You start to walk back home from your job at Quills & Sofas in Canterlot. You are very exhausted. You had to work your normal ten hours, plus an extra two for overtime. That's when she appeared. Princess Celestia. She offered to take you away... to the magical world of Equestria. You had no idea what Equestria was, but couldn't really resist a better life. Plus, Celestia really didn't look like she would want to hurt you.

Now here you are, walking around in a world full of talking, colorful ponies, with special marks to indicate their special talents. Some can fly with wings, some can use varieties of magic with horns, and some are normal like the ones on Earth, but are freakishly strong. Everypony likes you and greets you with a hello or a smile. You have a good job, and a good house in Canterlot, without any bills to pay, besides rent. Equestria is paradise.

On your way back home, you walk up to a restaurant. "Bon-Bon's Confectionery". Your stomach growls loudly. You're starving after all of that work. With your paycheck in bits in your pocket, you walk into the restaurant.

After getting your table, you stare at the menu. The items mostly contain grass, hay, flowers, and other things in a pony's diet. You sigh. The item you miss the most is meat. Meat is by far your favorite food. But, the other ponies of Equestria are herbivores and vegetarians. The closest thing to meat they have is chicken eggs. But the good thing about your new diet is you have lost a lot of weight.

After looking into the menu for a while, you decide on a daffodil-and-daisy sandwich with hay fries and a sunflower smoothie. Twenty minutes later, you get your order. Biting into your sandwich, you rest your back against the chair, sighing loudly. You really enjoy Equestria. You grab your smoothie and take a long drink.

After another twenty minutes, you finish your dinner, pay the bill, and walk home.

Once you get home, you take off your work sweater and walk upstairs to your room. After having a shower and changing into some fresh clothes, you lay down in your own bed.
