I just returned from my job as an Journeyman Electrician, it was Friday night. I had plans to go hang with friends, we were supposed to go bowling, when the phone started to ring. Picking up the phone, I heard screaming from the person on the other line "THEY ARE ATTACKING EVERYONE " then the line went out and then the power also went out. I thought someone was playing a joke on me until I looked outside and realized everyone in my neighborhood was without power. The power stayed off for about twenty minutes, I tripped over the coffee table and luckily I fell into the couch. With the dark curtains and the walls a dark greenish teal cover making the room very dark while the curtains were closed I should of known better and if they were open I wouldn't of tripped.

"Shit, I paid the bill at the beginning of the month", I grabbed my emergency radio and turned it expecting to hear on and too see hear that someone ran into a power line pole. What came next was the last thing on my mind that could of happened.

(Broadcast)

Attention, we are under attack I repeat under attack by an unknown enemy. Please stay inside and stay away from the windows. .....

(The radio busted into static)

"Oh boy", I thought, this is gonging to be an interesting night (I figured someone was playing a prank but I was wrong) as I walked down to the closet and punched the combination to my gun safe and taking only four weapons from it: A 12 gauge shotgun, a 243 Winchester rifle, .357 magnum, and my Ar-15 assault riffle. "I sat in my living room, who's invading, and why? I bet this is some kind of hoax". Just as I was asking myself these questions there was an explosion down the road where three houses just blew up...... "SHIT" my living room started to shake with the close explosion, pictures and the bookshelf flew off the wall and crashed down on the floor. I peaked my head outside and I saw no body running around with guns nor explosions, but I noticed the neighbors ponies had gotten out.
After 20 minutes there were police diving everywhere and I could see that things had been getting worse. I saw my neighbor Jim Tom running down the street and I yelled to him to come inside where it's safe. Behind Jim in the street laid arms and disembowel body parts of the neighbors. He had a huge gash on his arm and he was nervous as hell, it was easy to tell since he couldn't hold his hands still and constantly freaking out. Jim Tom, was a retired marine and this was the first time I've seen him freaked out and scared.

"Jim what happened out there? How did you hurt your arm?" I asked him about three times before he responded. I thought that he was going into shock.

"They aren't human", replied Jim. (I was cleaning his wound and banding it up the best I could, when he finally decided to speak.) (The wounds that he had looked like talon marks, but what kind of bird made these that which are so huge and long.)

"Jim, what do you mean not human?" I was confused for the moment until we heard a large thump on the roof. I grabbed my shotgun and waited , for whatever was up there to come down. "Hey we need to get to my closet and wait till morning we are sitting ducks out here in the dark." (They entered Wesker's closet and rested for the night. Wesker had the shotgun aimed at the door, so that if someone tried to enter they'd get their heads blown off. The closet was a nice size and roomy, the gun case was in the back of the closet. They heard the front door burst down. Now all we could do was wait.
That night was a long one as you could hear voices that broke into the house, tearing everything up. Whoever it was didn't do a good job since they didn't find Wesker and Jim, but most of the house was trashed.

(Intruder 1)

"Hey no one is here", he snarled and hit the TV in the living room. The wall started to shake some as objects started to fall off the wall.

(Intruder 2)

Good, lets continue down with the rest of the pack and remember we can't have any survivors for when boss arrives. The intruder kicked the wall and put a nice sized hole into the closet where the two men were held up. But the intruders didn't realize that if they would of looked inside the hole they would of found the Wesker and Jim.

The next morning I slowly opened the closet door and walked out slowly shotgun ready and walked out the door. As Jim and I checked out the damage from last night and everything was trashed there was food still in the refrigerator but I would not recommend eating the fish or any milk products. I was pissed and kicked the wall with my boots, making a hole in the drywall next to the other one where was. (By this time there were human body parts all over the road, blood everywhere, but I knew me and Jim couldn't be the only survivor since there was still gunfire in the are going on.) "Hey Jim what attacked you again last night, a wild dog"?

"No it looked like a griffin, half bird/ lion," saying Jim, "but I don't be expecting you young yipper snapper to believe me".

"Oh, I believe them because that one over there appears to be dead," pointing towards the road, revealing the huge animal that was pinned against a truck and a telephone pole. I slid the sliding door open after I put my magnum in my belt holster and my AR-15 , and my rifle strapped to my back, wielding my shotgun ready to go exploring and a little hunting. I was able to persuade Jim to carry the crossbow and extra arrows. We each took provisions and distributed the weight among us. My pack weighed more because of all the ammunition I had packed.

The wind was calm and there was nothing in the sky. I saw a Stop sign with pole that was pushed through the front windshield of a truck, the driver was dead in the front seat with the pole going though his chest. The thing that shocked me the most was the headless woman that was on her knees with a rosary praying when a griffin beheaded her with something sharp. The wind smelt of bloating flesh as all the dead people whom we called neighbors and friends laid in the empty streets.

We made it about five blocks and there before us, we saw our first real live griffin chewing on someone. I raised my rifle and crouched in a thick bush and Jim followed. I took a shot aiming around the front shoulder. BOOM, the griffin tries to take off but the wound through the heart stopped the animal dead in its tracks. We waited for a few minutes just as three more griffins came up to their dead comrade.

(Griffins)

"Soldier, go find out who killed our comrade now, we need as many troops alive as we assault this new world and no humans must survive this assault and that's our primary objective".

"Yes sir, Captain Ogle", said the soldier. He flew off in a hurry and none saw the two men in the bushes.

"Captain", said another soldier, "this town is ours everyone is dead surly by now, we should be getting ready to continue to advance".

Ogle smiled, "you are learning quickly my son and I am pleased, but we have one survivor since our comrade just got shot, we will find him and drop him at the clouds and watch him go splat".

Everyone liked the idea and they all took off in pairs of two. The griffins took to the sky looking for the people that killed their comrades. They started a war that to them would be an easy sure win. They searched all over the area but could never find anyone and they assumed that they escaped the area. It didn't matter to them since they were going to wipe out the surrounding cities soon. One by one they took their spears and flew up in the sky and went hunting for the survivors.

Wesker and Jim sat in the bushes for about thirty minutes after they left and they darted towards the forest and scavenging for supplies when ever given the opportunity. Jim and Wesker went back to their destroyed homes and loaded their trucks with supplies that they could scavenge. It wasn't much that they could scavenge, flashlights, batteries and some camping gear as well as a few MRE's. (Wesker's gun safe had been destroyed where it couldn't be opened again.)
It was about sundown when they had decided to head out of town which they thought would be the safest time. They both got into their trucks and went on their way out of the driveway when in the distance there was a griffin flying towards them.

"Hey Jim,(on the radio) keep your lights off and they might not recognize us". But I was wrong the devious griffin landed on my hood and started pounding at the windows, breaking them to pieces, trying to get me out. I grabbed my .357 and fired 2 shots through the front windshield and the griffin few off in the distance. "Hey Jim, we need to leave now before this gets very ugly." They floored it to the highway and slammed their brakes right on top of the bridge. As they got farther away from town, everything was looking better, there were no dead bodies and it started to look normal again, until they found out that the bridge was out.

"Hey Wesker, what's wrong?" Asking Jim.

"Bridge is out," replied Wesker. "We are going to have to find another way around."

"Wesker, its getting dark and fast we need to just lay low and wait till morning," said Jim.

They found a campground that deep into the woods that gave them cover from the sky, but still good enough to get good cell phone reception, in return gave Wesker an idea.

"Ok good, I am going to make a few calls before I turn in". I dialed my friend, Kevin Stringer.

(Call)

"Hey Kevin, I need you to turn on the news and see what's happening. There is a situation over here and it's getting crazy over here, there are dead bodies everywhere and these griffins and yes I said griffins, they are killed everyone over here." (Wesker)

"OK Wesker, .... They are saying that your town had a huge chemical spill, which in resulted in the town's residents dead from exposure," replied Kevin. "Have you tried to call the government or anybody yet?"

"Dam they already got a cover-up and no not yet, they are next. (Wesker)
(Hang up)

(Dials Cell)

"Hello this is the office of Fort Kacy, please state your name and business". (Office lady)

"Hello this is Wesker, I need to speak to the current commander NOW. I'm just out of Houston, Texas and there are people dead everywhere, I called a friend who's out of state but they said that there was a chemical spill and there was no spill over here..." (he said kind of panicing)

"Please hold on ..... replied the office lady."

I had to wait for about fifteen minutes will until the commander's voice appeared.

"Hello this is Commander Taylor, Wesker your alive and at ground zero?" (Taylor)

"Yes, me and one other survivor Jim, we have been evading the enemy as much as possible, but at the same time we've killed at least 20 of them when given the chance, we are calling them griffins since they are half lion and half eagle. " (Wesker)

"Ok, how are you guys holding up and where are you guys right now? " (Taylor)

"We are holding up alright, cooking steaks right now on a small bar be que pit in the forest line watching the enemy and picking them off one by one with my sniper rifle. Boy am I glad my dad was a US Sniper and he was able to teach me how to shoot and also stay hidden." (Wesker)

"Well Wesker, you are doing a great job, please stay alive and here's my cell number and keep me in constant every 6 hours if possible. Right now we are getting ready to put all cities under lockdown until we can keep this threat under rap." (Taylor)

"Also, we've seen their commander and they have a army coming.. I don't know for what yet, and where are they coming from but tomorrow I plan on trying finding out where they are coming from. Well I have to go Taylor, steaks are ready I'll contact you tomorrow morning". (Wesker)

(HANGS UP)

As I ended the phone call, I sat with Jim who was changing his bandages on his arm. "Well Jim, they are shocked to hear that we survived the massacre, and they want us if you are willing to keep doing recon for them". I'm going to stay because they are bringing a few presents for us.

"Well.... Eh sure, I got nothing else to lose," replied Jim, "just ask for a few more men so we can at least have a squad."

"Awesome, I told him, also every six hours we have to report in and they want a count on how many we are able to kill, sounds easy right?" I grabbed a MRE and opened it and while Jim was boiling water on a small camp fire. The heat of the fire lifted my spirits even though it was a very small fire. (I wish I had some marshmallows.)
After the water boiled and put the boiling water into the MRE (Freeze dried meals) to let it cook for a few minutes and put it on two plates and handed a plate to Jim. They ate quietly and put out the camp fire before they went to sleep in their trucks till sunup . The truck for Wesker was harder because it rained all night long and he had a broken windshield, so Wesker covered the front of the cab with a huge blue tarp and it held keeping out the water. The sleeping bag kept him nice and warm all night long. Jim had no problem since he just used his sleeping bag with his I phone playing music.
Around six in the morning, I grabbed the cell phone and took it off the car charger I decided that it was time to call Taylor. Stepping out of the truck and stretched. I noticed that there were broken tree limbs everywhere but they were relatively small.

(Ringing)

"Hello" this is Commander Taylor.

"Hi, Taylor," just checking in our 6 hour report everything is quiet so far. Also I've gotten Jim to stay here with me for a little longer, I don't know if your able to do this but I was wondering if we could get a chopper and pilot and I'd like to see if a good old sniper buddy would be willing to come down here and give me a hand. (Wesker)

Ok Wesker said Taylor I can get you a light chopper (USMC UH-1N) with a couple mini guns attached but nothing heavier. As for your recruiter I need a name and address. (Writes Kevin Stringer) ok, I'll give him a call in a few and Wesker be safe, the president won't allow us to bring any troops into the area. So that means you are our first line of defense and recon. If anything should go wrong or you should think to report please do with haste. God speed son.
(Call ended.)

Wesker put the cell into his pocket and got ready for the day's events. Jim was still trying to sleep but had a hard time when Wesker was on the cell phone with Taylor.

"Wesker so what our plan for today"? Asking Jim eagerly.

"Well for the time being we are the first line of defense and recon, report any new findings, I told him. Also scavenge any useful such as weapons, water, and food and hide them where we can get them if needed. Also a chopper and another sniper is going to join the party with us in a couple days" grinning.

"Wesker, do you think that we can last that long out here?" Jim was nervous. The forest was quiet as a mouse.

"Oh yea", Jim no problem all, "all we have to do is stay out of the open and pick them off when ever given the chance. If we can do this effectively and get out before they find us, we should be alright".

"Ok, well I'm ready," said Jim. As he lifted up the newly received the other day.

The two started back into the overrun town of griffins. They had to be real careful not to attract too much attention as they went deeper into enemy territory. Every once and a while they would encounter a griffin patrol but they were easy to avoid since Jim and Wesker were able to blend into the scenery most of the time and picked off a griffin that strayed away from their group. The two were very fortunate that they were able to quickly leave the area by the time the griffins started to search for them. There was even a time which we had to jump in area filled with dead bodies, which stunk and tried not to gag.
It was time that Wesker had to call Commander Taylor but couldn't do it, while a couple of griffin scouts found them and dove towards them claws ready to shred the two men apart. One of griffins had caught Wesker off guard but luckily Jim was able to put a bullet through the griffins gut causing it great pain and decided that its life was more important than trying to kill the men, but the other griffin landed in front of Wesker and Jim was trying to reload his gun. Wesker had his shotgun in his hands and just opened fire and fired 2 rounds into the animal, watching it fall to the ground then with the last round in the gun he put it up to the griffin's head and pulled the trigger and walked off.

"Thanks Jim, that would of probably been the end of me". I was breathing hard but able to keep myself under control. I saw that that griffin was going to die soon since Jim shot him in the gut, man what a painful way to go.

"No problem Wesker", said Jim smiling. "You'd do the same for me and you got that other one (looking down at the griffin with a portion of its head missing and blood was everywhere)." Wesker nodded in agreement.

(Wesker checks in with Taylor)

Hello this is Taylor. "Ahh Wesker your late, but I'm glad you guys are alright, your friend, Kevin he agreed to come and preparations are being set forth and the chopper leaves tomorrow night so get ready and have a LZ nearby. Also more cities in Texas are being attacked by griffins but since you guys gave us the heads up about them, we have been able to prepare and are defending them and not being slaughtered by them, so ... Thank you.

No problem Taylor, glad we could help. Just make sure to put plenty of fuel on the chopper and ammo because we are going to have some serious air to air combat since things are picking up around here. (Jim shoots in the background). Well Taylor I'll contact you within 6 hours hopefully, we got to move now. (Wesker)

Jim was shooting at a griffin with his cross bow that had gotten too close to their camp and I saw that it even landed into the river. As we walked towards the river, the water was flowing with red lines from the hole, Jim grabbed his arrow and cleaned it and put it in a quiver.
Wesker and Jim hurried into one of the partially destroyed homes close to where they were and waited. Jim pulled out a water from his pack and drank some and put it back into his pack while Wesker grabbed a granola bar from his and ate it. Just as the two men finished their snacks about ten griffins showed up looking at their fallen brother. One griffin in particular wore golden armor which must of been a higher up griffin.

"Captain Gilda, what are your orders," said one of the griffins.

"Find the person who's killing all our troops and bring him alive to me," replied Gilda. "Call in reinforcements in to this location we cannot afford to lose our platoon while others right now are getting slaughtered in this town by one person. We have to get a good foot hole until Celestia's army gets here. (She flew off leaving the nine other griffins alone wondering the area and complaining.)

Wesker and Jim heard the whole conservation and sat and waited while the griffins talked amongst themselves until they flew off in different directions in pairs of 2. The other day that certain interaction had been completely overrun with dead bodies everywhere but today the bodies were all gone. Wesker pulled out his cell and texted Taylor: "Griffins said something about Celestia's army coming here so get prepared and might send some armor piercing ammo since there are now griffins wearing armor".

Taylor responded: "Thanks for the heads up, we are going to see if we can get any information on them if possible and one last thing there are a few special people here that when you call in they would like to speak to you and Jim."
Wesker and Jim headed out of the house and made it to a Shell gas station and went inside and found that it still had power. The station even still had some of the glass windows intact, the food and drinks were still on the shelves, it gave you the sense that everyone had just disappeared other than brutality killed.

"Hey Wesker, take point for a bit, I got to take the browns to the super bowl", saying Jim as he hurried to the bathroom.

I went to one of fridges and grabbed a Pepsi (the cool air from the cooler felt good on me)and opened it and enjoyed every sip of it (the soda made it feel like I was in paradise for a few moments) as I waited for Jim to hurry up. I had about four cans by the time Jim came out and sat next to me opening a Ice cold Coke Cola. I looked at my watch seeing at is was only 3 in the afternoon. I packed a few sodas in my pack and Jim did the same. "Well Jim you ready to head out?"

"Yea boy this was a nice little break," said Jim

Wesker closed the door and put a piece of wood between the door handles so that they could tell if something or someone enters later, a little early warning sign.

"Yea", I told him, as I scribbled Celestia's army and put a question mark next to it, Captain Ogle, and Captain Gilda on some paper and stuffed it into my pocket. I got up and put my empty cans into the trash next to the gas station, even though the town was a trash littered on the town they called home, I didn't want to help them.
The two men moved as the coast was clear and started to head deeper into the town for a couple of hours before returning back to their makeshift camp. They had started back towards the camp until something sparkling in the distance, flying towards them and then Wesker dropped down to the ground fast, Jim followed.

"Wesker what's wrong?" Jim was looking confused.

We are being followed I told him and motioned where our friend in the sky. (While crawling over dead grass and fallen limbs into the closest house and hurried to the nearest attic window, which was hard since the attic was filled with clutter and mis. objects. ) I was taking aim while Jim was downstairs also taking aim as the armored griffin landed next to a dead male who was facedown. I was disgusted at the griffin as it was toying with a dead body, so while aiming at the head, I took the shot and my bullet hit the griffin between the eyes. I was getting pissed and went down to the dead griffin and took a look at the armor and then took it off the dead animal. The armor was strapped to the griffin by thick leather straps but was able to get it loose. I looked at the name under the helmet and said Ogle.

"Jim, we got Ogle" as I scratched his name from my list and put it back into my pocket. I took the armor back to our camp and I examined the it. The helmet was nothing special, it reminded me of a yellow miners helmet minus the light and it being made of gold and some other metal. the breast plate as in two pieces stitched together with some kind of leather, while the legging armor I thought we could reshape some how to make armor for our legs, breast plate into two pieces and create some chest armor, I didn't think about any head armor since it would make sniping harder to do. I put the armor into the back of my pickup truck as we entered camp then covering it with a blue tarp. I just wish I knew how to be a blacksmith to turn it into armor but at least it would look cool in a museum. A sign saying, Here is Ogle's armor killed by Wesker and Jim. I pulled out my cell.

(Calling Taylor)
Hello this is Taylor.

Hello commander reporting in, good news, we got one of the griffin commanders we got him perfectly between the eyes and I'm thinking of turning their golden armor and making something useful to us down here if we ever find someone who can work gold or put the armor in the museum for all to see. (Wesker)

That's good Wesker, also I have the president on the line as well a few people from the Pentagon. (Taylor)

Hello Wesker and Jim, keep up the good work keeping our country safe , we are very sorry about what happened in your town, but since this weird invasion as now they are popping up everywhere in the state of Texas that most of our forces are having a hard time controlling the bigger cities. But for some reason you two are able to keep everything under control pretty well so far, that is why we are giving you guys one unit and Wesker, you are the commander so they will follow you. (President)

Jim was glad they were getting a squad, so that they didn't just have to be on the defensive side, they could now do some offensive maneuvers. Both Wesker and Jim had their own personal goals to settle, with the additional goals from the government it was going to be a little easier now and since every four days they'd be getting a supply drop.

They continued talking for thirty minutes until Wesker cell phone lost signal.

"Well Jim, reinforcements will be here by tomorrow. If you need me I'm turning in for the night". Opens his truck door and gets into his sleeping bag, his .357 mag ready just in case an unwelcomed friend decided to pay a visit.

"Night Wesker", replied Jim. Jim sat down in his truck and dosed off a little after Wesker went to sleep.
Everything was peaceful for the night, both men were eager to for the next morning when reinforcements would arrive.

Ch. 2 Reinforcements

(Commander Taylors office)

Taylors office was a simple army green office with a solid oak desk, a recliner chair behind the desk and two oak chairs in front of the desk, filing cabinets on one side of the room and a clock to top it off next to the door.
(Taylor's point of view)

I oversaw everything that was being packed for Wesker and Jim. Medical supplies, food, ammunition, the chopper and Wesker's request , Kevin accepted. The chopper was an USMC UC-1N but instead of the original mounted machine guns they were replaced with 30 cal chain guns. I also had a special present for Wesker : half an armored division with 4 M1 Abrams tanks and the other half is a squad of marines. I was surprised that these men volunteered to do this even though they didn't have to.
As the tanks were being loaded up into the C-130s along with the gear, Kevin arrived at the base, exiting the chopper that he was currently in and headed towards Commander Taylor. Kevin was about 6 foot tall wearing blue jeans and a army green t shirt, and combat boots with a knife in one of the boots. Kevin Adam Stringer, reporting in, went to the armory and getting the gear that he would need. Kevin asked for the M110 sniper rifle (scope is 12x) and a M4a1 assault rifle decked out with custom grip red dot scope with a attachable hybrid AQOG quick connect. The quartermaster gave him the guns that he asked for, Kevin already had his 2 .45 service pistols in his holsters already to go.

As I headed towards Commander Taylor, I noticed that he was holding a suit that resembled a wing suit for gliding but this suit had two shotguns mounted. Taylor explained to me that I was going to get dropped first so get a perimeter set up so the supplies would be safe until Wesker and Jim could get there. I thought it would be simple, but in the back of my mind I hoped that Wesker would be there as I landed. I was also a little worried about these shotguns that were mounted on both sides of my arms. So I had one round in each gun and they fired at the same time..... ok...

Taylor told me to get into the first C-130 and I went in I saw a half a squad or marines, one navy seal whose name was Chris Huvar ( 6 foot 2 skinny, dressed in full gear but except the helmet instead he had just a plain hat which sat next to him) , I sat by him even though he didn't speak very much. All I got out of him was that the other 2 planes had two tanks (including tank crew) and supplies and ammunition for the two survivors, but strangely enough there were two green jeeps in this C-130 guess so that they could drive and evade the enemy quickly.) I laid my head against the cold metal frame of the plane and dosed off.

I watched as the planes took off one by one and the USMC UH-1N behind them following to the drop off point. Well there they go, I hope they can bring us some answers on where these dam blasted griffins are coming from.
As I watched the gray planes could be barely seen and I headed back inside the base to my office and took a few phone calls and filled out paperwork.

Chris woke me up by scarring the shit out of me when he tapped my shoulder with his gun and it went click. "Please Chris, I know you're a badass mother fucker but please don't give me a heart attack," said Kevin breathing heavily as Chris laughed a little. I was able to calm down after a few minutes and the pilot announced that it was time for Kevin to get ready to drop in one minute.

The back of the plane started to open as I made my way towards the opening door. The pilot announced drop in 5....4....3...2...1...0... NOW and Kevin jumped and opened up his suit and dove into a steep descending to pick up speed and leveled out. (By this time the planes were dropping their payload and the marines and Chris jumped and eventually parachuted all the way down.) As everything started descending towards the open field next to the forest , the griffins started to appear over the horizon and Kevin saw still circling around the cargo still high up in the air protecting them, just as one of the griffins got close enough , Kevin got behind the griffin and with his hand he pulled the lever that shot the rigged gun. As the gun fired the griffin was soon engulfed in flames and fell to the ground, "Shit that was my only shot and it was one of those DRAGON BREATHS," now I need to land ..... not very easy since his parachute deployed over 3/4s as he was going down at a fast rate until he was able to get little control and landed into the hay field and hit the ground hard.

(Wesker )

I saw the planes drop off the equipment and the men in the field. "Jim let's take your truck and get over there and go get our support before the griffins do." Jim nodded, Wesker climbed in the back as Jim drove towards the field, were the men were, looks like we beat most of the griffins over here as the marines and Kevin had taken almost 15 griffins down and three of them were burning, but none of the griffins had any armor. "So the commander nor the captain was not here hmmm".

I walked over to the marines who were standing around reloading their magazines for their weapons. "Hey guys, I'm Wesker and this is Jim," Jim nodded and the marines listened.

"Hey umm what's with the tanks... I thought we were just getting marines?" Replied Jim.

"Nope" said one of the marine's whose name was Scott Bruhn. Scott carried an M60e4 and his side arm was an 1911, "they are going to be protection for the base that we are about to set up, all we are here for is to keep Taylor informed on the situation and protect this spot". "My fellow marines are here to help with the tanks, but I'm with you guys since you guys need a gunner with a big ammo belt".

"So those guys are here just to protect this base you guys are setting up, is this correct?" "Shit, this makes all our plans a lot harder now"..... I knew Jim was steaming in his head as he was turning red in the head. But since we now had a gunner in the group I felt safer in the event of an ambush, thought Wesker. "Also where is the chopper, that is supposed to be here?"

"I'm sorry," replied Scott, " but the chopper will be here later today, I assure you that." "We need to get all these supply crates to the base is going to be." Wesker nodded in agreement.

Scott, Jim, and I went through the field moving the crates of supplies that had gone off course while the marines started to set up tents for the base and the tank crew positioned the tanks around the base so that if they were ambushed they had protection on all sides. Within four hours over 3/4s of the base had been fully set up. Crates were everywhere now lining the tent walls but it was neater than before. The radio room was about the size of a closet once all the electronics were put together. In another tent this green tent had four small metal bunk beds and a rug that had covered the entire ground under the tent. (Truly amazing how they can pack all this into small but long crates.)
While Kevin, Scott covered Jim and Wesker as they tied electrical wires to a nearby house to get power to the base and shut the unused breakers off. They were all still surprised that this area still had power, but for how much longer? They were going to save the generators for later when the power finally went out. Once the home base had power they moved the two jeeps and the Jim's truck to the front of the base.

Chris greeted them at the entrance, "Wesker, Taylor told me to give these too you," hands Wesker a 10 gauge shotgun with a .50 cal ammo box filled with red shotgun shells with N stamped on them.

"Umm, thank you Chris, what kind of shells are these?" I looked at Chris confused.

"Those are shells are called Dragons Breath, be extremely careful when using these, shoot in front of you and make sure your at least 15 feet away from the enemy when using these, otherwise you'll find out for yourself." He walks back in the base camp, main operational tent and goes to a lab top.

Hmm, "I'll save these for later". Putting the ammo and gun in the truck, then climbing into the truck, followed by his team and they took off into town. (Wesker)

"Wesker, we are going to need food and fresh water, are there any places where we can get these supplies in town, " asked Scott?
They had supplies to last till the next drop off but they were thinking it would be a better idea to have extra supplies on hand just in case something were to happen. Wesker nodded in agreement and the men took off towards the partially destroyed town.

(Inside the City Limits)

(Griffins, Captain Gilda)
As the humans entered the town they were greeted with an unexpected surprise, about twenty of my best griffins stood there side by side all holding a square shield and a spear. We stood fearless as the humans approached us.
I stepped out of the shadows as the humans in their magic carrier stopped and they pulled out their stick looking objects and waited. This standoff couldn't last forever, even though we outnumbered them almost four to one.

"I am Gilda, Captain of the griffins, which of you killed my fellow soldiers and killed my second in command, Captain Ogle?" She hissed at them at the men looked at themselves. "I grow impatient of waiting." Her yellow talons were tapping the hard pavement road. We had to wait for about five minutes till one of them came out with a wooden stick. "This should be easy my griffins, he carries a wooden stick," laughs.

"Hey Scott", Wesker said silently, "please pass me my 10 gauge shotgun and load those new ammo into it and I take a few extra shells." I looked around looking for possible places to get to if everything turned to shit. Scott handed me the gun and some extra shells. I stepped out of the Army colored Jeep and took a few steps towards the enemy, my friends knew not to shoot unless I told them to. (All I had on me was the shotgun, and my .357 Mag, what could go wrong and besides I had an idea.)

As I got closer to the griffins, I watched them snarl. When I was about halfway between my friends and the griffins, when one of the griffins in the line jumped in front of me. "You're not scarring me, what's your name griffin?"

"The names Shatter Wing," he replied. He was dark brown, his head was white, his orange talons were a blood soaked color. "Prepare to meet your maker as our army kills off your species and claims this world as our own." Flapping my wings, I flew up into the sky and started to descend towards the man who was called Wesker.

I saw that the griffin named Shatter Wing was attacking so I raised the shotgun and waited as the griffin grew close enough and I pulled trigger and to my surprise I was pushed over from the blast of the gun and I saw that the griffin went straight down and it was on fire. .... "Oh wow Dragons breath rounds, I thought Chris was messing with me." .... Evil grin appears. Yells " THIS IS MY BOOM STICK, DO NOT TOUCH BOOM STICK , FOR BOOM STICK WILL MAKE YOU LIKE YOUR FRIEND OVER THERE..... DEAD!!!!!!!" My friends were laughing at me as I said that. Too bad the griffins scattered in fear as their friend was still on fire.
Jim drove the Jeep up and picked up Wesker and as he got into the Jeep, the griffins were regrouping and they were all flying towards them wooden spears on one hand and the shields in the other hand. "Drive Jim Drive," yelled the men. They shot only when the griffins were close enough for the shotgun ammunition to be effective, Scott, in the mean time had his M60e4 on top of the cab firing at the griffins and bullet casings were flying everywhere, he was doing good until Jim had to make a sharp turn, causing Scott to lose his balance falling back into the back of the Jeep.

"Ouch," replied Scott.

"Sorry Scott but I can't hit these dead bodies or we have the possibility of flipping or blowing a tire, and I don't know about you guys but I don't want to be out here now changing a tire and being defenseless while changing it", saying Jim nervously.

The men drove down the abandoned road now waiting for the griffins to start attacking or ambush them. But surprisingly they never did, find anymore.

(Gilda) (Back at the Griffin HQ)

"Grrrrrrrr, what in the hell was that magical thing that took out Shatter Wing." I wondered, I've seen no presence of magic until now and my troops are shook up but we have to progress no matter the cost. I saw that big beast had dropped those four men; supplies and more beast with men standing on them waiting. I dug my talons deep into soil in the town center garden. The coolness of the soil felt good on my talons. Talking to herself out loud, "as long as we can hold the town center my troops can still enter through the portal through their town statue. But now seeing that these humans do indeed have some magic properties and some beasts that they can control this might slow down our progress." "You, Private Sharp Claws, go tell those DAM PONY PRINCESSES, back in Equestria, that we are having some problems over here and that they have the option to send the main army already, or hold off for a bit and get their armies prepared for this gory glorious war." Sharp Claws finished writing the letter, and Gilda left her alone.
Sharp Claws went and showed the two guards who were guarding the portal the Gilda's seal and the guards moved letting her pass. Gilda was in their homemade base which was a parking garage that was particularly destroyed on one side leaving only two ways in, through the front and the top floor. Their base was just mostly a huge fire in the middle of the floor being fueled by wood that was scavenged throughout the city, there were also huge hammocks that some griffins were sleeping in. Lastly in the basement section there, they held the their dead comrades with a black cloth that covered each one of them until they were able to be taken back to their homeland back in Equestria.

(Wesker) and the other three

"Ok Jim, I think we are ok for the time being, I haven't seen any griffin resistance in the past few minutes." Jim nodded and started to slow down to a stop in front of the HEB. "Hey why don't we grab some meat if it's still any good and have a Bar Be Que?" Everyone agreed and we all got out and grabbed some carts, we still carried our guns inside.
(Inside HEB)
Once everyone got inside they all split up with their list of what they each needed to get and surprisingly the store's generator was still running. The store was almost a complete mess, almost everything was on the floor, at least there were no dead bodies. With all the lights out but a few florescent fixtures with one bulb on, (emergency fixtures are battery equipped and one bulb will stay on till the battery dies completely.) Even that light was not the greatest at this time but light was light and we weren't going to complain.
I went to the meat department with my two carts and started piling all the steaks, ribs, and other various meats that they had on the shelves into one cart. The other cart I filled with bread and many different Bar Be Que sauces and moved them to the front of the store.
Kevin went with his two carts and filled one cart full of beer and liquor and the other cart full of Pepsi and Mt. Dew as well as Cokes and Dp. (Kevin knew that Wesker didn't drink alcohol so he did this out of a nice jester.)
Scott filled one cart full of Cigarettes and the other full of various chips and dips.
Jim, he grabbed 2 pits and a ton of charcoal and loaded them in the back of the Jeep.
As everyone went to the front they soon realized that they could not take everything with them in one trip, but within a few minutes Scott had an idea that was stupid, but it might just work. He grabbed the rope from the back of the Jeep and he tied all the carts together then tying it to the jeep.

"Go slowly," said Scott, "I don't want to lose any of this now."

"Ok Scott," replied Jim eagerly wanting to get back to the new camp fast.
While it only took Scott an hour and about fifty foot of rope, to align and tie the carts to the back of the jeep to make it look like a makeshift trailer with the food and drinks still in them. By the time they were ready to leave, the sun was already heading down , it was almost 7:30 P.M. As Jim drove the jeep slowly back to the camp, Wesker and Kevin cleared the roads of the debris, and putting what was left of the human remains to the side of the street nice and neat, same for the limbs and building material that surrounded the area. It was about 9 P.M. when they finally got back to the camp which was really dangerous since they couldn't see the griffins like they could during the day.
When they got to the camp, the marines stationed at the base helped them unload everything and started the pits and went back to their posts. Wesker was on one of the pits putting steaks on and cut a shotgun shell and poured the gunpowder onto the steak and flipped it into the fire, The fire rose up and engulfed the steak, Wesker called it, NUKING the steak. (It did taste pretty good once you added steak sauce to it.) Jim and Kevin were setting up the tables with the food and drinks in a huge bucket filled with ice. The camp smelled like gun powered steaks and cigarettes since most of the men smoked. With happy men eating and drinking sodas, the men had to take shifts so that the guys in the tanks could eat, since there always needed to be on the lookout for the enemy.

As Jim, Kevin and the rest finished cleaning up from the huge dinner, a spotlight in the sky was appearing and also gunfire with it. "Everyone attention unidentified object is firing in the distance," yelled Wesker. Men ran with their guns ready as the approaching object was so close that it was clearly identified as the chopper that Commander Taylor promised.
The chopper stopped firing just as a makeshift landing pad was made from the glow sticks which the marines had just put out. The chopper landed on top of the glow sticks and the pilot started to shut off the chopper. There was something wrong, there were only two people, not three on the chopper one was the pilot and one gunner, but there was two guns, one on each side and there was no way he could be able to shoot both guns at the same time, plus accurately.

Wesker walked up to the gunner once the propellers stopped moving. "Where is your other gunner?"

"That flying beast thing got him." Tossing Wesker the pistol he had which all six shots of the revolver was already used. After receiving his gun back he and the pilot went into the base where they were able to get some of the left over steaks and what was left over from dinner.
Wesker went to one of the lab tops and one of the marines helped him get a hold of Commander Taylor, by leaving him a email,
Commander Taylor,
Thanks for the chopper, we all appreciate it, it's sad that I have to report that one of the gunners didn't make it, apparently one of the griffins got a hold of him and took him by the head killing him instantly.
We ran into about 20 griffins when we were closing in, trying to get into the center of town... It appears that they are trying not to come over in that direction, so tomorrow morning me and the crew are going to walk over there stealthy since the Jeeps make too much noise.

Chapter 3. The Message

As Sharp claws came out the other side of the portal, he took flight towards the Canterlot castle. He passed the royal guards that stood by the portal. After about two hours of continuous flying over who knows how many trees. Sharp Claws finally reached the castle within the day, exhausted from the constantly flying.

Panting, "gah, why couldn't they have the portal closer", pant pant. I finally made it inside the castle. "Where is Princess Twilight!!!" One of the palace guards went off looking for the princess, while another guard brought Claw a glass of water, which I took it graciously and thanked him.

"So how bad is it on the other side, " asked the guard?

"We are getting our asses handed to us," I told him.
Princess Twilight, Luna, Cadence, and Celestia rushed into the room and the guard went back to his post.

"Sharp Claws please come with us to the war room," said Celestia. Every pony was in their original regalia sat around a huge Oak table, Sharp Claws was the last one in and got the seat in the middle of the table, and all the princesses were looking at her.

"Well Miss Claws, we are waiting," stated Twilight Sparkle, who looked intimated and worried at the same time. Everyone else seemed like, come on spit it out already.

"We are losing ground and troops left and right"!!!! She cried. "Gilda told me to come to all of you to see if we can get any backup or .... send the royal guards to help conquer the threat."

"You know dear that's a very huge demand," stated Luna.

"Please explain what had happened since day one", said Cadence. "I believe we should hear everything that has happened so far and place our judgment depending on what has happened so far."

"Ok," I told them, "The day we arrived to the world, Captain Gilda told us to kill everyone in sight once darkness started to set in. While we waited, more of those hovering beasts that were so close to the ground were all heading to a general direction and there were also of these beast that could run on the ground very fast."

"So why did you start slaughtering them and tried not establish a communications with these beasts and humans", asked Celestia? "How many did you personally kill Claws and be honest?"

"Well I didn't kill any of the humans over there, all I did was tend to the griffins that got injured, but so far their wounds I could not heal fast enough. Gilda was the one who ordered the attack, and when it began to get dark she started to snap." I shivered a bit. "They killed the entire town and set up their base next to the portal, but the next day they realized that they missed two men and they were able to kill 50 griffins alone and today there's four men and they are armed with these magic sticks." I explained how one of them was able to kill Shatter Wing with a Wooden magic stick. So far we've lost about 100 griffins, while they are setting up a outpost outside of the city and they got at least a dozen men waiting, they are ready to attack at a moment's notice. Since we griffins can't use magic, we can't protect ourselves from their magic, the unicorns could use their magic to stop their magic to block their attacks."

"They know that we have two of their hovering beasts", mumbled Celestia, Luna looked at her sister confused. "I'll tell you later," Celestia whispered into Luna's ear.

The princesses talked it over and Twilight was constantly disagreeing until Celestia whispered something into her ear then Twilight agreed.

"Fine, you can have a squad of unicorns but they will not will not take orders from the griffins they will get their orders straight from us", stated Celestia. "Cadence, grab squad four's leader, I believe they are in the mess hall right now.

Cadence went and found the leader bringing him back in and went straight up to Celestia's face. You can't be possibly be thinking I'm going to let you send my husband to that place?" "I won't allow you to take him away from me."

Shining Armor entered the room along with his squad of 10 unicorn royal guards. All were in their armor standing at attention. "Yes your Highnesses," bowed when he stood in front of the princesses.

"Miss Sharp Claws, you are dismissed from here and please wait at the castle entrance for Armor and his men," said Celestia. After that, Sharp Claws left, Shining Armor, I need a squad I can trust and right now you and your squad is the only one I can trust in this sticky situation.

Shining armor is a pure white unicorn with two different blues in his mane, also Princess Twilights older brother and Cadence's husband. He's known for his tactical skills and also being able to get around undetected with his squad.

"Ok Armor here is the plan, you and your squad are heading through the portal, we will communicate through teleporting notes to each other and by going into your dreams with Luna's help. Do not follow any orders that the griffins try and give you, they royally fucked up a simple scouting mission and their forces have been shredded down a bit. What I want you to do is follow Sharp Claws back to the portal, and she is going to play informant for you guys to keep you updated on the griffins and then you update us. Do you understand us so far?"

"Yes" , Princess Celestia, "I understand completely".

"Next you will find the human's camp and please use a shielding spell because only four men are killing all of those griffins and I don't need any of our warriors dead. Once you establish contact with them, try and make friends with them the best you can. I know that we were originally were going to take them out with well planned attack but since the griffins already are in a war, we are going to have to put on hold and try and make a treaty since they are more powerful than we ever imagined. You and your squad are dismissed and you leave in two hours, please follow Sharp Claws back to the portal."

"Understood," said Armor. I walked up to my wife Cadence who had a few tears in her eyes and she gave me a tight hug.

"Please be safe and careful, we don't want to lose you," and she kissed Armor on his lips.

"We?" ...... thought Armor for a few seconds, and then turned around to give his little sister a hug and she said "I'm sorry."

Three hours later the squad of unicorns and the griffin left the beautiful castle in Canterlot on their 2 hour walk to where the portal was located. Through the dense Everfree forest to where the portal was located. The Everfree forest was very scary with all the weird noises and strange plants that grew in the area. As the royal guards went to the portal the path was getting a little rougher and rougher but the guards kept pushing towards the portal.

(Meanwhile back in the Castle)

"I can't believe you are sending my husband into that hostile world, Aunt Celestia," wined Cadence. "I had very happy news for him but I won't be able to tell him now until he gets back."

"I'm very sorry Cadence, but your husband's squad is the best and they have the highest chance of surviving," Celestia said looking at Cadence. "Twilight same goes for you, Shining Armor will prevail he always have in the past.
Twilight was looking down kind of sad, while Luna was doodling something on a piece of paper and the pencil in her mouth. She left a few minutes later leaving the doodle on the table. Celestia saw the doodle there and used her magic to levitate the doodle to where we could see it. (The doodle was Shining Armor standing on top of a pile dead griffins holding the pole which held the Equestrian flag.) After carefully studying the doodle she gave it to Cadence.
Everyone started to leave the war room and went back to their own rooms. The white marble of the castle gleamed beautiful in the evening sun. Tonight, dinner was to be served to each of the princesses rooms.
As Cadence went to her room she went straight to her closet and looked at the crystal armor that was made especially for her, she put a her front right hoof to her belly and for a second and took a breath. The armor multi color gems that matched her mane. She knew that she was only about three weeks pregnant, but told no one, not even her husband, Shining Armor. I was planning on telling him tonight but he got sent into duty... (a tear came down her eye).

Celestia knocked on Cadence's door and walked in to see her looking at the armor that she placed on her bed. Cadence sighed. "Cadence how are you right now?" Said Celestia.

"I'm sorry Auntie, I guess I'm just missing Shining Armor already..." she looked down. Celestia walked over to her and gave her a hug.

"Cadence, Shining Armor will be back before you know it," smiling as I tried to cheer her up. (I was hoping myself that Armor could pull this stunt off and try to make a peace treaty with the men that was killing the griffin scouts.) "Cadence, I also sense that something else is bothering you, what is it my dear?" I knew already what it was but I wanted to hear it from her.

"My dear auntie," I paused for a bit biting her lower lip... "I'm .... I'm preg....pregnant!!!" I started to cry into her shoulder, as she put her hoof around me and reassured me that everything will be alright.

"When did you find out, sweetie?" Celestia asked calmly as her niece was still crying on my shoulder. I used my magic to put Cadence's armor back into the closet by using my magic. I walked her to her bed and as she laid down in the bed, I moved the pink king size covers up to her, right below her head and I sat next to her.

"I found out yesterday..." I saw that she was not mad one bit, which for sure I figured she would be disappointed or even angry at me. She had only been married to Shining Armor for almost a week.

"Everything will be ok Cadence," just as she was going to say something when someone knocked on the wooden door.
"Enter," said Cadence.
Twilight Sparkle entered the room surprised to see Celestia in the room with Cadence who was already in bed. She looked at them confused.

"Umm what's going on? Is this a bad time, I can always come back later?" Asked Twilight.

"It' s ok Twilight", I said as Celestia got off the bed and walked out of the room. "So Twilight how are you right now?" Cadence patted to Shining Armors part of the bed motioning to Twilight that she could sit down on the bed.

"I'm alright, miss my BBBFF, even though he's only been gone almost 2 hours." "How about you? Also why are you in bed already it's like only noon?" I asked curiosity.

"Well Twilight, I miss him already just as much as you do." Sigh, "but the safely of Equestria is first."

(Meanwhile in the Everyfree forest)

Shining Armor and his squad of 10 unicorns had just reached the location of the portal. There were two guards there holding spears allowing no one access to go through the portal. The portal was the old statue of Night Mare Moon the statue, and was in the middle of the clearing and there was a blue offset mist that changed its size as whatever was going to go through it. Shining handed one of the guards his orders and they stepped aside and said "ok your cleared to enter."

"Well comrades, are you ready to do this?" Shining Armor looked at his fellow unicorns who yelled.

"Hell yea, let's get it over with."

Shining Armor was the first to go through the portal, then two by two his fellow comrades went through.

(Back on Earth)

As we stepped out past the portal, Gilda stood there waiting, I looked around as my men continued to follow through the portal. As everything came into focus, I saw that we were in a town that looked like it was just destroyed. There were objects on the road that were smashed and windows in the stores were broken.

"Glad you guys could make it," said Gilda eagerly. "Please follow me into our make shift base as of right now we are trying to secure this area of the town. " As they went into their base (parking garage) they passed through the medical area which a lot of the cots, which were huge to accumulate the size and weight of the average griffin. Most of them were empty but one, the griffin in it was hit by a thing outside (got hit by a car) and had its side wrapped in bandages and hooked up to a few monitors.

I saw in a corner about 50 or more dead griffins that had white sheets that covered them. "Gilda, the reason we are here is to gain information on the humans , so we are going to spy on them," I told her. "We need to gain information on the humans magical weapons." "Also Celestia is talking it over with Luna, Cadence and my sister about your request, so we need to go now while there is still daylight. Shining armor said as the men quietly stood beside them.

"As you wish Shining Armor, just remember we are on the same side," said Gilda. She put on her golden helmet and headed out towards their mess hall area.

Shining Armor and his men left the griffins camp and started towards the human camp. They were lost within an hour of trying to find their way out of the city. They were in shock to see that there were so many dead humans scattered throughout the town. The stench was starting to become overwhelming. They finally hit a break when they found Walnut St.

"Hmm why is it that this road all the bodies are placed on the side of the road all neatly while the other streets they are still scattered about," Shining Armor. "I believe that those humans are using it to get around.... let's go this way," pointing towards the south. (He weren't 100 percent sure, but they were all going the right way.)
They continued to walk for at least a mile until they reached the edge of town when one of the guards pointed out.

"There," pointing towards the huge tents with the boulders surrounding the camp. (The ponies mistook the tanks for rocks, but I don't blame them, they have never seen a tank before.)

"Ok men this is it, we've found the humans camp. From now on we need to exercise extreme caution, we don't know if they will attack us on sight or what," Shining Armor said. His horn glowed as he put a protection spell over his men which everyone glistened pink for a few seconds. (He didn't know it but he messed up by doing this in the open field.)

They saw something shoot up into the sky, which it blew in the sky causing the field to light up for a many seconds at a time. The ponies stood still shocked.

"This is it men," said Shining Armor said in a normal voice."They know we are here, everyone stay in line and we will slowly go over towards them." His men were nervous, not knowing if they were going to live throughout the night. Within minutes the Royal Guard were surrounded with the humans with their magic sticks (just as the griffins described.)

(Twenty minutes before Shining armor found the human camp.)
(Commander Taylor and Wesker on a Video chat on laptops)

"Hey Commander Taylor, it's me Wesker." This was the first time that we were able to video chat instead of using only cell phones. "How are the larger cities holding out against these griffins?"

"Well, Wesker it's about time I get to meet the person that's been giving us very valuable information and we've been eliminating the threat with the help of anti air guns that we have put on the outside of the city limits." "Did Chris give you your present from me?"

"Yes, Taylor and thank you, they worked very well." I told him about using the reference from the evil dead and he laughed his ass off. The two men continued to talk until one of the marines on watched yelled "CONTACTS DUE EAST, THEY ARE COMMING FROM THE CITY". "Taylor I got to go."

"Go take care of yourself Wesker." Said Taylor signing off.

I ran grabbed my AR-15 and the 10 gauge shotgun and ran towards the group of marines who were pointing at something in the distance. "Marine grab that 40 mm grenade launcher and load the illumination rounds, while the rest come with me, we are going to see if we can get ourselves a hostage if possible so don't shoot unless I say so, understood?"

"Yes sir," the marines said.
Chris walked out past Wesker carrying a duffel bag and a backpack along with his weapons.

"Chris where are you going?" Demanded Wesker.

"I'm headed into the heart of the griffin territory and go to where they are coming from and shoot every one of those bastards." He continued to walk past the men , disappearing into the night.

"Dam he's mysterious," mumbled Wesker.

"The marine shoot off a round in that 40 mm and light this area up." Wesker while put a fresh clip into his gun and loaded a round into the chamber. BOOM the 40 mm fired in the direction where the contacts were lighting up the area. "Men follow me and when we get there surround them . Remember no pulling the trigger unless I say so."

The marines followed Wesker into the field as the marine with the 40 mm shot another round into the sky lighting up the field again. After about 100 yards of running they finally surrounded the enemy, pointing their rifles at them.

"What in the hell, these aren't griffins, they are fucken unicorns.... but where in the hell did they come from....... Ah hell, look they are even wearing golden armor just like those griffins... they must be working together", mumbled Wesker.

"We should kill them said a few of the marines. They deserve the same fate like the griffins, we can't let any more people die because of these monsters."

"No", I told the marines we are going to take them to the base and hold them there while we get information about why are they here, walking straight to our base and about the griffins. They might even be able to tell us how everything is coming over here. " I turned towards one of the ponies who had a blue star in his armor while the other ponies had white stars in their armor. "Can you understand us?" Just as I said that, the 40 mm was fired again lighting up the area again.

The pony with the blue star, took off his helmet. "I am Shining Armor, Captain of the Royal Guards. We have been sent by Princess Celestia and the other princesses to talk to the human who is in charge over here." The Shining Armors was a white pony with a blue mane and tail but had a streak of a lighter blue also in his mane. The other members of the Royal Guard just stunned with fear as the men that were only about a foot and a half taller than them pointed their guns at them.

"Armor, you and your fellow guards are going to follow us, but if one of you tries any funny business, I'll personally see that that pony has a slow death while you guys watch." Said Wesker. "Understood?" Armor nodded as the men surrounded him and his men, the guns still pointed at the pony guards.

"Attention men, we are taking our new friends and we are going to put them in the brig till me and Mr. Armor here have a little chat."

"Yes sir," replied the marines.

As everyone made their way back to the base. The marine with the 40mm launcher, shot the last round into the sky that lit up the base. Shining Armor and the Royal Guards gasped as they went past one of the tanks.

"Sir," said Armor. "What is that," as he looked to at the huge metal object?

"That is a M1 Abrams Tank, we are using them to help fortify the outpost."

Shining was taking in as much as possible as then went through part of the base, how incredible that we are moving through an aliens military outpost, Shining thought to himself. I saw all the boxes marked with symbols, I wish I could understand what they meant. I knew my guards were nervous as we continued to a private tent with two guards standing next to the door. I saw them salute the human known as Wesker.
Jim in the meantime had been out in one of the tanks playing poker with the tank crew, they were betting cigarettes and soda. He decided to leave once he lost all of his cigarettes. Exiting the tank he saw that the Wesker led the prisoners to the back tent. He walked up next to Wesker and watched quietly.

"Ah, Jim about time you show up. Where have you been, we've got something interesting here."

"Oh, I saw those ponies that you put in that tent."

(Marine in watch tower)

"The griffins are attacking again, and they are carrying rocks." The men in the tanks , one got on the machine gun, pulling the action lever and started shooting, while the others in the tanks started to fire. The marine with the 40mm grenade launcher started to shoot more of those illumination rounds and started lighting up the area. The tank fired with a large boom as the projectile hit one of the huge rocks that caused it to blow up and parts of rock went through the griffin's wing and front arms causing it to suffer a slow and painful death. Another griffin got close and dropped his huge rock and it missed the front barrel by a matter of feet, the marine that was gunning that tank almost shit himself when the huge ass rock fell in front of him. The marine with the 40 mm shot straight up with an explosion round barely clipping the griffins wing blowing up and the griffin fell in a whole bunch of empty crates. Scott ran over to where the griffin lay trying to get up but unable too so Scott pulled the trigger on his M60 and blew holes into the griffins body and walked off and took post at the tank and started firing trying to hit as many of the griffins as he could with what of his ammo belt he had left. Boom the tank fired again causing Scott to bounce off the tanks armor and into the cold dirt dazed and confused. One of the marines yelled, "They are retreating!!!!! We won this little victory!!!!"

Kevin was doing a head count when he couldn't find two of the stationed marines. "Hey guys have anyone seen Derek or John, I can't find them anywhere," he said to the other marines.

They said, "sorry they haven't seen them " and before you know it, the base went on lockdown. The spotlights turned on scanning around the entire area around the base.

Wesker was in a private room walking to Shining Armor when the Alarms went off. A marine entered the room.

"Wesker, two of our men are missing..."

"How?" The guard exited and went back to searching the rest of the base.

I turned to Armor, "If you want to gain some of my trust, take your men and go to the griffins camp and bring back my men alive."

"Well you aren't giving me any options so ok, we will go and try to rescue your men if they are indeed at the camp." Wesker handed him a glow stick and armor put it in his saddlebag.
"Snap this when you are coming back to camp, this will identify that you and your men are coming." Wesker walked off to one of the computers, and started to write his report to Commander Taylor.

Armor and his men left the base knowingly that they had to find those men before they could come back so they started off into the night. This is either a blessing or a curse, but anyways we have a interesting talk when we find Gilda.
It was starting to get foggy in the city, but they pushed on, this time Armor and his men used a spell so that they couldn't smell the rotting corpses. (They were starting to smell really really bad.) While walking around the destroyed town there was a griffin on the ground trying to move towards their camp but had no luck when the ponies saw that the wings were hacked off, and the amount of stab wounds in its side.

"Dam, poor fella what a way to go, a slow and painful death." Said Armor, "Well me might find one of those people around here.

"Sir, would you like me to end this griffins suffering?" Said one of the royal guards.

A figure stepped out of the shadows. "No don't touch him," it was one of the missing marines. He was holding his arm and spit a little blood on the ground near the griffins. "I want this one to suffer but, I guess he needs to die now before his friends come for me." Pulls out his combat knife and inserts it into the griffins neck causing massive amounts of blood to pour out and the griffin died within a couple minutes. "So how do I know that I can trust you?"

"Well, that guy named Wesker told us to go find you and the other guy and he only gave me this glow stick thingy..." Armor handed him the glow stick. The marine handed it back to him. You need to see a doctor, I'll have to of my men follow you back to your base but only if I had two glow sticks..."

"Don't worry about it," the marine pulled out a glow stick out of his vest, snapped it and made it start to glow. "I always carry 2 of them." They started to head back through the base, the unicorns helped him a couple of times when he fell to the ground, but in the end the decided to carry the marine in a make shift stretcher and using magic to carry him. (The stretcher was made of two pieces of poles and some tarp which they found in the park.)
About twenty minutes of carrying the human, the unicorns were finally approaching the humans base and the marine had his glow stick around his neck shining as he was carried towards the base. Two marines relieved the royal guard ponies and took the injured marine to their makeshift clinic. Behind the closed flaps of the tent, the marine told Wesker everything.

"It came out of nowhere and grabbed me, I think it was going to take me to their camp and torture me... "

"Well marine your safe now," the marine/field doctor was putting some bandages on him game him some Advil.

Wesker looked outside in the night sky and wondered how this war was going to turn out. "Well tomorrow, we are getting another supply drop and I heard we are getting another squad of marines to help," as he scanned over the printed email that one of the marines handed him a few minutes ago. "I still don't understand what surprise he's sending this time."

(Meanwhile back in the City)

Shining Armor and his fellow ponies made it back to the griffin's camp. They found that they were holding the marine hostage.

"Where's Captain Gilda, "demanded Armor.

"I'm over hear, playing with the prisoner as you can see," she laughed, punching the man in the gut, still not refusing to say a thing. "I have to give you credit human, I was expecting you to snap like a twig." She threw the human against the wall and walked over to Armor. "Hello Armor, what's up? Did you come to help me to get information out of this pest?"

"NO!! Celestia wanted me to try and make peace with them, as you can see their magic is even stronger than ours, she wants to get a hold of their magic." Grins, "besides wouldn't you like to get some of that magic and lay waste to your enemies?"

"Ok you got my attention, so what do I need to do?" Gilda asked eagerly.

"I need all your troops to stay here for just a couple of days till we can gain the humans trust, I am expecting a letter to be sent to me from the Celestia tomorrow and I have a feeling that she is going to want me to bring their leader to Equestia and have a chat. So right now go back to your home country and Gilda you come meet us at the Canterlot Castle in two days. It's best if you come while your troops get some rest."

"Hmm, well this will get my men away from fearing the worst and a little R and R never hurt anyone, we shall leave tomorrow morning." Turning towards the human that laid against the concrete wall, (parking garage) "your free to go," said the griffin walking away now.

Armor and a fellow royal guard helped the marine. He was sitting up and coughing up blood his armor had been slashed and torn, trails of dried blood under his nose, and two black eyes.

"Sir, we need to get you back to your camp fast, you don't look too good."

Coughs up a little blood, "uhh you think...." he tried to stand up leaning against the wall but he found out that he had little strength and sat down. "Dam griffins took my C4 and broke my rifle in two," pulls out his standard issued pistol, pulling out the clip too see that he had a full clip. "So uhhh, where are we? The dazed marine asked.

"We are in some structure besides your town square ,"replied Armor. He made the marine lie down while he and his fellow guards were positioned and then Armor, using his magic lifted the marine into his fellow guards back and they all started to head back towards the base.
On the way back they ran into Chris who was stealthy laying on the ground around dead bodies. A sniper rifle in front of him. He was watching the royal guard ponies carry out a marine....

Radios base, "Wesker I repeat Wesker are you here?"

A minute later, "This is Wesker, is this Chris? Over"

"Yea, it's me, I'm lying next to some dead bodies and watching of all thing ponies carrying one of your marines out of a parking garage and he looks like he's been beaten badly. I'm staying here and watching, I found out how they are getting into our world over."

Ok, be careful and report directly to me once you decide to come back because the next supply shipment will be coming in tomorrow and another squad of marines are coming and we are planning to push into the enemy territory over."

"Roger that, Chris out"

(Back to Shining Armor)

"Men we are almost back to the base. " He grabbed the glow stick and activated it just like Wesker explained and carried it in his mouth until the marines ran out of the base followed by Wesker and they took the injured man to the medic tent and laid down as the doctor examined him. Armor followed Wesker to a private tent.

"Thank you for saving our fellow marines, like I promised, you are on your way to having a good rep around here which is good." I had one guy out there watching the griffins camp and he saw the whole thing from a distance so I don't know what you said to them but good job on getting our friend out alive."

Extends hand, then Armor extends his hoof and they shake.

(An hour later)

Shining Armor and the rest of his royal guard squad went into the large tent that Wesker and his men put up for them for the night to rest. Two men were stationed outside the doors.

Wesker in the meantime was sitting in the comm. room reporting to Commander Taylor via video chat.

"Taylor, just to make sure I understand, the squad that's coming tomorrow with the supplies is to push within the enemy lines and take over their headquarters. "

"That is correct, Wesker." Taylor nodded. "Also you need rest you don't look like you slept in at least 2 days, Taylor out."
The computer went dark.

"Oh well, he's right I have been not sleeping well anyways and we got to be in shape for when the new marines come. We have a busy day tomorrow." He went off to his bunk and laid for a few minutes falling asleep.

(In Shining Armors dream)

Armor was dreaming that he was still in the Crystal Empire with his wife Princess Cadence. They were in the Throne room, Cadence was conducting the royal business as usual and Armor was inspecting all of the royal guards as normal at the beginning of the week. He was about half way through the guards when a flash of light appeared and after the light went away Princess Luna appeared, along with Celestia and Cadence.

"..... Ummm, hello... how can I be of assistance," replied Armor. He bowed his head to the Princesses.

"There is no need to bow Armor, how is everything over there in that world called earth?" Celestia and Luna said together, then looking at each other.

"Well so far so good, I'm within the base and tomorrow more of their reinforcements are arriving and also they know where the portal is...." (Armor)

"Good," said Celestia, "I would like you to invite them to come to Canterlot so we can meet them." She smiled a nice smile. Shining Armor could see that she had a different motives.

"As you wish, Celestia." Princess Celestia left.

Princess Cadence ran over to her husband and hugged him tightly."I'm glad you're ok and safe."

"Same here sweetie," kissing her on her cheek.

"When you come back I got some very special news for you and I bet you'll be super excited," Cadence giggled.

"Why can't you tell me right now?" Shining said sadly.

"Because I want the real you to be next to me when I tell you. ^_^ Well we need to head off and let you get your rest, night my prince in shining armor." Luna and Cadence left, leaving Armor alone in his dreams again.
Shining Armor woke up looking around still tired and noticed the scroll next to him and he put it in his saddlebag.

"...That was both exciting and scary at the same time.... I thought Luna couldn't take people into dreams with her.... Oh well." Lays back down on pillow and goes back to sleep.

The whole base was quiet, except for the marines who were on patrol scanning the skies for the griffins.

Chapter 4 The Royal Meeting

(In Canterlot)
Celestia walked into the throne, sitting next to her sister Luna. Since it was nighttime, Luna was sitting on her throne reading royal documents and signing each one after reading it. It was almost six in the morning and it was about time for Celestia to raise the sun.

"Dear sister, how did you sleep?" Luna said tired/eagerly. Luna hopped off her chair as her elder sister went to hers. I yawned a bit as Celestia started to raise the sun.

"Luna, I slept pretty good, just nervous about our visitors that will be arriving today or tomorrow."

"Sister everything will be ok," Luna went and left Celestia in the throne room.

Twilight, and Cadence were getting the castle in order for when their expected guest would arrive. Cadence was setting the banquet hall, helping the maids put the proper silverware and plates in their proper place. Twilight was making sure that everything was perfect throughout the rest of the castle, straightening photos and banners.
It was lunchtime when the princesses all met together in the war room and discussed what was going to happen when their guests would arrive.

"This is a bad idea Luna," stated Celestia. "We can't just kill them, besides you remember what that griffin said? They were unstoppable to them, we aren't going to have a war in my country, just because they are more powerful maybe than us. We should befriend them and learn about them and what they have to offer." Took a sip from the glass.

"But Celestia," Luna Wined. "We need to eliminate the threat now while we have the chance too. They wouldn't see it coming, I promise."

"Aunt Luna," replied Cadence. "We need to learn more about them, I bet they have a reasonable explanation for their actions. Besides when they come, we will make sure to have their magic sticks taken away from them so they will be defenseless. Besides there will be guards everywhere and they will be escorted throughout the castle, NO EXCEPTIONS."

"I agree with Cadence," Twilight blurted out.

They discussed for the rest of the day, the Pink Alicorn won the battle against her aunt. The plan was to befriend them before they made any major move to provoke them . First there was the greetings, then the meeting then dinner, and everything was set. Luna with only having a few hours of sleep because of her night duties was starting to fall asleep in her spot, her head laying on the table. After the meeting was over she got up and ran back to her room and crawled back under her covers and went back to sleep while the other three went back to their original duties until dinner time.
Now all the princesses would have to is wait for Shining Armor to bring these humans to the castle, Celestia had been going over scenarios over in her head as she slowly went to sleep.

(Meanwhile at Fort Kacy)(Earth)

Commander Taylor, was checking on the new recruits and equipment that he'd be sending to Wesker. There were 2 MH-47E Chinooks being prepped and with carrying their payload of a huge metal containers filled with various ammunition and MREs. 2 C-130s were being loaded with armored hummer each, both hummers were stocked with ammunition, also the new recruits were going to be on them.
Taylor stopped the recruits before they headed into the C-130's.

"Ok men, your orders are to assist Wesker and a few of his men. They have an arranged meeting with a country that is on the other side of the portal. Your mission is to protect Wesker at all, to and from the meeting. So Sergeant Brenden Kuhlenberg, I have one question for you sergeant, why are you currently using WW11, German Weapons..."

"Taylor, I prefer these weapons because I love the German weapons they are reliable, plus I grew up with them, also check my credentials and they'll say the same," Brenden said kind of annoyed.

"Hmm very well sergeant , but make sure you have extra ammunition for your weapons, since we don't have any German ammunition here on base at this moment," Taylor said.
"It's ok Commander Taylor, I can adapt." Sergeant had a small crazy evil look on his face, then turned towards the plane and got on.

Taylor looked at Beltway (Hector). "You sure like that heavy armor don't you son, also I believe it is kind of early to be wearing the gas mask." Handed Beltway a UTAS-15. "This is for you, please protect Wesker. Last question, it said you worked high in the ranks of a Private Corporation called Umb.." Beltway put his finger up to his face to stop Taylor, and Taylor nodded.

"Commander Taylor, my past doesn't concern anyone but me at this point. I'm here because of my demolitions expertise." With every step Beltway took a loud clank roamed through the hanger as his metal prophetic leg hit the concrete floor. He went into the C-130 next to Sarge.

Lastly Taylor turned towards Xander Olson, "well son it looks like you're the only the sane one on this team. Please be careful." Taylor walks off.

"Yes sir commander." Olson said as he walked into the plane to see Sargent Kuhlenberg sitting in the Hummer, polishing his MG-42. Kuhlenberg gave an evil grin towards Olson then turned back to continuing to polish his weapons.

Olson sat next to Beltway who was typing on a portable laptop that was attached to his left wrist. Beltway saw that Olson sat next to him so he closed the computer.

"So your Olson, you can call me Beltway," Beltway said shaking Olson's hand.

"You can call me Hitman, as well." .... Looks at Beltways missing leg. "So umm how did you lose your leg?"

"Demolition accident," replied Beltway. "Sorry, but I don't want to go over the details." He put his newly acquired shotgun in his lap and leaned back, never took off his gas mask but changed the filters within a couple of hours.

By this time the C-130s and the MH-47E Chinooks in the air heading towards the outpost where Wesker and his men were located. The pilot said over the intercom ETA 2 hours, go get some rest before we drop you. But it was too late, the men were already sleeping and Brenden had painted faces on Hitman while leaving Beltway alone because he knew that Beltway would defy orders and shoot him where he stood if he tried anything. So Brenden went back to his seat in the hummer and buckled his MG-42 into the passenger seat, then went to sleep.

(At Weskers outpost)
(Wesker)

I sat up in the cot in a dead sweat, "man that was a weird dream." I had dreamt that we went to this beautiful stone castle and met with these rulers and something happened while we were there and next thing I knew we became their prisoners. "No more soda right before bed," I mumbled and got out of the cot and got dressed, I looked at the clock and it read 6:00 A.M. Stomach growled, "hmm time for breakfast," walked out of the tent and went towards the mess hall, I saw the tent with those unicorn creatures still quiet and the guards still at their post and they said hi when I approached them. "Sir if, Shining Armor is awake please send him to the mess hall and I don't believe he'll need an escort since you can see him walk 20 feet to it mess hall," I walked into the mess hall. I was surprised too see that there were only two men drinking coffee, their guard shift was at 7 so they still had an hour before work.

After sitting down eating some of the eggs and bacon off my plastic plate, I heard the tent flap move and saw that the men that were getting coffee had left. I had been eating for only two minutes when one of the marines said that I was needed at the laptop in the communications tent, to have a video chat with Taylor.

"Hello Commander Taylor, how is everything over there?" I asked, while sipping on a soda.

"It's good to see you Wesker, well everything here is fine, but it seems like our little friends are hitting the bigger cities again, those bastards found out that we are weak when we have to reload them..."

"Why not have the second one start about 30 seconds later so when the first one is being reloaded the second one still has ammunition for 30 seconds?"

".... Man why didn't any of us think of that before, Wesker you saved more live," Taylor said happily. "So are you ready to do this meeting thing across the portal?"

"About ready as I'll ever be, also tell me about this new troops that will be arriving in a few hours?"

"Well you have Hitman, who is an excellent shooting record, very decorated marine. Then there's Sergeant Brenden, .... don't ask him about his choice of weapons and please leave it at that... Lastly there is Beltway, I should warn you about him, he worked for Umbrella in the past, I believe that he has other motives to be here other than helping you to and from your meeting so please be careful around him."

"Understood Taylor, and thanks for letting me do this... too bad all my clothes look like shit from all of this."

"Actually Wesker, I've sent you a Generals uniform, since you are representing the United States and also Earth, with this treaty. So please no screw ups."

"Taylor out"

The video chat went offline and I turned around and saw Shining Armor staring at me, as I exited the computer chair.

"Ummm, Wesker who was that you were talking too? Was that your commanding officer?" Asked Shining Armor.

"Well technically yes and no," Taylor is high in my governments military, but at the same time, I am also not really in the military, I am a civilian but I just got promoted to Ambassador so that I can attend the meeting that we are leaving for today."

....."So why are all of these troops following your orders then, " Shining Armor said confused.

"Well to make a long story short, I lived in this now currently destroyed town, I am an electrician. When the griffins attacked I went to the safe room in my house with a friend who was attacked by one of the griffins but managed to get away from them. We fought our way out into the country side killing one of their commanding officers on the way, then made contact with our government and they gave me the abilities to control these marines since we are in ground zero and I know how to maneuver around this town."
The sound of engines started to make themselves known as the two were talking and they walked outside to see the MH-47E Chinooks dropping huge metal containers in rows then leaving. While 2 C-130s dropped their payload high in the air. Two Hummers that were attached to a platform slid out the back of the two planes and once the plane passed the parachutes that were attached to the platform deployed and the vehicles glided down. Sergeant Brenden was still asleep in the Hummer while it floating down towards Earth. The Hummers hit the ground pretty hard, Wesker and Armor saw that something flew up and hit the roof of the Hummer as it hit. After the vehicles were deployed from the plane, two men jumped out of the plane and deployed their parachutes and glided safely to the base. Brandon opened the door and fell out of the Hummer and laid on the ground for a few seconds.

"WHAT IN THE BLOODY HELL? YOU GUYS COULDN'T WAKE ME UP...." Brenden yelled.

Beltway walked over to him and helped him up, "we tried but you were out cold," He laughed a little through his gas mask.

Hitman walked over to Wesker, " Corporal Hitman reporting in, sir we are here to help escort you to the meeting place and assist anyway we can."

"Thank you corporal, you might want to clean your face, looks like someone had fun with a pen..." Hitman went the bathroom and cleaned the markings off his face and stared pissed off at Sargent Brenden.

Brenden walked up to Wesker. "Sargent Brenden Kuhlenberg, but please call me Panzer." "Let's kick some enemy ASS."

"Ok"... said Wesker... turned to Beltway, "So you must be Mr. Beltway."

"Yep and please don't ask about what happened to my leg....because it's not any importance to you, I can still my job with this metal prophetic leg just fine.

I was kind of stunned by what Beltway said... Taylor is right, I do need to watch my back. "Ok men we leave in two hours so go get breakfast while I get the rest of team up and running."
I headed in and found Scott and Kevin still sleeping in their bunks and I threw a pack of 200 blackcats into the trash can and quickly put the lid on and stepped out of the tent as they went off. within seconds the two men ran out of the tent and ran into Wesker. They looked up at him.

"Uh what's up Wesker?" Asked Kevin, while he rubbed his eyes.

"Not much private," I said, "we are leaving in exactly in 1 hour so hurry up and grab extra ammo, we are will be heading through the portal and heading to the meeting and see if we can't work ourselves an alliance or treaty. Well hurry up," walks off .
I went to the Hummers and there was a package addressed to me, which was a 2 star generals suit... I found a note and read it

Wesker, this is Taylor.

This uniform is for you when you attend your meeting. Please be careful, your representing the United States and even the world so use your best judgment, congratulations Ambassador Wesker.

I went back to my tent and changed into the new clothes, I put my rifle and AR-15 on my back and held my 10 gauge shotgun in my hands while my pistol was hidden behind my general jacket. I walked back to the Hummer and sat in the passengers spot, and I wrote a note to Jim to hold down the fort till we come back, which gracefully he agreed.

Shining Armor and his squad left ahead 45 minutes ago to make sure the areas secure which I didn't mind since we didn't want to be late for the meeting.
(Shining Armor)

"Ok men we are close to the Griffin base, let's see if they honor their agreement." So far everything was quiet, not a griffin in the sky. They went into the base and saw that it was packed up and everything was gone, even the dead bodies. "Well at least they took their dead back with them. Private Star Moon", looking at the pony that was last to enter the griffin base. "Go through the portal and ask the guards if the griffins came through with their dead... just to make sure."

"Yes Captain Armor," and she ran out of the abandoned base and into the portal and was gone from everybody's view.

"Everyone spread out, but don't go too far so you don't get lost or if our friends didn't leave in the first place, and meet back here in 15 minutes. The humans will be arriving here soon."

They all went separate directions for a few blocks but after checking multiple buildings and areas they found none. It was about time to head back to the portal, Shining Armor was the first to get back to the portal and noticed that Private Star Moon was back waiting with her spear standing at attention.

"So Moon, what did the guards on the other side say?" Armor asked, as he walked up to her.

"They left 3 hours ago, dead, medical supplies, everything they are going home for a bit." Looking at him directly. "They believe that they are going to come back with a bigger army once they reach their home land."

"Ok private and thank you for your findings, the rest of the squad will be arriving in a few minutes." I walked around the area surveying the damage which most of the buildings were almost completely destroyed. By this time the rest of the squad came back already. "Ok men you guys start heading back to the castle and be careful, I'm going to lead the humans by myself. So when you arrive at the castle inform Celestia and the other princesses that we are on our way."

The squad left Armor as he sat on a piece of destroyed building as he now waited on the humans to arrive on foot. A weird noise became known to Armor and he saw two huge things that hovered to the ground moving fast. His face was priceless, scared shitless.

(15 minutes ago at the human outpost)

"Come on men we need to leave now," said Wesker. "Hitman you drive the army green Hummer and Scott you're the gunner, Panzer you have gunner on the black Hummer, Beltway your driver since this is your personal vehicle, Kevin your shotgun and everyone be safe and try not to shoot any by accident because our new friends aren't probably used to weapons like ours. Extra ammo is loaded in the back of my Hummer, as well as MRES that should last us about a week if something should go wrong." Hops in the passenger seat in the army green Hummer and they take off towards the town.

While heading towards the center of town everyone was surprised they didn't see a single griffin but only the unicorn known as Shining Armor. The new members of my squad didn't know that Armor was there to lead us to the meeting place. I stepped out of the Hummer and walked up to Armor who was shocked to see the suit I was wearing.

"Armor, these men are my bodyguards and we are ready to head to this town called Canterlot..." Me and Armor walked around to the back of the Hummer. "Armor please hop in the back here and we will begin our journey."
Armor hoped into the back of the Hummer and the men drove through the portal. They didn't feel anything as they went passed through the portal. It looked like they were driving on nothing and everything was surrounded by a bluish liquid. A bright light appeared out of nowhere, and as everyone's eyes started to adjust they could tell that they weren't in the united states anymore. This new land was lush with beautiful vegetation, and huge tall trees. After going through the portal Hitman and Beltway stopped the Hummers everyone got out.

"Oh wow this place is beautiful", replied Panzer.

"Yep until someone gets a horn through the chest," Beltway said.

"Hey you two, I take offense to that," replied Shining Armor.

After a few more laughs everyone got back into their original seats and Armor told them where to go. They were making good very good progress as Shining Armor described .

OK, Wesker we need to stop at this small town for a second please, I'd like you to visit my sister Twilight. "

"Fine fine I told Armor, besides I need to stretch anyways. "

Hitman grabbed the radio and radioed Beltway relaying Wesker's orders.
It took fifteen minutes going down the dirt road, we passed a sign that had said welcome to Ponyville, as we got closer to the town we started to see ponies in the distance. The houses were from the medieval time for being made from only stone, wood and straw for the roofs. After going about sixty miles per hour we had to slow down because of all the ponies that stood staring at us while still in the middle of the road.

"Wesker, I'm getting off here so that I can get us a path to my sister's house, so follow close and please don't hurt any of them." I jumped out of the moving thing that the humans called a Hummer. As I got to the ground and got to the front of the humans Hummer . "Please everypony please stand away from the metal objects, we need to get to Twilights house. As the multiple ponies stepped aside from to make room for the Hummers as they followed Armor to a huge tree that a house was carved out of.
The engines cut off and the men got out of Hummers. Each person held their weapon except for Wesker, he had his AR-15 in the truck but had 2 pistols strapped to each leg (hidden of course). They watched as Shining Armor knocked on the door and rushed inside. He came out within a couple of minutes bringing a purple lavender unicorn out apparently it was a mare. Panzer walked up to a pony and started to scratch behind its ears, we all watched as you could see the pink pony enjoyed it.

"Panzer get over here," Wesker said kind of annoyed. Turning to Armor. "So this must be your sister right?"

"Yes, Wesker this is my sister Twilight Sparkle." Twilight was nervous as she realized that she forgot about the meeting in Canterlot.

"Umm Armor," Twilight said nervously, "can I go with you and your human friends to Canterlot, I forgot to leave the other day......"

"Sure", Wesker said. "But you'll have to sit in the back, SCOTT you're in the other hummer for the rest of the trip so miss Sparkle could accompany her brother. " Scott nodded and put his gear into the other Hummer. "Well lets load up and hit the road while there is still daylight left to burn."
As everybody got into their vehicles Twilight was looking at the thing that the humans called Hummers. She followed her brother into the back of the vehicle, and she found out really quick that this was going to be a bumpy ride. Everypony in town watched as the humans drove off towards the great city of Canterlot. We had to go down an old dirt path just to get there. I placed a Five Finger Death Punch cd into the Cd player and Dying breed started to play, Twilight had a weird look on her face as she heard the music but Shining Armor was nodded as he was rocking out with the music.

Wesker turned to Armor, "I take it you like this kind of music?"

"Yes sir, rock and metal are my favorite." Armor said.
While driving down the dirt path, Beltway grabbed a bottle of water and attached it to a special attachment which allowed him to drink without taking his mask off. Panzer was eating a snickers bar and handed one to Scott and he took it and ate it like it was the last one on earth (Very slowly). Kevin was sleeping in his seat with his mouth wide open.

"So Twilight, what is your country's name?" Wesker asked?

"Wesker this is the land of Equestria," replied Twilight. "Our ruler is Princess Celestia along with her sister Princess Luna, but you will all meet them soon."

"Ok Twilight, so how did you bunch of ponies even find about us anyway? I mean we are currently at war with these creatures we are calling griffins. "

She wanted to say that they were scouts for Celestia's army but that would result in a terrible results. So she lied, "we have been watching them closely but what they do in your world, doesn't mean we can break our treaty with them."

"Hmm," said Wesker, I could tell that she was trying to hide something , but what....

It was getting dark, our clocks on our vehicles said 7:02 P.M. and just made it to the outskirts of the city of Canterlot, the castle was still a few miles inside the city. There were guards positioned everywhere and they stopped us. Shining Armor said something to them and they told us to follow them, we were being escorted to the castle.... Kevin finally woke up and looked around to see the change of scenery. The Castle was huge on the outside.

"How in the bloody hell did you guys build this???" Hitman asked.

"Well, Hitman we use magic and we can do all sorts of things with it," said Armor.
Since it was already dark, so that meant almost everypony was inside eating dinner then getting ready for bed. Which made our drive less hepatic trying to get around every pony . But eventually we got to the gates and continue on foot since the vehicles could not go any farther.

"Ok everyone out of the Hummers and take only what gear is necessary," Wesker said. He grabbed his AR-15 and slung it on his back while and everyone else did the same with their guns, Panzer had a hard time since his rifle had no sling and, lucky had a sling, they also put 3 MRE's into each of their bags.

As we were being escorted into the castle multiple guards surrounded us, at least 25 of them. There were Unicorns, Pegasus, and regular ponies. They didn't yell or anything they just stood there holding their spears towards us. The huge entry doors swung open and three tall ponies walked out, each wearing a sort of crown, but these ponies had both a horn and a pair of wings. Twilight walked up to the white pony and gave her a hug.

"Princess Celestia, I'm sorry I'm late but, I'm finally here. " She turned her towards the men and then back at Celestia. "It's getting late should we postpone the meeting till the morning?"

"Yes my faithful student Twilight Sparkle, you are ok, and yes we will postpone the meeting till tomorrow morning." Looking at the humans. "Which one of you are Wesker?" She already knew because of his uniform stood out from the rest of his men.

I stepped forward as she wanted not sure if she was going to kill me on the spot or not. "So the meeting is tomorrow hmmm." I knew my men didn't really want to stay in the castle any longer than needed.

"You each will have a room while you are here but only on one condition," Celestia said. "Each one of you must put all your magic sticks in Weskers room."
The men looked at each other .. magic sticks..... They agreed to the princesses terms and she showed them each a room. The rooms were pretty nice about half the size of an apartment the first room was Weskers, and the humans each left their main weapons in there but they never took off their knives/ machetes and the pistols that were hidden in their vests. Then Celestia showed each of the men to the their rooms. Each of the rooms were a pure white with a golden queen sized bed with dresser and a few photos, each room also had its own bathroom. After all the humans went into their rooms, Celestia went back to Wesker's room and knocked and entered.

"Hello Wesker"

"Oh Hello, Celestia," I was standing, looking out of the window looking at the stars in the clear night sky.

"How are you doing? I'm glad you accepted my invitation, for a while I wasn't sure you'd make the trip up here." I was worried if they would be able to find our little secret.

"Well, Shining Armor proposed that we meet so I thinks it's best you thank him, also he's a pretty nice guy. " I walked over to my pack and pulled the MRE out and Celestia walked over next to me eyeing the brown package that had MRE stamped on it.

"What's a MRE?" Celestia said blinking her eyes confused.

"It's a Meal Ready to Eat, tastes horrible but it gives us the energy we need to keep going."

"Oh ok, wait you guys haven't eaten yet?" Wesker shook his head no as he pulled they dried piece of meat and popped a small piece into his mouth and chewed then swallowed. "Oh ok...." she turned red for a second. "Well tomorrow Twilight, my sister Luna and Cadence will be at the meeting tomorrow. So do you have any questions you would like to ask me?"

"Well Princess Celestia, our whole time we have been here today, I've noticed that each pony has something tattooed on their hind quarters... "

"Oh you mean our cutie marks.. To us it's when we find what we are truly good at. Also you can just call me Celestia." She looked at what Wesker was eating. "Wesker what is that you're eating?"

Looking at the food then back at Celestia, "it's beef stew with some cornbread...." I saw that her eyes widened for a second then went back to their normal size.

"Your an omnivore... Please don't let any other pony see you while you eat, otherwise something bad might happen, meat is the forbidden flavor here as since we ponies don't eat meat."

"Understood completely."

"Last question for the night, Wesker, that man with the metal leg, something feels off with him."

"Yea, he's a man of few words, ... I didn't get to choose my bodyguards for this but so far he's been ok so far. Also don't even try to get him to take off his mask..... he'd rather die than take it off."

"Smiling, well that's good, also you aren't the first humans here four arrived here last week, probably yours, they had that same patch on your shoulder (The American Flag). Well I'm off too bed, we will continue our little chat tomorrow during the meeting.

"Ok night"............ Celestia left the room.

I waited for fifteen minutes and then I got my men into my room and talked to them, she said that 4 humans ... Americans arrived earlier a week ago... and that's all she would tell me for tonight.... So your dismissed. The men left Weskers room and Beltway stopped Hitman and handed him a envelope, then walked into his own room.

(Hitman)

I walked into my room and closed door and opened the envelope a few pieces of paper fell out as well as a keychain.
I picked up the letter and it said:

Dear marine

This is the Umbrella Corporation, Our Business is Life Itself

This is an invitation that we gave our agent Beltway to give to one marine to help him on his true mission.

This is top secret and must be kept silence.

If you choose to help Beltway on his mission, you will be rewarded greatly. There is a keychain, press the button in the middle and it will let Beltway know that you accept the offer.

Thank you for your time.
UMBRELLA CORPORATION
MANAGEMENT

..... I pressed the button not sure if this was a good idea but it was too late after pressing the button I quickly put everything in the envelope and laid on the bed and eventually went to sleep.

(Beltway)

Typing on little pad that was attached to his left arm, a screen appeared saying that Hitman accepted his offer. I smiled through the mask, closed the pad and laid down, the bed made a huge squeaky sound when my metal leg laid on top of it. Changed filters and went to sleep.
Beltway was reporting in to Umbrella so far on his findings.

(Panzer)

"Uhhhh I can't sleep, " I walked over to the window and looked outside. "Man I have a bad feeling about this." 15 minutes later he finally fell asleep.

(Princess Celestia)

All four allicorns stood around the table in the kitchen, each of them were eating a salad.

"So dear sister Luna, how are you right now? "

"Celestia, I'm fine but do you think it's wise to have those humans and their magic sticks inside the castle?"

"Luna, only Wesker has the magic sticks and he promised me that he would not distribute them, until they head to the war room to protect him." She patted Luna on the back. "Remember they are here to make a peace treaty and right now if they find out about the two wigged beats that had four humans in them, we might start a war that will cause a lot of bloodshed."

"I agree with Celestia," said Cadence, "I would like to learn more about them, later Shining Armor was going to tell me all about his trip to the humans world. "

"All right everyone lets all go to bed so tomorrow we will be refreshed for the meeting." Celestia stood up and got out of her chair and walked to her room . The other soon followed.

(Cadence and Shining Armor, their room)

"Cadence, I missed you while I was away." He laid on the bed next to her kissing her cheek. "I see that you held down the castle."

"Well somepony had too while you were gone away on that mission, I wanted to tell you something since you left but, I wanted to let you know that I'm pregnant..." she said nervously.

Shining Armor eyes were wide. "Pre ... pregnant..." It took him a few minutes to register what Cadence told him. "How ... how along are you?"

"Two weeks at least," she kissed her husband and went to sleep. Armor put a hoof around his wife and went to sleep.

The next morning

(Wesker)

It was around 6 A.M. I sat up and looked around taking in my surroundings, right where I was when I fell asleep. I put my uniform on and looked out the window seeing the guards changing posts. I observed them as they moved, and how they acted.

A knock appeared on the door. "Come in." A regular pony came into the room.

"Mr. Wesker, please get your men together and we will leave to the meeting room in 25 minutes."

"Ok thank you mam." I went and woke up my men and told them to meet me in my room. Five minutes later, my men entered the room, I handed them each their gun. "Kevin , Scott you stay behind me, Hitman, Panzer front of me, oh yea Panzer you forgot this yesterday, handed him his STG-44, sorry but I only grabbed the gun and one other clips.

"Thanks boss, I owe you one."

"It's no problem, well let's get too the meeting," he turned to the pony. "We are ready to head to the meeting." The pony nodded and the men surrounded Wesker while Beltway was on Wesker's left side.
As we walked through the hallways, there were ponies everywhere mostly unicorns and regular ponies. There was this little pony that was in the hall and apparently one of his parents pulled him into a room and shut the door. This castle is a maze thought the men. Beltway handed Wesker a little blinking pin.

"Put that in your pocket, Wesker, if somehow we get slip up, we will be at least able to track you." Wesker nodded and put it in his coat pocket.

There in front of us stood two unicorn guards standing besides two doors, the doors were absolutely beautiful, the decor on the doors made it possible to walk past it not realizing that there was a door there. The two unicorn guards used their magic to open the doors an allowed us to enter and then shut them as we were in the room. Hitman and Panzer stood by the door, while Scott and Kevin took the windows and Beltway stood next to Wesker as Wesker sat at a round table. Across the table was Celestia, directly in front of Wesker. To the left stood Luna and Twilight, and on the right side stood Cadence and Shining Armor. (The humans only knew Celestia, Twilight and Armor.)

Panzer looked at his STG-44 then stood at attention, Hitman looked at his SCAR-H also standing at attention. Scott put his M-60 on the floor because of the weight and holding it for a few hours straight would cause exhuastion.

Celestia began,"Hello Wesker, and Wesker's bodyguards, did you all sleep well?"

The men nodded, Beltway pulled a camera out of his duffle bag and started to film the meeting.

"Wesker, what is that your friend has?"

"Celestia, it's a video camera, he's going to tape it for my superiors because they are going to want to see this." She nodded in agreement.

After the proper introductions were finished. The business started when Celestia started to ask questions about the night the griffins appeared. Wesker told them about the whole story how he and Jim survived that night.

Luna was awestruck, "So you with no military experience were able to take out so many griffins."

"Well my dad was in the army, an elite sniper or easier a hunter. Dad taught me how to hunt, stalk, and survive. Jim couldn't be here since he's holding down the outpost outside the portal on our end."
Luna looked at her sister then back at Wesker. Wesker began answering all the questions that he was able to answer.
It was only the third hour of the meeting and a guard busted into the room, all the humans except Wesker, pointed their weapons at the Pegasus pony.

"Princesses the Gri.......... oh shit..." Panzer shut the door so that the Pegasus guard couldn't escape.

"Luna and Cadence put their heads on the table and their hoofs over their eyes. Twilight just vanished into thin air. Celestia thought to herself, "should of really gotten that door locked...." The panicked pony laid on the floor not knowing what to do panicking.

Wesker looked at the scared pony, "please come over here, and you can tell Celestia what you have to say, we can hold up for a few minutes." Looking at Celestia.

"Flash Century what do you have to report?" Celestia started to wonder if he could pull something out of his ear that the humans would believe.

"Princess, the griffins are heading towards the border again.... " He was stuttering very badly.

I wasn't amazed with what the Pegasus said. "Men lower your weapons and let Mr. Century out."
Hitman and Panzer let Flash Century out of the room and closed the door again and locked it. Wesker wrote something in his notepad and showed it to Beltway and then put the note in his coat pocket.

"I'm so sorry, Wesker about the intrusion," Celestria said. "We shall continue with this after lunch."

"Ok, after lunch we shall continue, may I ask if me and my men could eat in the gardens outside, being cooped up inside a little too long for us. "

"Sure, I'll have a guard escort you to the gardens and he will come back when it's time to resume our meeting." Celestia said. I was surprised to see that they wanted to sit outside for lunch.
Wesker and his men followed the guard out to the gardens and then the guard left them. It took only 15 minutes wandering the stone walls to the outside garden. Wesker was glad that they took the guards help, otherwise we'd be lost. The men sat around a small pond and pulled out their MRE's.

"So Wesker, what do you think of all of this so far?" Kevin asked. "I don't have a good feeling about all of this any this."

"Neither do I," said Scott.

"Let's just annihilate them," said Beltway. Hitman agreed.

"Guys, please let's just get this over with because I don't like this either, that guard who came and stopped our meeting was lying the whole time. But we need to try and see this thing through. We have four Americans here somewhere and I'm going to try and negotiate and to get them back." the men were surprised to hear this.
They started to eat their MRE's, and as usual Beltway had some kind of liquidated food he ate through a special tube that was attached to his mask.

They were finishing their MRE's when the same guard came back saying the princesses are ready to resume the meeting.

"Ok, we will be right up there in 15 minutes." The guard left the men alone. Hitman, and Beltway, I would you to hide explosives in the scenery (aka the potted plants) but make sure they are on a remote detonator." Beltway handed Wesker the detonator. "Thanks, and now guys prepare yourselves for a possible fight for your lives."
As the men headed back down the long corridors and stairways, Hitman and Beltway hid several explosives all over the place until they ran out. They walked back into the meeting room and took their same spots.

"So Wesker, did you guys have a good lunch?" Celestia asked. Luna was next to her and Cadence was on Celestia's right, but Twilight was still gone. "I'm sorry but Twilight had to go take care of some things along the Equestrian border.

"Its fine Princess Celestia, since you've been asking me questions all morning I only have a few questions for you if that's ok?"

"It's only fair", said Celestia.

"Ok thank you, ok I heard that there are four humans here that have the similar uniforms but they have this particular patch on their sleeve," shows them the American flag on his shoulder.

"Yes Wesker, they assisted in the middle of an invasion that we had a couple of weeks ago. They were in these flying beasts. They were able to take out all of the enemy's forces within a couple of hours."

"Hmmm, might I ask where they are currently are and if it is possible to speak to my fellow men?"

"Well right now they aren't here now but their winged beasts are still here if you want to check them out?"

"Yes please, we will look at them when we are finished over here. "

The meeting lasted for another 3 hours. In the end Wesker thought it as a total success. The men were thinking it was ok but they were bored. After leaving the meeting room, Wesker and his men went to where these so called winged beasts were located. They found them and they were actually Apache helicopters. There was a unicorn guard there.

"Guard, where are the humans that were in these machines?" Wesker asked.

"They are in the dungeon, but I'm not allowed to leave my spot." Oh shit I said that out loud.

"Why are they in there?" I was starting to see all the pieces fitting together.

"Under princesses orders." Said the guard.....

The men left and went to the dungeon quietly without anypony noticing. The dungeon was actually not scary as one might expect. They went down noticing that most of the cells were empty but there was one cell and there sat four men. There were no skeletal remains anywhere.

"Boy are we glad you to see you, also who are you?" One of the men asked.

"The United States was attacked last week by griffins and we held them off the best we could. " Wesker pulled out his .357 mag and shot the lock on the cell and the lock flew off in pieces.
The men came out of the cell and thanked Wesker and his men. They all went back out of the dungeon and made their way to the Apaches and the crew jumped into their the cockpits and started up the engines, just as Celestia appeared along with about four dozen guards.

"Look at you, you found your men," she smiled. But now you know I can't let you or your men leave."

"I don't understand, but why did you take them. You said they helped you on an invasion and this is how you treated them?" The men in the Apache's got the engines warmed and the rotors started turning and the choppers lifted off into the air. They went off high in the sky awaiting orders. Wesker was pissed by this point and pushed the button on the detonator.

A whole section of the castle blew up and started to crumbling down. While the ponies were shocked in the terror, Wesker and his men ran right past them into the castle. The guards inside paid no attention to them as they were running towards the portion of the castle that blew up.

Right as we made it to the front doors Shining Armor stood there, spear in hand. "Sorry Armor but we are leaving now and no time for goodbyes." Beltways aimed his shotgun at Armor and they all walked past him. "Please don't come back to my world Armor, there won't be any mercy. Your princess Celestia had four of my men in a dungeon for almost 1 weeks........ I'm sorry," Walked towards the hummers.

Panzer was getting into his Gunner position in the hummer when a Pegasus guard swooped down and knocked him into the streets. While Beltway and Hitman got into their hummer and took off in a trail of dust. As Panzer got up looking for his MG-42 and his rifle, realizing that they were in the back seat of the hummer. Pulled out his military issued machete and as the Pegasus guard came around again, he waited for the guard to get close and he swung his machete in the air and it moved for a second as the guard flew into it cutting off the left wing. He cried in pain as Panzer picked up his wing and with some rope tied his back legs together and tied the other end of the rope to the bumper of the hummer. As he got back into the hummer he threw is new prize under his MG-42. The Pegasus was bleeding nonstop, but was losing blood slowly instead of fast.
Meanwhile Kevin was in shotgun seat with his rifle waiting aiming at the guards that were on the roof. Scott was hoping into the driver's seat and started the engine and I (Wesker)hopped in next to Panzer who was enjoying himself as he watched the tied guard start to be dragged down the road.

"Scott stop please," Wesker got out and untied the guard. " Sorry about your wing," hopped back in and Scott put the pedal to the metal.

"Wesker, what now?" Kevin asked.

"I.... I don't know but we need to get our new friends back home with us." Picks up radio "Apache units are you there over?"

"Roger sir, what's your plan for getting out of here?"

"It's the same way we got here, also no weapons for our current time. They are too many Civi ponies here that would get into the crossfire."

"Roger that we'll follow you from here and be your eyes in the sky."

"Roger that."

The men in the Hummer speed off out of the great city of Canterlot with no resistance, which surprised them but they also realized that they blew a huge chunk out of their castle and they are probably trying to rescue their fellow ponies. Beltway and Hitman were nowhere to be seen and I believed that they had a few plans of their own, I would have to ask them when we would find them.

I stood there dazed in confusion, there were ponies everywhere, most of them were getting off the ground.

"Your highness, the humans have escaped," a guard asked. "Shall we go in pursuit them?"

"No, not now, first we need to see what kind of damage we sustained here and then we will find them and take them alive because now I have more questions," Celestia said emotionally.

Another guard came running out of the castle, it was Shining Armor.

"Princess they left and it looks like they are going back to their world, Wesker stopped me and told me, to say not to follow him unless you can beat him to the portal, they aren't in the mood for violence. " Celestia looked at them, just as Twilight teleported in.

"I'm glad I found you Celestia at once, the Minotaur's have sided with the griffins and they are invading." Celestia's eyes widened. Twilight soon saw the damaged castle.

"What in the name of.... happened here?" Looking at her surroundings. "Is everypony alright?"

"Yes my dear faithful student, we are all right, but Wesker and his men found the humans in the dungeon and that's what set everything off." Celestia lowered her head. "Now we are at war with the Minotaur's and right now we are short on troops since the griffins are on their side. I know that those humans could be a huge asset if we can convince them to help and forgive us."

"Twilight, you and Shining Armor go find Wesker and his men and when you do please alert me to your position so I can explain everything to them." I walked over to my sister Luna who was already working with the guards to start mending the castle. "Thank you, Luna after we finish rebuilding the damaged portions, you take the night off and rest, no night court tonight." Celestia left.

Twilight and Shining Armor went off in search of Wesker, while Cadence was watching them from her hers and Shining s bedroom window.

"So Twili any idea if we can catch up to Wesker," Armor asked?

"I hope so, I know that their equipment looked really powerful."

"It is, believe me, I've seen them use them, no way our magic could protect ourselves. Right now all I want to do is find Wesker and then go protect my pregnant wife." Twilight's eyes widened.

"Cadence is pregnant with you.... " she was super excited jumping up and down.
They continued their quest to find Wesker and his men.

(Meanwhile with Beltway and Hitman)

The men were both still in the Hummer as Beltway was driving, Beltway stopped in an empty field and walked to the back of the vehicle and opened a few crates that was packed.

"Hitman you ready to have some fun?" Beltway took out a single shot trank gun and handed it to Hitman. "Ok, now since you agreed to help me with my little side business, I really work for Umbrella and they sent me here to grab some specimens for study. We are getting $25,000.00 per subject we take back alive, so I guess that we will have to make sure we have an even amount subjects. "

"Hmmm ok, Hitmans eyes had the money symbols on it. I guess greed comes first, he thought.

Beltway grabbed another trank gun and went back to Hitman, "How well do those EMP grenade work and last?"

"They can take out an entire city block but they only last for a few hours, I mostly use them to destroy enemy facilities surveillance systems. .... So our mission is to capture these ponies and griffins if possible, is that correct?"

"Yes, you are correct."

The two men decided what their plan was going to be and they waited for their pursuers to find them.

(Shining Armor and Twilight)

It took them a couple of hours but they finally were closing the gap between them and Wesker.

"Look, Twili there they are," he motioned to a valley where they saw Wesker and some of his men were sitting down eating lunch under a tree. "Hey there are two missing, hmmm. Twilight let's move slowly and carefully, they still might be pissed off." As they got closer and closer they saw that the two winged beast were landing next to the humans and more humans appeared from them.

(Everyone )

"WESKER, gah we finally found you guys..."said Armor.

Wesker and his men looked up and watched them. Kevin raised his sniper rifle but Wesker told him to wait. "So what brings you here ," Wesker asked. By this time Twilight and Armor were only fifteen feet away from the humans.

"Celestia told us to find you, where are the other two?" replied Armor.

Wesker raised an eyebrow, "Oh really, might I ask why? We just found some of our men hidden in your princesses dungeon and you think we would just forgive you like that?" He snapped his fingers.

Shining used his magic and sent a magical beam straight up in the air, and just as he did it Celestia teleported in.

"Wesker, I'm truly sorry about keeping your men locked up, but at the time we didn't understand anything about you and then when the changelings started to take over they came out of nowhere and started to annihilate them. " A tear started to come from her eye. "And I don't blame you for doing what you did back at the castle."

Wesker got up and walked towards her, ran his right hand through her multicolor mane.

"Ok, also there's something else on your mind, care to explain?" Twilight's mouth dropped.

"Your correct Wesker there is something else on my mind. We are being invaded by Minotaur's and they have sided with the griffins, the same ones that went to your world." Wesker raised his eyebrow.

"How do we know your telling us the truth?" Shining's eyes widened and so did Twilight's.

"Because there they are Wesker, turn around." Wesker did as Shining told him and he had a ahhh shit look on his face.

"Panzer, get into a position with your MG-42, Kevin start sniping, and Scott get on your M-60e", I climbed on the back of the Hummer and got on the mounted machine gun, "everyone hold your fire until they get closer." The men waited till the minotaur's got within 60 feet, "OPEN FIRE'". They started to shoot and watch as the minotaur's started falling down. Boom Boom Boom Boom Boom (really fast and multiple times).
Celestia, Twilight and Armor were amazed on how so few men were able to take down a small wave of Minotaur's without anyone getting hurt, Their ears were starting to hurt as the humans were firing their weapons. Twilight in particular was hiding with her head hidden behind Shining Armor but her rear was up in the air.

"Celestia we need to get some of their magical weapons," Shining said? She nodded.

After about 15 minutes all the Minotaur's were on the ground dead, riddled with holes throughout them.

"Cease fire men, we got them," Wesker said. "Reload men, I don't want to be ambushed now with half clips and belts."

"Yes sir," the men said together. They all started to put new clips and belt fed ammo into the guns.

"Wesker," said Celestia. If we are ever able to make amends, you got to teach us that magic spell, because its effective!"

"Maybe later on better terms, besides these aren't our best weapons, our most powerful weapons are locked up because of the side effects and what consequences that come with using it."

"Oh ok," Celestia said. Well this is a start, they haven't tried to kill us yet. I'm calling this success, she thought.

"Armor go back to Cadence, we will take it from here."

(Canterlot castle with Armor and Cadence)
Armor teleported back to the castle and he went to his wife who was saddened and was hugging a photo of Shining Armor. Cadence didn't see or hear him enter, so he slowly walked up behind her and put his hoof around her and she jumped off bed screaming.

"Oh Shining its only you.... SHINING, " Cadence turned around and gave him a huge hug.

"Sorry sweetie, but I couldn't help myself out when I saw you hugging that old photo." Her face turned a bright blush pink.
For the rest of the day they stayed together , doing various activities and Shining told stories to Cadence on how Wesker battle with the minotaur's.

(Luna)

"Good work my Lunar guards, after we get the castle repaired, you all deserve a good rest." Luna lowered her head as a letter from her sister apparently manifested itself in front of her. "What's this?" She opened the letter and it read.

Dear Sister Luna,

We have found Wesker and a few of his men, he thinks that the remaining two are to be considered hostile and dangerous, it's the one guy with the metal leg, Beltway and the other a accomplish calling himself Hitman.
Wesker said that if you find Beltway first don't be afraid to kill him on sight but try and capture Hitman or detain him.
Please send out your most stealthy assassin guard, or whatever you love to call them. I do think you were fond of Shadow Wing?? Anyways we need to get a set of eyes on those two men until Wesker or us can deal with them. Good news is that they promised not to attack anyone unless they attack them first.

Luna had to read the letter twice. "Shadow Wing, report to me NOW." One of the bat ponies who was helping repair the castles ear twitched and hurried over to Princess Luna.

As Shadow Wing approached Princess Luna, he could tell that she was nervous. "What's wrong my princess? " He looked at her, stood at attention.

"At ease my assassin, I have a mission for you my young lone wolf. We need you to keep an eye on two lone humans that are somewhere in Equestria. " Luna showed Shadow Wing pictures of Hitman and Beltway. "Don't let them see you, they are extremely dangerous and they will probably kill you on site or worse, just don't kill them and signal us when you find them."

Shadow grinned, "well I best be going, now that I got a game." Shadow took off into the sky in the general direction that the two humans must of taken.

Shadow Wing flew just right under the clouds so that he wouldn't be spotted easily. High in the air he had a good view from the sky as he could see the tire marks from the Hummers and followed them.

(Wesker, his men and Celestia and Twilight.)

"Celestia anymore enemies that we should be told?" I looked at her, waiting for her response.

"Right now it's just the griffins and the Minotaur's everyone else are strong allies with us." Celesstia looked in Wesker's eyes as she said it.

"Ok, thank you and we are sorry about what happened at the castle, but hopefully we can get past our little accident?"

"Yes Wesker I already forgive you because it was my fault in all of this. If I would of just brought the humans to you when you asked none of this would of ever happened. "

"It's ok, Celestia." Put a hand on her, "We all make mistakes."

Panzer, Kevin and Scott were sitting around chatting while Celestia and Wesker were talking.

"So Scott, how do you know Kevin," Asked Panzer?

"Ah we are old friends, Panzer ," replied Kevin. "Back a few years ago back in Afghanistan, we were in the same squad, our mission was to clear out all insurgents out of a small ghost town. We had two other marines in our squad, I was squad leader. ... I would like to talk more about it but most of it is still classified, sorry Panzer."

"Hey I understand Kevin, so yea. "

While the men continued to sit around and Celestia and Wesker were talking when the sound of a motorized vehicle driving in the distance (about a mile apart), as the sound grew closer. Just in the distance the other Hummer drove out in the distance with and then all of a sudden it stopped Kevin got to his sniper rifle and looked to see what was going on.

"Hey Wesker, it looks like we found Beltway and Hitman. They have a full load in the back of their hummer and they are against the tree line."

"Ok , Kevin, thanks. Scott start the hummer and Panzer your gunner." Turing to Celestia and Twilight, " you two stay here for right now we don't need you in the crossfire." They nodded.

Scott was trying to turn the engine over, but was unsuccessful. "Wesker, it's not even trying to start."

"Kevin look at your rifle scope, it's a holographic right?"

"Yea," he looked through and noticed that it's not working. "It's out. "

"Figured they used some sort of EMP." Turning to one of the apache Choppers," are you guys dead too?" Wesker remembered that Hitman said that he had EMP grenades in his load out.

"No, our Apache's are anti EMP, so we are still good."

"Good. " Wesker went and opened the Hummers glove box pulling out a pair of binoculars. He raised them and looked at the other Hummer... "They appear to be affected the same like us. "

"So Wesker, what do you see," asked Scott.

"I think they might be capturing ... yes they are capturing ponies.... but why?" As he started to think about it, it all started to make sense...

(Meanwhile with Shadow Wing)

It had been about two hours since Shadow left the castle and flying just under the clouds in the direction that Luna told him to follow. He was hoping to find them soon, before the sun would set and would be harder for him to spot.

I was beginning to lose hope when something shiny caught my eye. I flew in closer to get a better view. "HOLY LUNA, it's them." I landed in some nearby trees and watched them. I watched them carefully as one of them started to open containers while the other was loading something into a metal box and then placing many locks on the door. "Hmmm what the Buck are they doing."
I looked around and I saw another Hummer across the field and saw multiple figures over there. That must be Wesker over there looking for them. Just as I blinked a letter with Luna's mark appeared in front of me. I opened the message and looked at it.

Attention Shadow Wing

By now I know your probably watching the two hostile humans, just wanted to remind you that the other group is in pursuit of them. Be careful my little assassin.

(The paper starts to look like she was crying as she was writing it.)

Also, Aura is missing.... She was last seen in the entry gardens tenting to her flowers. I have guards searching everywhere but she's not in her room or anywhere. I pray that I'm wrong but I think one of the two hostile humans might of got her.
Once you find them, go and find Celestia and regroup with them.

(There were many tears at the bottom of the letter.)

"THEY GOT AURA......... THOSE BUCKS..." (I realized I yelled that out loud,) I was letting anger and rage start to get the best of me. I was thinking of just going straight in there and kicking their asses . I jumped out of my hiding spot and flew towards them just as I felt something hit my neck, "ouch, shit I'm tagged". I started to fly as fast as I could towards the Weskers Hummer in the distance. My wings were starting to feel heavy, I was almost there, and I was getting so sleepy. .... (Crashed 50 yards in front of Wesker.) ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ.

(Wesker)

"Panzer stay on the gun and cover me and Scott while we investigate the crashed pony." Panzer nodded and me and Scott walked towards the fallen pony. "He's been tranked," pulling out the needle that was in his neck, "Beltway what is your plan right now," I mumbled."
Five minutes had passed by the time they got the armored pony into the back of the Hummer.

Celestia walked over, "That's one of Luna's guards, he's an assassin, Shadow Wing I think is his name. "

"Well, Celestia he's got enough tranquilizer to keep an elephant down for a day." "He showed her the huge needle, "I'm guessing this is Beltways doing. All we can do is wait till he wakes up."

Scott handed a letter to Celestia, "this was found near him when he fell."

Celestia started to read the letter and all of a sudden tears began to appear from her eyes.

"Those monsters took Luna's daughter..... this guard Shadow Wing is her Coltfriend.... I'm slowly starting to see the picture. " She removed Wings helmet and let him sleep on the hummer after Wesker put a jacket under Wings head. "Thank you, Wesker, you are very kind."

"Kevin, what can you see through your scope?"

Kevin raised up his sniper rifle and looked at where the other Hummer was. "Yea its Beltway and Hitman, and they are loading up something I can't completely figure out what it is, but it's a dark cobalt bluish color and there's some reddish color on it too."

Celestia's eyes widened a little. "Cobalt and rose color.....that's AURA, LUNA's daughter. Wesker we need to get her before they hurt her!!"

"Celestia, we will get her back, but we have to be extremely careful. Beltway works for a company called Umbrella, they are extremely powerful corporation."

"So Wesker, Do you have a some sort of plan to rescue my subjects and my niece. I'm sorry, but those two humans need to be killed, I just don't see any other choices right now."

"Plan I do have but I'm curious what this sleeping fellow can give us information wise." Looking at the bat pony.

"I shall try an Awake Spell, " Celestia said. She lowered her head and magic soon surrounded Shadow Wing. "I pray that this works."

The Bat pony starts coughing and his eyes starts to open and looks around. Everyone stood around him and watched as him.

"Uhhh, um hello Princess Celestia, can you please explain what's going on? And why I feel like I ran into a brick wall?"

"You crashed about an hour and a half ago. What can you tell us about the men that attacked you?"

"I had orders from Princess Luna to observe them but not confront them, until I was given this." Handed Celestia the letter in which she read aloud. "After I read the letter I decided to go and check for myself but, I was hit with something and then I felt like I was getting heavy and I tried to make it towards Wesker and now here I am." He looked at one of the humans, "are you Wesker?"

"Yes, I'm Wesker," he replied. "And we are piecing a plan together to make sure we get your Aura back."

Shadow Wings eyes widened, "Aura...." looking down, "you will promise me that we can try and get her without getting her hurt?"

"That's the plan Wing," Wesker said. "Right now we are waiting for sunset so we will blend in more effectively. Scott, Kevin, Panzer and me will sneak over there using night vision, if it didn't get hurt by that EMP," pulls out cell phone and realizes it still works, "men our luck is changing, if my cell still works, our night vision must still work hehe."

They waited till it got dark and got ready for the stealthy ambush. Every man knew what their particular role was. I know Wing wasn't too happy, that I wasn't letting him go with us, but with being shot with a trank, I wasn't going to risk it, I hope he understands.
