My name is Skyblaze Freescript. I was once human, a brony. But I had put all that behind me when I left Earth with five others to make a new life for ourselves in Equestria. Since then, I discovered the ancient power of the Bards, became close friends with Princess Luna, and joined the mysterious Night Guard to protect and serve my new home from the evils that lurk in the shadows, like the Dark Cult of the Aliyess. But they've been quiet lately, and I couldn't be more happy with my place in Equestrian life.
But every time I sleep, I've been having these dreams. A pale alicorn tells me that the world I know is wrong, and shouldn't have ever existed. What does he mean? What about this world could possibly be wrong?
