During a royal ball, an attack by a secretive enemy sends Twilight Sparkle, her friends, the Royal Sisters, and many attending ponies through a magical portal, depositing them on a bleak, violence-torn world. Can these ponies, innocent from such hate, withstand the destruction long enough to find a way home?

Fresh from her failure to protect the Mojave and California from the machinations of Ulysses, the Courier forsakes her home and takes to the road once more, only to find a new challenge in a set of dimension hopping, winged or horned humanoids. Is this the redemption she craves? Or just another sad chapter in the story of Fallout?
