As she finally turns twelve, Daring Do decides to try and finally prove that she can be a great adventurer, if not the best. And what better place to start than to work at the Equstrian Museum of Ancient History?

When she gets there to apply though, it only goes downhill from that point on. And with her sister off on some other adventure, it's up to Daring to try and take care of this on her own.

Will she stand up to the challenge, or crash and burn before she even gets the chance?

This story takes place about 7-10 years before the events of Nightmare Moon's return happens. So please keep that in mind while reading this story. Because it might get confusing as to how some ponies don't know Luna or something else.
