It's a direct sequel to "Nightmare Mom" by Dubs Rewatcher. Princess Twilight Sparkle has been grounded by her mom, imprisoned in her room reinforced with xenodite, an extremely expensive material resistant to magic. Twilight got out. After some arguing with her mom they come to agreement and Twilight promised her mom to obey her bedtime from then on.
Unfortunately, in the process some bad decisions were made. In particular, Twilight Velvet brought Princess Luna on threshold of turning back into Nightmare Moon. Also, a prison to hold an alicorn is rather expensive...

Well, now Twilight Velvet is out of prison, having paid for some of her transgressions. Twilight Sparkle has paid for some more of them.
