//-------------------------------------------------------// Into the Void -by TripleRainbowDasherXXX- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// Finding the Others Part 1 //-------------------------------------------------------// Finding the Others Part 1 "Ver'Zin! NO! Don't die on me now, just hold in a little bit more, PLEASE!!!" Sen'Jin cried and cried until he fell, he wasn't crying anymore, for some reason he was... laughing? " Why am I laughing?" He gripped his head in agony, suddenly he heard a breath, he scrambled to his hooves, "Ver'Zin?" "T-Tal'Jin, g-get the o-others, I-I still c-can be sa-saved." Ver'Zin slowly closes his eyes. "Ver'Zin? Ver'Zin!!!!" Tal'jin yelled. "The others? Thats it, them!." Tal'jin grabbed Ver'Zin and put him on his back, he ran back to the village giving note to everyone that he wont be back for a couple months, "Everyone! I will be gone for a couple months, if I dont return within a year, you can assume I'm dead!" "Wait!" "Sar'Vil!?" Tal'jin said. "Please, return safely!" "I can't make any promises, little brother, bye." They both managed to keep their tears in. He said his last goodbyes and headed out. He made his way from The Badlands, where he lived, with Ver'Zin on his back he ran and ran and he reached Ponyville, close to the remnants of Canterlot, a couple hours away from where he lived, and right before he could head out, a small alicorn, about 3/4th the size of Celestia, interrupted them, she had a blue coat, with a mane looking like a void, "Princess Luna?" "What? Where are thou going?" "To the Everwinter River!" "What!? That is far beyond the yonder of The Frozen North! To make it worse, that is close to the changeling hive!" "Yes, I understand, really I do, but I need to get going now, my friend is in danger of dying and i don't have much time." "Ok, but be safe, and return in one piece." "Ok! Bye!" He head off in his jouney to the Everwinter River, knowing it would take a few days he needed some thing to help Ver'Zin stop bleeding, he went to Twilight's Library, and got a couple bandages and bleeding ointments, then he heard a voice, 6 foot tall dragon, with purple scales, and green razor sharp edges, he had a huge pair of wings. "Huh, who are you?" The Dragon said "Oh, I'm Tal'Jin, who are you?" "My name is Spike." "Spike? Oh, you must be Twilight's assistant." "Well, used to." Spike said in a sad voice. "Oh come on, you know she might still be alive." "I guess, hey! Where are you from?" "The Badlands!" "All the way over there!? thats like the most dangerous place in Equestria! And it take like 6 hours to get from there to here." "I know, but I need to get heading off if I have any chance of saving my friend!" "Wait!" "Take me with you! Please!" "I'm sorry its to dangerous!" "Well so is it for you, and I'm a dragon, and I can breath fire, and I've been practicing with ice, see look." Spike instantly froze one of Twilight's book then unfroze it with fire without leaving a single scratch on the book. "See!" "Well I guess, but you cannot slow me down!" "I promise I will only help and will not slow you down!" "Ok lets get going, take something to sleep in, this will be a long journey." "Ok!" Tal'jin and Spike headed off in the direction of the Frozen North, a journey that will take a couple days //-------------------------------------------------------// Prolouge: The Beginning of the End //-------------------------------------------------------// Prolouge: The Beginning of the End          "Twilight! NO!" Shouted Celestia as Canterlot was falling apart, the floor crumbled between Celestia and Twilight, and everything went blank. "Guhh!" Sighed Tal'Jin "Have that dream again." Ver'zin said. "Yeah, more like memories though." "You got to get over it, it has been 13 years since their disappearance, we don't even know if they're even dead." "Yeah, I know, it's just-" "Now, now, lets not talk about it, lets go, we have a meeting to get to. Remember?" "Yeah, lets go." So Tal'Jin and Ver'zin headed off down to the meeting area. "You know Ver'zin, I was right there when it happened." "Yes, I know, lets just go." They arrived at the meeting area where the leader Commander Pearl stood. "Is everyone ready?" Pearl said. "Yes sir," everyone else shouted                                                                                1 HOUR LATER "Have a good time, Tal'Jin?" Ver'zin asked "Not really, all we did is talk about rebuilding Canterlot, but I guess if you think about it, that is pretty great." "You know Tal'Jin, I have a feeling-" "What the heck is that!?" Tal'Jin shouted. "MOVE!!!!" Ver'zin grabbed Tal'Jin and pushed him out the way, and the arrow pierced straight through Ver'zin's chest. //-------------------------------------------------------// Finding the Others Part 2 //-------------------------------------------------------// Finding the Others Part 2 Tal'jin and Spike came across Foal Mountain. "Tal'Jin where are we going again?" Spike said as he rubbed his eyes. "We were planning on going to the Frozen North, but change of plans, were going to Vanhoover, Southwest of here." "Why?" Spike asked. "Because I have a couple friends there that could help me out." "Ok." Just as they started walking, an arrow came towards them, luckily Spike noticed and burned the arrow into dust. "Alright! Who did that!" Spike ferociously yelled. "I don't know, but that has happened before, it was even the same type if arrow." "What do you mean?" Tal'Jin put Ver'Zin down slowly, uncovering the hole in his chest. "Oh my gosh, what, I-I'm sorry." "It's fine it wasn't your fault. This is why I'm going to the Frozen North, they're is a whole city they're and I feel that they can help him, I would of originally had the healers at my town heal him, but the arrow was poisoned in such a way, that only the healer of the Frozen North would even have a chance to heal him, it's a slow poison, but if I take too long, he will die, and after that, without Celestia, there is nothing I can do for him." "Well I guess that makes us even." Spike said. "Because we both lost someone special, I lost Twilight, you lost him." "Yeah, I guess, but we need to get to Vanhoover, fast, we only have about 3 months to get to the Frozen North." "Three months! Thats not enough time, going to Vanhoover that will take like a month, then from there it will take another four months!" "Then we will just have to go faster." "But, even with a carriage it would take over 3 months!" "Then we will have to move faster on foot, ponies can usually run faster on their feet then on carriage, beacuse ponies pull carriages which makes it slower, but easier, but if we move on feet then we will move faster, so that is what we need to is move on foot the whole way." "One thing, going to Vanhoover will make it take longer." "Yes and no, if we get my friends we will be able to move faster, but still it's a risk but we have to do it." "Ok, one question how did you make friends in Vanhoover? That's like a month and a half away from The Badlands!' "Long story, I'll talk about on the way to Vanhoover." Tal'Jin and Spike smiled and he started talking about it.
