DOCTOR WHOOVES: INVASION OF THE CYBERPONIES
A mysterious looking blue public call police box just seemed to materialize out of nowhere in canterlot but nopony noticed, the place seemed to be empty. A suspicious looking pony walked out of this police box looking depressed. He heard music coming from a nearby building. He entered hoping it would perhaps cheer him up.
The concert was being held by Octavia, a pony of classical music who played the cello. Quite an audience they had, a huge verity of the town was there. The concert was great some of the best he’s seen, but no matter what he couldn’t forget his loss. When it was over everypony walked out cheering everypony loved it. One pony of course seemed sad. “Are you alright sir?” Asked Octavia noticing he was the only one who wasn’t cheering. “Yes…” “Was my concert not good enough?” “No, I loved it. It’s-it’s just I’ve had a horrible experience.” “I’m sorry”
It was late and a storm had started ponies were getting inside their homes, they didn’t want to be hurt by lightning. “Would you like to come to my place for tea?” Octavia invited The Doctor feeling sorry for him. “Couldn’t hurt, I suppose I can.” The Doctor came along for tea.
“So how often do you play at concerts” “Not very often” “You’re good” they discussed over tea. “What happened?” “I lost a friend, no. She was more than just a friend, she was family…” “That’s terrible!” The Doctor heard a noise over the storm, he didn’t think anything of it though. As he drank his tea more and more the sound got louder and more recognizable. He knew that noise. He sat down his tea on the table and turned to the window, now he was sure of it. It was the sound of hooves of metal stomping the ground. “Cybermen! Well... Cyberponies.” He chuckled then immediately got serious again. Octavia saw it as well “What is that thing?” “Cyberponies, everything removed but the brain and has a suit of armor for a body. Their only objective is to make you like them and if you refuse, they have no choice but to kill you.”
Octavia looked shocked, she has never experienced something like this. “I don’t know why they’re here. They were all destroyed when I last met them” “You’ve met these things before?!” “Afraid so.” They walked outside to see what was going on. From the looks of it Cyberponies obviously gone into ponies homes and taken families. Every Stallion, Mare, and Filly had been put into a line captured. “We can’t stand for this, I’m going to fight back!” A random pony civilian yelled attempting to run away. A cyberpony lifted up his hoof and shot a laser that electrocuted him. “Let this be a warning. If you will not obey, you will be deleted.” Said the cyberpony with a robotic voice.
“You didn’t have to kill him!” Screamed Octavia. “He was rebelling, those who will not obey will be deleted.” “It’s not okay, you murdered him!” The doctor had her stop for he’s dealt with this before and stepped forward “What are you doing here? You were all destroyed when I last met you.” “Not all of us. Few were left, but we were revived when a curious pony activated us in the factory. Now we must upgrade, the cyber race will rise.” “Why? What for? Families of ponies are here. They have hobbies, dreams, careers, but you? You just upgrade and delete, you take the life away from them.”
“Call the cyber-ship.” “I obey.” Cyber-ponies activate the new cyber-ship and they come down gathering the many ponies. The ponies have no choose but to obey, the ones who don’t obey get deleted.
“Come on, Octavia” says the doctor walking away from all the action. “All of this is terrible, I wish we had a time machine so that you could have your loved one back and none of this ever happened. Even though I’m glad I met you if you weren’t here none of this would have happened.” “Umm yeah, about that. This might sound crazy, but we do and now we’re gonna use it.” The Doctor exclaimed as they walked to the police box, he opened the right door and it was bigger on the inside. It was the control room or console room. Octavia couldn’t believe her eyes. “It-it” “Go on say it, I’ve heard it a million times” “It’s bigger on the inside!” cried Octavia. “It’s the Tardis. That’s T.A.R.D.I.S, Time and Relative Dimensions in Space. Now let’s go rescue those ponies!” The Doctor ran around the control panel pushing buttons, pulling levers, and turning nobs. Soon the Time Roader began to go up and down and the Tardis began making its whooshing noise, they then run out the doors. “We’ve traveled…” Octavia says amazed. “Yes, what did you think when I said Time and Relative Dimensions in Space?”
It was a bit later, by the time they arrived some ponies had already been converted. Some were still being converted. “Doctor, you will be upgraded.” “But I’m incompatible remember?” That was a long time ago. Our technology has advanced.” The Doctor’s eyes widened as a group of Cyberponies surrounded him making sure he makes it to the converting chamber successfully. On the way he dropped his Sonic Screwdriver. Octavia picked up his sonic previously dropped on the floor wondering what it was. She’s never seen anything like it.
The Doctor was put into the converting chamber slowly being covered in the cyberpony suit of armor. “You don’t have to do this. How do you even have the technology to do this all those times ago you couldn’t do this. It’s not possible to upgrade a timelord…” There were at least four Cyberponies in the room. Octavia slowly entered the room being cautious. “Doctor!” weak from the upgrading the doctor awoke and caught the screwdriver as Octavia threw it at him. He activated the sonic screwdriver breaking out of the chamber and his half cybernetic suit. He ran out to the center of the ship “This ends now!” he stuck the Sonic into the spaceship control making the spaceship crash.
“We don’t have long. To the Tardis, quick!” The Doctor ran to the police box as Octavia and the few ponies who survived enter the Tardis, then finally The Doctor. Landing back in Canterlot some ponies had been saved. “That was amazing! I can’t believe I survived that!” Octavia exclaimed exiting the Tardis with the other ponies. “I do this all the time.” Said the Doctor “really? I can’t believe you do this every day.” “Yeah, but I never do it alone. I save so many lives all through time and space. You could be my next companion” “It travels in time! Sure!” Octavia ran into the small wooden police box as it dematerialized.
