//-------------------------------------------------------// The Great Deer Rebellion -by jeray2000- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// My Little Pony: Friendship is Going to Enslave Your Species //-------------------------------------------------------// My Little Pony: Friendship is Going to Enslave Your Species The deer gathered in a circle, planning a revolt against their cruel pony overlords. It took a long time to work up the courage to do such a thing, as the ponies were known for horrific crimes against the world. A direct confrontation was impossible, because Celestia the Cruel controlled the sun, and was able to hold it ransom from them with ease. And even ignoring that factor, Equestria had many other options which could defeat them with ease, keyly their military, and every deer knew it for it was traditional for mothers to warn their children of the dangers of their pony neighbors to the west. The ponies had a great arsenal of weaponry. They had a magic pond which could duplicate soldiers a hundred times over, resulting in massive army, and a spell which could utterly destroy the clones once they were done with them. As well, the ponies had the ability to create massive thunderstorms which could easily rip off the branches of the trees in the forest homes of the deer. Topping the list of tools of evil were five necklaces and a tiara which could spew forth a devastating blast of rainbow hued doom. They used this ultimate weapon of destruction without restraint, their Solar Empress even used it against her own sister in a coup, sending the Lunar Empress to the moon in total isolation, and nopony questioned it. What’s perhaps even more showing of her character is that not only did she have such power that she single hoofedly ruled the government but also had all memory of the former co-ruler erased from history. Before that, while it was still a diarchy, the Empresses turned it against their neighbors to the north, who were a military superpower with their near indestructibility from being made of crystals, claiming that they were trying to free them from a corrupt dictator. Apparently the fact that their biggest threat when it comes to a possible invasion disappeared from the map, even the children gone, was a coincidence. They had all memory of the empire erased from history as well.  Possibly their worst crime though was trapping a kind draconequus who was in the midst of solving world hunger with edible clouds which rained nourishment in stone for a thousand years, saying that he was evil because he was the incarnation of opposite force of what gave their super weapon power. As if that was a bad thing. And guess what, they had him erased from memory as well. The princesses even had the guile to use him as a lawn ornament, not that they let the common masses know he was ever a living, breathing creature. But those are merely the sins of the past, which pale in comparison to atrocities they’ve committed recently. Celestia the Cruel, realizing that her sister that she imprisoned so long ago was returning, deployed her young student, who was really more of a servant, to stop the threat. Not only risking her student’s life though, she risked the lives of five other random mares to retrieve the the most destructive weapon on Equis. The effect the weapon had when it was used the second time was perhaps worse than being trapped in the moon though, as it transformed the lunar princess into a compliant being, easily susceptible to the elder sister’s manipulations and only existing to reinforce the Solar Empress. It was fairly convenient that the Lunar Empress returned right when new users of the Equestrian super weapon were of a capable age to wield it. Shortly thereafter, Discord the Great returned, and being the compassionate soul he was, he immediately set about to ending world hunger. The cruel Solar Empress, however, set about trying to stop him right away. And once again she used the six young, untrained mares to defeat Discord when they could easily get severely injured, purposely avoiding bringing her sister to the fight in case Discord could heal her. While Discord would never inflict any permanent harm on ponies when he can avoid it, he could have done some serious damage in self-defence from their super weapon. Being the kind hearted creature he was though, he made the foolish decision to give them a fair chance at victory. Little did he know though would they play dirty and try to defeat him after they had very clearly lost, being the sore losers they are. The next act of cruelty was especially horrible for it was indiscriminately cast upon not just one individual, not even a group, but an entire race. The ponies managed to outdo themselves in  feats of wickedness on this, for the third Empress, Cadence the Hateful, demonstrated her xenophobic nature by condemning an entire species to death by starvation after seeing the actions of solely their leader, as well as suffer what will surely be grievous injuries if any survive from being blasted off by a giant pink bubble. The leader of the changelings, Queen Chrysalis, was very clearly not in her right mind for she lost control of the situation right when she was one move away from checkmate, yet the ponies felt no need to check for the cause of the insanity, or even open up any sort of diplomatic communications. And what is of no surprise is that Celestia once again made sure Luna had no part in the changeling threat, just in case the changeling might awaken a seedling inside her which gives her the ability to think for herself. Shortly after the third Empress married one of the most important stallions in the Equestrian military, Cadence the Hateful laid siege on the Crystal Empire which just returned from wherever it went after Celestia the Cruel attacked. She used a forcefield to entrap the city, the rest of the empire seemingly lost forever and not having to do at all with the fact the Cadence is only powerful enough to cover one city. The bubble, not only preventing the citizens inside until a way could be found to alter their minds somehow to force them to accept their self-imposed leader, also prevented the rightful ruler from reclaiming the Crystal Empire. Not content with merely leaving Sombra out in a freezing wasteland however, Cadance the Hateful decided to use the Crystal Empire’s own weapon to utterly obliterate Sombra. These events, combined with countless other ranging from the mistreatment of griffons to invading personal dreams, have given the deer a great fear of the ponies. But none the less, a rebellion must be done. A life of servitude simply does not work for the deer, creatures who by nature must run free through the forests. How it will be accomplished, well, those are the points of these meetings.
