Hasty Sketch is a 16-year-old pegasus living in Cloudsdale, but wants to get his own place so he can work on his book. When his parents decide to move to Manehattan, he decides it's time to go through with his plan, and moves to Ponyville. Shortly after arriving, he meets Twilight Sparkle, who introduces him to her friends. He falls in love with one of them almost immediately, and now has two problems: finishing his book, and keeping his feelings a secret!
