We can't all go move in with Braeburn, so who goes, and where do the rest go? All this worry is making me sweat. And now the brothers are offering their cider to the whole town. The non-Apple family cider, even though we grew the apples. They love it. "Better than I've ever had," they say, "Glad we've got Flim and Flam." There is no one to turn to. -Applejack

We do not all fit in the tent, so some are sleeping outside. I am one of them. If only Applebloom had kept her mouth shut, then we wouldn't have been in that competition in the first place. I have to stay calm, otherwise we all will end up turning on each other. Granny and Big Mac are taking this really hard. It's my turn to keep watch. -Applejack

After Momma and Daddy were gone, it was my responsibility to guide her. Not she's got no childhood to live. She didn't even know 'em. Everyone is helping build a treehouse-looking hut. We are trying to prepare for the harsh winter to come. -Applejack

There isn't enough to support us all. Some of us will have to find somewhere else, and I'm afraid one of them will be me. I just can't let Granny go, and that's who everyone wants to go. She's the weakest of the bunch. I'll have to go for her. There ain't nothin' else for us to do. I'll have to go find another place. Maybe my friends will let me stay for the winter. I really do hope so.

She is gettin' pretty worried 'bout the food, there's a storm comin' tonigth and she may not have enough for us both. We might even be trapped in all tomorrow. I hope not. Zecora's outside. Why would anypony be out right now? She's not even wearin' a coat or nothin'! I just don't know what to do. I'll have to stop writin' in here and get back to you when I get some things off my plate.
