Stasis Containment Pod #02
Cyclone-09 Statis Containment Pod Platform
“SCP #02 has been detached from Platform A. Manual Controls activated, changing course for SCP #02. New course, Alpha Sector, Planet: Homo Sapius. Launching SCP #02. Launch Successful.”
The sound of a plasma blast rang out across the desolate, sterile platform as hooves and claws pounded across the metallic floor. A single pony ran stopping occasionally to turn around and fire his plasma rifle.
He in turn received fire back from security teams belonging to the ship, or a Cyclone classed ship, he was in. He passed several consoles, the same ones he had used just minutes ago. He slided down on his side just as a hail of plasma flew over head.
The security team quickened their pace as they splitted off into three teams. The stallion made a left turn towards the side of the ship. There, a glass view covered one side of the hallway where anyone could see outer space and all her glory.. Other ships were also stationed near the Cyclone.
When the runner looked back, he only saw one team which made him panic. He looked everywhere for the other two teams whilst dodging a plasma burst near his rear.
A black shadow flew overhead and tackled the runner, the runner, out of breath gave up easily as he was pinned down. His front and rear legs were cuffed while he layed on his back. He looked up to see the other two teams, they had ambushed him while he ran away from the other team.
A smirking unicorn walked up to the tied up pony, she looked down on his face before kicking him in the stomach. He grunted in pain as he laid on the metallic floor.
“Dispose of him, I want to know where SCP #02 went and who is in it this instant.”
“Yes ma'am,” said the security team as a large figure walked towards the stallion. The figure slowly picked up the stallion by his neck.
“Avalis are known for them being able to drink ammonia, its like water to you ponies. Our bodies are also composed of ammonia, so we use that to our advantage.” the figure spoke to the pony in his claws.
The stallion’s neck started to freeze with frost starting to cover it. He started to choke as frost started to freeze his airway causing him to stop breathing. The avali simply threw down the soon-to-be dead stallion on the floor.

“Dude you should’ve seen the way that guy hit Mark, it was like pow and he was out like a light.” I laughed as I drank my beer. I sat at a table for four, only three seats were taken.
“Well how was I suppose to know she already had a guy, she was flirting with me then her boyfriend comes out of nowhere.” Mark, a mechanic, or a scientist he called himself. He worked at Aperture Science or something. ONe time he tried to convince me to buy a Aperture turret,
He was a decent sized fellow with blond hair. Most of the time he wore a white shirt and black jeans. Sometimes when he is serious or talking scientifically, the annoying would be like off the charts. Then there was Connor.
“Hey guys, I propose that we should go out hunting or fishing. We could make a barbecue or something because I’m craving for some fresh meat,” Interjected Connor. He was a ginger, what else is better than having a ginger as a pal or buddy? He wore black overalls but when we go out into town, he wears a suit and turns up the swagger.
He owns a ten by ten acre of woodland full of animals where lives in a house we were residing in. I felt bad for him because Mark and I only came by about two or three times a month so he lives most of his life alone in the woods.
“Yeah a hunt, but if we’re going hunting, then I gotta get my rifle cleaned, haven’t used it for ages” I said, finishing the last of my beer, I tossed it into the trashcan where it clinked with all the other empty bottles. “Wait, I gotta use the restroom.”
I got off the leather couch and made my way outside. Connor’s house didn’t have a toilet because it was built a long time ago. He made a shed out in the back for when nature called. I caught a glimmer of light in my field of vision. This was when I saw a shooting star.
Smiling, I said, “I wish for something big to happen in my life.” My life was boringcbeing just a I sighed and opened the shed’s door. I did what I had to do and zipped up my pants. I walked back to the house before looking up again.
I noticed something particular about the shooting star I had saw earlier, it was bigger, and maybe some flames were tailing it too? That’s when I realized, it was a meteorite or something falling down to the earth. I quickly ran to the house barging into the door like a psychopath.
“Guys come look, I thinks its a meteorite!” Mark spitted out his beer and quickly ran out pushing me aside. Connor, the ever paranoid guy he is loaded his pistol and rifle before dashing out.
I had ran out before Connor did and saw the meteorite flying towards us. Turning around I saw it heading for the parking lot. Connor owned about ten acres of woodland area and the meteorite had to crash near the parking lot.
I raced as fast as I can jumping over a yellow pole. I threw myself on my car’s door and opened it. I maneuvered the car out of the meteorites way as panic filled me. I threw myself out of the door as the meteorite touched the ground and I was blown away from the blast.
I huddled behind my car as the meteorite came to a halt about one fourth of a mile away from me. A streak of fire followed the meteorite as I came out from behind my car and saw the destruction of several trees and a gouge in the parking lot.
The guys came out of the woods as they too saw the devastation that the meteorite left behind.
“Jesus Christ man!” yelled Connor as he used the butt of his rifle to stamp out the fire that had appeared.
Mark walked towards the crashed meteorite while I examined the damage down to my car. The left side, which had been facing the meteorite, was fucked up with scratches everywhere.
“Damn, this is gonna cost me.”
“Guys come look at this!” I averted my attention to mark who was walking towards the meteorite. Connor, while I was examining my car, retrieved a fire extinguisher. Me and I put out flames on our way to Mark who was on his knees.
But when I neared the meteorite, I saw instead a white capsule-like object with a being inside. The exterior of the capsule was just white but when I concentrated inside of the pod, I could see the being more clearly.
“Emergency protocol activated. Opening Statis Containment Pod.”
We all backed away as the glass opened sideways, an appendage reached out and grabbed the side of the capsule, it’s other appendage following too. The being pulled itself up, half of it’s body still inside the pod.
It was the strangest thing we had ever saw, quickly summarizing as an alien. I raised my hand in a motion of good will but before I fully extended my arm, the creature pulled out a black bag from its pod, opened it, and brought out a white gun, like a plasma rifle from X-COM, a game I had played.
“Identify your species, rank, and coordinates of this planet immediately.” it said.
Stasis Containment Pod #02
Spiral-X Commander’s Deck
I awoke to the sound my alarm sounding softly yet at a fast rate. The feel of the sheets underneath me were lost and I fell down to the floor in a heap of fur. The snow white blanket following down landing around me.
I stayed silent on the floor for few more minutes before the berating sound of my alarm caused me jolt up. I quickly levitated all of the sheets onto the bed in a nice heap of warmth and turned off my alarm.
I brought my hoof to my face rubbing away the crust that had formed and made my way on the silver floor. Opening the bathroom door, I propped against the sink and looked up at the mirror placed on the wall.
My green mane greeted me along with my lime-colored coat. On my flank rested my mark, my destiny, and my evidence that I am a Flow. It showed a leaf encased in a blue case with round corners. Surrounding that was the mark that all my ancestors had on their cutie marks, four stars that connected would form a square.
My eyes were a jade color and my tail the same as my mane. I picked up my toothbrush and brushed my teeth while looking at a holographic display next to my sink.
“Open file “Order of the Queens”. Show me all the existing members in custody.” The screen brought up a plethora of names, a picture, and basic information about the individual.
I spitted the minty taste out of my mouth and closed the screen. Inside my room was my bed with two bedside counters. Behind my bed was a glass window, but it was always shut for fear of being sucked out in an emergency. The only else was my closet and the room the led to the other parts of the Spiral.
I opened the closet revealing a single rack containing my suits, uniforms, and casual attire. I picked my commander’s uniform complete with a commander’s cap. The uniform itselfs was just a blue coat with decorations upon it.
I laid the coat upon my back and fitted my self into it. It was more of a comfortable way to put on clothes. I levitated my cap down to my head careful not to put it on my ears. I made my way back to one of my bedside counters where my HVS, or Holographic Visual System, rested.
I placed it on my ear, immediately, a small holographic screen appeared in my right eye. I closed my eyes and concentrated, a pop sound appeared and when I opened my eyes, I was in my office. My office was stationed on the highest floor of the satellite. Glass surrounded the office from all except from the bottom and side where a door was placed..
I came close to the glass looking down. Spiral-X was a commanding station, mass destruction weapon, a one of a kind, and a planet-sized satellite. There were four pillars connected by a ring surrounding the space station. Those were the shield generators that protected the station from rebel attacks, alien attacks, and space debris.
Then again, they wouldn't even get close if it weren’t that the station had destructive cannons the ringed the middle of the station. The station was always orbiting a star, or a larger planet to anchor itself.
If needed, the station would move by large warp thrusters on the bottom of the station. But that was when a galaxy needed vaporizing. There are another class of Spirals but smaller, the size of moons. They are only called to destroy solar systems or carry Cyclones, an attack and cargo ship, 10x smaller than an ordinary Spiral.
The last class of ships were the Gyres, small but capable, they were used for transporting troops and attacking other ships. They included a land and water navigation vehicle in case of emergencies.
These large satellites and ships were planned and drawn up by the head of the Technology Corps about a millennium ago. The current commander for that time was Surplus Flow, the one who achieved world domination of Equus.
The one who set Vortex free from the shadows and allowed space travel. The one who brought Equine race together while eliminating the other races that got in his way.
But who would remember that? The only known facts were locked away in the Archive. No one cares about the past and who made all the ships, they only cared about their own problems. Who needed history when secretly, their leader had been living for more than two millenniums.
But who cares, who reads it about anymore? Having a great life was the life goal of any individual in Vortex. No one would dare seek out the past and dig up any past problems. People didn’t like that. No not one bit. So they all stayed away and continued living according to the rules.
Life was more valuable than history, right?
“Blasphemy I say.” I sat in my chair reminiscing over what I had just thought. There was a knock on door in which I looked up.
“Come in.” The door opened and came in a pony and an avali. The pony was the head of the Reaper Corp. The Corp was the third branch of Vortex. The avali was second-in-command of the Corp.
“Good morning sir, we have news concerning the captured rebels.” My right eyebrow raised as the two sat down in chairs in front of my desk. The avali carried his holographic pad and placed it on my desk. I picked it up examining the report in the pad.
“Cyclone-02, 07, 29, and 27 were infiltrated by rebels. 93 captured rebels escaped, the infiltrators were dealt with, a total of eight infiltrators were killed. We have located the locations of the SCPs, they were all sent the planet Homo Sapius.” The pony had his own pad as he examined the reports.
“We have four Reaper squads in two Gyres ready to leave on your word.” The avali finished his sentence and waited for my replied.
“Another thing sir, one of the SCP contained Exodus.”
“...” I looked up at the commander, questioning why he would say that. He had a stoic expression knowing that his statement struck a chord in his superior.
“Wait for my command, I’m going with the Reaper squads, prepare my equipment. We will be leaving at 0600 tomorrow.”
“Yes sir.”
{center]Earth(Homo Sapius)
“So, what are you? You look like a miniature horse.” I asked curiously at the equine walking with us.
“A pony, a mare to be specific.” she answered. Here are my friends and me talking to an Equine alien. Who would have ever thought of that. I had noted that she had a light blue color to her coat while her mane and tail were a blue.
“Hey, what's that thing on your butt?” Connor bursted out laughing when Mark asked that.
“Its what gives my life purpose, I’m a leader, someone who brings people to far places. I’m like a transporter who leads many people. In my case, I lead the Order of the Queens.” I looked at the mark on her flank to see two black pillars with many white orbs passing in between it.
“What’s your name?” I asked, we made it back to our humble wooden house.
“People call me Exodus, except for my husband who calls me by my first name.”
“What’s your first name then?”
“I only met you, why should I tell you that?” she shot back. I cringed a bit as she did prove a point. She carried her black bag on her back. I could see the blaster she pulled on me five minutes ago. I couldn’t tell what else was in the bag.
Connor was in front of us while Mark was behind us. I slowed down for a bit to confront Mark. Clearly he wasn’t prepared to meet an alien, neither did me or Connor. Mark couldn’t hide the fact that he was staring at the foreign creature in front of him as if it were to attack us all.
I couldn’t blame him, this was a one in a trillion chance to meet life from outside our planet. That was then a buzzing noise came from Exodus’s bag. She dropped the bag and opened it taking out a earphone like machine.
She placed it her ear, a glassy screen appeared over her right eye which intrigued me. Holographic machines, I bet they have teleportation and giant ships that could destroy a planet.
“Hello? … are you okay? … I see you on my map … thank the queens you are alright, how many are with you? … five? Okay, I’ll come as soon as I can, stay away from the locals … okay got it bye.” she took out her earphone and placed it back in the bag.
“Who was that?” asked Connor, he opened the house’s door and placed his rifle by the doorway.
“My friends from the Order of the Queens, mind if I stay here for the night? Being cryofrozen in a SCP really makes me tired.” she yawned after saying that.
“Wait, there are more of you? I thought you were the only one sent here.” Mark asked as he sat down on the couch.
“What kind of group would have one person in it? Of course I have friends. Now where can I sleep?”
“Uhh, there’s a room down in that hallway, third door on the right.”
“Okay just don’t call your military on me, night.” The door shut behind her as we all looked at each other.
“I think I’m crashing here tonight in this turn of events.” Mark said. That statement surprised me to actually to hear that from him. Maybe he was actually manning up for once.
“Yeah me too.”
“Ok guys, see ya in the morning. We’ll figure out how to deal with this problem and my newly made destruction.” Mark and I sometimes slept at Connor’s, his house had five rooms so there were space for us. I went into the room that I usually slept in and fell onto the bed.
“I hope insurance covers my car from flying flaming objects.” I said before closing my eyes. I tumbled and wrestled the blankets as I tried to fall asleep failing every time.
