Changelings have very recently been allowed to roam the streets of Canterlot and a few other cities and towns freely, as citizens of Equestria. But not all is well.

Changelings are still considered vermin by most of the populace, and it's become a sick game for the teens of Canterlot to abuse changelings living on the streets.

Because of this, Reason takes on the form of a pony when she is out running errands. She's always dreamed of true love, but never believed she would find it.
