Twilight awakes to find herself not in Equestria, but in a different world filled with strange magical creature with super-natural powers. With no memory of her old life, of her friends, or even how she got here, she struggles to adapt to her new life in the Anigmatika Region.

She soon meets different pokemon, makes friends and foes, and grows stronger both pysically and mentally. Other than that, little by little, she is slowly recovering the memories of her past through visions and quick flashbacks. But she feels as if she doesn't care anymore, and is more than willing to stay in this new world.

Can she change her mind and return to her old life, to be with the ponies who cared about her, those she once called friends? Or will she turn her back on them and turn into a vicious and determined ponymon she never thought she could become?

Meanwhile, Chrysalis and Sombra have launched their attacks once again on Canterlot and the Crystal Empire respectively. And a certain Chaos God is planning on taking over Ponyville…
