My Little Amazing Race

Phil Keoghan stood at the center of Ponyville. "I can't believe I was sent out here for the show, but man, the contestants..." He laughed to himself. "This is gonna be one heck of a season." Then a camera man yelled at him.

"Phil! Your on in 5...4...3...2...1..." The camera man pointed at him.

Here I am. Standing in the center of Ponyville. This little town is home to the elements of harmony. But today. It is a start, in a race around the world. Where 12 teams will race for 1,000,00 bits. This is the Amazing Race.

Before I introduce the teams in more detail, I must set the rules. The teams must stay on the course, which is given by the clues. The clues are in clue boxes, marked red and yellow. Route Info tells the team where to go next. Detours give the teams 2 options on what to do next. Then there are Roadblocks. Roadblocks require ONE team member to do a task. It will either be a mental or physical challenge. The other member may not help. The Roadblock will give a clue on what they will be doing, for example, "Who's ready to get dirty?" U-Turns are where the tensions will flare, but they will not be on every leg. A team can U-Turn another team, which means that the team that got U-Turned must go back and complete the other Detour. Some U-Turns can be used by 2 teams. You can see who U-Turned you unless it is a BLIND U-Turn. When teams arrive, they will win a prize if they are first, and may or may not be eliminated if they get last. If a team gets last but not eliminated, they must complete a speed bump, another challenge, in the next leg. As always, the last team standing wins 1,000,000 bits and the Amazing Race! Now lets meet the teams!

"Greetings, my name is Celestia. I am ruler of Equestria and I raise the sun everyday."

"I am Luna, Celestia is my sister. I am the 2nd princess if Equestria. I raise the moon."

"Luna is stronger than me, so she will be doing the physical challenges."

"I may be strong, but Celestia is smarter than me. She will be doing mental challenges."

Team: Twilight and Spike

Relation: Princess/Assistant

"Hello, I am Twilight Sparkle, and this is Spike. We are here to win the race and hope to impress Celestia. I will be doing mental challenges."

"And I will be doing physical challenges."

Team: Shining Armor and Candence

Relation: Married

"I am captain Shining Armor."

"And I am princess Candence."

"Since I am a member of the royal guard, you can tell I will be doing physical challenges."

"And I will be doing mental Challenges."

Team: Flim and Flam

Relation: Salesmen/Brothers

"Hi, I'm Flim."

"I'm Flam."

"We are the Flim Flam brothers!"

"Flam will be doing physical challenges."

"Flim will be doing mental challenges."

Team: Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy

Relation: Friends

"I am Rainbow Dash, fastest flyer in all of Equestria!"

"And I'm Scootaloo, Rainbow Dashes biggest fan! I am doing mental challenges."

"I will be doing physical challenges."

Team: Discord and Chrylis

"I am Mr. Cake and this is my wife, Mrs. Cake."

"We are more like underdogs, many underestimate us. My husband is doing physical challenges."

"Ah am Applejack, an' this here is my sister, Applebloom. We live in Sweet Apple Acres."

"Mah sister is the strongest pony ever so she is doing physical challenges which leave meh with mental challenges."

Team: Vinly Scratch and Octavia

"Yo yo yo yo! This is DJ-PON 3 and this here is Octavia! We are here to win the amazing race! I will be doing physical challenges!"

"And I am doing mental challenges."

Team: Diamond Tiaria and Silver Spoon

Relation: Brats/Friends

"I am Diamond Tiaria and we will win because my daddy has money!"

"Yeah, we don't even need to win, we are already rich!"

Team: Derpy and Doctor Whooves

Relation: Doctor and Assistant/Friends

"I like muffinz!"

"Derpy, we tell them about ourselves..."

"Oh, otay! I lik MuFfinz and meh nname is DerpY."

*sigh* "And I am doctor Whooves, I think you can tell that she is doing physical challenges, she cant really think straight..."

"And those are our teams! Welcome all, to the Amazing Race!" All the teams cheered and yelled.

"BRING IT ON!" yelled Rainbow Dash.

"Haha, I'm glad your excited, but first, there is a reason you should race your butts off in this first leg. The winner of the first leg wins the Express Pass! If you have this, you can skip a detour. Also, if you win the first leg, you can win 2,000,000 BITS at the end if you come in first!" The teams also cheered at this. "Alright, the world is waiting...." I raised my arm and the teams got in a running postition. "On your marks, get set, WAIT WAIT WAIT. Two more things." I snapped my fingers and the wings and horns on unicorns and Pegasi went away. They all look stunned. "Haha! Thats right, no magic! No flying! How did I do that? Lets just say where I come from the hand is quicker than the eye... And for the other thing. One team, will not even make it pass the starting line....." The teams stood there, stunned... "Thats right, one of you are about to be eliminated...."

NEXT TIME ON THE AMAZING RACE:

Teams fight to even make it pass the starting line. Alliances will be formed. Tensions will already start to flare. And the teams guts are pushed to the limits at a challenge in Manehatten.
