On Gallopfrey its the day before all the young timeponys are taken from their houses to the academy not to return for century's when in the lungbarrow house a time capsule materializes around one young foal and dissapeers into the starless night

Time Turner trotted into his Private school In Canterlot, it would be his third day at the royal academy. He was only eight but his knowledge was not of this world. Turner opened the door to a noisy classroom with his teenage classmates, he shared a class with the royal sisters who where twice his age it was always strange for him walking in the class, he was an orphan after all and much younger then the other two in his class. Time Turner felt guilty for intruding upon the class that he clearly wasn't welcome in. The instructor walked up to her podium and the three students settled in their seats waiting patiently for class to start, as their instructor cleared his throat to start a lecture after passing out work sheets Turner was quickly flipping through the pages of all the text books accessible to him with out getting up, as the teacher started talking Turner closed the last book within reach and looked at his pile of 10 text books that he had read in less then 3 minutes.
The clock ticked and tocked as the hours passed by of lectures, quizzes and work sheets that he had already completed. Time Turner grew impatient, on Gallopfrey classes could never be this boring everypony would just walk out after an hour. Of a small Reading, the Teacher paused and Time Turner looked up from his papers, "Time Turner! Where you dosing off in class again?"
"N-no sir" Turner replied shamefully.
"So if you where paying attention, tell me what is the third planet in the Diamond Hound nebula?"
Time Turner swallowed hard, that was the book just out of his reach, he didn't know the correct answer. "Uh..." He went quiet.
"That's what I thought! Pay attention from now on. Unless you want me to call Ms, Foaling"
"No Sir..." Time Turner looked down at his desk. And tears began to weal up in his blue eyes.

The teacher dismissed the class and Turner started picking up his stuff and putting them in his royal blue bag that had a pattern of two by five squares of a slightly lighter blue shade, he swung the saddle bag on his back and started out the door with a lonesome look on his face, when he was stooped by the sisters.
"Hey Time Twerp, we've seen how you slack off in class." Celestia boasted
"If your gonna be part of our class you have to at least stay on task." Luna continued her sisters sentence.
Turner attempted to walk around d the two but they where blocking the door way. "I need to get home." He mumbled.
"What was that? Home? Ha!" Celestia laughed.
"Ms, Foalings home for abandoned foals. You call that a home." Luna teased
"Its the only home I've got now!" Time Turner bursted out then ran between the two, spreading his wings and attempting to fly off failing miserably, he was still to young to have grown in his flight feathers. The princesses laughed and turned in the opposite direction of Turner, seemingly flying off then turning around quickly and dive bombing Time Turner stealing his bag then actually flying off with it. Time Turner shouted after them then gave up and headed towards the orphanage without his bag.

Time Turner walked the twenty mile walk from the castle to his home on the other side of town arriving at almost sun set, he was still fascinated with Equestrias solar system the sun and moon being risen and set by alicorns, he was raised on knowing of science not punny pony magic.
As he opened the door he was greeted with a welcome smile from an old earth pony with a seafoam green mane and tail, baby blue coat, and elegant blue violet eyes. "Welcome back Time Turner."
"Hello Ms, Foalster." He replied with a glum tone in his voice and continued to walk through the hall up to his room, when Ms, Foalster noticed his missing bag.
"Time Turner, where's your bag?" She asked
"I lost it.." He lied then walked up the stairs to his attic bedroom.
The corridors where quiet as he walked down the halls and those that weren't went dead silent until he Time Turner had past. There was only about 20 fillies and colts who lived at Ms, Fosters Home for Abandoned Foals and at least he wasn't the youngest there but he was still shuned out of all activity's vqcause he was different, what's wrong with being unique? He would always tell him self while walking down the silent halls.

Time Turner settled down. On a small bed pulling out a pencil and paper from a spare bag and starting to write a letter in Gallopfreyan so only him or a time pony could read it.
There came a knock at the door and Time Turner dropped his pencil and looked up as Ms, Foalster walked in. "Turner, I got a call from your school teacher."
"What did he say?" He swallowed hard he didn't want to get into trouble at his home.
"You need to study some extra to catch up in class." She pulled out a dusty old book and placed it on his bed.
He sighed was that all he could read that book quickly and be over and done with his studies, he picked up the book flipping over the back cover, it was just a simple book on quantum physics, he already read it. He began flipping through the pages commenting in gallopfreyan so Ms Foalster couldn't under stand what he was saying.
"What language is that Turner?" Ms, Foalster sat down on the edge of Time Turner's small bed eyeing the letter that he had wrote.
"Its the language of my people." Time Turner said nonchalantly as he flipped through the pages.
Ms, Foster was confused, she knew English and he wasn't speaking it "Your from Carrodiff correct?"
Time Turner look up realizing he had been talking about Gallopfrey. "Yeah... Carrodiff"

Time Turner sighed he hadn't remembered Gallopfrey since he had arrived on Earth about a year ago, it was strange how he still remembered the warm sunlight coming off of the two suns and never being afraid of ridicule, he was always the youngest but he was a foal didn't know anything else he was basically still a newborn and at his home everypony on this planet would be treated like an indolence. He looked up at Ms Foalster who was patiently waiting for an explanation, he couldn't tell her he wasn't from earth it was already clear he wasn't from Equestria because of his northern accent, he was made fun of by that already, he didn't want any Doctors involved with him.
"Carrodiff..." he repeated to him self trying to explain the Gallopfreyan script inside his head, he might have a high IQ but coming up with plans wasn't his greatest strength. Then a though hit him and Time Turner ran over to a small desk with pencils and crayons. Throwing papers aside he sat down in a chair and started drawing on the desk, Strokes of grey and silver to make mountains, two orange suns and a burnt orange sky. Red grass and The large citadel surrounded in a glass dome. Right when Ms Foalster was about to leave, Time Turner turned around and ran toward the door blocking it. "The Script..." he panted. "Its the language of this place." he pointed to his drawing of Gallopfrey on the wood of the desk.
"Time Turner..." Ms Foalster was speechless, his artwork was so detailed and realistic like it was a memory hidden deep within. "That's beautiful Turner..." she paused and started walking out of the room get some rest Turner its a big day tomorrow."
"What makes it different from today?"
"Its a weekend."
Turner jumped excitedly and pushed Ms Foalster out of his room. Taking off his traditional prydonian robe and jumping into bed, slowly dosing off.

Time Turner woke as the moon was reaching a high in the midnight sky, he wasn't used to sleeping for hours on end like these equestrian pony folk, he typically slept for no more then 120 minutes but even before then he was fully rested. Time Turner crept down the stairs to the front door opening it slowly as he felt the nighttime air on his face. Looking up at the beautiful moon in the distance he could just imagine it traveling out there, in endless space.

"Oh Koschei calm down." A blue unicorn with dark brown hair tapped a red brown stallions back, "He'll be okay."
"How do you know that Ushas" The Brownish red foal said nervously. "For all you know, he could be dead!"
"He would regenerate..."
"He could be injured!"
"Again regeneration, Koschei your working your self up. Theta's fine."
Koschei made puppy dog eyes at the unicorn then sighed giving up, and letting Ushas win. He flipped at lever on a large mushroom like mechanical machine with buttons and levers galore and a lit column that went up and down when he flipped the lever making a whimsical noise as it did so.

Time Turner cocked his head as a wheezing and groaning noise erupted the silence of the night, it was a sound he recognized but any of the equestrian pony folk would take as just being the wind. He Galloped towards the direction of the sound. Screaming in the language no-pony knew. Turner stopped when he was close to the sound looking around franticly for anything that seemed like it belonged a little too much, nothing, the perception filter much have been too strong for even him to see through it, he even wanted to see the machine no matter what it was, so he was confused why he couldn't see it. Maybe he was hallucinating, wanting to go home so bad that he was imagining the impossible.

The Machine jerked and bounced around throwing the two foals around the interior knocking the wind out of them making their hearts nearly stop of fright but as the machine came to a hurried halt Koschei got up wincing at the pain as he beat on his chest coughing while being surrounded in smoke, "Ushas! Ushas are you okay?" He asked generally scared for his friend.
A soft cough came from across the room, "Yeah I'm fine, lets get out of here before we die of smoke deprivation.
Koschei agreed and stumbled his was towards the door pushing it open ever so slightly so he could wiggle out of the machine room. Ushas followed closely behind pushing her way through the door and shutting it behind her coughing from the lack of oxygen in her lungs. She looked at the trees and the town moaning, they where on earth, equestrian to be exact, in the 21st century from the building and telephone wires hanging about, Great, she thought, Time to get made fun of by my accent it sounded like she was from the north and from the look of things she could make a logical guess that they where somewhere with an American-ish accent. She turned around to look at what the machine had turned into just so that she would remember, A lamp post, that's going to be fun to slide into later on.

Turner perked his ears as he heard a quiet mumble and the creak of a door, he turned around, every building in sight had their lights off and no-pony would be wondering around at this time of night, maybe Princess Luna, but he highly doubted it. Then he caught sight of something that wasn't there before, a small lamp post with its light shining surrounded in smoke, exactly what he was looking for, Turner gallivanted toward the object smiling a huge smile and tackled a unicorn and earth pony that where standing below it. he stood above them grinning from ear-to-ear as he squeezed each of them tightly mumbling in his language and they seemed to understand what he was saying, "Ushas, Koschei, what took you two so long I tried calling for you ..."
"Theta your going to kill us if you keep hugging so hard," Ushas managed to say through being squeezing near to death.
"Sorry." Time Turner said as he let go of them, he was so pleased to see them he never wanted them to leave his sight again.
"Theta you know its hard to call when we are on different PLANETS!" Koschei stated it was almost the most obvious thing in he could think of.
"I know it- its just so lonely here, Imagine what these pony-folk would say if they figured out that I'm not from here, all they had to do was get me to go to a doctor and then BAM! I'd be locked up and experimented on."
Ushas backed up. "You have to go to the doctors later don't you."
"Yeah..."

The Doctor

The three young ponies headed toward a small clinic at day break, Time Turner digging his hooves in the ground, Ushas and Koschei trying their hardest to push him along into the building. Koschei spotted an adult pony, and ran over to them bringing back Ms. Foalster with him.
"Time Turner! where have you been!" She scolded, Time Turner and picked him up slinging him over her back. "It is time for your Doctors appointment."
Time Turner yelled "USHAS, KOSCHEI!" he watched as his two friends followed close behind Time Turner and Ms. Foalster,
"You two," Ms Foalster spoke, "I've never seen you before, who are you?"
Ushas and Koschei looked at each other puzzled then glanced at Time Turner to ask what to say.
Then Ushas spoke didn't without thinking in her native tongue, "I'm Ushas, This is Koschei and we came here looking for Theta." Ms. Foalster just looked at her confused. Ushas corrected her self realizing her mistake repeating this time in pony, "I'm Ushas and this is Koschei, we're from Th- Time Turners friends." She said embarrassed that she spoke in the wrong language in front of a equestrian pony.
Time Turner saw the panic on her face, and used the little telepathy that he knew to try to reassure her,Calm down Ushas, you just slipped up everything will be fine.
Ushas smiled up at him pleased when she received his thoughts.
"Your accent, you must be from Carrodiff like Time Turner." Ms. Foalster broke the silence.
"Yeah," Koschei replied relieving Ushas from another awkward conversation. "We actually just moved from there. Our parents heard about what happened with Time Turner recently," Time Turner glared at Koschei Stop making things up!
It's not like I have a cover story!
Would you two stop your bickering and continue talking to this daft mare!
Koschei grumbled, then returned talking to Ms. Foalster, "So you see Ushas' and my parents wanted to adopt Time Turner so he could come back to Carrodiff with us."
"Oh I understand. but of course I would have to meet them and make sure they are qualified, though I'm sure they are seeing how you two turned out."
Ushas smiled, she had a long time to make her self healthy and well taken care of.
"Of Course!" Time Turner Chimed in, Glaring at Ushas in disgust.
Ushas snarled at her friend. Stopping to look up at a small building, "Oh Thete," She sang pointing at the building. "Time for your appointment."
Time Turner stared up at the building and swallowed hard. Oh no he though and Ushas just laughed at him.

"So nice to see you again Ms. Foalster," The Doctor, walked out and shook her hoof, "So just these three today?"
"N-" She started to say then was interrupted by Time Turner
"Yes! All of us!" He replied, fiendishly grinning at Ushas and Koschei being returned with angry glances.
The three foals followed the doctor into his office, "So first we have to get your basic information, Name, Age, Things like that... You first," he addressed Ushas like she was a little foal.
"List it out" Ushas replied
"Name, Age, Any Problems recently."
"My name is Ushas I am 40 years old, and I've been having some troubles breathing,"
"Can you explain the problem a little more?" He said nonchalantly ignoring what he though was her lying about her age.
"Well I was mixing chemicals at the academy and one mixture sort of blew up on me."
"Seems like I'll wear off, moving on."
"Koschei, 40, Constant pounding in my head."
"And you?" He looked at Time Turner Ignoring Koschei for the moment.
"No." Time Turner Replied.
"No what?"
"No I won't tell you my name, It was taken away from me."
"How was your name taken away from you?"
"I disgraced my house, It was punishment." He looked at the doctor shamefully.
"Well you must go by something,"
"Of course."
"What do you go by?"
"Theta Sigma."
"Age?"
"Forty."
"Anything wrong?"
"No."

"Alright since we got your Basic information down," He began writing on a note pad some additional notes. "Lets take your blood pressure." He smiled at the three.
They finished taking blood pressure and he wrote down more notes, They went about doing other normal check up things, then the dreaded time drew near, It was time to check their heart.
"Okay Theta Sigma, Your first." He looked up at the three foals cowering in the corner. "It's okay, its just a stethoscope no need to be a-."
"WE KNOW WHAT A STETHOSCOPE IS!!" Ushas shouted, "Stop treating us like foals, Even being forty is a lie!"
"What?"
"YOU STUPID PONY!" Koschei shouted at the doctor. "DON'T YOU GET IT!"
"No wonder the time-ponies told us never to interfere, These Equine are daft morons." Ushas spoke to the other two as her magic aura started to glow. "But look at you Thete, you just had to get taken off Gallopfrey."
The Doctor reached for a phone and started talking into it face paced.
"Ushas it wasn't my fault the type 40 foal napped me!" The argument continued there speak switching between English and their native tongue. But they where stopped before they came to a fair resolution by the Night Guardsman.
Ushas smiled up at them innocently, "Hello." she waved her hoof then grabbed on to Theta, and Koschei and teleported away, They landed far from the office building and then was teleported right back, she was to tired, to teleport again so instead she growled at the Guards man and they slowly approached and picked them up one by one, each of them squirming as they where picked up,
"Shh," one of them sighed holding a needle next to one of them,
"NO! NO!" Theta shouted, "I'LL Diii---" he fell unconscious as an anesthetic was shot into his veins.
Soon after, Ushas and Koschei where knocked out by the anesthetic, then taken away from the doctors office, Ms Foalster crying as they left, They didn't seem like a mad-stallion

From now on Time Turner is going to be referred as Theta, Thete or Theta Sigma. seeing that is his name.

Asuylum

The three time-ponies woke up with enormous headaches, in a white room with each other.

"Ugh, my head.." Koschei moaned.

"What was that stuff?" Theta asked.

"To us, Poison, to them just a simple tranquilizer" Ushas said, as she held a little vial to show the two boys. "Next time you two morons, we shouldn't fight about our home, we should be proud to stand above these ponies, not fight and end up in some sort of insane asylum!"

"I'm sorry Ushas." Theta sighed.

"You better be." Ushas turned around to face the corner of the padded white room. She was angry with her two friends after 100 years she never though that she would be stuck in an equestrian insane asylum.

The door creaked open revealing one of the night guards. Coming in with food for the three. There were three foal sized helpings of daisy sandwiches, hay fries and small cups of apple juice.

"Koschei, its your turn~" Ushas sang.

Koschei smirked as he walked up to the guard. "Excuse me sir?" He asked with an innocent tone in his voice.

The guard looked.down at Koschei. "Yes? What is it?"

My friends and I aren't supposed to be here. Can you lead us out" as he spoke his eyes glowed a golden color, but faded quickly as keeled over clenching his head, and screaming in pain.

The guard just laughed thinking that he was playing around and quickly left the room.

"Theta!" Koschei groaned.

"I'm here for you Koschei." Theta ran towards Koschei laying down holding him in his hooves.

"The Drums, Theta. They get louder, and louder and louder." Koschei looked up and Theta will tears in his eyes, his voice was weak as he tapped a beat of four with his hoof.

Theta looked up at Ushas worry in his eyes, Then he looked back down at Koschei, "Hey Koschei, I've got you." "You're safe with us."

Koschei smiled then closed his eyes.

"Just always remember the twin suns shining down on you, How we played in the red grass at you're fathers estate. Climbing those silver trees Just so we could see the Suns rise over the citadel."

"You're always safe Kos." Ushas whispered, "Look at us together, all three of us... I'll never change."

Theta looked down, and discovered the older time-pony asleep, he carefully slipped out from under Koschei and sat against one of the padded walls stretching his small owl-like wings out, and relaxing up against the wall, closing his eyes to slump off to sleep.

We need to talk Thete, Theta opened his eyes suddenly as he heard Ushas's voice. He looked up at the unicorn who was staring right at him, her red eye's piercing his mind so he could receive the message.

"No we need to talk about you doing this." Theta woke up grouchy, the few times an equestrian month when he did get sleep, he really didn't want to be woken from it.

Stop talking! Ushas's voice bounced through his head involuntarily.

Why? What do you need Ushas, Theta replied the way Ushas was leading to.

The guards are gone. We can get out.

Theta rolled his eyes, Okay how, and why aren't we talking?

Ushas glanced up at a corner of the room, where a small little camera was hidden.

Ohh. We can't wake Kos though, he will probably go into shock.

We have to risk that. But we can go to Rassilon to wake him if needed.

Theta looked at the sleeping timepony. He turned back towards Ushas who was across the room by now. Quickly making a decision he might regret.

Prolouge: The House of Lungbarrow

A young colt jumped around excitedly, waiting for his new cousin to emerge from the loom it had been nearly 8 years since the last time-pony was introduced to the Lungbarrow house which happened to be himself, from what the young colt knew was he wasn't technically true like this cousins of Lungbarrow for he was born a foal and not full grown stallion like the rest of his kin. After waiting for a couple minutes the colt grew bored and walked through the halls to his room passing by his fathers study. When he arrived the young colt laid on his bed and sighed, Slowly closing his eyes until he fell sound asleep.
A sound like almost like a hurricane erupted through the house of Lungbarrow, the sound was normal so none of the 45 cousins thought anything of it, it was just a ship materializing somewhere, most likely carrying the body of the recently deceased cousin that the loom was trying hard to replace. Up in the young colts small bedroom the source of the sound materialized, a Type 40 one out of 305 not that rare and they were rumored to stop harvesting them, this of course was reasonable precautions to the time-ponys Type 40 shuttles where unrelible and tended to have flaws, this shuttle materialized around the sleeping colt and then it wheezed and moaned dissapeering with out stiring up a riot in the Housing Sector, nopony would notice the foals absence he had never became good friends with his cousins.
