Prologue: The Story story begins…
A young traveler walks through the dead of night during his evening strolls around the city of early Manhattan, until out of nowhere an arrow pierced his heart. He coughed up blood and screamed in agonizing pain until he slowly blacks out.
He awoke to the sound of birds; he got up from the ground to check his surroundings.
He is in a field with a house in front of him with the moon still out, he walked towards the house to ask for directions, he opened the door and to his surprise there is an old lady in a rocking chair.
He wonders why there was an old lady doing in the middle of nowhere his thoughts was interrupted when she began to speak.
“Hello there I was expecting you, before you have any questions I would like to say that I feel sorry for your fate,” She said in a sympathetic voice.
He asked himself why she felt sorry for him when he had no idea to what she was talking about.
“Ah I see you haven’t figured it out yet, but first things first my name is fidelity and what’s yours?” fidelity asked.
He told her his name.
“nonono that name won’t do, not where you’re going how ‘bout your new name is… Nova Blade.
He asked where is he going and why
“Sorry I forgot about that sometimes my memory goes blank when I’m this old,”
“Okay how to put this…in words you understand, your dead and you have the mark to prove it, to lift this curse you will stand in front of the golden gates to another world without knowing how you got there and behind the gates there is a portal that would answer to all your questions, now go before it’s too late!”
He quickly got out of the house quickly as he can.
He begins to wonder how is he dead when he perfectly remembers he is from…he couldn’t remember where is he from or what is his life was like before he appeared in front of the house.
There is only one way through this is going to the golden gates and walk through the portal to lead him into an unknown world.
5 days later
He arrived at the golden gates and behind it was an ancient ruin.
He pushes the gates out of the way and saw a vortex opens up right in front of him.
He teetered back and forth; he then fell straight through the vortex.
Where am I going? he thought to himself.
