Once Upon A Time, Don Bluth made a kooky film based off a fairy tale. Years later, a young author would make an equally kooky fanfiction based off the same film. Except with a girl with a less ridiculous name. Lily is a human girl treated like a daughter by Zecora. Then she's kidnapped by ponies who want her to become a bride for Blueblood. She's in love with a human she met in the forest. Includes songs, incredibly awful.

Prologue

Once Upon A Time, in a land known as Equestria, there lived a zebra.

The zebra was kind and gentle, and she loved to help ponies. She loved it when her friends visited her,

but that hardly ever happened. She grew more lonely every day.

One day, she was making a pepper soup for her supper when she heard a knock at the door.

"Who is it at my door? I do wonder what's in store." She said, for this zebra all the time, only spoke in silly rhymes.

The door opened to reveal a soaked blue unicorn, who looked tired and filthy, her mane a scraggly mess, her eyes bloodshot and weary.

"You look tired my friend, come and let your anger end!" The zebra said. The mare entered with a grunt.

The zebra went to her cabinet and grabbed an extra bowl. She poured the soup into the bowls, filling the guests with more.

The unicorn attacked the meal, slurping like a wild beast.

The zebra chuckled. "So you like my little brew, tell me what are you here to do?" She asked.

The unicorn stared up from her stew. "The Great and Humble Trixie is pleased with your hospitality. Trixie has seen you are lonely, she has taken one of your tears." She produced a potted flower. It was a Heart's Desire, it's pink blossoms glowing in the candlelight. Trixie grabbed a thin vial labeled "Zebra tears" and dumped it on the blossom. "Water it daily, and soon you will have a daughter. Though she will look different, love her. " and with that, Trixie vanished into the night.

Zecora did as she said.
