//-------------------------------------------------------// The Life Of Midnight Luna -by Midnight Luna- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// Hospital //-------------------------------------------------------// Hospital Everyone slept during the day, but one pony. This pony worshiped the sun and some how found their way to the New Lunar Republic. This pony snuck into the castle wearing all black. They had a mission and they were determined to fulfill it. The hoofs gently hit the door open and as they saw Midnight laying there, they wrapped something in her muzzle silencing her scream. They wrapped rope tightly around her hoofs. They jump out the window and hurry into the woods, carrying Princess Midnight along with. Once far away from the castle the pony ties up Midnight, the take out a knife and jam it into her ribs than takes it out and slices up her wings leaving her in a blood pool. They put the knife away and run away deep into the forest. Night quickly fell and Midnight was still trapped. Princess Luna and Midnight's younger brother Sony waited for Midnight to get up so they could all eat breakfast together but when Midnight didn't show up Luna told Sony to get look for her. Sony trotted down a couple halls and stopped when he saw Midnight's door was wide open. He knocked against the wood but there was no answer so he walked in. When he saw no trace of his sister he loved so much he ran screaming for the guards. He only stopped when he reached his mother in the dinning hall. "Mom, midnight is missing. I found this note on her bed though." Sony said. "Bring it here." Luna said with a stern voice. All the guards gathered around wondering what the yelling was for. "If you want to see your beloved daughter again come to the Sun Empire at dawn and meet me by the pound." Luna read aloud. "Guards search the area until you find my daughter. Sony stay her, go find Rainbow Dash and Star Fall." Before Sony had a chance to protest his mother and the guards were gone. Sony walked down to Rainbow Dash's room and knocked. Almost instantly she answered. "What are you up to Sony?" Rainbow Dash said and flew out of her room closing the door behind her. "We need to get Star Fall and go up to the circle part of the castle. Mom wants a safe, someone hurt my sister and you two are suppose to watch over me while everyone is gone." Sony said with a hurried Rainbow Dash agreed they went to get Star Fall. They found her in the high room of the castle practicing her flying skills since this area was no longer used for anything, "Star Fall." Sony said and walked over and sat on the couch. "Yeah?" She said and landed next to Sony. Sony re-explained everything her knew and Star fall agreed. They say and talked until the morning sky started to show. "Go to sleep little filly. We will watch over you." She said. A week has passed a guard finally found something. "Princess Luna!" He comes yelling in the thrown room as Princess Luna and Prince Sony are sitting there. Princess Luna and Sony haven't slept since the day that Midnight went missing. Sony walked up to the guard. "We found her, she is currently in the hospital. She is very dehydrated, the have her hooked up for food and water to get into her system. She was stabbed in the ribs and her wings were ripped badly. They say she will be recovering for awhile" The guard said as Luna got to her hoofs and picked up Sony and they ran to the hospital. At the hospital they were ushered into her room. Sony burst into tears seeing his sister all bandaged up and skinny. He jumped from his mothers back and ran to his sister. He touched her hoof and she groaned loudly. "Be careful touching her." Doctor Eyezic said, one of the new doctors. "She will be in a lot of pain until we can get the correct amount of medicine in her body." he says. The sun was slowly coming up again and Doctor Eyezic said that visiting hours were over. Sony protested by Luna scoped him up and walked back to the castle. Sony was put in bed but he knew he wasn't going to be able to sleep knowing his sister was in pain. *A month later* Sony visited his sister everyday since the accident had happen bringing her balloons to her bedside. He missed the first time his sister opened her eyes. Doctor Eyezic was there and was super nice, or so Sony was told. The Doctor walked into the room with her chart. "She can be released today back to the castle." he said. Sony ran out of the room and went back to the castle to tell his mom. "Hello beautiful." Doctor Eyezic said as he walked over to Midnight. He brushed his hoof against her making a piece of her man fall our of her face. "Hello." Midnight said and coughed.  She had been coughing a lot lately since what happen to her. She slowly has began to fall in love with Eyezic since he has been there for her since the day she came in. "How are you feeling today? Is there anything I can get you?" he said in a soft tone. "I want to get up and walk around again." Midnight said as Eyezic helped her out of the bed. Midnight wobbled a little as she stood. Eyezic held her steady as she started to walk around the room. "I don't want to leave. But I know I have to get back to flying to the Solar Empire to get food." Midnight said as she leaned on Eyezic.and Eyezic kissed her forehead as he has done everyday before she would go to bed. This didn't alarm her she felt at home. She leaned over and kissed Eyezic. This was the start of a beautiful relationship. "Will you be my special somepony?" Midnight said. "Of course beautiful Midnight." Eyezic said. //-------------------------------------------------------// Cheating? //-------------------------------------------------------// Cheating? Since Midnight has been home she has recovered fast but her wings had been still tied down because they weren't all the way healed. Every morning after Luna leave her in her room, Midnight escapes through her window and heads to the hospital. At the hospital she looks around for Doctor Eyezic, as she has done every time before but this time was different. She looked around where he usual is but she couldn't find him. She walked up to the nurse desk. "Excuse me." She started shyly. "Have you seen Doctor Eyezic yet today?" She asked with a soft tone. She thought the nurse didn't hear her but after some clicking she looked up into Midnight's eyes. "Sorry miss I haven't seen him at all today." She said. Midnight thanked her and headed out, she had a thought and it was a dangerous one but she had to see if she was right. It was only a hunch. Midnight ran to the outer line of the woods and ripped off her bandages. She stretched out her wings and with a groan she flapped her wings and slowly lifted herself into the air. Her mother said something about needing food again so she would just play it off that, that is what she is there for. She flew as fast as she could thinking that she had to get there. She landed her feet on the out skirts of Ponyville which is in the Solar Empire. She looked around for anyone who saw her. She saw that no one had, and started her trek into Ponyville, She put her bags over her hurting wings to hide them. As she entered into Ponyville she got a lot of hello's from everypony that was up. She started to look around to see her special somepony when she bumped into someone. "Sorry I bumped into you, I wasn't paying any attention." She said and than she looked up into two yellow eyes, one looking up and the other down. "Derpy, how have you been?" Midnight said getting to her hoofs than helping Derpy up. "I've been okay, are you here looking for Doctor Eyezic? I just bumped into him not to long ago, he was with Doctor Whooves." Derpy said and lean closer than whispered. "Did you know Doctor Whooves likes me, he kissed me." She pulled a muffin from her bag and handed it to me than trotted off toward the cupcake place. Midnight looked around once more than headed toward the hospital. She walked in and she felt like a fish out of water. "Have you seen Doctor Whooves today?" Midnight asked the first nurse she had seen. "He has the day off, try the coffee shop, he likes to go there to think." the nurse said to Midnight than walked off. Midnight nodded to her self, she has never been in the Solar Empire this long she was starting to worry that people could tell she was an alicorn and didn't belong. She left the hospital. Midnight arrived at the coffee shop and opened the door, she saw Doctor Whooves sitting with Doctor Eyezic. She walked to the front and ordered a coffee and made her way to the corner of the coffee shop. She sits down and moments later the Coffee pony brings her coffee out. Midnight sips on her coffee and watches Doctor Eyezic. The Coffee pony goes over to Doctor Eyezic and bats her eyelashes and starts to flirt loudly with him. Doctor Eyezic tries to tell her no but she keeps moving her way onto him. Doctor Whooves had went off to the restroom. Midnight gets up from her chair and walks over than taps the Coffee Pony on the shoulder. "Excuse me, why are you flirting with my special somepony?" Midnight said with a stern voice trying not to loose her cool. "This girl, this slob is your special somepony?" She said turning to me. That was it Midnight used her magic to push her against the wall and used a rope to tie her there. Doctor Whooves comes out of the restroom just as Midnight grabbed Eyezics hoof and went outside. Midnight got very red in the face, she had so many questions for Doctor Eyezic. "Why are you here? Why are you flirting with another pony?" Midnight asked him trying not to loose his cool. "I am a united Equestria member. I go back and forth from the Empires to visit everyone. Also I wasn't flirting. She was pressing herself on me." Doctor Eyezic said with a hurt tone. Doctor Whooves walks out as Midnight gives him a glare. Eyezic coughs. "This is Doctor Whooves, he's my friend." Doctor Eyezic says as Midnight starts to walk away angry. "Why did I even bother?" Midnight mumbled as she runs toward the woods. She reaches the woods when she bumps into a tree and falls. Some pony helps her up. She flaps her wings and starts to fly when she falls back onto the ground, but she doesn't hit the ground she falls on top of  Doctor Eyezic. "Hold on Princess, I can get you to this log cabin not to far from here. It's hidden in the woods so no one will know you and I are here." Doctor Eyezic says as he starts off towards the cabin. Not long after he opens the door to the cabin and lays Midnight down on the bed. He goes into the kitchen and gets an ice pack. He lays it on her wings and pulls a blanket over her. He grabs a pillow and a blanket for himself and sleep on the floor next to her, to guard her from anyone who may try to enter. //-------------------------------------------------------// Alicorn //-------------------------------------------------------// Alicorn Midnight awoken to a loud bang. She instantly got up to her hoofs and went to open the door but it wouldn't open. She pushed against the door not believing someone would lock her away in a place she didn't know. Outside the door she heard her friends and than a deep voice. "Get away from that door!" Eyezic yelled. "It's my house I can do whatever I want." the deep voice said and Midnight could hear the dragging of hoofs across the floor. "Let go of my wings!" the deep voice pony yelled. "Not tell you stop trying to get into that door!" Eyezic yelled. "What are you hiding in my house Eyezic?" The deep voice growled. It stunned Midnight that the deep voice knew who Eyezic was. "Some pony was hurt and he helped them. Leave them alone and walk out of your house for five minutes and we will be gone." Rainbow Dash said. The deep voice agreed and walked out. There was a collective breath than the door opened in front of Midnight, "Oh you're up. Well we have to go. Let's go." Eyezic said and grabbed Midnight They rushed out the back door and a million questions rushed through Midnight's head. "How long have I been out?" Midnight asked in general to anyone. "A couple days because Princess Luna was worried because you had disappeared and hadn't returned,  she figured you had gone over looking for something. We saw Eyezic walking in the woods and followed him back to the cabin that you were staying in." Midnight Star says. "Why did I pass out for so long?" Midnight asked. "You tried to fly with your broken wings and crashed into a tree than landed on me, if I wouldn't have been there to break your fall you would probably be one dead or two a lot of broken bones." Eyezic trying to keep Midnight stable on her hoofs. "Because you tried to fly on your wings it will take longer for them to heal now." He explained. "Who was the pony you where yelling with?" Midnight asked. "That's Radio Active, he got poisoned when he was little and now his wings look like dragon wings, he's pretty cool if you know don't invade his house. But I really had no choice, it was either that or leave you out in the cold and I couldn't do that, I had to protect your." Eyezic said. "The walk home is going to be really long without flying." Star Fall told all of us but then looked at Eyezic knowing he doesn't have wings and walks everywhere. She felt sorry that he didn't have wings. "Midnight can I talk to you over there?" She asked and pointed over to the big tree. "I think it's best we keep moving." Midnight Star said.  Midnight let go of Eyezic and walked over to the big tree and Star Fall followed. "I think you should turn Eyezic into an Alicorn, if we all try to lift you at once we can get home faster. And I know you love him, and him as a pony he won't last forever. It's best you turn him into an alicorn while he is still young, you two should get married, you make the cutest couple." Star Fall explained every detail to Midnight. Midnight  focused as hard as she could and pointed her horn toward Eyezic. "For you my love." Midnight whispered and shot a bolt of magic into Eyezic. He flew into the air in a blue magic ball, than he came down and his wings spread wide. "The first adult male alicorn." Midnight Star and Rainbow Dash said together. Eyesic felt his back because it stung slightly. He was stunned when he felt wings on his back "What in the world?" Eyezic exclaimed than Star Fall yelled as Midnight collapsed to the ground. Everypony came running to the tree. "We have to get her back to the hospital so she can heal." Eyezic starts to lift her up but than all of the ponies lift her into the air. "You have to grab her and help us fly her back to the New Lunar Rupublic." Star Fall said. Eyezic started to flap his new wings and began to fly. He picked up Midnights side and they all began to fly back to the New Lunar Republic. They went slow so they wouldn't hurt Midnight. When they arrived Eyesic ran into the hospital and everyone gasped. He looked around forgetting he had wings. He grabbed a stretcher and ran outside. They laid Midnight down on the stretcher than they went into the hospital room. Eyezic wrapped her wings back up and then set ice on her back. Midnight slowly came back into it, but when she woke she saw Eyesic and her younger brother Sony who had decorated her room with Balloons. "W-what happen?" Midnight said but as soon as her eyes focused she realized she did what was the impossible. She turned Eyezic into an alicorn, the first adult male of his kind. As her brother was turned into an alicorn when he was little. "I really turned you into an alicorn." Midnight whispered and touched Eyezic gently. "While you were sleeping, I got you something." Eyezic said as Midnight's eyes widen. He got down and bowed than lifted his head. "Princess Midnight Luna, will you do me the honors of being my beautiful special some pony forever? Will you marry me?" He asked and gently opened a box with a ring, it was a rare jewel, Midnight wondered where he got it. "Y--yes I will marry you. But what about my mom?" Midnight asked. Eyezic smiled and put the ring over her horn. Sony was practically bouncing from wall to wall of over joyment that he was getting a brother in law "Don't worry, I already asked for her blessing, and she said yes." Eyezic said and kissed Midnight gently. Sony stopped bouncing around. "Ewww kissing." Sony said but than laughed. "Don't you already have a special somepony?" Midnight said and laughed. "I bet you have kissed her, in fact I have SEEN you kiss her." The all laughed and soon the morning came. Eyezic had left to check on other patients while everypony admired his wings.  Sony stayed by his sister to protect her from anypony who was going to get her. //-------------------------------------------------------// Wedding //-------------------------------------------------------// Wedding A year has passed since Eyezic and Midnight had been engaged and the healing of Midnight, everyone was over joyed that there was going to be a royal wedding. Sony was happy since he was getting married a week later to his special somepony. The wedding planner who planned this out for the family also took notes for Princess Luna but doubled as a wedding planner, her name is Rare Scriber. Since it was going to be at night they decied to set up some telescopes so they could watch the shooting stars. They got the telescopes from the local star inthusist, Orion Hunter, who himself was named after a consetallion. Everypony in town had wanted to make Princess Midnight the dress but she called in a friend of Rainbow Dash's to do the dress, her name is Rarity. The ShawdowBolts were also set to preform during the wedding, just as they kiss they are going to fly in and start preforming. Sony, Midnight's little brother, was going to be the ring barrer and his friend Night Wrighter was going to be the flower girl, she also wrote their vows, said to be the most romantic ever written. One of Eyesic friends, Strawberry SweetCakes, from Ponyville was coming in she was brining her famous strawberries for the Wedding. Doctor Whooves was going to be the Best Stallion. Ghost Ruby, a best friend of Midnight's, was going to be a mare of honor. Midnight was waiting at the train station for Rarity. She stretched her wings out, proud to have them back and working. She heard a train whistle so she looked down the way and saw the train approuching. The train was so bright and cheery that it made Midnight have a weird feeling in her stomach. She knew on this train were some of the guests for her wedding. The wedding was still a week away and she knew, or well heard, that Rarity could have it done and fitted to her. The train stopped and Midnight backed up to let the ponies pour out of the train. Rarity was the first off and all of her bags following her. She pulled them in a cart. "Lovely to see you made it Rarity." Midnight said in a poilet tone. Rarity bowed in front of Midnight. "It's a pleasure to meet you Princess Midnight." Rarity said. Midnight didn't liked when people bowed to her because she wanted to be treated like everyone else. She helped Rarity to her hoofs. "Come follow me, you will be staying in the Castle with us. Rainbow Dash says when you have a moment she would like to catch up, after all since you haven't seen her since she moved here." Midnight said and lead Rarity through the daylight to the big castle in center of it all. Once inside Rarity looked around basking in its golry. "This way to your room." Midnight lead her down a long hallway and at the end was her room. She opened the door and let Rarity in first. Midnight pulled the bags in with her and shut the door behind them. "This room is where you will be staying, if you need more room let me know, we usually stay up during the night but since you are from Ponyville I know you guys stay up in the day time. If you need anything you let me know. The bathroom is over to your right, and if you want I can show you where the dinning hall is so you don't go hungry. If you need more just holler, I am a room over." Rarity asked for the dinning hall since she had been on the train for so long. Midnight smiled and walked her to the dinning hall. Rairty marveled at the size of the dinning area. "Wow this is huge!" She said and smiled. "Cheif!" Midnight hollered. The Cheif ran out into the area and bowed in front of the princess. "Yes Princess?" He said with a smile. "Cater to our guest, she is new here and would like something to eat she has been starving. Don't let her starve." Midnight said in a stern voice. She felt bad when she had to use her stern voice because she is a very nice humble pony. "I would like a salad please." Rarity said. "Thank you Princess for letting me make your dress, after I am done eating I will need mesaurements than get right to work." Rarity said with a smile. "Alright. Ask for Sony, he will be in the thrown room, he knows where I will be." Midnight said than left. She headed outside then flew up into a cloud. The Shadow Bolts greeted her with a smile, after all they weren't as evil as they seemed. They flew from the cloud and started doing their routine. Midnight clapped and cheered. What seemed like awhile later they landed and laughed. "I think we need a little more practice before we preform but I think it went well." Star Fall said. "I think that was amazing." Midnight said and hugged her friends. "Princess?" Midnight heard somepony say from far below. "Sounds like that's my wedding designer, I got to go guys. That was really fantastic." Midnight said then spread her wings and landed on the round in front of Rarity. Rarity smiled and before she could speak Midnight said, "ah yes let's go get these measurements done." Midnight followed Rairty into her room. Rarity held up a white sparkling fabric. "I was thinking to use this on your dress." Rarity said with a smile. "That's beautiful, where ever did you get it?" Midnight asked. "I had imported it from the Crystal Empire just for you." Rarity smiled. "Oh my god look at your ring, it looks like a jem only found in the Crystal Empire!" Rarity exclaimed. Midnight had never thought about where her ring came from she was just happy to have it. "Thanks for doing this Rarity." Midnight said as Rarity started taking measurements. After awhile of taking every little detailed measurement Rarity sighed. "I can do this just in time for your wedding." Rarity said. "Now go get some beauty sleep." Rarity shooed Midnight out. Midnight was glad that she could get some sleep. She walked into her room and closed the door. She laid down onto the bed and almost instantly fell asleep. It was the day of the Wedding and everypony was very excited. Rarity had finished the dress but Midnight hadn't seen it yet. Midnight left the engagment ring in her drawer in the castle. Since Midnight didn't have a father, her mother was going to walk her down the isle. Midnight walked into the area where she was going to put on the dress, and get everthing done. Rarity pulls out the stunning dress and started helping Midnight into it. Midnight took one look in the mirror and new this dress was going to be the hit of the show. After the dress was on a couple ponies helped with her hair and put it up.  Midnight was ready to get all of the attention off of her. Princess Luna poped her head into the room. "Ready to go darling? You look amazing." Midnight nodded and grabbed her moms hoof. A thousand emotions ran through Midnight. She heard the music start as the guards opened the doors. "Mom I'm nervous." Midnight whispered "It's okay, smile. It's just the butterflys." Princess Luna said. Midnight smiled as she made her way down the isle. She looked up and saw the flowers over the path. She looked up into the eyes of her soon to be husband. She made her way onto the steps and look into his eyes. Everything was being read behind her and her friend nudged her from behind. "I do, I do take him to be my husband." Midnight said. "Do you take Midnight, to be your lawfully wedded wife? To love and to hold, through sickness and health?" The pony read "I do, I do take her to be my wife." Eyezic said. The ring barrier gave them each the ring on a necklace and they slipped them over their head and onto their necks. Midnight looked at hers and it looked like part of the Crystal Heart. She looked over at Eyezics and new his was just as speical, a pearl she found at the bottom of the ocean. It was the rarest of them all. "I now prounouce you husband and wife." The pony said. Eyezic leaned in and kissed Midnight. Midnight let all of the emotion wash away. She heard the Shadow Bolts over head, she didn't pay any attention. Eyezic didn't pull away which made Midnight feels safe. Someone coughed so Eyezic pulled away and pulled Midnight into a hug. "I love you Midnight, forever." Eyezic said. The wedding reception went well, everyone had a blast. Eyezic laied Midnight down into the bed and smiled. "Can we have a little filly?" Eyezic asked. "Yeah, but uh I dont want to... you know" Midnight said. "Don't worry, we don't have to do that. I know a different way." Eyesic said and without warning his horn lit up and he lowered it onto Midnights stomach and poured the magic into her stomach. Immedately Midnight felt different. Midnight curled into Eyezic. Eyezic wrapped his wings around her and pulled the blanket over them so they would be warm.  "Goodnight Midnight." //-------------------------------------------------------// Life //-------------------------------------------------------// Life Eyezic teleports outside to where Midnight was and where Orphios is laying. "The only way is to use. necrofication to regenerate from ash to flesh once more ,the marker will be redone, now everypony stay away far away the safest distance is 100 miles now go." Eyezic said. Orphios got up and teleported away. Eyezic picked up a rock and broke his horn off. A hissing noise came from the now broken horn. Eyezic then concentrated on his horn and a new one grew in its place. "Now lets see about making this marker bigger." Eyezic said softly. The ashes of Midnight lifted in the air and began to glow and took shaped, there was a flash of light then a explosion the marker disappeared and Midnight laid sleeping on the ground. Midnight soon awoke rubbing her head. "I had this crazy night mare, I was white and had a new cutie mark. I had this yellow circle above my head, they called me an angel." Midnight said standing to her hoofs. As she did Eyezic grabbed her and pulled her into a hug. "Don't scare us like that again." Eyezic said and as if Orphios and Baylor knew they teleported into the forest beside them. Orphios and Baylor hugged Midnight too. Orphios used her magic and teleported back to the thrown room. Luna got to her hoofs and wraped her wings around everypony. "Midnight, I was scared I lost my only daughter." Luna said. Lily and Leon as if knowing the situation came and snuggle their way into the group hug. Animal Prints and Hot Chocolate walked into the room. Hot Chocolate had a huge tray of Hot Chocolate and with the smell Midnight pushed everypony off and raised a cup to her mouth and drank from it.Everypony else grabbed a cup and began to drink. Lily and Leon ran around Midnight and than Leon pushed Lily over. "Hey now, Leon be nice." Midnight moved Leon away from Lily. "L...lily." Leon said softly. Midnight spit out her drink and set it down. "What did you say Leon?" Midnight said. "Lily." Leon repeated. "Flower." Lily said.and held p her little toy. "Can you say Wings, Leon?" Midnight said softly. "Wi...wings." Leon said. "Good job Leon." Midnight pat his head gently. Animal Prints had on her back the small kitten that Luna got for the kids. "KITTY!" They both yelled and ran to Animal Prints. "Hey kiddos, I was just coming to check on your kitty, making sure everything was alright with her." Animal Prints said than set the kitten down for the kids. The kids didn't pull on the kitten they moved their hoofs around and the kitten would chase them.  All of the kids started to play with the kitten. "So kiddos what are you going to name the kitten?" Animal Prints asked. "I think we are going to name him Moon, after all he is black and white like the moon, the black representing the night and the white the moon." Luna said with a laugh. At that that moment NightShade, Luna's other son, not the head Shawdow Bolt, walked into the room and lifted the Hot Chocolate to his lips and drank it all. MoonSweet, NightShade's girlfriend, walked in after him with a drowsy look. They both walked over to Midnight and looked around with a wierd look. "What happen while we were gone?"  NightShade asked. "I died." Midnight said with a laugh. "Than I brought her back." Eyezic said and picked up Leon. "We missed all of that?" MoonSweet asked and Midnight nodded. "Well we are heading to bed." Midnight said and set Lilly on her back than walked out of the room and headed toward their room. Eyezic followed with Leon on his back. Once there they set the babies in their cribs and then curled up in the bed together just as the sun was peaking over the horizon. Midnight used her magic to close the curtains than fell fast asleep. //-------------------------------------------------------// the War //-------------------------------------------------------// the War It's almost been a year since the word of the war had gotten out. The army had been training non stop since the word had been let out by Luna. Midnight guarded her kids at all cost. She used a protection spell around her room. She hadn't even been able to celebrate her little babies birthdays. Eyezic was pacing back and forth. "I want to fight Eyezic, I have to. It's my kingdom too." Midnight said. "Your mother AND father said you can't fight. You have to watch our kids." Eyezic said and stretched his wings out. If looks could kill Eyezic would be dead and on fire. "That isn't fair, you can fight and I can't?" Midnight said with a growl. "Mommy." Lilly said and pulled on Midnight's mane. "Yes hunny?" Midnight said and picked her up and held her gently in her hoofs. "No fight." Leon said as he paced back and forth with his father. Leon and Lilly have been practicing their words ever since their first words just a year ago. "Dad?" Leon said and looked up at his father. Eyezic stopped pacing for a moment and looked down at Leon. 'Yes Son?" Eyezic said. "War... Why?" Leon said. He sounded funny when he talked because he didn't know all of his words. "Because there always has been a war, but they just want to be ruled under one Princess." Eyezic said. "And that Princess should be me." a voice said as the door swung open and Princess Celestia walked into the room. "What are you doing here?"  Midnight said and used her magic to hide her kids close to her. "I have come to tell you that if you want to fight for us there is still room. Me and my Prince, Romantic Heart and our little baby Princess Ebony Heart all rule as one and would love for you to join us Midnight. Celestia started to walk closer but Eyezic stood in the way. "Oh Eyezic, I've seen you in Ponyville and if you want to continue I would move." She said with a snappy tone. Eyezic looked back and Midnight than looked back to the Princess in front of her. "No." Eyezic said in a challenging voice. Celesita leaned down and touched her horn to Eyezic. Magic slowly spilled into Eyezic making him numb and he collapsed to the ground. "EYEZIC!" Midnight yelled. Celesita took a step over him and leaned in toward Midnight. "Get away from me if you want to live." Midnight threatened the Princess. "Now, now Midnight you know you don't have the guts to kill me." Celestia said. Celestia laughed and set a paper down on her bed than teleported out of the room. Midnight used her horn to wake up Eyezic. She looked down at the paper and unrolled the paper. It read Midnight you know you should fight for me, if you don't your family will suffer. Midnight burned the paper and laid down. The day of the war came fast. The eclipse over head, the ponies all in their armor. They all lined up over a hill, and when they heard the horn they all charged through the forest and ran to Ponyville, jabbing any pony with the Solar Empire armor on. Midnight was back at the castle guarding her children because she didn't know what Celestia had in plan for her kids.Midnight heard the clashing of the armor not to far from the castle. Midnight couldn't stop thinking of how Eyezic was. Eyezic ran into the battle next to his father in law. They had really long spears attached to their armor, they were stabbing ponies like it was nobody's bussiness. Eyezic would wonder every now and again if he knew any of the ponies that he was stabbing, if they had family, if they had children like he does. Soon they blood started splashing on his fur, he tried to aim for the heart so it would be a quick and almost painless death. They entered Canterlot and the troops were waiting. The New Lunar Republic was holding up well with the troops but it seemed the Solar Empire was sending any pony and every pony into battle. They troops slowly dwindled down in the Solar Empire. The head guard ran into the Castle with a chunk of the troops. They looked for Celestia but she seemed to have vanished in thin air. They looked all over and found no trace of life any where. Luna flew in knew she was now delcared the Princess of Equestria, once she was back in the New Lunar Republic she went into Midnight's room. "Good news," Luna said with a happy smile. "We won, and you are getting your own kingdom. You get to rule all by yourself, you can take Eyezic and your family. The Royal Guards will be there to help you along." Luna said. Midnight's heart did a flop, beating a million miles an hour. How was she going to rule a whole empire by her self? //-------------------------------------------------------// Discord's Wedding //-------------------------------------------------------// Discord's Wedding Midnight was packing her bags along with her kids. She hasn't had the heart yet to tell her husband who was still recovering from a jab to the side. He was laying just in the other room but she didn't want to disturb him. Her window was open as the kids played around the room, running back and forth. Discord flies in through the open window and lays himself on the bed. "Ah hello Midnight, long time no see, I haven't seen you since you were a little filly back in the orphanage." Discord said with a sweet tone. Midnight dropped her black hat with a pink bow down to the ground and looked Discord in the eyes. "How did you know I lived in a orphanage?" Midnight said. "Don't you remember? I was there too." Discord said and laid his head back onto her pillows. "We use to play in the night." he said. "Yes, and why are you here now?" Midnight asked and Lily jumped in front of her and growled. "Lily it's okay." Midnight said in a soft voice. She told her it was okay although she wasn't sure of it herself. "I want to invite you to my wedding. Celestia made me a lover so I would leave you guys alone. Disca come in here my love." Discord cooed, as he did another Draconequus flew into through the window and laid herself over Discord. Discord wrapped himself around her. Midnight stood there taking it wondering if the girl was just a figment of her imagination or if she was really there. "The wedding is at sunrise." Discord said than moved toward the window. "It's in Canterlot, at what was Celestia's castle." Discord said and him and Disca flew out the window holding each other close. Midnight decided since it would take her awhile to fly there she better head out now. She closed her window and locked her window. She picked up both the kids and set them on her back. Midnight trotted out of the  room and went into the room the Eyezic was recovering in. "Eyezic I have some where to go, watch the kids. I will be back tonight." Midnight said and without another word she walked out of the room and closed the door. She couldn't let Eyezic know she was going to Canterlot unsupervised, he would freak out. Midnight walked into the Everfree forest and saw Radio Active and his girlfriend Moss. Midnight walked over and waved a hoof. "Hey guys, where you heading?" Midnight asked in a friendly tone. "We are heading to Discord's wedding." Moss said. Radio Active hugged Midnight. "Sorry I was mean to you last time I met you." Radio Active said. Midnight hugged him back and laughed. "It's fine, I wasn't totally sure who I was. It's really a long story." Midnight said. "I'm going to Discords wedding, how about we all walk together?" Midnight suggested. Moss and Radio Active looked at each other. "Yeah, we'd like that." They both said than giggled. Midnight and the couple walked all the way to Canterlot just as the sun was peaking over the horizon. They sat in the garden where the pony in front had instructed them to go. They sat in the chairs, there wasn't many ponies here, Midnight noticed the Hot Chocolate was here, he was putting the hot chocolate down on the table. It was slightly chilly since it was turning into fall, even with the sun up it was still cold. Midnight got up and went over to Hot Chocolate. "Hey Hot Chocolate." Midnight said and smiled. She had always admired Hot Chocolate because he got her hot chocolate just perfect. It always had little marshmallows in side of it. "H-hey Princess." He stuttered out. He bowed in front of her. "You don't have to bow to me, we are friends." Midnight said and helped him to his hoofs. "Thank you for always making the best Hot Chocolate, I love the little marshmallows. May I have a cup?" Midnight asked and Hot Chocolate nodded. Midnight used her magic to bring it to her lips and what she tasted surprised her. "Mmm. What's this I taste?" Midnight questioned. "It's mint, Discord requested it." Hot Chocolate said shyly and looked down. Celestia walked to the front and stood under a huge tree. "It's time everypony, come take a seat." Celestia said and everypony took their seats next to each other. Discord flew in. in a tuxedo and stood under the tree. Celestia raised her horn and placed the place in a protecton bubble. Twilight escorted Disca to the front as music played in the background. Once Disca was in the front Discord smiled really huge. "We are gathered here today to marry Discord and Disca, if anyone has an objection speak now or forever hold your peace." Celestia said and nopony said anything. Midnight noticed that there were tears in Celestia's eyes. She had her wings out but now they were by her side. "Discord you wrote your own vows, I understand." Celestia said. "I promise to be your lover, companion and friend,  Your partner in parenthood, Your ally in conflict, Your greatest fan and your toughest adversary. Your comrade in adventure,Your student and your teacher, Your consolation in disappointment, Your accomplice in mischief. This is my sacred vow to you, my equal in all things. all things." Discord said as he smiled still. "Now your vows Disca." Celestia said. "You are my lover and my teacher, You are my model and my accomplice, And you are my true counterpart. I will love you, hold you and honor you, I will respect you, encourage you and cherish you, In health and sickness, Through sorrow and success, For all the days of my life." Disca said and it was the first real time Midnight heard Disca speak. "Discord do you take -" Celestia choked. "Disca to be your lawfully wedded wife?" Celestia said. "I do." Discord said and slid a ring onto Disca's claw. "Do you Disca take Discord to -" Celestia choked again. "Lawfully wedded husband?" Celestia finished. "I do." Disca said slide a ring onto Discord's claw. "I now pronounce you husband and wife." Celestia said than opened her wings and flew off into the maze of the Court. Twilight and Midnight opened their wings and followed. It wasn't hard to find Celestia. They landed near her and Twilight ran up asking a million question but their was one bugging Midnight. "Do you still love Discord?" Midnight asked. Celestia looked up and you could tel she had been crying. "Yes." Celestia muttered. Midnight opened her wings and started to fly home. She knew there was nothing she could do to help. When her hoofs finally hit the castle grounds Eyezic was outside sitting on the front steps he looked up and saw Midnight standing there. He got up and groaned but he wrapped his hoofs around Midnight. "Where have you been?" Eyezic asked. "I went to a wedding." Midnight said and explained to Eyezic about Discord asking her to be there. "You didn't think I could take care of myself did you?" Midnight said and stormed into the castle. She went upstairs to the top level of the castle and threw open the door the guest room. She slammed it behind her and tossed herself onto the bed and pulled the blanket over her. She needed time to think about everything that is happening lately. //-------------------------------------------------------// New Castle //-------------------------------------------------------// New Castle As Midnight set the bags onto the chariot she felt weird leaving her life alone to go who knows where. Eyezic held Leon who was screaming at top of his lungs. They boarder onto the the other chariot and the guards began to fly. Midnight curled up as the chariot was big enough to do so, and Lily was curled up next to her. Eyezic watch over as they flew south toward the beaches. Eyezic thought about the abandon castle that stood there. The beaches were by a set of mountains, there was a secret town up in the mountains and town under the sea which nopony knows about. The chariot landed on the grounds of the beach. Guards walked out of the castle, they took the bags inside. Midnight walked out onto the warm sand that sunk into her hoofs. She set Lily onto the sand. Lily instantly ran to the water and started to splash around. There were two ponies standing near them. Midnight glanced over and realized that it was Sony and another pony. Midnight walked over. "Hello, I'm Princess, or well Queen Midnight Luna, you are?" Midnight said. "I'm your sister, Sugar Rush." the strange pony said. "Mom has kept me out here for awhile with Aunt Celestia, since you are here now Celestia is going back to her castle and I'm going back to The New Lunar Republic since your room is now available." Sugar Rush said. Midnight hugged her. "Sony I see you are here as well." Midnight said as Sony picked up Lily. Sony hugged his sister than went to the chariot and so did Sugar Rush. Midnight walked into the castle and the guard showed the family around. Midnight loved that the castle was smaller than the one she lived in before, it was the perfect size for her family and the guards. It even had a couple extra rooms for quests. "This is the dinning hall, there is your own chief inside here." The guard said and opened the door with his magic. The chief inside waved a hoof. The smell hit Midnight's nose instantly, she couldn't place what the wonder smell was. The guard started to walk away but Lily wondered in. The chief picked her up in his hoof and placed her on Midnight's back just as she was leaving. The guard showed the family to their room. He pointed out the window to the sea. "There is a town down there of mer-ponies. and out there-" he said and walked to the other room across the hall. "is a family of dragons and ponies that live our there. Your job is to rule over them. You have a meeting tomorrow there and than later down under water. Don't worry your amulet will help you breath under water." He said looking at the amulet around Midnight's neck. He came close to Midnight. "My name is Edward if you need anything just yell... And don't worry I will keep you guys safe, and I will keep the secret of the amulet safe." Edward said. Midnight nodded than as Edward left Midnight stared out the window just as the moon was rising over head. As the moon light rose into the room Midnight went into the families room and saw that everypony was asleep already. She curled into bed next to Eyezic than turned to see their was a crown on the bed side. It had a bunch of jewels in it. She used her magic to pick up the note. "The Elements of Harmony." She read softly she was nervous and scared. She turned out the light waiting for the big day a head tomorrow. //-------------------------------------------------------// Babies //-------------------------------------------------------// Babies It's been almost a year since Midnight had gotten pregnant. Princess Luna took it hard but she has other getting the food for the kingdom since she had put Midnight on bed rest when she gotten bigger. It was hard for her to walk anywhere since she gotten so big, she didn't understand why she was so big. Today was the day she was told she was to give birth. Eyezic had the day off work, Princess Luna was already waiting at hospital, Eyezic woke up before Midnight. Midnight was sleeping when the Pegasus lifted her onto the stretcher. The Pegasus wish they could be there but they had practice with the ShadowBolts today. Ghost Ruby waited with Sony and Princess Luna at hospital. Midnight groaned in pain as Eyezic wheeled her into the hospital, every doctor came around her to ask what's wrong. Eyezic explained that she was going into labor. Midnight's eyes are closed as she is escorted into the room where she is going to give birth. "Midnight, we are going to numb you up so it will be easier to deliver your filly." one of the doctors said. The doctor gently poked a needle into her which numbed her fast. "It's time." Midnight said and rolled onto her side. Moments later without warning she grabbed Eyezic and started to cry. "What's wrong Midnight?" Eyezic said but than a couple of second later he heard a cry. The doctor told Midnight to push again, and she did. The doctor held a small filly in his hoofs, he gently wiped the filly of blood. "Congratulations, it's a baby boy. He is also the first born alicorn. What would you like to name him?" the doctor asked. Midnight and Eyezic thought it over, whispering back and forth than Eyezic held him in his hoofs and smiled. "Leon Cutler." Eyezic whispered and kissed the filly on the forehead. Midnight started to groan loudly. The doctor placed his hoof on Midnight's stomach. "She's having another." the doctor informed everyone. There was a collective gasp from everypony. "Midnight, be careful. Push until you hear the cry and I will take care of the rest." he said. Midnight did as she was told and kept pushing until the little filly cried. The doctor pulled the little filly out and washed it up than Midnight sat up and the doctor laid the filly in her hands. "Welcome the first twin alicorns to the world. This one is a girl, what would you like to name her?" "Lillian Waters." Midnight whispered as she kissed little girls forehead. The two fillies cried but the new parents laid them down into the little cribs and rocked them back and forth. Luna raised her horn and put a protection spell around them so only the parents could pick them up. "Than are so beautiful, Congratulations you two." Ghost Ruby said and hugged Midnight. "I have to go home, it's getting late, I'll be back tomorrow to see how you guys are." She said. She walked out of the room and Sony walked in. "Awwww." Sony said as he walked by the cribs, than hugged his mother, than he yawned as huge as can be. "Guess it is time for us to head home. I will send Sony tomorrow to check on your guys." Princess Luna said. They walked out and shut the door behind them. Eyezic curled up in a chair next to Midnight. Midnight got up and showered in than laid in the clean new made bed that Eyezic made for her. She checked on the fillies than went to her bag and pulled out a lilly flower, she gave that one to Lillian. She pulled out a stuffed pair of wings and stuck it under Leon's hoofs. She curled up on the bed, she used her magic and shut off the light. "Good morning everyone. Sweet dreams, I love you." Midnight said with a whisper. The sun was just going down as Sony entered the room. The fillys cried by the new noise. Midnight woke up and used her magic to picked up the fillies and lay them on the bed. She rubbed their bellies. "Shhhh little fillies." Midnight whispered. "Welcome back Sony." Sony was carrying 5 balloons. He used his magic and tied one who each crib than one to Midnight's bed and than the next one two Eyezic's chair he was still asleep in. "Hey sis, how are you feeling? Sony asked. "I haven't slept much, had to feed the fillies in the middle of the night, haven't slept much since." Midnight said. "I don't think Eyezic is taking this well, maybe he is but isn't showing." Sony walked over to the bed. "Wow they have a full mane already." Sony said softly. "Can I hold one?" He asked eagerly. "Sit down so you don't drop him." Midnight said and Sony sat on the ground. Midnight put the fillies pillow by Sony than laid the Filly into Sony's hoofs. Sony laughed and played with the little filly. Midnight used her magic to do Lilly's mane and puts two chopsticks to hold her mane up, than putting a mane-tie in her tail. She looked beautiful. She started to cry.  "Hush little filly don't you cry, mommy is going to buy you the whole wide world." Midnight sang softly and brought the bottle close to her mouth and the young filly began to drink. Midnight smiled and brushed a stray piece of her mane out of her eyes. "Wow you sing so wonderfully." Sony said. "Thanks." Midnight replied and blushed. Sony rocked little Leon back and forth keeping him from waking his father. Eyezic woke up and yawned. He kissed Midnight's cheek. "How did you sleep Eyezic?" "I slept alright, where is the little man?" Eyezic said. "I got him." Sony said. He used his magic to lift Leon up and set him into his hoofs. Eyezic held him and rocked him gently. Eyezic lifted Leon's wings toy and gently laid it into the little filly's arms. "Look at  all these balloons Sony brought." Eyezic said. Midnight got up and said she'd be right back. She stretched her wings and flew off the bed and landed on the floor next to the door. She walked out of the door and stopped dead in her tracks. She may not know much about her birth parents but she knew the pony when she stepped foot out of the door. "Lillian." Midnight said. She walked up close to her. Midnight scowled at her. "There you are! I heard you were having a filly and wanted to come see." Lillian said. "I don't want to see you, you abandoned me when I was just little. I don't want you to ever come back to the New Lunar Empire, ever again." Midnight said. "I-" Lillian started. "I don't care. I don't want you near my children." Midnight said even though she secretly longed for a hug from her, just to be normal but yet she loved her life. Midnight made sure that Lillian left the hospital than she walked around until she found the nursery. She looked inside and admired the other little ponies around. She looked from the unicorns to the Pegasus to the earth ponies. She wondered what it would be like to be normal, not to have this war between the Empires. Princess Luna had mentioned about a war upcoming. Midnight wanted to be home ready for the war so she could fight and have Eyezic watch the kids but she knew that she would be the one watching the fillies because Eyezic would want to protect her and the kids. She could die if she fought in the war. She was willing to fight in the war and possibly die protecting her kingdom. Midnight walked outside and stretched her wings and took off. She flew to the castle and went inside. She itched the band from the hospital on her hoof. Midnight walked into the thrown room to see her mother sitting there. "Mom, I want to fight in the war. I don't care the risks. I will fight for our kingdom. This is where I have grown up all my life and this is who I want to fight for. Please let me fight." Midnight pleaded. "Midnight, you cannot fight in this war as you have just had children." Princess Luna said. Angrily Midnight walked out of the castle and flew back to the hospital. She walked into the room and she realized that she spent awhile flying to the castle and back that it was already sun light. Everypony was asleep, she used her magic and put Sony into a chair and put both of the little fillies into the cribs and gently rocked them back and forth until she got to tired. She curled up into the bed and pulled the blanket over her. She used her magic to lay blankets over the fillies, Eyezic and Sony. Midnight turned off the light and fell asleep. The war was raging outside, the fire was blazing hot as could be. The little fillies were crying loud. Midnight had run out of ideas how to clam them down. She put them into their crib and rocked it back and forth gently trying to keep them calm. She called for Ghost Ruby to watch the fillies. Ghost Ruby watched them as Midnight ran out of the room. Midnight through on some armor and grabbed a long spear and fassigned it to her armor. She ran outside and looked for any pony wearing Solar Empire than started to jab them one by one. She didn't care if they had a family at this point. She slaughter pony after pony, the blood getting all over her armor. Midnight saw Eyezic laying on the ground, she ran to him and laid her horn onto him and pressed life into his body. He got up and coughed. "Thank you mystery Stallion." Eyezic whispered gently than ran off into the blazing heat. It didn't occur to Midnight that she looked like a stallion with the raging heat. She ran at the next pony with the Solar Empire armor and brought them to the ground. Midnight didn't fear the world anymore she just started going after anypony and everypony who held the arms of the Solar Empire. Midnight woke up in the middle of the day sweating all over. She looked around and decided that she was just having a daymare. She got up with a yawn and check on the little fillies. She gently put their toys up against their bodies holding them upwards. They smiled at her than Midnight got back into the bed and curled up with the blanket slowly falling back into sleep. Back at the castle Luna was preparing the rooms for the new family to come home. She even brought them home a surprise for them. She went to the pet store and got a little kitten. The kitten would run around the new room and pounce on the pillows. Princess Luna would send Hot Chocolate who makes her favorite hot cocoa in the morning to her so she had something sweet to wake up to.. //-------------------------------------------------------// Father //-------------------------------------------------------// Father "Do you think it's time to tell them about us?" Orphios, Luna's husband, said softly in the dim light of the room. "I am very nervous to show you to the family, even though we already have two kids of our own. It's kind of sad that we have to keep them hiding from the others. Sony is bringing his two new babies home today as so is Midnight. I think today is the day we tell them." Luna said. She picked up her hoof and gently set it on to Orphios's cheek and kissed him lightly. The day quickly faded to night and Midnight and everypony quickly fled into the room. Luna was sitting in the thrown room with Orphios. "Who's that?" Midnight quickly said, pulling her babies close to her. "Midnight, relax. I am your father." Orphios said with a hushed tone. He walked closer and touched Midnight's hoof. "W-what? Luna adopted me from the orphanage when I was just a little filly."  Midnight said very confused. "We planted you there because we were nervous, but now we are for sure that we want to be all a family. You also have two other brothers, Lighting and Thunder." Orphios said softly. They both walk into the room at the moment, Sony grabbed all of the little children  and took them away. Midnight felt dizzy and collapsed into Eyezics hoofs. Eyezic curled her close to him as he looked into the eyes of his father in law. "Why did you hide yourself from her for so long?" Eyezic beamed and if eyes could shoot daggers Orphios would be dead. "It was only for her protection." Orphios said while sitting back down with Luna. They started talking as Eyezic held Midnight close. He petted her mane and kissed her forehead. Her eyes slowly fluttered open. "I had the worst nightmare." Midnight said than looked up. "But it seems to be a reality." Midnight tried to force a laugh. Nobody laughed they all new how awkward this was and didn't try to make it any less. "This is to much for me. Sony take care of Lily and Leon for me okay?" Midnight said and used her magic to teleport out into town. She saw Hot Chocolate, her favorite person to give her well Hot Chocolate. She ran out to the outer woods. She could hear the yells of her family out in the distance. "I'm sorry." Midnight said and bowed her head. Her necklace with her ring drops onto the ground. She focus hard and her horn lights up. "I love you, goodbye." Midnight whispered as the magic slowly filled her body and she turned to ash. Orphios and Sony were the first ones there. Orphios tried to use his magic to bring his only daughter back. Sony hit his hoofs against the tree until they bled. They both crused when nothing happened. Sony laid an amulet that Midnight have given him next the her ring. "I love you sister, please come back." Sony whispered. Fierce he teleported himself to the mountain tops and cried. Orphios bowed his head and cried softly. "I love you Midnight." he whispered softly.
