Decades after the noble and valiant sacrifice of the Stable Dweller, the whole of Equestria is finally on the road to recovery and stability, however tensions arise as Red Eye's legacy still remains. A group only known as the Successors are plotting to initiate one of the many contingency plans the tyrant formulated long before his death. One such Successor, only known as Enforcer is being hunted down by the NCR. He alone holds a vital piece of the Red Eye's grand designs. He is hunted by Winter Morn, a former slave turned NCR ranger who seeks to expose and ultimately destroy all that remains of Red Eye's vision.
