then there was a smacking sound and he disappeared.
“Where did he go?” Sparkler asked looking around.
“I don’t know.” Derpy said looking with her.
“There he is!” Dinky said pointing to a freshly made hole in a brick wall.
The Doctor was already there. He pulled out his sonic only to have Stormy knock it away, “I’ll be fine. Don’t bother doing that again!” he sneered getting up.
“What happened?” Derpy asked lighting down.
“My Masters happened.” He said, lifting a brick off his wing, “No Let’s deal with the real threat.” he said getting up and heading towards the forest.

Chapter 7: Cybers and Lings
Stormy lead them into the forest, it was a calm forest and there was a gentle breeze going through it. "So Stormy what's your story, you knew me and you work for the Silence?" The Doctor asked.
"Where do I begin?" He asked himself. "I guess the beginning would do. I am much older than I appear to be, truth be told I stopped counting after seven hundred."
"You wear your years well." The Doctor replied.
"That's what you said the last time we met, however I went by a different name back then."
"So we've met before?"
"Yes, we had to deal with a dangerous enemy, I am not surprised that you do not remember, my face changes often."
"I know the feeling" The Doctor replied laughing slightly.
"Wait! no pony can live that long, life extension magic is forbidden!" Sparkler pointed out.
"Yes it is forbidden now, but I was here before all of that."
"Please go on." Derpy interjected.
"Well I spent most of my life near power, I was actually at one point the king of the Crystal Empire..."
"How Did you do that?" Dinky interrupted.
"I married into the family, after about twenty years I faked my death and moved to Cloudsdale and got a job at the rainbow factory. About eighty years later I moved back to what I consider one of the most beautiful cities in all of Equestria. After twenty years of moving up the social ladder I met a promising young unicorn wizard named Sombra. Then I met the Silence, they told me of the threat and I helped them to weaponize the Empire. After two years of love weaponizing and failing, I was given the eyedrive and I was told to corrupt who I thought would most likely cause despair throughout the Empire. I chose to force Sombra into going insane with dark magic. I still regret what I did to that young stallion and the crystal ponies, even though all I did was give Sombra a book."
He paused, then he found himself slamming into a tree, "You're responsible for thousands of ponies suffering!" Sparkler shouted as she and Dinky lifted up several rocks.
Stormy only laughed at them, "that's right you don't remember because my masters were with us." His eye turned yellow, then he shouted in pain as his eyedrive started to spark with electricity, "Fine!! I Won't!!" he shouted as his eye turned back to normal.
"What happened to your eye? Just now, I mean" The Doctor asked.
"My eyedrive went off." Stormy huffed.
"You know what he meant!" Derpy said focusing on him.
"Curse." Storm said simply, he got up and began off down the path. He didn't make it twenty feet before he stopped in his tracks, his ears were twitching. The Doctor was listening hard and he could hear it as well, it was the clanking sound that Cybermen made when walking.
"Stormy get back here now!" he shouted and Stormy fluttered backwards towards the group.
"TECHNOLOGY IDENTIFIED. SILENCE EYEDRIVE DETECTED. ORDERS, CAPTURE!" one of the Cybermen shouted.
"WHAT DO WE DO WITH THE REST!?" Another asked.
The first one replied, "TAKE THEM FOR UPGRADING." immediately all of the Cybermen moved in and grabbed all of them. Derpy tried to lift off only to have her left hind leg grabbed and electrocuted. The Cybermen tazed Sparkler and Dinky to stop them from using magic. The Doctor and Stormy both sat down and didn't resist.
"BINARY VESICULAR SYSTEM DETECTED!" one of the Cybermen shouted stepping back.
"IMPOSSIBLE. THERE ARE NO LIFEFORMS ON THIS PLANET THAT HAVE A BINARY VESICULAR SYSTEMS." the leader said.
"That's because I'm not from this planet." The Doctor said.
"YOU WILL IDENTIFY YOUR SPECIES." the leader ordered the Doctor.
"Time Lord"
"IDENTIFY YOURSELF!"
"I'm The Doctor" at that several cybermen stepped back.
"Your reputation precedes you." Stormy said.
A Cyberman came up from behind and grabbed the back of both of them and tazed them. Causing them to fall on top of each other.
The Doctor was groggy and waking up to Stormy shouting something about not converting did not help that. Suddenly everything hit him like a ton of bricks, he tried to move only to find himself in a contraption of some sorts. "Stormy! What's going on?"
"These stupid cybers think that converting me will allow them to access my brain eraser, but I would lose all memory of my masters and I would be useless to them."
"Of all the thing to have a problem with in this situation, that's what you're worrying about?"
"I don't want to be a cyberman"
"So what are you lot planning?" The Doctor asked leader of the Cybermen.
"WE WILL CREATE A NEW CYBER LEGION AND MAKE EVERYTHING LIKE US."
"How have you been surviving the depression field made by Sombra?"
"THE OOD"
"STOP!" The leader ordered, "THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO KNOW."
"So you lot got yourself an Ood, and are forcing it to protect yourselves from the depression field?"
"DO NOT RESPOND" the leader ordered the rest.
"Doctor would you please look at this." Stormy said holding a picture at the end of his hoof. The next thing the doctor knew he and Stormy were free and all of the nearby Cybermen had holes in their heads. Stormy was putting a picture away.
"What happened? What did you do to them?"
"I broke the chain of command" Stormy said walking over to a console and started hitting buttons.
"Now what are you up to?" The Doctor asked walking up to him.
"My masters wanted me to enter this code into their computer matrix." Stormy explained. "There we go, looks like your friends aren't converted yet, and there is something in this near them that is taking up a lot of power.
"That's probably the Ood, we have to rescue them." The Doctor said as he began to trot off in the general direction of the conversion chambers. The chambers were easy to find and to break into, there were only two Cybermen guards and Stormy had shown the Doctor the picture again.
"Doctor!" Derpy yelled and tackled him with a hug as she was let out of her cage. Stormy got a hunk of metal chucked at him when he opened Sparkler's and Dinky's cage. They ran out of their cage and formed a group hug with the Doctor in the middle.
"Well," Stormy said looking at the Doctor, "are you going to save the Ood or not?"
"Right!" The Doctor ran over to a console and hit some buttons. The wall opened up to revive an Ood in pony form sitting on a perch with a cyberman helmet covering part of his head. On it's lapel was a sigma
The Doctor ran over to it and removed it's helmet, almost instantly there was a combination of robotic screams and exploding noises echoing down the halls. Derpy pulled Sparkler and Dinky close as she stared in horror at the Ood and she shuttering from the screams.
The Ood lifted his translation orb and spoke "Doctor it has been a while"
That was when the Doctor noticed the sigma on the Ood's lapel, "Sigma how in the universes are you here and still functioning"
"I was sent by the Master and I am still connected the Ood Brain."
"First you figure out the time vortex and now inter-dimensional communication?"
"Correct" Sigma said.
"So can you return to our dimension?"
"Perhaps but I would not be able to take you with me."
"Of course you can't." The Doctor said with a hint of bitterness in his voice. He cheated up, "well if I can't go can you deliver a message to River for me?"
"Yes, what is your message?"
"Tell her 'Sorry honey but I won't make it to our next date, kinda stuck in another dimension, oh and before you think using a vortex manipulator to… Err… Vortex manipulate your way here, you wouldn't survive the process without a TARDIS'"
"I will tell her."
"Who's River?" Sparkler asked.
"Oh she's just my wi...er...Friend, just a friend."
"What kind of friend?" Derpy asked.
"Just the kind that has been brain washed to try to kill you."
"Aaaaagggggeeeerrrr!" Sigma shouted and fell to the floor, he knocked his translation orb and began to scream "get out I do not serve you!!!"
Sigma was humanoid again and in a sphere of blackness, he was floating in the direct center of it. He was able to spin around and he was trying to see if he could find a way out when he heard a voice bellow "you dare intrude on our hive", immediately the sphere lit up with thousands of glowing blue eyes, and directly in front of Sigma was a black insect like horse.
Sigma reached for his translation orb and found his brain, he lifted it up and sang. "I am Sigma"
"I don't care who you are you are intruding on our hive and we don't want you here!" The voice shouted at him, he realized it was coming from the insect horse.
"I mean no insult, I am not in control of my connection with you."
"I will destroy you intruder" the voice bellowed at him. The combined minds around Sigma all focused on destroying his mind.
Sigma was singing as loud as he could, then he felt something he never thought he would feel again. He was calling on the Ood brain for help and then suddenly he felt the combined power of every Ood serving through him, he directed it at the swarm.
"So your swarm is attacking!" the voice yelled at him.
"We are simply replying to your song."
"Attack the enemy hive!!!" The voice yelled angrily.
Sigma's eyes widened and he calmly gave a single order, "sing them to their sleep." As the song came through Sigma the eyes of the Changeling started to close.
The Doctor was running with Derpy and the kids in hoof and Sigma on his back. Stormy had left once the Cybermen had been defeated. They were using him as sort of campus, when they were facing the right way Sigma would yell louder. They were tracking down where the mental interference was coming from.
They nearly ran into a chasm and Sigma was looking down the into it. They looked down and saw a path leading down into it.
They ran down the path and ended up smack into the middle of the Changeling hive. But rather than them all attacking at once they were asleep, it was almost as though they just fell asleep where they were.
Sigma had his eyes closed and was listening to his the beautiful music. He could feel the Changelings life force drain away, he could feel his brothers back home. Then he realized what he was doing, his eyes flew open and he stopped the song.
"You stopped?" the voice said weakly.
"I do not wish to kill you" Sigma answered, "now wake"
The Doctor had was checking the Changelings. Suddenly the Changelings started to wake up, they started screaming as Sigma woke up on the Doctors back.
The voice that Sigma had been battling shouted with vile hatred, "kill them all!!!"
“And now we run!!!" The Doctor shouted as they headed for the exit. On the way out The Doctor used the sonic to destroy one of the pillars by the exit.
One of the Changelings was close enough to grab them and she did. As soon as they got out the exit collapsed behind them. Sparkler grabbed the Changeling with her magic and forced her to the wall.
"Who are you?" The Changeling yelled at them all.
The Doctor answered "I'm The Doctor, this is Ood Sigma and these are my companions. Now who are you?"
"Chrysalis." Sigma said calmly.
"Doctor I mark you the enemy of all Changelings. Charged with the crimes of destroying the hive and the hive mind!" She yelled as she burst into flames and teleported away.
"Very dramatic." Sigma said.
"You destroyed there hive mind?" The Doctor asked Sigma.
"The Ood insisted on it as punishment for attacking the Ood brain mentally."

Chapter 8: Finaly to the Future
"You lot destroyed their Hive Mind!?" the Doctor said, astonished, “How’d you manage that?”
“We cut the bond that the Queen had with her Drones; it was just a simple domino effect.” Sigma said.
“Well that explains that.” Sparkler said, giving a shrug.
“What?” Dinky asked.
“The Doctor introduced himself to a Changeling when we were in Ponyville and before he could even finish his sentence the Changeling ran away.” Sparkler explained to her little sister.
“So we were the ones to give Chrysalis her power?” Dinky asked.
“Looks like it, sis” Sparkler said smiling.
“Sigma, do you still think you can get yourself home?” The Doctor asked him.
“I believe I still can, but I will need a place to concentrate.”
“Right! We’ll do it in the T.A.R.D.I.S., the time vortex should help you to tear a hole large enough for you to travel through.”
“Very well” Sigma said pleasantly.
It was a long trek back to the Tardis, as Sigma had been leading them further away from it. They finally managed to get back to the town only to find that the Tardis was missing.
“Uhh… Doctor? Where’s the Tardis?” Derpy asked.
“It has been moved by those who would protect you.” Stormy said coming out of the shadows.
“What now Stormy, your new orders to kill us?” the Doctor asked somewhat sarcastically.
“Hardly, my orders are to give you this envelope and be off to finish another task, and then I'm free from their grasp." Stormy said handing the Doctor the envelope.
"Stormy who are you really?" The Doctor asked taking the envelope from him.
"Oh I'm just a bit of a destruction follower. Now if you'll excuse me I have a head to bury."
"What!?" Derpy asked only to get dust flung into her face as Stormy took off with incredible force.
“Don’t worry he probably means a Cyberman head.” Sparkler assured her mother.
“That’s not what I was questioning.” Derpy explained, “The Destruction Follower is an old story that my mom used to tell me. The legend goes that he is always there when disaster strikes, then he summons his pet to feed; other legends say he is the monster, and others still say the monster is all that is there and there is no pony behind him. But the fact that he has been in Equestrian legend since before Star Swirl the Bearded existed, like Stormy claims.”
“I think the second legend is the most accurate, did you notice that he had a pendent? It had his real initials on it.” The Doctor said, opening the Tardis’s door.
“It had an ‘R’ and an ‘L’” Dinky said.
“Yes and I’m fairly certain it stands for Richard Lazarus. Which brings up the question; why he was hiding his real identity from us? Perhaps he forgot who he was, but he did introduce himself when we were in Canterlot in what you consider the present.”
“Maybe his masters did something to him.” Derpy suggested.
"They're memory proof, however that isn't like them, maybe the Great Intelligence but not the Silence, no never the Silence."
"May we get going?" Sigma said, he sounded oddly impatient.
"Now, now Sigma. You're supposed to be the equivalent of the Ood's patience..."
"I am losing my connection with the Ood Brain! We must hurry."
"Well then it's a good thing that they only moved the Tardis around the corner." The Doctor said as he rounded the corner into an ally.
"How in Celestia's name did you know that?" Sparkler asked. The Doctor turned the envelope over and showed the writing. It's around the corner and to the left.
They got to the Tardis and Sigma sat down, "I am ready to pull myself through to our universe, are you sure you cannot come, I can bring you."
"Yes but you’re not powerful enough to take the T.A.R.D.I.S. with us, plus I want to fix my chameleon arch before I head back so I can be humanoid again."
"We can fix your shape..."
"But not my DNA, if I was to regenerate I would probably turn into a horse; and that's assuming that I could regenerate at all." The Doctor said cutting Sigma off.
“Very well, I shall pull myself through, but we will be in contact. We will find a way for you to return if you do not find out a way back yourself." Sigma said and then sat on the floor and began to sing. After a few minutes of his singing he started to fade in and out, not unlike the Tardis's teleportation. He was gone and they were all alone.
There was a sudden jerking of the Tardis "Hold on it's going to be a bumpy ride!!!" The Doctor shouted a grin flashing on his face as he ran to the main console. "I'm going to put her down!" he shouted as he hit more buttons.
The Tardis stopped jerking about and The Doctor breathed a sigh, “We landed.” he said.
“But when and where are we?” Dinky asked him.
The Doctor checked the display, “We’re in New Canterlot…”
“New Canterlot!” Sparkler interrupted.
“Yes!” We went about twelve thousand years into your future.” The Doctor started for the door. “You lot took forever to get into space, but once you did there was no stopping you.” He opened the door to let them see a city of tall spires and a large palace in the center. “And Celestia and Luna are still in power.”
They left the Tardis and headed out into the shining city. They ended up in the crowded markets; they saw Griffons and Changelings, a few young dragons mixed in with the crowd of ponies. The girls were a bit hesitant to enter the crowd seeing the mix and all.
"Come on, there all past that speciesism now, they won't hurt you." the Doctor said walking forward.
It took a few minutes for the Doctor to coerce them to stop shivering at the various creatures, and actually enter the crowd. The first to give in was Sparkler, and that was only after the Doctor got her some spending money. Once the floodgate was opened the others followed.
There was a series of loud booms from overhead and everyone jumped, even the Dragons. Everyone looked up and saw a series of identical ships enter the space above. “No we destroyed them, how could they have survived?!" The Doctor asked with a pained expression on his have.
There was a loud sound as an intercom came on and the monotone voice announced, "LIFE FORMS OF THIS PLANET, PREPARE YOURSELVES FOR IMMEDIATE UPGRADE TO CYBERPONY”. The Cyberponies started to teleport down and several ships began to land, they started to form lines of ponies.
“THIS LIFE FORM REGISTERS AS THE ENEMY, YOU WILL IDENTIFY YOURSELF!!” a Cyberpony asked the Doctor soon after it teleported down.
"UNIT 238-451-745-563 ARE YOU MEMORY BANKS DAMAGED? THIS ENTITY IDENTIFIES AS THE DOCTOR! HE IS TO BE TAKEN UP FOR IMMEDIATE UPGRADING." a second Cyberpony said.
"Now hold on..." was all the Doctor could get out before he was teleported up with Unit 238-451-745-563.
"LINE UP ALL CIVILIANS AND PREPARE FOR UPGRADING." the second Cyberpony ordered the others. The entire mob of creatures were forced into lines heading towards the recently landed ships.
Ditzy started to panic, "Where's Turner!" she yelled, and Derpy held her.
"YOU WILL CEASE THIS EMOTIONAL DISPLAY OR YOU WILL BE DELETED!" the second Cyberpony ordered and Derpy let go of Dinky. "GOOD! NOW FACE FORWARD!" It ordered and they did.
The Doctor looked around his new environment and saw that he was facing the Cyber Leader, "YOU ARE IDENTIFIED AS THE DOCTOR, AND THE DESTROYER OF ALL OF THE CYBERMEN"
"Yup! That's me, but tell me, how did you survive it all?"
"THE CYBER MITES SURVIVED AND WITHIN FOUR DAYS OF THE CYBERMEN'S DEFEAT THE CYBERPONIES ROSE."
"And then..." the Doctor prompted.
"WE CYBERFORMED TWO THOUSAND PONIES AND FLED THE PLANET WHEN THE SUN WAS OBSERVED TO BE GETTING CLOSER TO THE PLANET."
“Oh! So Celestia went and created a reason for you to run away.” The Doctor said shaking loose from Unit 238-451-745-563’s grasp. “But I don't understand why you aren't cautious of Celestia coming and burning you all.”
“CELESTIA IS NOT ON THIS PLANET AND THE PONIES HAVE BUILT A MACHINE TO CONTROL CELESTIAL ORBITS, SHE COULDN'T BURN US EVEN IF SHE TRIED TO. NOW YOU'RE WEAK EMOTIONAL STATE WILL BE UPGRADED” The Cyber Leader said to the Doctor.
But the Doctor wasn't paying attention to him; no he was looking out the view port behind the Cyber Leader. “Emotions are good; hope in particular.” was all he said as he entire ship began to shake. Cyber Leader turned around to see a ship as black as the night had entered the planet’s atmosphere behind them.
“RECEIVING TRANSMISSION; PATCHING IT THROUGH” a Cyberpony said as a holographic screen appeared in front of the Cyber Leader.
“This is Princess Luna of the Alicorn Empire! We are sympathetic for your loss and you need to stand down.” Luna stated with authority as several more ships moved into the same orbit and prepared to open fire.
“YOU WILL STAND DOWN AND WAIT TO BE MADE LIKE US, YOU WOULD LEAD US WELL PRINCESS LUNA.” the Cyber Leader said.
“Oi! You lot, are really indecisive…”
Luna interrupted him “Doctor! You’re alive!?”
The Doctor looked slightly confused then it registered on him “Last time I checked…”
“All boarding parties focus on the flag ship.” almost immediately the ship that the doctor was on started to shake horrendously.
“PREPARE FOR INFILTRATION, ALL UNITS PREPARE FOR COMBAT!” The Cyber Leader ordered the Cybermen.
There was an explosion behind the Doctor as several ponies wearing modified night guard armor and weird red honeycombs attached to their shoulders. “We have the Doctor” One of them barked into his helmet mic and fired at the Cyber Leader. The Cyber Leader began to shake and fell to the ground.
Another pony stepped forward and shot the Doctor with a small dart gun. Almost immediately the Doctor could feel himself go weak and the last thing he saw was the leader of the night guards walk up to him.
Derpy and her girls were about to enter the Cyberponies ship when there was another loud boom as a black ship appeared overhead. Dinky began to quiver again, Derpy reached for her only to have her hoof grabbed by a Cyberpony "YOU WERE WARNED! PREPARE YOURSELF FOR IMMEDIATE DELETION." it barked only to momentarily flash red and fall to the ground.
"We have his companions, Ma'am!" he said into his headset. then he threw several small spheres at them and they vanished.
"Hello Doctor" Luna said as he woke up.
"Where am I?" The Doctor said groggily.
"You're on the Leviathan, my personal war vessel." Luna replied.
"Why am I here?" He asked her.
"To pay for your crimes against the Alicorn race." she replied bluntly, "An immortal has a long memory"
"I could imagine, but what crimes?"
Luna cast a spell that created a small orb of light in between them "Yes you said this the last time, does the name Discord's Keep mean anything to you."
"No" The Doctor said. Luna was focusing on the orb and saw no change.
"You speak the truth and we cannot hold you accountable for the crime before you have committed it, lest we have a paradox on our hooves, now go your Tardis and companions, they are three rooms down on the left. If you do not leave immediately you will be held accountable for your crimes. And one more thing before you go, our mutual friend sends their regards."
The Doctor followed her directions and entered his Tardis, the entire time thoughts racing in his head about what he was going to do that was so bad.
"Doctor are you OK?" Dinky asked and he simply looked down at her with a look of sympathy on his face. He moved over to the central console and the Tardis began to fade away.

Equestria: The Master's Dumping Ground
The Tardis appeared on a metal platform, its light being the only one around. The door opened and the Doctor walked out and pulled out his repurposed ‘Timey Wimey Detector’. “OK, all I need to do is find the source of it and I should be able to get to him.” He said as he started to race down the metal alleys.
“Doctor what is that thing even for?” Derpy asked taking off to catch up with him.
“It goes ding when theres stuff!” He yelled back to her, and turned a sharp corner losing her for a moment.
“That doesn’t explain anything” She said, after catching up and landing hard in front of him. He tried to go around but she kept getting in his way, “we were almost turned into Cyber…things and you didn’t even bother fighting, if it wasn’t for Luna we would have lost. I want some real answers and I want them now!” She said with a fierceness that could make Nightmare Moon cry like Fluttershy.
“Fine. As you know, I’m not from your universe and I have an enemy. His name is the Master, and…” The modified ‘Timey Wimey Detector’ began to ding repeatedly and there was a flash of light from behind Derpy as a yellow-orange portal opened up and a statue got spit out of it.
“Derpy make sure you keep looking at it, it can’t move if you keep looking at it.” The Doctor said calmly.
“Why?” she asked “What…”
“Make sure not to touch them, last thing we need is more troops lost to them.” the voice cut her off and another statue flew out of the portal. “Once the statues are through throw the failure through, I’m tired of seeing his face” another statue flew out of it. The final statue fell through and they heard a steady stream of human curses flying out of a distraught blond man who was bound and blindfolded.
“Saxon!!! I will feast on you energy and consume your being!” he shouted as he was thrown through and landed with a thud. Lazarus was attempting to change but the bindings around him were stopping him.
“Master!” the Doctor shouted over Lazarus’s cursing.
“Hello Doctor; I would say it’s good to see you again but it isn’t.” the Master said checking his watch. “Turn it off.”
The Doctor reacted and charged at full speed at the portal, “Goodbye, Doctor” the Master said grinning, and a little too cheery. The Doctor dove for the portal and it abruptly closed. He was in a diving position and was going to face plant into the ground behind the portal. In the last moment he tucked his head down and began an odd roll, his body on the other hoof wasn’t as good in the roll and he landed hard on his back.
"Uuugghh." the Doctor moaned in pain.
"Doctor! Are you OK?" Derpy said fluttering over to him.
He got up quickly and looked at her, "If you're here when who's watching the Weeping Angels?"
"The what?" She asked confused.
The Doctor pushed her to the side so he could look at the Angels and saw them all standing up and in a circle around where Lazarus had been.
"Where did that screaming thing go?" Derpy asked.
"They sent him back in time, and used the energy it created to feed. The Master must have been using them as a rudimentary form of time travel to send his agents back to accomplish his goals. But now he no longer needs them and he has sent them here because he can't create a paradox to kill them, what with his Paradox Machine and all."
"What?"
"Now you listen to me..." The Doctor said to the Angels, "I know you remember everything the Time Lords have done to your kind. Now remember that he was a Time Lord and what he called me, remember that I'm the Doctor." The Doctor blinked and the Angels started to move away for them. "You will blend in as the statues of this city. I will only allow you to feed on the background energy of this city. If I learn that you attack even one single pony then I will return and you will have to face me. Now go!!!" he ordered the Weeping Angles.
The Doctor turned and walked past them, "So bloody close I could taste it. Even in death he tortures me. I won't miss again." He said unknowingly thinking aloud as he walked back to the Tardis.
"Doctor what happened?" Derpy asked catching up to him.
"He keeps getting away. I'm not the Time lord I once was and I won't ever be again if I can't fix the Chameleon Arch."
He opened the Tardis doors and walked to the main console, "We're finding Lazarus, not the young one, the old one. He has existed longer than even the Princesses and he may have some information I'm not aware of."
"Wait we're going to intentionally look for somepony that has tried to kill us in the past." Derpy asked.
"Yes. Now go get the girls, I'm not taking them with us to meet him." He said starting to hit the console.
"What, why?"
"I'll tell you later" He said as the Tardis started to move.
"OK Sparkler, We'll be back soon" Derpy said hugging her eldest daughter.
"Don't worry mom, I will."
Derpy gave Dinky a hug and walked into the Tardis. As it vanished Dinky looked at Sparkler "What happened to Turner?"
"Sis, I honestly have no clue, but I don't like it."
At the Canterlot castle in the year 6000 ALR (After Luna's Return) on a balcony overlooking the beautiful Equestrian landscape, an elderly pegasus was sitting in a wheelchair watching the clouds as they rolled across the sky. He was, after all this time, finally at true peace with his inner demon. It probably helped that he didn't have enough life energy to change any more. He knew he would be dead soon, he gave off slight laughter, after all this time, countless false deaths; I finally give in to old age. It's a bit anticlimactic of a death for me, former king of the Crystal Empire, countless advisors for the Princesses, soldier in Commander Hurricane's army, and Destruction Follower , but that is inevitable. His thoughts were interrupted by a familiar sound that sent a shiver down his spine.
He turned his wheelchair around to face the blue box. The door opened, "Hello Doctor, have you come to see me off?" he asked grimly.
"No I've come to ask the Destruction Follower where the Master has been dumping his trash." The Doctor replied.
"Well, you chose a fine time, I fear I'm close to death."
"Don't lie to me Lazarus."
"You know this place has really good security."
"I've already taken care of that, now answer me."
"I don't know what to tell you I've only witnessed three of those, the one with those angel statues, the one with the Cybermen, and one with the lizard things."
"The Lizard things, when did that happen?" The Doctor asked.
Lazarus was thinking, "...about two thousand years ago, I think."
"Where?"
"The Empire." he said. There was a cracking sound from underneath the balcony that they were on. "It's a bit more fitting that I would fall to my death. Don't you think Doctor?"
"What do you mean Lazarus?" he asked, before his eyes went wide with realization.
"I haven't changed in over fifty years and now I can't, I don't know if I'll survive the fall but if I don't then I will have died the way I was supposed to all those many years ago.”
"Come on you are a prominent member of pony society you can't just decide to go and kill yourself."
"You know I've been married many, many times and I still remember each one of them, every wife, son and daughter I've had. I didn't deserve a single one of them, and yet they all accepted me. My death means the end of one of the least important beast in all of Equestrian history, in the end the only record of any of my lives will be a footnote in the Pony's Guide to Monsters, and I doubt that will last long."
"You've got plenty of life in you Lazarus."
"I am not Lazarus, I haven't been Lazarus since I came here, unless you want to call my other half by that name." he blinked slowly and there was another loud crack.
"You know at one point I was so bent on killing you and anypony that got in my way that I had attracted the attention of the Princesses. I was an adviser at the time and tried to get that as my name, but over time the majority wanted to name me the Destruction Follower. I never liked that name."
"Lazarus what is your name now?"
"I go by the name Lightning Chaser."
"Well Lightning Chaser good luck where you’re going." The Doctor said pulling out his Sonic; he used it to speed up the breaking of the balcony supports.
Unfortunately an earth pony guard just to walk by to see the Doctor do this and the balcony fall. "Prince Lightning Chaser!" he yelled as he ran to the edge.
The Doctor was looking too and he noticed a pair of wings much wider than Lightning Chaser's had been, and he smiled. It only lasted about a second before he was tackled by the guard. He heard in his ear "You have the right to remain silent!"

So my muse kind died for a moment there and I had to restart it's heart a few times. But then I went back and watched all of season two of MLP FiM and Series three of Doctor Who, and that managed to bring her back.
Equestria: The Master's Dumping Ground
Three guards lead The Doctor and Derpy into the dungeon and put them into separate cells. On the way they passed a young guard who looked like he would get lost on a straight street. “You will be held here until we can figure out what to do with you.” The apparent leader of them said, locking Derpy’s cell door, then activating the Doctor’s cell’s force field.
The Doctor was chuckling at their own predicament, “You know the reason I made us leave the girls behind because I was afraid I’d anger Lazarus and he would attack, and now we’re in prison for ‘killing’ him”.
“Why the air quotes around ‘killing’.” Derpy asked now confused.
“His survival instinct made him transform into that monstrous form of his, he survived and is probably rampaging at the base of the mountain right now. But then again he did survive this whole time by being sneaky so he might have burrowed his way into the old mines under Canterlot."
"Ok, so we tell them that and they let us free?"
"Not at all, they'd never believe us if we told them the truth. So we'll just have to find another way out of this. Do you happen to know what the punishment for murder is or was?"
"Banishment from Equestria." Derpy answered.
“Oh well that’s not that bad, as long as they send the T.A.R.D.I.S. with us.”
“Quiet in there” the watch guard said walking by them, “You two are facing some serious charges, you know that the penalty for killing a Prince?”
“Banishment?” Derpy suggested.
“Nope death by sending you to the sun.” The guard said a bit too cheerfully.
“Oh well, that’s nothing we'll be fine.” The Doctor said winking.
The guard didn't even notice as Derpy reached with her wing to lift the keys off his flank.
“That’s an odd way to look at the sun” The guard said not noticing what Derpy was doing.
“Of course it’s an odd way to look at it, I’m an odd pony. After all I did manage to sneak into the castle with a companion and a blue box, and then I managed to kill an old prince.”
Derpy had the key now and hid it under her pillow.
“Now can you tell me why I’m behind a force field and she’s behind bars?” The Doctor asked pointing to Derpy.
“She’s a pegasus and we don’t let them near cloud constructs” The guard explained to the Doctor, The guard walked off.
Derpy unlocked her cell and simply touched the force field in front of the Doctor and it dissolved. “Come on Doctor we need to get out of here.”
“Ok, now where do you suppose the T.A.R.D.I.S. is?” The Doctor asked looking around. “We’ll also need to find my sonic. Don’t want to spoil the time line, do we?”
The two of them simply walked out seeing how Equestria had little to no need for a large guard. They only had to duck down once to avoid the guards and that wasn’t even that hard. No the hard part of the escape was getting the sonic and Tardis.
They went to get the sonic first; it was hidden in a drawer of the watch guard’s desk. The Doctor rummaged through the drawer for anything else of use. “Look at this” The Doctor said picking up a small, smooth, and polished stone. Then, when he realized what it really was, he jumped up and dropping it.
“So you've escaped. My Queen will be angry” the guard said as he stepped into the office.
“The last time I saw your kind…”
“You committed your third mass genocide of us” The Changeling interrupted, “Have you come to finish what you started all those countless years ago.”
“No, I’m here to find my box! Now tell me where it’s hidden.”
“The Princesses have taken it themselves. I believe they are think you are the cause of a lot of trouble. This is only made more apparent when you take into account that all of ten royal guards even know about your incarnations.”
“Why are you telling us this?” Derpy asked, shivering.
“Because I’m letting you go after it. Just return the favor the next time you think of performing genocide on the changelings.” At that he stepped aside and walked on as though he was continuing his rounds.
The Doctor started rummaging through his desk again. Derpy got an agitated look at him and said, “Don't you think we should go before he changes his mind?”
"Well we could but he won't, in order for him to do that he would risk us reviling him as a changeling. Besides how else would we get his spare map." he said pulling out a rolled up piece of paper. He opened it and gave it a quick glance, "Ok the T.A.R.D.I.S. is located in a store room near the throne room." He looked up, "That's odd I would have thought that the princesses would have been smart enough to keep it out of the palace"
"Maybe that's where they store it whenever they capture you." Derpy suggested.
They went off sneakily, trying to keep from being seen. After a few near misses, they got caught by a guard, "Hey, You!" the guard started, "You’re not supposed to be here. This part of the palace is off limits to tourist, if you'll follow me I'll escort you out."
"Sure" The Doctor said giving derpy a little wink.
"So tell me soldier, how often do ponies end up getting lost in this place?"
"Not often" The soldier said quickly.
"Well then, why is the day guard patrolling the palace during the night?" The doctor asked again.
"Classified" The guard replied.
"Fine I can take a hint."
The guard stopped walking and began repeating the same word over and over, "Return."
"Come on" The Doctor whispered to Derpy.
"Shouldn't we help him?" She asked.
"No he's under the Silences control now, besides he's perfectly fine." They simply walked away from the guard. "He’ll lead us close to the T.A.R.D.I.S." the Doctor said looking at the map. "Come on"
After getting a little lost because the map was wrong they found the room that the tardis was locked in. The doctor used the sonic on the lock. He got it opened and almost immediately a loud alarm went off. "So that's why they have the T.A.R.D.I.S. so close to the throne room."
"Because the throne room is close to the barracks, and the royal chambers." Derpy finished.
"Yes exactly." He quickly open the door and Derpy ran inside.
"Halt!!!" guards shouted, running towards him.
Luna lit down on the other side of the corridor "Doctor, why!?!?"
"No time, just remember that if you meet me before I did this then you should let me go." He shouted and tried to enter the Tardis.
Luna used her magic to pull him out, "You won't be escaping your trial!" Luna shouted.
"You know while you were banished to the moon I had to deal with a nasty monster called a Dalek..."
"What's your point?" luna asked.
"I learned that the sonic can manipulate your energy manipulation, now if you don't mind I'm going to reverse the polarity, mind you not of the neutron flow" The Doctor activated his sonic and the magic around him exploded outward releasing a shock wave that knocked down the guards and caused Luna to stumble.
The Doctor was unaffected by it and ran towards the Tardis this time he made it in and ran to the main council, "Ok, I'll just drop Derpy off at her home and then I'm after the homo reptilia..."
"What?"
"Well I plan on returning home and as far as I know that is the last time he'll have a portal open." The Doctor landed the Tardis in Derpy's living room and stepped out with her, "Oh, by the way, here you go." the Doctor gave her a bank slip, Lazarus gave it to me back when we were dealing with the cybers, for the first time. If the bank still exist then you should be able to withdraw the money from this slip."
The Doctor turned, not liking long goodbyes, "Will I ever see you again" She asked.
"I may come back. Yes, I may come back. But if I don't, if I don't, do not despair for that only means I have returned home. I will always remember you and your kids, I will always remember no matter what happens, I will remember. And I hope you will as well. Now I return to my home to hear the 'River Song' with it's beautiful 'Melodies'. " He smiled and turned to the Tardis.
He didn't make it, there was a blast of electrical energy and he fell over, "Do not worry, he won't die. At least... Not yet." said a gray blue pony wearing an eyepatch with his tall pale friend behind him.
"Stormy? What's going on?! Why did you attack?"
"He attacked because he chose to, and I have lived too long to allow myself to be killed by an old employer." He said with a sinister smile.

Equestria: The Master's Dumping Ground
Chapter 11: Final Silence
"Do not worry miss Hooves your and your family are perfectly fine, we only wanted him." Lazarus explained gesturing to the Doctor.
"Why?" Derpy asked with a look of absolute horror.
"Because he has caused so much trouble, so much destruction..." is jaw was splitting and his pupils were slits, "He has completely ruined so much..." He paused to gather his composure, "Forgive me, I was loosing control. After all there is a flip side to his existence, he has served so many for so long that the Silence have decided that he doesn't need to worry about it any more. After all my former employers have protected Equestria for several thousand years now..."
"He will rest " The Silent member interrupted.
"That thing can talk!?"
"Of course he can talk, how else did you expect them to take over Equestria if it couldn't talk?"
"I don't know, I guess I never gave it any thought."
There was a hiss from the Silent "His return to his pony form is a necessity for that is not the fave of the returner. "
"Do not worry Ms. Hooves my former the Silence will block your memories of your time with the Doctor. It'll be as if you simply forgot a month."
"But I wasn't with him a for month." Derpy pointed out.
"Yes but that is when he decided to drop you off. And now if you don't mind..." Lazarus nodded at the Silent.
"Sleep " it said.
Derpy's eyelids grew heavy, she felt sleepy, "What?"
"Do not worry you won't be remembering any of this at..." Derpy fell asleep."
The Doctor woke up quickly an right away noticed three things; Lazarus sitting in a chair near the door to the room he was in, the fob watch Lazarus was swinging on its chain, and that he was in Time Turner's bedroom. "Where is Derpy?" He said staring daggers at Lazarus.
Lazarus turned towards him revealing his eyepatch, "I did nothing to her, my former employer's however..." He trailed off.
"If they've hurt her..."
"Relax. She and her kids are fine," Lazarus said cutting him off. "They just won't remember you..."
It was the Doctor's turn to interrupt, "Why!?!"
"It's all part of the plan." Lazarus said calmly. "Now to finish the job."
"Your gona try to kill me aren't you?"
"Oh please, we both know that I wouldn't be able to kill you if I tried. However if I were to put you in a situation where you would have to return to Time Turner..."
"So that's your plan? To turn me into Turner"
"Simple enough. Right now the Silence is hypnotising the mob that is Ponyville not to run from my less pleasant form. As you could imagine what I could do to a town of ponies that won't run or remember me. They are also making it so if I say to attack a certain stallion than they would, stopping you as I feed."
"So the only way you won't rampage is if I used the T.A.R.D.I.S.'s chameleon arch to make myself Turner again? What assurance do I have that you won't just rampage as soon as I do it?"
"Ah yes assurance, as you know the Silence have put a lot of work into this world and they don't want me destroying it. Plus I'm full, and I don't like exposing myself like that unless absolutely necessary."
"You're lying, when we met in Canterlot about a month ago you were in that horrid form of yours."
"I have good hearing Doctor, and the memory of an elephant. I appeared to you like that because you needed it."
"How..."
"Never mind it, you have work to do."
"And if I stop you?"
"Well...then the Silence will just have to kill the ponies themselves. Unfortunately I'm not that necessary to the plan."
"Oh. And should I stop every one of them; I have a time machine after all."
"Assuming you could find and take your time machine back."
"What have you done with my T.A.R.D.I.S.?"
"We hid it from you, or at least until you decide to turn back into Turner."
"But I need to be into the T.A.R.D.I.S. if i'm going to turn back to Time Turner."
"Of course you will, and I'll be there right next to you when it happens. Then you will restart you life as Time Turner. Oh and before you get to thinking you'll just subdue me and fly off; there are still lives on the line."
"You would have me live out the rest of my live as a pony. Then die of old age."
"Yes. And you don't have a choice in the matter."
"We always have a choice. In fact..."
"The only choice you can make is to turn into Turner, or see all of the ponies here die."
"I chose neither" As soon as The Doctor spoke he quickly picked up the small lamp on his nightstand and threw it into the air. Lazarus got up and started to grow into his more viscous form and put his claw onto the Doctor's neck.
"Was I supposed to be distracted by the lamp?"
"Well it was heading right for you." The Doctor retorted.
"You only have that choice Doctor, and your going to do it."
"Considering you points..."
"You agree then? I knew you'd make the right decision in the end."
The Doctor was standing in front of his T.A.R.D.I.S., Lazarus was standing by him, "How long will the self repair take?"
"About ten years, normally I'd just send it off and have it return but somebody won't let me."
"The Silence simply wishes to control as much as they could, mind you we could have killed Derpy and he youngsters when you were knocked out. This is the only way there will be no death."
"Why are you here, couldn't the Silence have just done this themselves?"
"Your staling."
"Just answer the question."
"They want you to remember this defeat." Lazarus answered and The Doctor swiftly opened the Tardis's door and slammed it shut. But before it closed a the way Lazarus put his hoof in the way, he pushed the door open and started to grow, "You won't be getting out of this!" he shouted in anger.
"Worth a shot"
"I should tell the Silence to kill a few ponies for that. Use the device now."
The Doctor hit a button and a helmet thing lowered down and the Doctor put the fob watch on the side of the helmet. "Goodbye old girl", the Doctor started to scream in extreme pain then suddenly stopped and fell to the floor.
The Doctor was slipping into unconsciousness when he saw Lazarus's face hovering over him, "Have a nice nap" Lazarus said giving a grin.
Time Turner woke up in his bed with the morning sun hitting his face. He went through his morning routine and opened his shop. Only a few minutes later Derpy walked in with a bag, "Hi Turner".
"Another broken clock, I'll get to work on it right away."

Well another lackluster ending from a relatively lackluster Spellcaster, and it only took a month or two.
Equestria: The Master's Dumping Ground
One Week After
The door to Time Turner's shop opened hitting the little bell that hung above the door, "Just a moment" he shouted from the back room.
"Oh...take your time" The gray blue pegasus replied.
He looked over the various clocks and watches on display for a few minutes. "Well what can I do for you my good stallion?"
"Well you see my grandfather recently died and he left me his old pocket watch" He said handing Turner his old golden pocket watch. "The problem is that the old thing won't work at all."
"Well lets see here..." Turner said opening the watch's casing and almost immediately discovered the problem and switched out a few gears and slapped it back together. "Well the gears have been worn out but I managed to fix the problem."
"Your fast... But tell me could you come to Canterlot in about a week's time to come to fix my old grandfather clock that keeps getting stuck?"
"Well I could come yes."
"Good, your ticket will be arriving in the mail." he said heading for the door.
"Wait! Mind telling me your name first? I mean if I'm going to Canterlot for you I'm going to need your name."
"Ah yes, I'm Storm Ruse"
"That's an unusual name."
"Yes it is but my family doesn't come from Equestria." And with that he went out the door
Two Years After
Time Turner was wearing a black coat with a bow tie to match, in his hoof he held several roses he had picked out earlier that day. He knocked four time on the door in front of him and Derpy answered, he was speechless for a moment, "Hello Turner..."she waved a hoof in front of his face, "Is it to much?" she asked looking down at her dress.
"Oh...No no no your perfect. I brought you some flowers" he said holding the flowers out.
Derpy smiled and turned her head, "Dinky could you get a vase!?" she called out and Dinky came with one. "Find a nice place to put this." she told her daughter.
"Well then, shall we be off?" Turner asked and beckoned her to come.
They went off to the fanciest restaurant in Ponyville, once they arrived they were seated by one of the restraunts windows and were asked there orders. Turner asked for some champagne.
"Ordering the fancy stuff? What's the occasion?" Derpy asked jokingly.
"Well, why don't you look out the window, then up, and tell me." Turner suggested.
Derpy did as he said and written across the night sky in clouds directly in between them and the full moon, "Derpy Hooves will you marry me?" She gasped and turned to him to see that he was holding out a beautiful ring, she couldn't speak.
Turner gave her a pleading look and after what felt like forever she finally said, "Yes!" as soon as she said this the band started to play a beautiful melody.
Three Years After
"Storm how did you get Princess Celestia to preside over our wedding" Turner whispered standing at the alter with his best man who had been his friend for the last three years. He looked over at the rows ponies and looked at his half where all his friends were. Then he looked at Derpy's side at her extensive family. If only I wasn't an orphan. he thought.
"I had to call in a lot of favors from the other citizens of Canterlot, I must have had half the town asking her to do this before she caved." Storm whispered, bringing Turner back to the conversation.
"You shouldn't have wasted your favors on me." Turner whispered back to him
"You're a good friend Turner. Besides it's you bride's big day" He whispered back with a smile.
"And how'd you'd manage to get the other princesses here?"
"Princess Twilight lives in this quaint little town, Princess Luna came with Princess Celestia, and Princess Cadence couldn't be caught not attending a wedding that all three of the other Princesses were attending." He explained.
"And the reason for Discord" Turner asked seeing the Draconequus sitting next to the Princesses"
"He came with them and we can't exactly keep him out" Storm explained.
"He will control himself with the Princesses here?"
"He should"
"Luna, Celestia wouldn't tell me why we had to come, do you know why?" Twilight asked Luna.
"Why did we have to come?" Cadence followed up.
"We owe a lot to that stallion and it is only suitable that we are here for him on one of the most important days of his current life." Luna explained.
"What did he do?" Cadence asked.
"You will learn in time." Luna said dismissing the conversation.
"Oh Lulu, you really shouldn't distract from the wedding that is going on in front of us." Discord interviened, "After all he is..." he was cut off by Luna's magic.
The bird quire started to chirp Here Come the Bride and Dinky as the flower girl jumped down the aisle. She was soon followed by Derpy in a beautiful white dress. Turner was nervous and started to slightly quiver, but he took a deep breath and calmed himself down.
Even though the vows took only a few minutes it felt like it took forever and no time at all simultaneously, and they were kissing soon enough.
Ten Years After
Turner opened the door to his apartment above his shop and looked at the old grandfather clock that he had spent several years putting together from scratch. He rolled his eye's thinking of how his wife had told him that he was wasting his time on another clock. "Ten til six" he said aloud, "Derpy will be home soon, and Dinky's spending the night at her friends house," a smile grew on his face.
There was a knock at the door and he moved to answer it. To his surprise he found the elderly Crystal pony jeweler that Sparkler had been working for, "Pardon me mister Turner but is Sparkler here?" He asked looking past Turner.
"I was under the impression that she lived near your shop Obsidian Skin." Turner said with a look of confusion.
"Yes, but I checked there and her roommate said she wasn't there" he replied distressed.
"Why are you looking for her?"
"Well earlier today Sparkler was showing me one of her finest pieces of jewelry she had ever made. While I was looking it over for flaws she went into the front room to service a potential customer. I spent about an hour in the backroom after that and when I went to the front she wasn't there. We weren't going to close for another four hours and I couldn't find her."
"She left early?" he said gesturing for the elderly stallion to enter his house.
"That's what I thought..." The elderly jeweler said taking a seat on the couch, "Then when I locked up I went to go find her..."
"To see why she left early?" Turner inquired.
"To chew her out for leaving early... But as I said she wasn't at her home and this was the only other place I could think she'd go."
What the elderly jeweler was implying hit Turner like a ton of bricks, "Are you trying to imply that my daughter was taken by those kidnappers that have been running around " He said with a solemn look.
"I never said that." the jeweler said, his face contorting in confusion.
"But you implied it!" Turner yelled his worry growing.
"I'm Home!" Came a cry from the door. Derpy entered the room and saw Turner and the jeweler. She waved her hoof, "Hello Obsidian Skin." Turner looked at her and she didn't like the look she saw, "Honey what's wrong?"
"Well it would appear that our eldest daughter is missing." Turner said.
"What!?" Derpy said now stunned.
"I know it looks bad..." Turner started.
"'Looks bad'!!! Turner there are kidnappers running around now and our daughter's disappearance just 'looks bad'!!!!"
"Well...Um...We'll go to the guards. Well I will, you go to her place and see if she home yet. Ok dear, and once I've reported her disappearance we'll look for her."
"I best be going then." Obsidian skin said getting up.
"Fine" Turner said guiding him to the door, he went into the kitchen and grabbed some fruit. He came out and said, "Dear I know it's dinner time and I need something, do you want the pear or the apple."
"Is this really the time?" She asked.
"Of course it is! I happen to know that somepony forgot her lunch at home today."
"Apple" she said as he tossed it to her and she flew off.
Turner took a bite of the pear and ran out the door.
"Listen to me corporal! My daughter is missing and considering the circumstances I would blame those anonymous kidnappers!!"
"Sir we already put her on the watch list and if you can't tell we are currently focusing all of our forces on the search for the Princess."
"Fine. But you'll tell me if you find anything?"
"Sure" the corporal said and Turner left fully aware that they weren't going to be any real help. He figured that at least he could put his wife at ease.
"Turner!" Derpy said lighting down, "are they going to look for her?"
"Yes, but apparently the princess is missing." He said as he started to walk towards their house.
"That's good I guess." she said disheartened.
"They'll be keeping an eye out for her".
They walked for a few minutes and when Turner got to the door he pulled out his key and opened the door. The sight that greeted him was an odd one, he and his wife were standing in a metal room with one pony in a grey suit of armor amd a blackened helmet. "YOU WILL COME WITH US" it said in a bland metallic monotone voice.
"It's one on two by my count." Turner pointed out trying in vain to sound brave.
"YOU HAVE MISCOUNTED!" it said as two other sets of grey armor emerged from around the corner.
"Are you the kidnappers?" Turner asked quivering.
"YES!"
Turner noticed a thin metal rod on the ground and nabbed it. He swung it with all his might and was completely shocked to see that he didn't even phase the armored pony.
"YOU WILL BE LIKE US!"
"Like Tartar..." He was interrupted by a sort of gasping wheezing sound. On the floor was an old fob watch right at Derpy's hooves.
"THAT DEVICE IS UNKNOWN, IT WILL BE TAKEN FOR ANALYSIS!" the one in the blackened helmet told the other two.
One of the suits of armor started to move towards the watch and Derpy tried to move away, accidentally hitting the watch. It slid over to Turner, and he picked it up. He heard a voice that seemed to come from the watch, Open it, listen to me you need to open it! It's the only way to save her and yourself! If you don't you'll both be made like them! Just open it! he did and a golden light poured from it and into him. As it did this the sound from earlier began again and a blue box started to fade in around Turner.
"THIS OBJECT REGISTERS AS BELONGING TO THE ENEMY!" one of the suits said louder then usual.
"That's right boys!! And I bet you can guess who!" Turner's voice yelled through the box. The door's opened and he motioned for Derpy to come in.
"IDENTIFY YOURSELF!"
"Sorry boys but I have a Cyber planner or two to deal with and I can't stay!" He said closing the doors and the box started to fade away.
He was close to Derpy, "Don't ever let me eat another pear again!" He said sternly. Then he cracked a smile and moved towards the main console and hitting a few buttons.
"What the hey Turner?! What is this place?! What happened back there?! What were those things!? What was that watch!? " Derpy blurted out the questions.
"Ah yes the Silence erased your memories of me." He said walking towards her.
"What?! I know who you are Turner your..."
"No you don't! the pony you know was a facade, a disguise, a veil, an illusion, or perhaps even a mask." at that he slammed his forehead against hers and as she looked at him with anger as he simply smiled.
"Why did you do that Doctor?" Derpy said rubbing her forehead.
"So you would remember our adventures ten years ago. Just remember that you will be seeing yourself from my point of view" His smile widened, "It feels good to be able to do that again, glad the old girl managed to repair the chameleon arch. Though I'm still a pony, in form at least, well when I return to my home universe I should revert to good old Time Lord in appearance. What was I doing again, oh yes! That's right, the cybers! Oh and your daughter!"
He ran to the console, "Allons-y" he shouted and the Tardis began to shake.
Equestria: The Master's Dumping Ground
Chapter 1: Celestia's Clock
Derpy Hooves sat up wide awake after hearing a wale coming from out her window. “Go to sleep Turner!” she yelled at her open window and fell back onto the pillow. That stallion needs to stop reading those horror stories, his imagination is already pretty wild , she thought as sleep overcame her.
That morning Derpy woke up and went to wake her daughters. it was Sparkler’s turn to the morning muffins this morning. Dinky on the other hoof was still fast asleep. “Come on sweetie, it’s time to wake up.” she said softly nudging her daughter.
Dinky’s eyes opened and she gave a little yawn and rubbed her eyes. “It can’t be time to get up already” was the first thing she said.
“Sun’s up and you need to get to school” Derpy said softly.
“Fine” Dinky said climbing out of bed.
The two of them went down stairs just in time for Sparkler to pull the muffins out of their stove. “morning Mom” she said as she set the muffin tray down and started using her magic to pull the muffins out of the tray. “Mom don’t forget to get Dinky after school today, I have to foalsit for the Cakes.”
“Don’t worry I’ll remember” Derpy said grabbing a muffin and her mail bag. As she headed out the door she grabbed a bag with a broken wall clock in it.
“Hello Turner” Derpy said as she entered his clock shop.
“Hello Derpy.” said a muffled voice right before Turner came out of his back room from behind his counter. “What do you have for me this time? And which one of you broke it?”
“Sparkler’s wall clock and she was trying out another teleportation spell and ended up a foot too high.” Derpy explained.
“Ok, give it here.” he said reaching over the counter for the bag. He opened it and looked at clock. “Well let’s see” he pulled out a screwdriver and began to unscrew the casing. He pulled off the back and just nudged one of the gears in the back. The clock started to ring “there we go, just knocked a screw loose. I’ll take my usual fee.”
“Thank you Turner” she said throwing five bits on his counter.
“Did dinky do well in school last week?” he asked.
“Yes game night is still on.” she said with a smile
“Yes! I found a game that Sparkler is going to love, plus I got a new recipe from that griffon that visited a while ago.”
“Good…” Derpy was interrupted by the door to the shop opening and the chime going off.
“Good day, what can I do for you sir guard” Turner said to the newcomer.
“Are you the watch smith named Time Turner?" The guard asked.
"Yes, now what can I do for you?"
"Princess Celestia has ordered me to escort you to the palace at Canterlot."
"For?"
"A clock that she has had for a long time has broken down and you were high on the recommendations list to fix it."
"Even higher than that of the watch smith that is in Canterlot?"
"He is recently deceased and you were recommended as a suitable replacement for him."
"For my ego's sake, who recommended me to the Princess."
"Princess Twilight Sparkle, now if you can get your things we need to go."
"You mean you don't have the clock with you?"
"Any item directly owned by the Princess is considered much too valuable to be removed from Canterlot. Too many thieves, you understand?"
"Of course, how foolish of me. Just let me get my general tools." Turner said. "Derpy could you come with me."
"Of course Turner."
The two of them were in the back room now and turner was preparing his saddle bags. "Derpy, if I'm not back before game night can we reschedule for tomorrow night" Turner asked.
"Of course we can, this could be big for you."
Turner was just about to leave when he realized something, "you only paid half of the usual price."
"Well we were interrupted." Derpy said giving him a peck on the cheek.
"Consider your debt paid off." Turner said as he left the back room with Derpy following him.
"Are you ready to go." the guard asked.
"Yes, off to the station shall we, allons-y." Turner said heading out the door. Only to turn around wait for the others to leave. Once they had left his shop he produced a key and put it in the lock, when it clicked a piece of cloth fell down in between the open sign that read 'closed'.
The train ride consisted of Turner trying to make conversation and the guard giving one word answers. After about an hour he gave up on trying to talk, and just looked out the window, and eventually fell asleep.
"DOCTOR!? THE DOCTOR!!! YOU ARE AN ENEMY OF THE DALEKS!!! YOU WILL BE EXTERMINATED!!!"
"Heeeellllllppppp" Turner yelled as he was shot by a giant salt shaker.
"Mister Turner, wake up! Wake up!" The guard was shaking Turner fiercely.
"What!" Turner said as he jumped awake.
"Mr. Turner you were having a nightmare, are you ok."
"Yes, I'm fine, now let me sleep."
"Turner we're here, come on."
"Well then on to the castle." He said throwing his saddle bags on and following the guard. After about twenty minutes of walking they arrived at the castle. Turner was directed to the personal chambers of princess Celestia were a chamber mare gave him a blue clock, "so I guess I won't be seeing the Princess."
"No she is far too busy, but now I'm to take you to your room so you have privacy while you work."
"Thank you, but tell me do you know the story of this clock?" He asked looking at the clock on his back.
"As far as I know it was a physician that defeated a monster that threatened Equestria, something called a Dalek. He gave her the clock as a gift the last time he saw her. Why do you ask?"
"Everything has a story and I like to know it." Turner said as they neared his room.
"Well here we are." The chamber mare said and went on her way.
Turner went to work setting up his materials at the desk, he took out a weird pair of glasses that had a magnify lens on the right side. He took out his tools and spare gears and set everything up.
He took the clock off his back and placed it on its side to avoid breaking the pendulum. He unscrewed the four screws holding the back of the clock on and gently removed it, placing it to the side. "Let's have a look" he thought aloud. What he saw was odd, usually if something was broken the entire clock was still, but there were still gears moving. Turner looked down at the pendulum to make sure it wasn't moving in the slightest. He looked around the interior of the clock to see if it had a windup spring, he found it. But it was weird where the pendulum should have been connected to it where was a clear small diamond.
"Warp Star " Turner heard the voice and turned around.
"Who's there?" He asked to the empty room.
That was weird he thought as he kept looking for the problem. Because most of the gears where moving he was able to locate all the broken gears and replace them in record time. He reassembled the clock, but when he was about to put the casing together he noticed weird writing etched in the inside of it. He had never seen the language before, but for some reason he understood it. He took out a piece of paper and charcoal and copied the writing. There was a knock at the door and he quickly rolled it up and shoved it into his saddle bag. "Come in." He called
A servant came in "now here you go sir." He was carrying a tray that had soup and a couple fruit on it. "I got you tomato soup and some mixed fruit sir"
"Thank you, but I'm done." Turner said.
"You are already, not even your predecessor could fix that clock that fast."
"I must have been lucky, I'll return this to the princess once I clean up."
"Very good sir."
Turner began to pack "are you from Trottingham?" Turner asked the servant as he packed.
"Yes I spent most of my youth there, I see you also hail from jolly old Trottingham."
"Yup, that's where I got my doctorate." Turner said as he put his saddle bags on.
"Well I'll be off now sir, have a nice day." The servant said as he left and went down the hall.
Turner went back the way he came and ended up in front of Celestia's door. He knocked on the door, he was shivering, Calm down Turner, it’s just the most important pony in all of Equestria, and ask her to pay a fee for your work. What could go wrong?
The door opened and staring him in the face was Princess Celestia herself, "Oh hello, may I help you?"
"Yes...Uh...well...I fixed your clock Your Highness..."
She thankfully cut him off "Did my servants’ not tell you the plan?"
"Um...no." Turner said quietly.
"You were supposed to present the clock to one of my guards and they would bring the clock to my quarters." Celestia said slightly shaking her head.
"Sorry" Turner said still quiet.
"It's not your fault" Celestia said smiling "May I have the clock?'
"Of course Princess." Turner said lifting it up off his back and handing it to her.
Celestia's eyes went wide and she lost balance and had to hold onto the door frame. She grabbed onto the clock with her magic then pulled it inside her room. The door slammed into turner’s very confused face.
"Well that's Canterlot for you" he muttered to himself. Then a thought crossed his mind, he pounded on the door "Princess you haven't paid me!" he shouted through the door.
The door opened and a maid came out and produced a pouch of bits and a train ticket. Turner took the bits and looked at the ticket, it was a royal ticket, with this ticket he could take any seat on any train that he wanted to. So he did what he was probably intended for him to do and got on a train to Ponyville, Maybe I won't miss game night.
"What's wrong Princess" the maid that had given Turner the ticket and bits.
"That pony is a dangerous stallion his hearts may be in the right place but he brings death and destruction where ever he goes." Celestia said solemnly.
Turner had fallen asleep on the train again and was currently leaning his head against the window.
"DELETE! DELETE! DELETE! DELETE!"
"We surrender! Don't shoot! We surrender!"
"THEY ARE NOT COMPATIBLE!
"DELETE! DELETE! DELETE! DELETE!"
At that there was a blast of energy and Turner woke to the train stopping. It was just turning dusk, he hadn't missed it.
He made his way home and started making the dinner he had planned for game night. He heard a knock at the bottom of the stares that led to his back door. He walked to it and flipped a switch at the top of the stairs, the door opened to reveal the hooves coming in holding snacks and board games on their backs. Dinky ran up to Turner and has picked her up, "I hear you've got good grades this week." He was swinging her around and she was loving it.
"Hello Turner" Derpy said as she walked past him giving him a pack on the cheek. "So how was Canterlot Turner?"
"It was a little weird but all in all pretty good."
"When did you go to Canterlot?" Sparkler asked giving him a confused look.
"Oh it was just a day trip to fix Princess Celestia's vary old clock." Turner said nonchalantly.
"You met Princess Celestia!!!" Dinky squealed "What was she like, is her hair really ghost like..."
"Calm down Dinky, I'll answer your questions while we are playing. You lot smell something?" he asked and then his eyes went wide and he ran into the kitchen. "It's OK I saved it!!" he shouted through the doorway.
"You lot go ahead and start playing while I finish cooking." he shouted again. And they did just that.
Turner had to let the food finish so he pulled out the sheet of paper that had the weird writing from the clock in it.

Equestria: The Master's Dumping Ground
"Gallifrey…that sounds familiar for some reason." Turner thought aloud.
"What sounds familiar?" Derpy asked having entered midway through his Turners sentience.
"Oh nothing" Turner said slipping the piece of paper in a drawer.
"Food's done", he said pulling something out of the stove.
"Good I'm famished!" Sparkler shouted from the living room as she rolled her dice.
"Yay!" Dinky said excited and then she looked at what Sparkler had rolled and just frowned.
Sparkler moved her peace around the board and won; they both got up and walked to Turners dinner table. They all sat down and started eating the new dish. "This is amazing, what do you call it?" Sparkler asked.
"It's called spaghetti in tomato sauce, with garlic toast on the side, and I threw just a little butter in it as well.” Turner said looking proud.
“Thank you Turner” Dinky said having finished her meager helping. She went for seconds.
“So Turner…”Derpy started “You have any plans for next Thursday?”
“No. What are you planning?” he asked suddenly suspicious.
“Well next Thursday is the three year anniversary of you moving to Ponyville, I thought you might have had something planed, that’s all.”
“That didn’t really answer the question” Turner pointed out.
“So mom told me that you had found a game that I may like” Sparkler interrupted the conversation, not wanting Turner to grow suspicious of the plan to throw him a little party.
“Oh! Yes I found it in a little shop on my last visit to the Crystal Empire; they really need a good watch smith there. But anywise I found an old game called Monopoly.”
“What’s this game about?” Sparkler asked.
“Well the goal of the game is to buy up or out all of the other players land. I read the instruction manual and it seemed like something you would like.”
“Well let’s finish Dinner and you can show us the game.” Derpy said.
Dinky came back in from the kitchen with a fresh helping and sat back down “What'd I miss” she asked stirring her plate.
“We were just talking about the new game Turner found.”
Dinner lasted about a half an hour or so. During which both Turner and Derpy were more than a little distracted. Turner looking at the mantel to his fireplace every few minutes, while Derpy started off into space thinking of the little party she had planned for him.
Once everypony had finished eating Turner went into the kitchen to clean up and left the girls to set up the board.
Son of Gallifrey he thought, That sounds awfully familiar . Turner opened the drawer that he had slipped the paper into and read it again. Why can I read this language, I’ve never seen it in my life he was thoroughly confused.
This message couldn’t be for me. No, there must be others that can read this language He slipped the paper back into the drawer and went into his living room. But he stopped dead when he remembered that he had a broken watch on the mantel of his fireplace. He walked over to it and picked it up turning it in his hooves. The one I can’t fix. the words ran through his mind.
“Come on Turner we’re just about to start!” Sparkler called to him.
“I’m coming!” he called back.
They started playing, all the while making jokes and telling stories, but it all ended when Dinky pointed out the fob watch that Turner had been holding on to. “What’s that” Dinky asked pointing to the watch.
“Just a broken old fob watch.” Turner replied rolling the dice and moving his piece.
“Why don’t you fix it?” Dinky asked cocking her head.
“Oh it’s broken beyond repair.” Turner answered.
“Come on you can fix anything Turner” Sparkler interjected.
“Yes…anything but this” Turner said pointing to the watch.
“Can I see it?” Dinky asked pointing to it again.
“Well I suppose you can’t break it any more than it already is.” Turner said handing it to her.
“Thanks” Dinky said as she turned it over in her hooves. The Dinky opened it, a flash of a golden light shot from it into Turner and he stumbled nearly falling.
“Turner!!” Derpy yelled as she caught him “I got you.”
He had a crazed look in his eyes “Actually if you don’t mind, it’s just The Doctor.” he said before falling over another way.
The Doctor opened his eyes and saw a very familiar room. He also saw a young unicorn filly looking at him. The filly turned her head and shouted at the open door “Mom! Turner’s awake!”
This hurt his ears and he realized that his entire body ached. He looked back at the door and saw a pinkish unicorn walk in with levitating a tray with a bowl of piping hot soup on it. “Oh good we thought that watch had hurt you. Do you want some soup?” she asked him.
“Would you mind if I could have some tea” The Doctor asked.
Sparkler smiled and showed him a cup on the trey, “I brewed it with your favorite flavor.”
He took the tea in his hooves and instantly dropped it. His eyes went wide as he looked at where his hands should be. “How is this possible!? I should have reverted back to my original form! Well not my original form, but the form I had after my last regeneration.”
Dinky cocked her head and asked “Original form? Regeneration?”
Derpy entered the room “Turner, you still need some rest.” She said seeing the spilled cup of tea on the floor. “ Come on girls let’s let him rest.” she said shooing them out of the room. “Turner if you need anything just haler, we’ll be in the living room.” she said smiling, and she closed the door.
“Actually may I have some tea? Seeing how I spilt mine”
“Of course I’ll go get you some tea.” she said smiling she left.
“I’ve done it again, I knew I should have just ran.” he said to himself aloud.
The Doctor rolled out of bed and found it easy to walk, How long was I a run of the mill pony? he asked himself. Then the answer came to him in a flash almost three years .
He opened the door and walked down the short hallway and at the end he bumped into Derpy causing his tea to spill everywhere. “Oh I’m so sorry Turner” she said. Then she took a double take, “Why are you out of bed?” she asked with concern.
The Doctor just gave a small laugh “Oh don’t worry about me Ms. uh… Hooves.” he said getting up and walking past her.
“Turner, where are you going?” she asked.
“To get the T.A.R.D.I.S.” he said still having a bit of a chuckle.
“What’s a tirdas” Dinky asked him looking up from her the game she was playing with Sparkler.
“That’s T.A.R.D.I.S. and it stands for Time And Relative Dimension In Space.”
“You didn’t really answer the question” Sparkler pointed out, He’s getting pay back isn’t he .
“It’s my space ship, time machine, and home.” he said walking to an empty wall.
“The perception filter must have worked pretty well” he thought aloud. Then amazingly he opened a door that appeared in the wall. He walked into the room behind it and produced a key, he put it into a keyhole in a giant blue box. "Derpy, Dinky, and Sparkler, you lot want to go for a ride?!" he called the question through the open door.
"Ride in a box? Turner, how hard did you hit your head when you fell" Sparkler asked.
"I told you that you should call me The Doctor!" he hollered through the doorway. "Do you want to go or not?"
"I do!" Dinky yelled and ran into the room.
Sparkler walked in after her, and Derpy was standing in the doorway. The Doctor started "Right, now let's just get her open." he said turning the key and pushing the door open Sparkler and Dinky walked in and were in ah. "Derpy it's your turn." the Doctor said holding out a hoof to guide her in.
"It's..."
"Yes" the doctor said smiling.
It's..."
"Yes" the doctor couldn't hold his anticipation.
"It's smaller on the outside" she said in ah.
The Doctor just started laughing, "Well that's one way to put it Ms.Hooves".
"Well where do you all want to go?" The Doctor asked.
"How about the beach?" Sparkler asked.
"Which one and when?"
"Just a nice beach, but we need to pack for it, hold on."
"There's a wardrobe in here somewhere so…Allons-y" he shouted as he hit an assortment of seemingly random buttons on the central console. There was an odd sound like the Tardis was mechanically breathing heavy as the room started shaking.
"Right we should be on a beach, if I got it right, you'll forgive me if I miscalculated it has been three years since I last used her. Go ahead and open the door." he said pointing at the door.
Sparkler opened the door and she looked outside, "We're in Canterlot" she announced.
"What, how is that...I…I may be a little out of practice but I can't have gotten that far off course. Unless..." he looked at the Tardis console "Why did you bring us here?"
"Honey will you get the nice wine from the cellar?" a unicorn mare asked from the kitchen.
"Sure dear." the grey blue pegasus stallion was just about to go down the stairs to the cellar when he heard the oddest sound. He immediately went pale It's about time he got here.
"Honey did you hear that sound?!” he shouted from the top of the staircase to the cellar.
"Ya!! You’re going to check it out aren't you?!" She shouted back.
"Well you know how I feel about weird sounds!" he called back with a slight laugh, then he walked out the door.
He followed the sound from the air and landed on a building above the Tardis. He looked over the edge and saw The Doctor getting out of it. He jumped into the dark alley that was on the side of the building and transformed into his preferred form. He cracked his elongated neck, straightened his now scorpion like tail, and reset his second jaw. He was a little cramped in the thin alleyway and his large insect like body didn't agree with it.
"Doctor!! " he said in his distorted voice as The Doctor passed by the alley.
"Who's there?" The Doctor asked looking into the alley.
"No, you wouldn't recognize me would you? " the monster stepped out of the shadows revealing himself in all his wicked glory.
Author's Note
I'm not one to break a good thing, so go ahead and try to guess who our new pegasus/monster friend is. Here's a hint, his name loosely translates in Hebrew to "God has helped". I don't expect that to be much help.
Equestria: The Master's Dumping Ground
Chapter 5: A Little Too Late
"We're in my house now" The Doctor said as he opened the doors to the Tardis.
"So when are we?" Derpy asked.
"Oh it’s been about three hours sense we left just to be certain that we don't cross our timelines." the Doctor said walking out and looking at the clock above the mantel of the fireplace. He shook his head I said my house, this isn't my house, its Turners. The Master sabotage of my chameleon arch is really starting to annoy me.
Derpy ran out of the back door to the house and disappeared. The Doctor walked over to the wall clock above his mantle and noticed it wasn’t moving. But that clocks spring only needs to be wound every week. His eyes went wide and he ran out the back door. He Went into Derpy's house and yelled "Derpy, I was wrong it's been longer than three hours"
"Your right it's been three weeks" Sparkler said walking up to him. "Where have you been" she said getting in his face.
"Well we were just fighting a Dalek..." The Doctor started when Sparkler slapped him with the side of her hoof.
"First you kick us out of that box of yours, then you steal our mother for three weeks!"
"It wasn't intentional..."
"No you’re not Turner anymore you’re a fraud! Leave now!"
"Of course." The Doctor hung his head as he went for the door "I left you two here for three weeks without your mother." He closed the door behind him.
The Doctor went back into his house and walked in, he looked at his many clocks. He counted his clocks, something’s not right his eyes went wide. He counted again; he walked to the door to the kitchen and pushed it open. Immediately a clockwork robot stepped forward and fell over with a crash.
The Doctor quickly rolled it over and it made moved its head to face him directly. "Message" it said in its rough voice then it played its message, it was the voice of The Master "Hello Doctor, I have no idea how long it's been for you but I just saw you myself. Imagine my surprise when I realized that you fell for my trap, I put a lot of work into it. But I digress, I sent this old robot through the portal because it was the only thing I could program to find you, it has come to warn you. A certain group had hijacked my portal and used it to escape, they have run into you before so I guess you'll be able to deal with them. After all no one, or is it pony now, kills you but me." There was a click from the robot as the message stopped playing, and the robot stopped ticking.
Why didn't he specify, could it be Cybermen, the Ice Worriers, Homo Reptilia, or whatever is left of The Silence. he was thinking hard, so hard that he didn't hear the knock at the door to the shop. After about a few minutes of the nocking he went downstairs and saw Lyra at the door holding a small alarm clock.
"Oh thank Celestia your finally back!" She yelled through the glass of the door.
The Doctor opened the door "Hi Lyra h..."
She cut him off "Here's my down payment, and the clock. I'll be back at five to pick it up." She said throwing some bits and the clock at him. She quickly ran off.
The Doctor walked to the back of the shop and sat the clock down on one of his work tables “I shouldn’t” he said to himself. “Oh Celestia why is it so hard to resist the temptation to six this clock!?!” he shouted then quickly unscrewed the casing. In one fluid motion he removed several cracked gears and replaced them. He screwed the casing back together and set it down.
There was a ring as the front door opened, The Doctor ran out to the show room and saw Vinyl Scratch walk in wearing saddle bags that matched her hare. “What can I do for you?” The Doctor said in a cheerful voice, he mental kicked himself, Why am I doing this? I’m not Turner anymore, am I?
“Hi ya, Turner. I’m here to by a clock for a friend of mine.” Vinyl said looking at the assortment of clocks that were arranged on Turner’s walls.
“Well feel free to call me when you find what you’re looking for.” The Doctor said. “I have some work to do.” The Doctor said heading into his back room.
The moment he closed the door to his workshop he heard Vinyl yell “Found one!” The Doctor opened the door and walked out picking up a key from its slot behind the counter.
“Which one?” he asked wearily.
“That one” Vinyl said pointing a white clock with gold trim that was in Turner’s “Too Rich for Ponyville” case.
“You sure you can afford it?” The Doctor asked hesitantly.
“Oh course I can, I just had a gig a few days ago” Vinyl said as turner opened the case and pulled took the clock off its wall hook. He set it down on its back and let Vinyl get a good look at it.
"This good?" He asked.
"Ya, how much?" Vinyl said.
"One hundred bits." The Doctor said, he honestly didn't expect her to be able to afford it.
She took out a box and started used her magic to pop it open. She then started taking out bits, one by one. She counted as she took them out, and then once she hit one hundred, The Doctor counted them and allowed her to leave with the clock. Once she was gone he went up to the second floor and rummaged around for a blanket. Once he found the blanket he laid it next to the clockwork robot and rolled the robot onto the blanket.
It took him about an hour to get it down the stairs without damaging it; he was intending to get it started up again. He removed its masquerade mask and wig revealing its clockwork the gears were a little too worn, “How long has this been here?” he asked himself. He looked pulled out his sonic and scanned it, “Hmm, about two hundred years.” he said reading the display.
He took out some teasers and a screwdriver and started to disassemble its head. He gently removed the main drive gear and placed it on the table. Then he removed several of the connecting gears and set them down. Then he found out just how intricate this bot was, as he had expected it only had a clockwork gears to control its joints, but inside it was a small processing computer and a dead power core.
"Well that's slightly less impressive" he said to himself. He went upstairs and into his Tardis, after removing a floor panel he rummaged through a chest he had stashed there. He pulled out a small bronze box with his mouth and went downstairs to the robot. After about fifteen minutes of trying to get the old power core out he slapped the new one in place. Immediately some of the gears started to turn and the robot nearly hit him as its left arm swung up violently.
After putting the rest of the robot back together he began to ask it his questions. "What species hijacked The Master's portal to Equestria?" He asked the robot.
"I do not have that information." The robot replied.
"Then can you tell me how long they have been here?"
"Yes."
"Well?"
"I arrived three hundred and thirty two years after their arrival on this planet." The robot said.
"Can you describe them?"
"The only know description I have of them is that they are tall."
"That's not much to go on."
"Turner!!!" The Doctor looked up as he heard Sparkler's voice come from outside his shop door. He walked out into the shop and unlocked the door for her.
"Please tell me that one of you girls didn't break another clock." The Doctor said wearily.
"No, Mom's missing!!!" Sparkler said panic coming into her face, "I hoped she was with you."
"What do you mean missing!? She might have gone out with her friends."
"She would have told me that if she was."
The Doctor's eyes went wide as a crashing sound came from the workshop and the door flew open. The robot stepped through and extended its blade, "Foreign entity detected." It said walking towards Sparkler.
"What is that thing?" Sparkler said more curious than scared.
"He's just a robot that The Master sent to warn me of something really bad that escaped to this dimension." The Doctor explained calmly. He turned towards the robot, "Halt!" he said and the robot stopped moving.
"So what escaped?"
"No idea, but when I find out, I'll be sure to tell you lot."
The robot leeched forward and fell hard onto the ground with a crashing sound. A gear rolled out and stopped at The Doctors feet, there was a large cursive ‘S’ carved into it. He turned towards Sparkler and found she had gone. He looked out the door and saw no pony, he looked down at his forelegs expecting to see marks but there was nothing.
He turned around and saw it, a dying Silent lying on the floor of his shop, but it was in ponyform. It was pale white and the feet similar to a camel, it had no ears and its beady black eyes were staring at The Doctor “What happened to you?” The Doctor choked out.
“You did, we are a dying race and we ran from the humans, our last resort was to escape the dimension. We stole the Master’s portal to save ourselves. But even here we could not escape you, with this I beg that you spare us from your wrath in this world. ” The Silence held up the old fob watch. “We will erase the memories of your companions so that you can return to your normal life; all you have to do is change yourself back. ”
“Why would I want that?”
“We know that you chameleon arch is broken and you are neither Time Lord nor Pony, revert and you will be safe from us, we are dying as it is. ”
“But what of all the other things I can do.”
“Like get you companions killed? ”
“What are your plans?” The doctor said narrowing his eyes.
“To die peacefully and without remorse over knowing we have not failed to make this world better than it once was. "
“What do you mean by that?”
“We have been here since the founding of Equestria and we have seen much, but we are tired of tis world and we cannot control the pony leader. We are trapped and we simply wish to die, and now we wish to give you the life you could never possess.
“Why? What are you up to?”
“We are dying of the incurable disease, age. Now you have done so much for our others and we have seen this, we simply wish to let you rest. ”
“No there’s always something else.”
“Your distrust is justified, but if you really don’t want to live a normal life then I will leave. Simply look away and I will return everything to the way it was before I appeared to you. ”
“Or I look away and you take advantage of the situation and kill me.”
“Well then you might as well just kill me now. ” It said.
“We could protect you till the day you die, we won’t be around much longer and this offer won’t stand forever. All you have to do is close your eyes and let us do our work. "
“Tempting offer, but no.”
