The super detective by the alias, L, tragically dies at a pivotal new development in his case that has been stagnating and costing uncountable lives to the killer for almost an entire year. We take a look at his afterlife in a seemingly utopian alien realm where nothing ever seems to go wrong. With such a cunning mass murderer still loose in his own world, and coming so heartbreakingly close to stopping that threat, the guilt begins to drive him mad. And he must own the unfinished legacy he left behind and move on with faith that his successors will finish it and let him rest in peace.

Highly requested for a return, so I re-wrote this deleted, lost story and made it better, I think. You know. Giving it a direction. I think this is a really fan service-y crossover so tons of background on both shows is expected already from the audience. It might be a little too subtle for soft-core fans. But if you're looking for more L, and you just can't get enough of that awesome character, this one's for you.
